7. Guide to Baipu Temple:

A) Public transportation of Baipu Temple: Exit E of Pingguoyuan Subway Station, go straight ahead for 2 - 3 minutes, and you will see the M16 bus sign. To go to Baipu Temple, get off at Yubai Station, and the drive is about 2 hours and 10 minutes. Contact the B & B here in Baipu Temple in advance, and ask the B & B owner to pick it up after getting off the bus. The next day, I asked the B & B owner to deliver it to the entrance of Baipu Temple.

B) M16 bus: Pingguoyuan subway station runs to Yubai Station. There are only two buses a day, leaving at 9:10 and 17:10.

C) There is no official gate to Baipu Temple and you can enter it at any time, but the inner hall of the temple opens at 8:30. It is recommended to arrive at 8 o'clock to avoid the flow of people. The place is not large and it is inconvenient to shoot if there are many people.

A) Train: Beijing North Railway Station-Gubeikou, there is a bus shuttle after exiting. The bus seat is limited and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Fare must be paid by Weixin Pay and Alipay is not supported. No water and food are sold on this train. This train does not enter at the North Railway Station entrance, but at the underground entrance next to it.

2. Notes for playing:

1. Gubei Water Town must go to the red leaf season, which is a highlight, usually mid-October. If you want to see drones and Kongming lanterns, you should call in advance to inquire. Whether there are drones and Kongming lanterns on the night you go is not every day. 2. There are two best spots to watch drones at night, the Simatai Great Wall and the Yuantong Tower. You can watch the sky lanterns here on the stage in the square.

3. If you visit the Simatai Great Wall at night, you can go to the ticket office around 17:30. If you are lucky, you can see the sunset. If you go to the Great Wall by cableway, you don't need to climb much. After getting off the cableway, the Great Wall is about 15 minutes 'walk, which is relatively easy.

4. Mini programs "Gubei Service" can see the daily schedule of performances in ancient town so that reasonable arrangements can be made. The performance of the water dance show is relatively ordinary, and friends who have no time can ignore it.

5. Guests staying in the ancient town generally include two hot spring tickets. They can go to a hot spring and watch the night view of the Great Wall and the starry sky while taking a hot spring outdoors. It is extremely comfortable.
