I liked Beijing for more than a day or two ~ Before the college entrance examination, my deskmate asked me which university I wanted to test for. I said that as long as it was a university in Beijing, I couldn't get into it. I wanted to work in Beijing when I graduated, but it didn't happen. As a result, Beijing has become a complex that cannot be easily touched.
The first time I took the subway when I was a child was in Beijing. At that time, I felt so amazing. The subway in Beijing was so fast. When I came to Beijing to study for a short period of time in college, I met many cordial and interesting friends who were immediately familiar at first meeting. When I grew up, I felt that Beijing has an all-inclusive mind. Here, you will not feel strange just because you are different from others. Your thoughts and actions do not need to be bound by rules and regulations. Here, you just need to be brave enough to be yourself.
I like Beijing Opera and Beijing Diao, I like Hutong Courtyard, I like Beijing pea yellow, I like the walking steps of Beijingers, and I like Chang Chang in Beijing.
On the evening when I arrived in Beijing, I followed Chang Chang's usual practice to eat five-star old Beijing copper pot pork shabu. Because we ordered too many plates of meat, the waiter sister was scared and quickly stopped us from saying that it was enough. In the end, we all ate them ~ Is there anything better than mutton and frozen tofu in the world?~
For some reason, I really wanted to visit the campus of Beijing Foreign Studies University this time. I had seen the red brick school gate and red brick building many times in my mind, and I walked very close for the first time. The school was already on holiday, and some internal buildings were under construction and renovation. After a short stroll, I came out.
Beijing Foreign Studies and the National Library are very close to each other. They are very curious about how big the National Map is and how many books there are. They really want to see the original Korean books in the National Map. The National Map is that two buildings are connected in parallel and are divided into the south area and the north area. The south area is the foreign language book area. However, after going there, I realized that reading the original foreign book required an online appointment in advance, so I couldn't see it. This is the first regret. But the environment in the National Library Study Room is really great. If I have the opportunity, I really want to study in it all day. I haven't seen foreign books, but the Chinese books are super complete, with rows of bookshelves. Volunteer brothers and sisters will patiently guide and help find books. In addition to books, there are also works of art such as music and pictures to watch. The most important thing is that when going to the national map to read books, you must register with your real name, and you must bring your ID card.
When the national map came out, it was already noon. According to Chang Chang's recommendation, I plan to go to Niujie and rush to various Beijing snacks. In fact, it was okay to take the subway, but I chose a taxi. Taxi drivers are definitely the most competent tour guides in Beijing. On the road, I encountered a Chinese building in the style of a palace gate. It had no signs but was guarded by plainclothes. The driver told me that it was the Diaoyutai Hotel on Fuchengmen Street. In Beijing, there are many places that are low-key but not simple. When we arrive at Niujie, the most popular restaurant and the one with the most queues are Baiji Snacks. Donkey rolling, yellow pea, sugar ears, and rice cakes are all worth tasting specially.
After having lunch in Niujie, we came to Dongjiaomin Lane, which is very close to Tiananmen Square. Maybe it is just one of the many hutongs in Beijing, but this hutong must have many stories. As a lease site during the Republic of China, embassies from various countries gathered here at that time. Today, some buildings have been converted into museums, some buildings have been turned into office units, and some buildings are for private residences. Standing in this alley, you will still pick up memories of history, and you can still feel the fireworks of running around a hundred years ago.
It takes about half an hour to walk the entire alley, and then the next stop is Qianmen Street. You can take the old Beijing tram on Qianmen Street, or you can stroll through the alleys of Dazhalan. The head stores of many time-honored brands in Beijing are located here. It is a must-visit to buy specialties, right?
After walking Qianmen Street, the unreliable blogger planned to go to Nanluogu Lane, but he accidentally came to Houhai. It seems that every time I come to Beijing, I will unwittingly come to Houhai, but it's a pity that it's always during the day. I heard that it's not bad to sit in a small bar at night and listen to a resident performance. I walked past Guo Moruo's former residence. I had never been there before, so I bought a ticket this time. Some people say that Mr. Guo Moruo is a bit of a jerk, but it seems that he is indeed a bit of a jerk towards women. But Mr.'s literary attainments are beyond doubt. After all, every poem written is so beautiful. Not far away is the famous Gong Wang Mansion. It is indeed a popular attraction with many people. Because I have been there before, I really don't want to join in the fun.
Crossing the Yinding Bridge in Houhai, you will reach Yandai Xie Street, which feels like an ordinary ancient town commercial street. Crossing Yandai Slope Street, you will find Nanluogu Lane across the road. There are more and more interesting shops in the alley. When you come to Nanluogu Lane, you must check in for Wenyu Cheese. Then the weather was too hot, so we stopped in the tavern.
I ate Yunnan food in Greater Beijing in the evening. While eating delicious food, it was quite pleasant to listen to the eldest brothers and sisters of the Wa people in Yunnan singing love songs. The Wa people's eldest brothers also enthusiastically taught us to speak Wa language. The 52-degree plum wine was sour, and the slightly tipsy evening was especially beautiful ~
There will always be some sudden and strange thoughts in life, and sometimes I want to express my emotions in some different ways. These thoughts and emotions intersect and gather into a place called 798. Inspiration is mostly a moment, but feeling inspiration requires a lot of taste. People slow down here in a hurry and give the soul a vacation. It takes some time. Therefore, you can probably go to 798 on an autumn day with a cool breeze, definitely not a hot day of 33 degrees, otherwise you will really be melted in the sun. The happiest thing was to meet everyone's favorite Teacher Xia Qing. We chatted for a long time that day, but time passed quickly. There was still a little time left in the afternoon, so I wanted to go to Guijie Street. When I went there, I found that Guijie Street was open only at night. Then I wandered around blindly in the alley and turned to the front of the Yonhe Palace. The former house of Fourth Master has now become a place where people come to burn incense and worship Buddha. It is said that people who come to Lama Temple to make a wish are very spiritual. Not far from Yonghe Temple were the Confucian Temple and the Imperial College, so I went to see the university campus in the Qing Dynasty. The environment was a bit solemn and quiet.
The following day was an unexpected trip ~ I went to Qingfeng Baozi Shop in the morning and ate fried liver and drank bean juice. The bean juice tasted very good and nutritious ~ I suggest everyone drink more ~ After breakfast, I went to Sanlitun and took the subway from Exit A of Tuanjiehu Station, where there are embassies from various countries. The curious and unreliable blogger's look around successfully attracted the attention of the patrolling armed police brother, and finally walked over honestly. After turning a corner, you will arrive at Taikoli in Sanlitun. There are not as many shops and people as you imagined. Sanlitun is more lively at night. I had Western food and afternoon tea with the lovely Teacher Cui. After parting, on the way to the station by car, I passed Tiananmen Square and finally said goodbye to BJ again.
