In addition to the well-known red leaves in Xiangshan and Fengling Mountains, Fangshan has many more places to enjoy autumn. I don't think many people have been to the places I want to talk about today.

Zhangfang Town is the famous hometown of Mopan persimmon in China. The superior mountain warm zone conditions have created unique natural conditions for the development of the forest and fruit industry here. The history of Mopan persimmon cultivation in Zhangfang Town can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty. According to the "Fangshan County Annals" compiled during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty,"Persimmons are the largest production of this mirror. There are no villages in Hetao Valley in the northwest and Zhangfanggou in the southwest. Among those sold in Beijing, Fangshan has the largest number, and it is called Mopan persimmon in history." Since Emperor Taizu of the Ming Dynasty ascended the throne, Zhangfang has cultivated Mopan persimmon on a large scale. Like a fairyland, the natural Xianqi Cave was formed in the early Sinian Period 1.6 billion years ago. The five sedimentary types in the cave were formed between 300,000 and 700,000 years, including stalactites, stone mantles, stone towers, stone waterfalls, stone mirrors, stone drums, crystal flowers, cover plates, etc., the landscape is unique, scattered, and natural. It is simply wonderful.

Qixian Cave was occasionally discovered back then. It was discovered in 1998 and officially opened to the public in August 1999. Why have I not known that Fangshan has such a beautiful cave in 20 years now? I only know about Shihua Cave? Although Qixian Cave is not as big as Shihua Cave, the landscape inside this cave is completely different from Shihua Cave. Tickets are 60 yuan.

The smooth part on the upper side is stalactite, and the part on the lower side is stalagmite. There is a conical stalactite on it, which slowly drips water downward and deposits. During the dripping process, stalagmites growing up from the ground will be formed. They grow at the same time, and through the bamboo shoots and milk facing each other, facing each other, contacting each other, and fusing the four processes are connected together to form the Tongtian Pillar, but this process is very slow. Now the Tongtian Pillar we see is in the fourth stage, the stage of fusion of bamboo shoots and milk. According to experts, it took about 300,000 years to form the Tongtian Pillar. The key to forming the heavenly pillar depends on the quality of the rock at the top. The connection surface between the rock and the stalactite is not large. The rock has to withstand a downward pulling force of hundreds of kilograms or even thousands of kilograms. Once the bamboo shoots and milk are connected, the success can only be completed.

Liushi Road is a road from Shidu to Shibantai in Fangshan District. The biggest feature of this road is that it is deep in the mountains. Moshang Huakai B & B in Jiudu Village, Shidu Town, Fangshan, stayed in such a kawaii room for the first time, and my heart instantly melted... The cute kitty cat-shaped round bed is beautiful rose red, and there is also a hanging basket and rocking chair beside the bed. I really like it so much.

Surrounded by the B & B is the Shidu Scenic Area, with beautiful mountains and clear waters and a hint of coldness in comfort.

There is a barbecue in the B & B, and you must book in advance to eat the barbecue. Breakfast is free and rich and exquisite.

Although it is not a very tall B & B, it is still very comfortable to live in. Each room type is different and the decoration is different. You can choose whichever you like. Booking in advance online would be better.

Since it is near the Shidu Scenic Area, it is very convenient to go to Shidu.

It is very popular in summer and it is almost impossible to book a room. But in winter, they close out of business. Then it opened again in April and May of the following year.

The delicious food is the farmhouse at the foot of Xianxi Mountain. The dishes here are all local specialties. The small shrimp from the Juma River, fried fish, scrambled eggs, steamed rainbow trout, and fried pepper leaves are all farmhouse tastes and are not bad.
