There was no scenery in autumn and winter in the north when it was cold. I didn't expect that the group construction team would accidentally discover such a good place! You can steam, sing K, play Mahjong, and hold meetings;loft, standard room, and large bed, which makes you feel like you are in high class; there are also unique Manchu 28 seats and health hot pot, with many hard dishes and excellent taste; Outdoor offensive and defensive arrows, pot throwing, and archery are also a pleasure; there are also beautiful autumn scenery and hiking in the mountains... It's simply wonderful to eat, drink and have fun!

Starting from Beijing, passing through the Beijing-Chengdu Expressway, it takes about two and a half hours to reach the "Xianglinsu" B & B in Xiangzhazi Village, Changshao Ying, Huairou, a place close to the mountains, with few people and close to nature. The department's autumn and winter team building tour kicked off.

As soon as you enter the door, the ancient first-floor hall comes towards you. The entire floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the room very brightly. As the stairs turn, your eyes are also drawn by the exquisite embossed on the wall.

The paintings are full of Qing style, with old wood carvings found everywhere, bright flag costumes on the hangers, and royal decorations in the cabinets... Manchu stories are told everywhere...

The room type here is very suitable for group buildings. There are a total of 3 lofts, 2 twin beds, and 3 queen beds, so it is particularly cost-effective! A group of 30 of us lived in a total of 3 lofts, each of which can accommodate about 8 people-Chuyun, Jinmo, and Huamu; two twin beds-Yinshuang and Wangxiang; and one large bed-Shu Jing. Each room has a different style

Girls without family members live in Chuyun. This is a parent-child loft. The unique high-rise design gives the living room on the first floor a sense of sufficient space!

The second-floor children's play area made in wood color is very suitable for bringing children, but in fact, a group of girls of us are a little childlike when living there! Fishing, building blocks, picture books, musical notes and other exquisite toys are all available.

Half of the boys were assigned to brocade ink. As the name suggests, the room is made of deep wood and blue ink, which visually distinguishes this loft from Chuyun. Especially the ink paintings on the walls and three-dimensional corner eaves, it gives a more modest look. The taste of a gentleman.

The sofa is embedded under the stairs on the first floor, allowing you to sit in and watch TV, which gives you a sense of privacy; the two large tatami sheets on the second floor satisfy the small wish of friends and partners to have a long conversation.

The other half stayed in Huamu, which has the same decoration as the brocade and ink room type but different. It pays more attention to the display of small Manchu objects, such as the decorations in the lattice cabinets, the brocade and satin storage boxes, the blue and white porcelain patterns on the walls, and the colored lacquer old cabinets... Perhaps the owner of the B & B didn't treat it as just a place to sleep.

The second floor of the three lofts is equipped with two large tatami mats. If a department with thirty to forty people like us is built, it is no problem to move in. The atmosphere in the whole room is also particularly lively. There is a lot of space for chatting upstairs and playing cards downstairs.

I also visited the rooms where my family and friends lived. They were all very stylish! For example, this Yin Shuang, when the door was pushed open, occupied the blue colored ink on both walls. The unique round frame design was not only for lighting, but also like a bright moon that matched the flying wild geese. It really responds to "A man in a lonely boat with a feather and a hat fishing alone in the cold river." This poem is really shocking!

Wangxiang is another color, with elegant plum blossoms, fresh blue and green, and light incense, rendering the room clear and clear.

They form horns with Yuexi and share a second-floor terrace. If you come in summer, it would be great to chat and drink tea together!

The classical and noble Shu Jing has an atmospheric comfort at first glance, such as drapery beds, yellow-brown curtain and window curtains, ancient and ancient gourd-shaped bed headlights... Everywhere reveals the aristocratic atmosphere of the Qing Dynasty.

The moonshine, which is mainly colored by sky blue, lake blue, and deep sea blue, is very calm and in line with the color of this village with a blue flag. Sunlight shines into the house from the window, lighting up the blue here bit by bit, and finally reflects on the picture of thin fish playing with lotus on the opposite wall, adding more poetic interest.

In addition, I want to like the details! A smart toilet that can be heated and a dressing mirror with back lights and quick defog bring a sense of advanced quality. The person who received us quite said that because we were in the mountains, there were springs in the village, and the drinking water in the room was mineral water with excellent quality, so we could drink it with confidence!

From the first floor to the second floor, there are three tea-tasting reception areas. Whether it is for a small meeting or a chat, they are separated by display cabinets, wooden partitions, and green plants. Even if there are people you don't know sitting next door, it is not embarrassing. I heard that the elegant utensils and good tea provided by the teahouse for free were carefully selected by the homestay owner!

Carrying a cup of tea and hiding on the couch in the small library, the only sound of the soft rustling of paper between your fingertips was the fragrance of the sun's tea.

As a real Manchu style B & B, the lobby has carefully prepared a lot of Manchu costumes, children's and adults, from flag heads and clothes to fans and flowerpot soles, a full set of equipment for play-loving partners to check in!

To the west of Xianglinsu, a 5-kilometer road leads directly to the mountains and forests, where you can measure the secret autumn scenery on foot! The road surface is well repaired but still retains the most natural scenery, with various shades of red, yellow and green surrounded by it.

On the way, you will pass by a nameless small lake naturally formed by the mountains. The water surface in late autumn is as peaceful as a mirror. When you come early, you can still see the faint fog. Occasionally, a few large mountain birds will swipe over the lake, causing ripples. Stopping by the lake is like meeting Jiangnan.

The B & B provided a lot of bicycles and skateboards, including models for adults and children. We also took them out for hiking. There are many chestnut trees around. Although I don't know if the fruit was picked up or if a squirrel stole it home, the trees left behind are extremely beautiful! With a few turns, clear mountains, and old trees of unknown age, nature's magical craftsmanship is naturally displayed in front of us, which is amazing.

Xianglinsu has its own vegetable greenhouse base, which also satisfies our desire for a bumper harvest haha! Carrying Chinese cabbage, pulling beans, pulling radishes, my God, so fresh and delicious, I couldn't help but buy some and take them home!

The red deliciousness-the hawthorn fruits have also reached maturity. Bunches of red fruits carry the rain, dew and sunshine of summer and autumn, and become full and bright. At a glance, I feel a little salivation on my tongue. I love cooking and eating and I like the mountains very much. Various flavors, and finally I came home and showed a sugar snowball.

After turning in the distance, you can't fall down near! Not far from the B & B, the village has leveled basketball courts and football fields with few people. In the B & B, there are offensive and defensive arrows and pot throwing games that evolved based on Manchu archery. There are several large yellow rock masses that are safe shelter when filled with air. Divide into two teams and fight each other!

It has also built its own exclusive expansion base, with hammocks, ladders, and tire swings. If you bring your children here in summer, they may not want to leave!

In the afternoon, I play around, and at night everyone is hungry! Xiang Linsu, who started his career in catering, is not a problem for studying delicious food! The restaurant alone can accommodate 100 people dining at the same time, and the mother of the B & B has also been recognized as the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage because of her unique "cypress bacon"! You can imagine the delicious food ~

The "Twenty-Eight Seats" evolved from Manchu cuisine. Exquisite eight-plate, eight-pot and sixteen dishes are served on the table. Almost each dish originates from a story, and the practice is also very particular!

The little brother Jiaxing, who received us, talked about the origin of these dishes during the chat. The one with the deepest memory is this dish-red wooden comb back! It is said that when the Manchu Ge of the Qing Dynasty married, her mother would comb her hair with a red wooden comb in order to ensure a smooth and happy life after marriage. Served in copper pots, the "red wood comb back" is also produced with burnt fragrance, soft waxy, fat but not greasy.

Red scissors meat, mushroom stewed chicken, bacon beans, cypress bacon... Because we have our own dedicated supply base, the ingredients are of high standards! For vegetarian food, be sure to try the unique tofu meatballs and delicious ice grass here. It's a tongue-tip feast!

I love the homemade oil cakes here most, and I have heard that people often come here! However, Xiaoyu and Yu Han couldn't stop loving the boiled corn and sweet potatoes here. They were indeed sweeter than those elsewhere. I'm afraid I can't even eat fancy staple foods!

After dinner, indoor entertainment became the home! The reasons why I recommend a team building partner are not only loft, but also the well-equipped public space here! A restaurant that can accommodate 100 people, multiple guest spaces, steam room, KTV, conference room, chess. Card room... Coupled with the underground floor, the three-story space in Xianglin Accommodation provides us with sufficient ways to relax and entertain.

A karaoke room comparable to a professional KTV, professional audio, projection equipment, and adequate sound absorption and sound insulation protection are also provided. The atmosphere is instantly lit up when the flash is turned on, and while it is full, there is no need to worry about affecting others to sleep!

In addition to singing K, projection, and long table, you can switch to conference mode with one click; you can also watch a movie quietly.

Next door to KTV is another group of friends 'happy world-chess. Card room. Whether it is electric hemp. A table or ordinary chess. Card tables are all ready here.

The steam room also underground is very popular among health friends. In the chilly autumn and winter, the steam room surrounded by jingshi is the most suitable for putting down your mobile phone, chatting with your friends, and letting go of the cold! This is also one of the main reasons why I chose Xiang Linsu before, haha!

In these two days and one night, time seemed to be filled up. It was not busy work or monotonous travel. I had a group of colleagues who worked hard together and had a group of full scores of eating, drinking and fun. It was very novel and very happy ~ I have made a decision with my family to come here for the New Year ~
