As a Beijing native and cultural tourism practitioner, friends often consult me about how to play and recommend attractions in Beijing. This time, I classified Beijing culture according to the idea of in-depth tourism and recommended it according to subcategories. They are all places I have been to countless times myself.
The last part is the delicious food that I have summed up after eating in Beijing for more than 20 years ~ I think it is a very representative classification and recommendation
I think the most important thing about traveling is to feel the local culture. Attractions, food, conversations with local people, etc. are all ways to understand culture.
In this strategy, I first sort out Beijing culture and recommend attractions, food and experiences based on cultural categories. It should be as comprehensive and in-depth as possible ~
Beijing has a history of being the capital for more than 800 years. The last three feudal dynasties were all chosen in Beijing. Many of them can be said to be witnesses of the prosperity of royal culture.
The Forbidden City is the epitome of Chinese culture. In planning, it follows the rules left by the ancestors such as the Five Elements Eight Trigrams and the "Zhou Rites·Kaogong Ji"(such as the previous dynasties and the later beds). The functional designs of the buildings are also the most outstanding among ancient buildings. After all, it was made for the royal family by the power of the whole country.
Winter is the time when the Forbidden City has the fewest people, so take pictures as you like.
Wanshou Lantern of Qianqing Palace ~
In addition, the collections of the Forbidden City are also worth a visit. There are various temporary exhibitions at the Wumen Gate, Wuying Hall, and Wenhua Hall from time to time. They are not of great significance to tourists. Most of them are calligraphy and painting. Most people are not interested and just join in the fun, so it is not recommended to see it.
This year's Spring Festival celebration exhibition is a hit for all ages and is displayed on the Meridian Gate.
Relatively speaking, the exhibits in the Treasure Hall and the Watch Hall are much easier to understand. If you are energetic and don't mind spending an extra 20 yuan for admission, I recommend going in and have a look. If you choose one of the two, it's the Treasure Hall. What is hidden inside is like palace jewelry and religious ritual utensils, which makes you feel nb at a glance, and there is no obstacle to understanding.
If you want to go to the Forbidden City, summer vacation is not recommended first. The temperature will consume half of your physical strength and almost all your brain power...
To the extent conditions permit, you can set aside most of a day to visit the Forbidden City. After walking through the three main halls from the Meridian Gate, the last three palaces are paired with the East Sixth Palace (Treasure Hall). Lunch can be served at the Forbidden City restaurant. The price is relatively reasonable. The cheapest beef rice set meal at the Ice Cellar Restaurant is 50+, which feels quite conscientious.
Another thing is, before leaving the Forbidden City from Shenwu Gate, you can climb the city wall and walk on it. The scenery is definitely extraordinary.
Imagine traveling back 200 years ago. The palace inside the city wall is the highest and most advanced place in Beijing.
This is the Forbidden City Lantern Festival. This is the first time I have the opportunity to visit the Forbidden City wall at night. I am so excited ~
Transportation:
Enter the Forbidden City: You can choose Metro Line 1 to get off at Tiananmen East Station.(1) Go north from Tiananmen Gate, pass through Duanmen Gate to Wumen Gate, and enter the Forbidden City. However, this road will be very crowded during peak season, and you will also encounter Tiananmen security checks. The queuing time is uncontrollable;(2) Get off Tiananmen East Station, follow Nanchizi Street to Donghuamen, and then walk along Tongzihe River to Wumen. This road is less crowded and can avoid Tiananmen security checks, but you can't see Tiananmen Square. Of course, you can also choose to take a taxi to Xihuamen or Donghuamen, and walk along Tongzi River to Wumen.
Leaving the Forbidden City: Public transportation is the most convenient if you don't make an appointment for a private car in advance. It is very convenient to go to Xidan, Dongdan, etc. by bus. You can also ride a bicycle if you have the strength.
Nearby food: You can go to Di 'anmen to eat Emei Restaurant. The Four Seasons Minfu Roast Duck at the East Gate of the Forbidden City is also good, but there are a lot of people in the queue. There are actually more choices when taking the bus to Xidan Dongdan
A model of royal garden. Going to the Summer Palace in summer will definitely be more suitable for the scenery. Just choose one of the two is enough. You can take a boat in the Summer Palace. I haven't been to Yuanmingyuan for a long time. It should mainly rely on legs. Let me mainly talk about the Summer Palace.
The main thing you enter the Summer Palace is the royal/Chinese gardens. It is like walking in nature, with each step of the scene, and there are many emotions created.
Along Kunming Lake, take the veranda to see the colorful paintings on it, walk to the Seventeen-Arch Bridge and leave the garden, or go around the original gate and return.
Don't go on holidays... I remember the last time I took the old man to push a wheelchair to the Summer Palace on May Day, but I couldn't walk at all...
Transportation: It is convenient to take a taxi or rent a car, one door enters and the other door exits, no turning back.
The Great Wall was a representative of ancient China's national strength and a symbol of imperial power. There are actually Great Wall in many provinces and cities, but there are more choices in Beijing, and there are also advantages in image. Juyongguan, Badaling, Mutianyu, Jiankou, Shuiguan... but the peak season is really crowded.
My team has its own content on the Great Wall, and chose the Ancient Great Wall. The advantage is that when the foot of the mountain is crowded, the Ancient Great Wall is like a virgin land. At the same time, other nearby folk experiences will be arranged to support the whole day. Otherwise, the journey to and from the Great Wall would be too wasteful.
Nearby food: Good food near the Great Wall seems difficult to find. The Chuangwang Banquet we chose in Shixia Village is really a super cure! Don't worry about how tired you are, you will definitely recover from a meal~
Once we even ran to the opposite side of the Badaling Ancient Great Wall. It was not a scenic spot. Although it had been repaired, it was very steep... I didn't dare to climb up, and I felt dizzy looking at it...
For tourists who travel freely, I recommend following a group to save peace of mind on the journey, and bring your own dry food for lunch. If you can charter a car or drive yourself, it is certainly a more ideal choice.
Transportation: One-day bus, self-driving or chartered. {data:{has_more:true,html:
As the name suggests, they are three places where Tiantian, Tiandi, Nongsang, etc. Among them, Ditan has the lowest playability. Fangze Altar in the middle is not open to the public at all and is just a large park. Tourists from other places don't have to go unless they have a lot of affection for Shi Tiesheng.
Tour groups often go to the Temple of Heaven, where there are many buildings and echo walls to chat about.
But I like to go to Xiannong Altar next to the Temple of Heaven most. It is now the Museum of Ancient Architecture. There is very little about sacrifices in it, but it introduces the evolution of Chinese architecture in a very detailed manner. Anyway, if I go to see the exhibits and introductions inside, I can also plan the next destination for my next ancient architecture tour ~
This is a hot sample, which is the previous building model. Build this thing first and submit it for approval. If it is approved, the actual building will be built according to it.
Very gorgeous caisson! I want to lie here and not move ~
But for tourists, I'm afraid the Temple of Heaven is still the first choice ~ If you want to shoot, Xiannongtan is a good choice ~ There are few people and the scenery is beautiful.
Transportation: Subway Line 5 at the East Gate of Temple of Heaven, you can directly enter the Temple of Heaven. To the west of the Temple of Heaven is Xiannongtan, you can play it in one go ~
Nearby food: Nanmen Shabu at the South Gate of Temple of Heaven can also be used as a supply ~ top notch!
Recommend a Fuhua Zhai hot cake shop ~ I like it very much myself. The gimmick is the craftsmanship passed down from the previous imperial chef, using court practices to make Beijing snacks. The decoration style of the entire store is also courty-themed, with a couch.
Now that I am an Internet celebrity, it seems that it is difficult to find a place ~ I prefer yellow pea, rolling donkey, kidney bean rolls, and dried fruits.
Transportation: Metro Line 4 Ping 'anli Station
Nearby cuisine: Liuquanju and Casserole House are both time-honored brands in Beijing
In addition, there is also a Royal Cuisine Museum in Beijing, where you can watch performances while eating, but there must be enough people for a table. After dinner, you can also visit the museum inside. It's quite fun to have all kinds of dishes from the royal family of Manchu Dynasty.
This should be the most fun thing to go to different places. You can understand folk culture and understand this place and the people living in this land.
When you come to Beijing, you will be familiar with hutongs and courtyards, and even have first impressions. Hutongs are actually streets in old Beijing. There are people (courtyard houses) on both sides, and the corridor between the courtyard walls is the road.
In recent years, the renovation and renovation of hutongs has been thorough. I would recommend Dongcheng Area. Places such as Dongsisitiao, Shijia Hutong, Zongbu Hutong, and Dongjiaomin Lane are all good.
The embassy district during the Republic of China was favored by Jiang Wen
Courtyard model, super cute~
The map of Peiping during the Republic of China was divided
Then there is near the Drum Tower, near Houhai. Of course, tourists will go to places such as Nanluogu Lane and Yandai Slope Street. I don't understand what to see in there. Those Internet celebrity stores are the same in every city, and I don't understand the meaning of going.
There are several recommendations for Siheyuan.
One is a quadrangle-style hotel/B & B. I prefer the feeling of living in a local house.
The second is the scenic spot. The most representative one is of course Gong Wang Fu, which is known as the largest courtyard house in Beijing (it should be outside the Forbidden City ~hhh).
The third is museums, such as the Shijia Hutong Museum and the Dongsi Hutong Museum, both museums built on the basis of courtyard houses. The former is more traditional and has many old objects as exhibits; the latter is more new and looks more like a contemporary art. exhibition.
The fourth is to be able to be guests in the courtyard and participate in folk experience. Including experiencing life in the courtyard, especially combining it with the latter handicraft to develop a life experience. For example, go to experience handicraft making in a courtyard house and eat a fried sauce noodle shop. Yes, yes, the fourth type is the advertisement that I forcibly inserted ~
The old courtyard house has changed a lot in recent years, but the one in the picture above has become a thing of the past...
You must carry mosquito repellent equipment at all times to enter the courtyard, but this basket of herbs obviously has no effect
Take the young overseas Chinese to learn to make dumplings in the courtyard house
Making candied haws in winter gives me a feeling of happiness ~
Draw an old Beijing rabbit and eat dumplings. Isn't this what you should do in a courtyard house?
They can't be less ~ In winter, I rely on chirping insects to add vitality and fun ~ I'm also planning to raise one to try it out this year
I think there are two types of handicrafts in Beijing. One is courty-style, and the representative is the Eight Wonders of Yanjing, which are all for royal use, such as jade carving, tooth carving, gold silk inlay, mother-of-pearl, palace carpet, etc., which is quite different from daily life.
Jade carvings photographed at the First Exhibition of Yanjing Eight Wonders
The mother-of-pearl photographed by the first exhibition of Yanjing Eight Wonders Exhibition
Cloisonne craftsmanship photographed by the first exhibition of Yanjing Eight Wonders Exhibition
The other is folk handicrafts, such as Tuerye, hairy monkey, big sand swallow (a type unique to Beijing), etc.
Draw your own rabbit
Collection of traditional rabbits
Making pigeon whistles ~ The pigeon whistles is because Beijingers raise pigeons to play. You can hear the sound if you tie a pigeon whistle ~ It is also a commonly used background sound in Beijing-style TV series, and it is usually Wuwu
I like hairy monkeys best. The ingredients are simple, but they can make various fun scenes ~ This is the New Year.
These are the raw materials for making hairy monkeys. Can you think of it? This is really the wisdom of the working people!
The miniature face figure, in the walnut, you can imagine how small it is ~
The bristle man is a kind of toy in the palace. The Eight Banner children knock it for fun. The bristle man on the plate will jump up and down as the knock is made, like a fight ~ This should be the earliest Beijing Opera neighborhood! hahahaha
Folk handicrafts can be taken home as souvenirs as gifts to relatives and friends. I usually send Grandpa Rabbit to friends from other places to see and talk ~
However, if you want to play well, experiencing the production yourself is of course a more unique experience. For details, see the previous advertisement hhh.
There is a classification method that classifies Beijing snacks into three categories: Han snacks, Hui snacks, and court snacks. I think it's reasonable. As a civilian, I usually come into contact with the first two.
Han snacks such as stir-fried liver, stewed fire, fried bean juice and scorched rings, fried soy sauce noodles, have a strong taste of water, but there is no way to do this. At that time, the Han people's status was low, and they only ate water and minced meat.
I have to eat the small intestines of Langfang Ertiao every once in a while ~ one bowl is not enough ~
The main reason to go to the Temple of Heaven is to drink bean juice ~ with the white water mutton at the door. However, almost all tourists are not used to drinking it ~ some are also not used to drinking bean soup ~
For frying dishes, Badalou and Roast Duck are the first. Beijing cuisine actually does not have a unique style. Badou and roast duck are both Shandong cuisine. Then, the Beijing flavor is mixed with Tianjin cuisine. Anyway, it is made with thick oil and red sauce and fresh and salty.
Vinegar moo shu + rice, I can eat a big bowl ~
Some time ago, a friend from Fujian came to Beijing, and I asked him which one was more delicious after eating roast duck, hot-boiled mutton, or fried noodles over the past few days. He said that the tomato and egg soup served by the Zhajiangnoodles restaurant is the most delicious... laugh or cry
Aiwowo made by myself ~
Fried fresh milk, double skin milk, and dried fruits, but it's a little too sweet ~ but compared to other Internet celebrities, it's still much more affordable!
I think there are more varieties of Hui snacks, such as snacks such as donkey rolling and Aiwowo, special snacks such as fried tripe, and big dishes such as hot-boiled mutton and grilled pork strips. Many time-honored brands are halal restaurants, such as Baikui's old brands, Jubao Yuan, Manhengji, and Pepu Feng, which I like to eat, are all halal.
After thinking about it, I don't know where to put the folk customs exhibition on the top floor of the first expo, so I can start another paragraph.
The folk customs exhibition hall on the top floor of the Capital Museum is my favorite exhibition in Beijing.
There are different exhibition halls inside, such as wedding customs, celebrating birthdays, giving birth to children, etc. There are scenes of building various handicrafts, as well as old objects. I think this is also a must-visit place to understand Beijing folk customs! (It is also the most fun place I think in the entire debut expo)
If you look at this exhibition hall, you will be clear about Beijing folk customs!
Transportation: Metro Line 1 Muxidi Exit C, very convenient
Nearby cuisine recommendations: Longrenju (a Sichuan restaurant for many years, unique in spicy pig's feet and boiled fish), Taipo Tianfu Shanzhen (Yunnan's mushroom black chicken hot pot)
Each place has its own unique local operas and folk art categories. Beijing is most famous for its national quintessence of Peking Opera, plus language genres such as cross talk, Allegro, and single string. In addition to Beijing, Tianjin is also a place where these two types of arts flourish. I myself will go to Tianjin to listen to cross talk and drum music.
Just like going to Hangzhou to watch Yue Opera, going to Suzhou to listen to Pingtan and watch Kunqu Opera, and going to Chengdu to watch Sichuan Opera changing its face, coming to Beijing is suitable for listening to the opera seriously, but not everyone is willing to listen to the opera.
Here are a few recommendations: 1. Lao She Teahouse, there will be kebabs every night. Take a little of all the above mentioned. It is suitable for a fast-food experience. You can hear everything, just listen to it;
2. Liyuan Theater. At the Jianguo Hotel in Beijing, actors make up on the stage every night, and then have a Peking Opera skewer. Basically, there are also cultural operas and martial operas, with some good-looking ones. Teams that are often foreigners used to look at it in the past, and it was quite difficult to watch and understand;
3. Listen to a play seriously. Originally, there was Zhengyi Temple, a new style of Peking Opera. Although the price was high, it was beautiful and interesting, but it was closed this year. I can only choose a big theater, such as Chang 'an and Mei Lanfang, but this kind of regular opera performance is difficult to integrate into tourism. Who likes to come here so much to listen to a three-hour drama...
The Zhengyi Temple Theater has been closed, and it is not yet known where to see innovative Peking Opera... it's a pity
4. An advertisement is needed at this time! A hands-on Peking Opera experience!
Communicate face-to-face with male actors, go to his private studio to see the hidden Peking Opera costumes, watch him put on makeup on the spot, talk about some traditions and fastidious while applying it, and then perform a short period. The key is to tell you what those movements mean after the performance, so that you can truly understand a play from 0.
It is a long process for Peking Opera actors to put on makeup, and every step is actually meticulous. Behind it lies the Chinese people's understanding of aesthetics.
Every figure is a beautiful word! Girls want to bring in some female feelings, but they can actually learn from watching Peking Opera.
The air conditioner that Peking Opera actors wear when performing in summer ~hhh
The decorated emerald headdress of an old Peking Opera actor
A personal collection of Peking Opera will not work ~
In the end, I was able to put on the costumes of an actor, learn a few movements, and feel the hand-eye-body steps that I had heard of. It was really not that simple matter. Every move was just kung fu. This is definitely a worthwhile Peking Opera experience. It is better than the previous ones.
I couldn't help but be attracted
There are often hundreds of people in the garden, and only 10 people can experience Peking Opera. This ultra-niche and ultra-essence Peking Opera experience is really valuable travel content!
I have participated more than a dozen times, and I still feel very fresh every time. I feel the beauty of traditional art time and time again ~
The acceptance threshold for listening to cross talk in the garden is much lower than Peking Opera, and it is also a more popular art category.
In addition to Lao She Teahouse, the first place to listen to cross talk is Deyun Society, which has many gardens and performances every night. Allegro is popular, and then cross talk. Secondly, the hip-hop baggage shop is also popular, but I am not a stranger to the quality gap between the two. Just listen to it for fun and see the price.
I will go to Guangming Pavilion in Drum Tower myself. It is a garden. The most expensive ticket is 100. I need to buy my own tea and snacks. The most interesting thing is that there are interactive sessions ~ the actors are so open ~
According to the usual practice, an advertisement is inserted: Allegro can also be experienced!
In the courtyard, please invite Allegro actors to teach you how to play, learn these words, and perform a Beijing-related work. While experiencing Allegro, I also learned about old Beijing ~
This Allegro may seem simple, but in fact it exercises the brain. If you learn it, you may not make you feel dementia. You can also learn Beijing dialect and wisecracks in Allegro works. It just tests the face! People like me who don't let go of themselves will have to work harder ~hhh
It seems that there are no special drum venues, but they are all big venues held once a week. For example, Lao She is basically the local old people and old ladies who go to listen to them every Saturday afternoon. Drum music is a storytelling song sung.
Storytelling is available at Tianqiao and Xuannan Cultural Center, but it is also once a week. It is said that even old gentlemen such as Li and big fat people have them. But I can only listen for fun, because I only talk part of it every time, and there is no complete cross talk. The difficulty of obtaining is relatively high.
Shan Xian is a local folk art in Beijing, and I am particularly interested in it. I also bought a collectible octagonal drum for this purpose! Unfortunately, I only learned one lesson,"Returning to the Boat through Storm", and abandoned half of "Beijing Snacks"~
Blind my good drum in vain!
There are also regional experience content in the capital, including trendy and resource-based ones, which I think are also worth arranging in the itinerary.
Shougang and Erqi Factory are also renovating the art space renovated in the old factory area represented by 798. Chinese contemporary art doesn't rank well, but these places look quite lively.
This is the Xu Bing exhibition by Urens before. There is an experience area in it, and I like it quite a bit!
Watch an experimental drama. Meng Jinghui's Honeycomb Theater in Dongzhimen is an option. There are also Gulou West and Fanxing Drama Village that are pioneering, but the quality depends on each.
(Cuisine near the beehive: warm wild vegetables, super-hot Japanese hot pot buffet; partner Japanese roast meat, super-hot Japanese barbecue buffet. Ps: These two are the same family, both downstairs in the beehive)
Frontdoor PageOne and nearby flagship store. A model for the transformation of Laocheng District, introducing new things with vitality and settling in in Laocheng District.
(Nearby food: It is very close to Feng and Xiaochang Chen. Every time I go there, I struggle with which to eat)
Go to Tiananmen Square to watch a flag raising and cultivate a sense of national honor.
Watch a drama by People's Art Center.
Previously, I took my grandfather to visit the White Deer Plain that he was longing for ~
Go to the National Museum to see the heavyweight cultural relics on display.
Beijing's biggest advantage is its high-quality resources. World-class exhibitions and famous works have the opportunity to come here. If you come to Beijing to travel, don't miss it if you catch up
Guobo Transportation: Get off at Tiananmen East Station on Metro Line 1. Be sure to book tickets online in advance, otherwise you will have to queue for a long time during the peak season! Bring enough dry food! It's too big inside and it's easy to get tired from walking around ~
Go to Qingbei and pick your future alma mater that you regret missing. hhh
Weiming Lake enjoys flowers in spring, mandarin ducks in mid-spring, water in summer, yellow leaves in autumn, and winter... Skating!!!
Share the food that I often eat and take friends from other places to eat ~
There are also Yu Defu and the three Peking brothers
Man Hengji is the most popular hot-boiled mutton I have eaten in the past two years, and now it ranks first in the review list. It is especially suitable for bringing friends from other places to eat. It tastes quite positive. Especially the tripe inside, which should be the best I have ever tasted. In addition to hand cutting, high calcium is also good. In addition, the mutton scorpion in the clear soup is very good, so you can order the mutton boiled in the mutton scorpion pot. I can't appreciate sesame paste cakes, and the high calories of the stock are still sticky to my mouth. The only drawback here is that the queue is too long, so you can get your number online in advance before going. You can buy vegetarian meatballs when waiting at the door ~
Transportation: If you drive, you can only park blindly on the roadside, which is very inconvenient. You can take Metro Line 4/Line 6 and get off at Xisi Station. It's very close to get out.
Jubao Yuan recently opened a Teduo branch, so there is no need to queue up. Go to the branch at South Railway Station to eat, and it feels similar to the old store. I feel that the best thing here is sesame cakes... I can't control myself every time...
Yu Defu has a very small door and cannot make an appointment except for the first batch. But hand-cutting giant stick!
Transportation: Metro Line 5 Beixinqiao Station. If the first batch does not arrive at 5:30, you will need to wait for a seat.
The three brothers in Peking have the best sheep tendons I have ever eaten! It won't be hard cooked for a long time. I still remember the first time I went to eat, I ran over in the snow and lined up. The store opened another place. First, I took mutton kebabs as the bottom, and then started to rinse the sheep tendons. That fragrant feeling is unforgettable for a lifetime. Later, I haven't eaten mutton kebabs and sheep tendons that fragrant.
Nanmen Shabu has been eaten by Houhai, Nanmen of Tiantan and Ditan Riverside. It is a familiar taste and has no merit or fault. It is a good place to go there when you don't know what to eat.
The duck craftsman craves it every once in a while! When inviting friends or partners from other places to dinner, this is usually the choice. There is nothing to fault with roast duck, but the salted and pepper duck rack is really not delicious. Anyway, I have never eaten a delicious duck rack... The only shortcoming is that there is no elevator going upstairs, which is inconvenient for the elderly. The menu has been changed this year. There are no kimchi anymore. I am disappointed ~
It's also good to have four generations living together in the same house, but the environment is noisy.
The small intestine is old. I crave this as soon as I get near the front door. This is also a rare place where people accept eating garlic. The most pleasant thing I dreamed of was the appearance of the elders in the store, alone, a bowl of stewed rice, and a bottle of waiter.
Feng made a very detailed division of the stomachs of cattle and sheep... I don't even remember what I wanted ~ I don't ask the store and just choose a chewy one!
Anne old horses are sold for a little. The first time I ate it, I was surprised. The mutton stuffing was sold for a while and it was very fragrant, but it was extremely salty. No matter how much vinegar you add, it seemed to be freshly placed, so the waiting time was slightly longer. Moreover, sheep offal soup and egg soup are not good to drink. The second time I went there, it was no longer salty, but it was no longer fragrant. It was so strange. I wonder if it will be delicious next time.
Bean juice from the mouth of the old porcelain at the north gate of the Temple of Heaven. This is the only bean juice I have ever tasted and can accept. There is also a halal shop at the door, where you can buy sheep eyes, sheep brains and various pieces of cattle and sheep. I usually buy some of these, and then go in and ask for a casserole, a set of bean sauce scorched rings and spicy pickled vegetables. It tastes very delicious. Soaking beans is also good. Once I went there, a tourist sat next to me and complained while drinking. He probably came after reading some recommendation. In fact, this is the taste of Beijing snacks. Some people are used to them and others are not used to them. Even Beijing children, many people do not drink bean juice or bean soup...
I think it is only normal to live in another place and maintain respect for the place. It is normal to have food that I don't like. It is just an experience.
This is bean juice, his brother-Ma tofu.
In fact, there are also Beijing snacks such as sesame tofu, fried enema, fried creak, etc., but apart from home-made ones, I have never eaten anything worth recommending... This is actually quite sad ~
I don't eat much innovative dishes, but I am quite familiar with traditional dishes.
The old name of Baikui has two houses at Jiaodou. I prefer the one far from the intersection. Braised sheep brain, vinegar clover, very familiar flavors.
Emei Restaurant, Kung Pao Chicken Diced, Dried Roasted Yellow Croaker. I would choose this hotel for dinner with closer friends. There is a discount on roast duck, but forget it... the old two are enough.
Liuquanju is expensive, but it tastes so good! Bean buns, all kinds of steamed buns, three kinds of fried buns... I have only eaten them once, but I often go to the window to buy bean buns and steamed buns for breakfast.
Chicken jumping in the middle is suitable for summer according to Beijing's standards. The color is light and pleasant
Old Xi'an Restaurant. Mutton soaked + mutton kebabs with some fat, especially healing! This little food rations is enough to have a sweet dream.
Longrenju, a Sichuan restaurant that has been open for a long time, has eaten six or seven new branches in the past two years. Boiled fish, waist slices, pig's feet, it's amazing!!!
Tianfu Shanzhen is right next to Longrenju's old store. After going to the first expo, there are only two choices. Black-chicken soup is boiled with wild delicacies. Cure!
Dongsi spicy crab, Dongsi's store is closed, and a new one has opened in Dengshikou. You must drink too much when you go... It doesn't matter to crab, but the other dishes in the fried crab are so delicious! Important options for colleagues when they want to drink.
Charcoal roasted leg of lamb, the second choice for drinking. But the air is not ventilated, and some people still smoke.
Jiaodong big basin of seafood, the first choice if you want to eat small seafood outside. Good quality and affordable price.
Old Yunnan flavor, the Yunnan restaurant downstairs from our house. I just learned about it this year, and I have only eaten it twenty times so far. It's addictive.
Isn't it crayfish season recently? I would recommend Spicy Temptation and Hu Da. The spicy and tempting steamed crayfish should be the cleanest in Beijing... and it's live shrimp. Even at his house, some of the spicy takeout food are not live shrimp... Moreover, Hu Da is really delicious. The only time he went out to eat spicy crayfish was Hu Da. His friends ate it and ate it directly. Feels clean and tastes good. I really didn't dare to try anything else.
I have been living and eating in Beijing, and I have eaten in many places, but I really think about it, the only things I am willing to eat and recommend to others are these. It's hard to develop something new!
The above are some recommendations about travel to Beijing and delicious food ~ I hope everyone can feel the heritage and beauty of this city ~
If you have any questions about Beijing tourism, please leave a message or a private letter
