Written on the front: Beijing, the capital of the country, a sacred, solemn and magnificent city. The mottled bricks and tiles of the Tiananmen Gate Tower and the Forbidden City describe the changes of the times during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The grandeur of the Summer Palace and the broken walls of Yuanmingyuan silently reflect the every move of the Chinese people during that period. While nourishing history, we should also call on more people with aspirations and learning, always remember the ruins of Yuanmingyuan and the hardships of the founding of New China, remember that history has carried forward the past and opened up the future, and inject our own source of power into the realization of the Chinese dream.

The author used a free travel method for this trip, and the journey lasted about 6 days. Due to the summer vacation, the expenses increased slightly. Through his own "careful calculations", the author tried to travel frugally without losing the petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. The per capita expenses were about ¥5000. The following is the itinerary for your reference:

Day1: Arrive in Beijing by night flight-Morning: Morning viewing the Tiananmen Flag Raising Ceremony, Tiananmen Square (National Museum, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People)-Afternoon: Rest at B & B-Evening: Deyunshe

Food: Huguo Temple snacks, Hunan cuisine restaurant, Dahai bowl

Day2: Morning and noon: Palace Museum (Treasure Museum, Clock Museum)-Evening: Wangfujing

Food: Jiahe Yipin, dry food for lunch, blessing for the people in the four seasons

Day3: Morning and noon: Jiayuguan Great Wall-Evening: Bird's Nest Water Cube

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Youshunju Restaurant, small bowl of quinoa porridge

Day4: Morning: Summer Palace-Afternoon: Tsinghua University, Yuanmingyuan-Evening: Rest

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Xijiade Shrimp Dumplings, Northeast China Bone Pot

Day5: Morning: Temple of Heaven Park-Afternoon: Bell Tower and Drum Tower, Yandai Xie Street, Yonghegong, Guijie Street-Evening: Nanluogu Lane, Shichahai

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Donglaishun Restaurant, Hu Da Restaurant

Ending a pleasant journey ~~~~

Transportation: Beijing subway, bus, one-day bus, plane and flight

Accommodation: B & B

Day1: Arrive in Beijing by night flight-Morning: Morning viewing the Tiananmen Flag Raising Ceremony, Tiananmen Square (National Museum, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People)-Afternoon: Rest at B & B-Evening: Deyunshe

Arriving in Beijing on the first day was tiring. After arriving at the night flight, I took a short rest and left for Tiananmen Square to watch the flag raising at around 3:30. The audience was huge, the scene was crowded, and the waiting time was also very painful ~ But when the soldiers walked out of Tiananmen Square with forward steps, the national flag was raised and the national anthem was sounded, I was still quite shocked in my heart. It was definitely worth watching this trip!

Witnessing the approaching morning line in front of the Tiananmen Gate, the glow climbed up the tower bit by bit. In the face of our guard posts, the soldiers 'cold integrity and professionalism are admirable. The national flag is raised and the national anthem is sounded. The softest part of everyone's heart is hit. The sense of pride allows him to integrate with the national anthem and rise to the peak together.

After the flag-raising ceremony, we went to the nearby Huguo Temple snacks to taste Beijing-style specialties such as old Beijing fried noodles, donkey rolling, and pea yellow. Although they were foreign dishes, they also had a unique flavor.

After a brief supplement, we returned to Tiananmen Square to continue our visit. First of all, we came to the Monument to the People's Heroes to pay tribute to the deeds of the martyrs and feel the influence of revolutionary culture.

Come to the National Museum located on the southeast side of Tiananmen Square (it is best to make an appointment in advance for the museum to avoid long queues), which displays more than a thousand "important weapons of the country". The rare and precious treasures are carefully crafted, and they are the crystallization of thousands of years of knowledge and craftsmanship of the Chinese nation.

Due to the limited visit time and the huge venue, the author could only take a quick look at the flowers and swallow them. After taking a brief look at the Ancient China Pavilion, he reluctantly left. Friends who are interested and have time can continue to visit in depth and I believe they will gain a lot.

After eating at a Hunan restaurant at noon, I went to a reservation B & B to check in and take a break to relieve my tiredness on the first day. After taking a break in the afternoon, we went to the Dahai Bowl near Deyunshe for dinner, and experienced the Beijing-style comedy and Beijing-style humor in Deyunshe. The entire decoration of Deyunshe also had a lot of old Beijing flavor. We laughed and laughed all night, never listening to the Beijing dialect spoken so fast to relish Beijing-style humor, and we also gained a lot.

Day2: Morning and noon: Palace Museum (Treasure Museum, Clock Museum)-Evening: Wangfujing

Food: Jiahe Yipin, dry food for lunch, blessing for the people in the four seasons

After breakfast, we went to Beijing's largest museum, the Palace Museum, for a nearly day visit. This trip was destined to be of great significance.

Founded in 1925, the Palace Museum was built on the basis of the Forbidden City, the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. After five hundred years of ups and downs, the door of the imperial palace has finally opened to the public. The Palace Museum is the largest and most completely preserved wooden palace complex in the world. It is the pride of the Chinese nation and a precious cultural heritage of all mankind. Today, the numerous palaces covering an area of 1.12 million square meters in the former forbidden area of the imperial palace are not only a huge treasure house for collecting the treasures of the Ming and Qing dynasties, but also a vivid file recording the history of the Ming and Qing dynasties...

The entrance ticket to the Forbidden City includes two parts: the Treasure Hall and the Clock Hall. They are both exhibitions of rare treasures paid tribute to the DPRK at that time, which is an eye-opener and a feast for the eyes.

Arriving at the back garden of the Forbidden City, despite the light rain, the enthusiasm for visiting remained undiminished, and the garden scenery became more beautiful and beautiful.

The Forbidden City comes out to Jingshan Park. The place where Emperor Chongzhen hanged himself, but now things are different. The sea and fields are changing, and the clouds and dogs are white, which makes people sigh.

Hungry, we got up and went to the Four Seasons People's Welfare University to have a Beijing roast duck. Fortunately, we went early, otherwise we would have to wait in line!

This golden color is mouth-watering and tempting. After a windy and cloudy meal, everyone was full of wine, food, and energy. They came to Wangfujing Street and visited Beijing Pedestrian Street at night.

Day3: Morning and noon: Jiayuguan Great Wall-Evening: Bird's Nest Water Cube

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Youshunju Restaurant, small bowl of quinoa porridge

The author chose to follow a local one-day tour group for this day's itinerary. The reason why we chose the section of Jiayuguan was because we considered that during the summer vacation, the Badaling Great Wall was definitely based on the head and lacked the interest in climbing the Great Wall. As the saying goes, no one is a hero who has not reached the Great Wall. How can he not climb the Great Wall when he comes to Beijing? At that time, the weather was in the best place. It was light rain and cloudy that day. Although it was impossible to capture the majesty and majesty of the Great Wall, it was definitely the best time to climb the Great Wall.

The longest part of the Great Wall is not the winding and winding and rising Great Wall, nor is it the Great Wall winding back and forth, each embracing the terrain, but the Great Wall that is covered in fog and makes it impossible to see where it will lead next.

Due to limited time, the author could only climb from the No. 14 beacon tower to the No. 19 to 20 sections, and then gave up and returned the same way. Infinite scenery is on the dangerous peak. I hope other friends who have time will continue to persevere. The No. 22 beacon tower is waiting for you!

After the trip to the Great Wall, we took the bus back to the city and visited the Bird's Nest Water Cube Olympic Village.

After enjoying dinner at the quinoa porridge bowl at the New 'ao Shopping Center, wait until it gets dark and the night view of the Bird's Nest Water Cube becomes even more beautiful.

Day4: Morning: Summer Palace-Afternoon: Tsinghua University, Yuanmingyuan-Evening: Rest

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Xijiade Shrimp Dumplings, Northeast China Bone Pot

On the fourth day, we visited 3 gardens in one day, the Summer Palace Tsinghua Garden and Yuanmingyuan, and easily achieved the 3w step goal (laughing and crying).

The Summer Palace is located in the northwest suburbs of Beijing and is mainly composed of Wanshou Mountain and Kunming Lake. As early as the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, this place became the famous tourist destination of "the most spectacular in China" with its beautiful natural pastoral scenery. Today's Wanshou Mountain is named Weng Mountain in the Yuan Dynasty. Legend has it that an old man dug a stone urn full of treasures on the mountain and got its name. There is a lake named Wengshanpo in front of the mountain. Among them, the "Datiancheng Husheng Temple" on the northwest and north bank of the lake is the largest. It has magnificent buildings and a white marble fishing platform extending into the lake. The emperors of the Yuan Dynasty often come here for boating and fishing. During the Ming Dynasty, Wengshanpo was renamed the West Lake,"surrounded by ten miles of the lake, it is a resort for a county." Every year, when the peaches and willows are red, the people of the capital support the old and the young to go to the West Lake to enjoy the spring. The name is "Playing the West Lake Scenery." People at that time were still known as the "Ten Temples of the West Lake" and the "Ten Scenes of the West Lake".

The Summer Palace was originally the palace and garden of the Qing Dynasty emperors. Its predecessor was Qingyi Garden. It was the last garden built among the three mountains and five gardens. Before Qianlong ascended the throne, four large-scale royal gardens had been built in the western suburbs of Beijing. From Haidian to Xiangshan The four gardens are self-contained and lack organic connections with each other. The "Wengshanpo" in the middle became an open area. In the 15th year of Qianlong (1750), Emperor Qianlong converted it into Qingyi Garden, connecting the four gardens on both sides with this as the center, forming a 20-kilometer-long royal garden area from the present Tsinghua Garden to Xiangshan Mountain. In the tenth year of Xianfeng (1860), Qingyi Garden was burned down by the Anglo-French coalition forces. In the 14th year of Guangxu (1888), Empress Dowager Cixi used 30 million taels of silver to rebuild it in the name of raising naval funds, and renamed it the Summer Palace as a summer resort.

At the end of our trip to the Summer Palace, we enjoyed dumplings at Xijiade Dumpling Restaurant, avoided the midday sun, and then went to Tsinghua Garden to worship Julao.

Tsinghua University is the highest institution that students dream of day and night. It is a benchmark school for China's teaching ability. It is also built in a royal garden and has a historical heritage (tickets for Tsinghua University and Peking University must be booked about one week in advance, so don't challenge the strength of security guards)

We met a sophomore in the student union to serve as a campus guide for us. The senior talked about the school's development history and solid foundation, as if he had built a pot of ancient tea, which was sweet and mellow. I was deeply impressed by the grace, magnanimity, political integrity and elegance of Tsinghua students, as well as the moonlight on the lotus pond in Tsinghua Garden.

After visiting Tsinghua University, we continued our journey and went to Yuanmingyuan to find cultural footprints in the ruins and feel the power of national rejuvenation.

Having felt the message conveyed by the ruins, we must not forget the history of the Chinese nation being trampled on. The path of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must be followed more firmly and resolutely.

Have a full meal at Northeast Bone Pot in the evening. The store is very cost-effective and the bone pot is very delicious. I highly recommend it!

Day5: Morning: Temple of Heaven Park-Afternoon: Bell Tower and Drum Tower, Yandai Xie Street, Yonghegong, Guijie Street-Evening: Nanluogu Lane, Shichahai

Food: Jiahe Yipin, Donglaishun Restaurant, Hu Da Restaurant

After breakfast on the fifth day, go to Temple of Heaven Park to visit the place where the emperor worshiped heaven.

After the visit, I went to Gulou Street to brush mutton. It was delicious ~~

In the afternoon, we chose to visit large scenic spots in clusters and visit multiple scenic spots in the Shichahai area to improve time utilization.

Bell and Drum Tower

yandai xiejie

Lama Temple

guijie Street

nanluoguxiang neighborhood Tuesday, breathing

Shichahai Bar Street

This day is full and exciting, and it is very valuable to learn from ~

The delicious fried chicken food I tasted at Hu Da Restaurant is simply irresistible and tempting ~

Day6: Morning: Military Museum-Afternoon: Gong Wangfu-Night flight back to Guangzhou

This is the last day in Beijing, and the itinerary is relatively relaxed. We can watch aircraft and artillery at the Military Museum, and see whether He Shen is a traitor or a traitor at the Gong Mansion.

A trip to Gong's Mansion in the afternoon ~~(exposure)

Here my trip to Beijing comes to an end ~~

Conclusion: During the pilgrimage to Beijing, the history of the capital can be said to be a quick look at it, and I hope readers will forgive us for the shortcomings. I hope that everyone will take time to come to the capital, immerse themselves in history, feel more of the beauty of humanity, make lives for the people, carry forward the sacred skills of the past, and create peace for all ages. This is the proper meaning of tourism in the capital.
