Safety ropes must also be worn on high walls. The coach carefully explained the wearing method and repeatedly emphasized the essentials when sliding down. After all, safety comes first in all sports.

In fact, the high-wall areas are also divided into different difficulty levels. It is quite easy to climb up at the beginning, but it is particularly fulfilling after climbing easily. Then the process of sliding down from the top was quite exciting.

In addition to the rock climbing area on the first floor, there is also a physical training area and a leisure area on the second floor. What is particularly commendable is that this ET climbing hall uses a fresh air purification system, so the air in the hall is always fresh and will not be stuffy or smelly.

There are rock climbing shoes provided in the ET Rock Climbing Hall. If you don't plan to train for a long time, don't buy shoes for now. Just wear the ones for free in the museum. (Because I glanced at the price, professional rock climbing shoes are quite expensive ~~~)

Tip: Please wear suitable sportswear for rock climbing and no long nails.
