In the first four issues of "Driving the Car to the Fifth Ring", we went to fun and exciting sports venues. Every day ends with sweating and exhaustion.
In this issue, we are going to put on beautiful dresses and be an elegant literary girl.
Today, we are going to a good place that combines beauty and connotation-Beijing Red Brick Contemporary Art Museum. Go and experience the influence of art.
Although the Red Brick Art Museum was only officially opened to the public in 2014, it is quite famous. I believe that this is definitely related to its unique architectural style. After all, an art museum must be beautiful enough.
The entire art museum uses red bricks as the basic element, coupled with green bricks, green plants, small bridges and running water, to create a beautiful contemporary landscape courtyard.
The current Red Brick Art Museum can definitely be included in the capital's online celebrity check-in spot. In addition to the people who came to see the exhibition, there were also many people who came specially to take photos. I think this is also good. Anyway, the art museum is to improve everyone's aesthetics.
The sunken atrium at the entrance is regularly replaced with art installations. The day we went there were two towering bird cages, imitating the Shanghai World Financial Center and Beijing International Trade Phase III.
The outdoor courtyard of the Red Brick Art Museum is like a maze, simple and natural, beautiful and dreamy.
There are narrow and secluded secret passages;
There are ponds where black swans are kept;
There are staggered stone steps;
There is also a circular corridor that seems to travel through time and space...
Every place is a large birthplace.
Speaking of the beautiful appearance, of course, we cannot ignore the art exhibition in the venue. There are permanent collections of works in the Red Brick Art Museum, as well as art exhibitions that are changed from time to time.
What we visited this time is the one that just started"Thousand Hands Guanyin"。For the work, see the picture below:
In the exhibition hall, there are three huge multi-layer round-shaped art installations. Each floor has many hands, each hand holding or holding different objects. This object covers ancient and modern times, from feather dusters to mice, from ritual implements to garlic. As for what the author Huang Yongzhen wants to express, I believe you can only understand it after you personally appreciate it.
Like most people, I have little research on contemporary art and am a layman. I have always felt that being able to resonate with artists or works of art is a kind of fate. Therefore, if you can't understand it, you don't have to force it.
I would suggest getting an introduction before going to the exhibition. Understand what the artist wants to express, and you may be able to enter the world of TA.
There were some works in the exhibition area that made me depressed, so I skipped them hurriedly.
There are also some that I like very much, such as"Sound Galaxy"。Consisting of 27 polyhedrons, mirrors, stainless steel and halogen lamps are used to create a complex world of light and shadow. What you see from every angle is a different "sound galaxy".
example,"The Resonator of Tomorrow"。Before this, I didn't know that a piece of colored filter glass could create such a solid color effect. Of course, author Olavel. Eliasson may not mean that. But it doesn't matter, every visitor has the right to have a different opinion, right?
Another example,Yellow Sun。Half of the "sun" hangs under the ceiling of the mirror, forming a complete circle with the reflection. Everyone who comes in will lose their color and turn into a monotonous yellow-gray. If you don't mind, you can lie on the ground and look at yourself in the ceiling mirror. Looking at yourself from a different perspective may inspire different understandings.
There are many exhibits in the Red Brick Art Museum. If you want to visit it in detail, it may take a whole day.
On a peaceful and hot summer day, it's better to take a journey of spiritual cultivation and find art that is destined for you.
