At 7 a.m. on December 7, 2019, our couple drove from Tianjin to Mentougou District in Beijing City on time. Arrive at Lingshui Village at 11:15 a.m. Parking was free and we spent 1.5 hours playing. Later, I drove to Cuanbai Scenic Area. There were many corners and cars along the way, making it difficult to walk. Arriving around 2 p.m., we stayed in Cuanxixia Village that night. There are many people coming to this village in winter, especially on New Year's Day and Spring Festival. Compared with other villages, there are more hotels. There are 5 main attractions in Cuanbai Scenic Area. We visited Huangling West Village and Shuangshitou Village that afternoon. I first went to Yixiantian at 8 a.m. the next morning, and then spent 2.5 hours visiting Cuanxixia Village. Leave at 11:15 noon and drive to the Jingxi Ancient Road. The ancient road in the west of Beijing is the road traveled by packhorses in the past. On the ancient road in the Guancheng section of Niujiaoling, a large number of early cattle hoof nests can be seen. The fare is 27 yuan and it takes at least 1.5 hours to walk up and down. There was another incident during the self-driving tour on the second day. Because Cuanxixia Village was in the mountainous area, the temperature was particularly low that night. It was still minus 7 degrees at 8 o'clock in the morning, so that the vehicle tire pressure alarm was issued. Four tires and three alarms were issued. We were pumping on the main road outside the Jingxi Ancient Road Scenic Area. On Sunday, there were a lot of cars at 3 p.m. on the 4th Ring Road in Beijing.

Our originally designed 2-day tour route:

Jietai Temple--Tanzhe Temple--Baqi Cave--Jingxi Ancient Road

Lingshui Village-(Shuanglong Gorge)--Cuandixia Village-(Beijing West Yixiantian)--Hongshuikou Village--Lingshan

Yanhecheng Great Wall

The following are the tips I searched online before traveling for reference only.

Tanzhe Temple was built more than 1700 years ago and has a long history. It was once very large-scale. It was said that the Ming Palace Museum was built in imitation here. There is a proverb in Beijing that "Tanzhe Temple first, and then Beijing City." The temple has been valued by the royal family of the past, and the incense is very popular. Moreover, surrounded by mountains, towering ancient trees, ancient and beautiful buildings, and the scenery is very good.

The current area of Tanzhe Temple is not large. The length and width of the temple area are about 300 meters. The main buildings of the temple and many towering ancient trees are distributed. It takes about 2 hours to walk here. In addition, there are Longtan on the back mountain of the temple and two upper and lower tallints in front of the temple. It takes about 3 hours to take a quick look at all of them, but it may take longer to carefully understand, observe or take photos.

Enjoy the quaint scenery of Tallinn

The main entrance of Tanzhe Temple is located on the south side. About 300 meters outside the temple on the south side are two upper and lower Tallinn towers. These two Tallinn towers are often ignored by tourists who enter the temple directly. However, the scenery in the Tallinn is also very good. You may wish to visit it before entering the temple. The Tallinn is composed of the ashes of the deceased master in the temple to store the relics. The Tallinn of Tanzhe Temple is mainly gray and white and is located among the secluded woods. Walking here is very quiet and feels simple and peaceful. You can also take a very good photo.

Visit traditional temple buildings

After visiting Tallinn, you can enter the temple from the mountain gate. On the central axis of the temple, there are buildings such as the mountain gate, Tianwang Hall, Daxiong Hall, Pilu Pavilion, etc. on the left and right sides are Lishu Courtyard, Palace Courtyard, etc., all of which can be visited on foot. The architectural style in the temple is uniform, most of which have bright and glorious color paintings, and the layout is very exquisite. There are many palaces where emperors came to live here, so they are very exquisite. In addition to the buildings, there are many towering ancient trees in the courtyard. The trees reach the sky and give people an ancient and tranquil feeling. Photography is also very good.

Look at magnolia in spring and apricot in autumn

The imperial tree behind the Daxiong Hall is an ancient ginkgo tree that is thousands of years old. It is very spectacular in scale. It is said that each branch of this tree grew when each generation of Qing Dynasty emperors ascended the throne. It is very interesting and you can focus on visiting.
Further north of the imperial tree, there is a two-bridge magnolia tree, which is also an ancient tree. What's special is that this tree is the only two-color magnolia tree in Beijing. When the flowers bloom every spring, the magnolia trees are very beautiful.

Touch the stone fish and pray for peace

The stone fish on the northwest side of the temple is also a famous must-see attraction for tourists when they come here. According to legend, just touching this stone fish can cure diseases and pray for blessings, and it is very effective. Now you need to pay at least 5 yuan in incense money to touch the stone fish. Interested people can go and experience it.

In addition to these scenic spots, the "Qushui Flowing Wine" carvings, big copper pots, Tiger Cave, Guanyin Cave, etc. in the temple are also very famous, and each has very interesting history and legends, which you can get to know.

On the northeast side of Tanzhe Temple, there is a stone staircase road leading up the mountain, which leads to Longtan behind the temple. The "pool" in Tanzhe Temple refers to Longtan in the back mountain. To get to Longtan, you need to walk about 1 kilometer of stone stairs and mountains. It can be reached in about half an hour. However, Longtan is small and not very distinctive, so tourists rarely visit it.

In addition to viewing the many ancient trees and temple buildings, the natural scenery around Tanzhe Temple is also very good. The entire temple is surrounded by several hills, and the surrounding mountains are densely wooded. Every autumn, red leaves are everywhere on the mountain, no less than Xiangshan and other places. It is a very good place to view red leaves in Beijing.

First there was Tanzhe Temple, then Beijing City. Tanzhe Temple, named Youtan and Youzhe, was renamed several times. It was built in the Western Jin Dynasty. It went through three martial arts and one emperor, destroying Buddha and burning it, and was rebuilt in later generations. Princess Yuan practiced in place of her father. Monk Daoyan, the adviser of the Chengzu of the Ming Dynasty, stayed in Peking to cultivate here, helping Zhu Di in the Jingnan Campaign and capture Nanjing as far away. Later, he was given the name Yao Guangxiao, followed the layout of Tanzhe Temple, built the Forbidden City, and moved the capital to Beijing. The imperial edict to build Xiuyun Temple was written by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty.

Tanzhe Temple covers an area of 2.5 hectares inside and 11.2 hectares outside the temple. Coupled with the surrounding forests and mountain fields under the jurisdiction of Tanzhe Temple, the total area reaches more than 121 hectares.

Tanzhe Temple was built in the first year of Yongjia in the Western Jin Dynasty (307 AD). The temple was originally named "Jiafu Temple". Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty gave it the name "Xiuyun Temple". However, because there is Longtan behind the temple and there are zhershu trees on the mountain, people have always been called "Tanzhe Temple". The imperial tree in the courtyard stretches straight into the sky and is thick and has a circumference. It is said that it is a relic of the Liao Dynasty and is nearly a thousand years old. The one on the east side is called the "Emperor Tree", and the one on the west side is called the "King Tree." These two ancient trees are both living fossils of our country-ginkgo trees. Legend has it that when an emperor dies, one branch of the imperial tree will be broken; when an emperor succeeds to the throne, new branches will grow on the imperial tree. Therefore, people call this big tree the "Imperial Tree". In a palace courtyard in Tanzhe Temple, there is a wooden structure building with square pavilions at four corners, called Liubei Pavilion. Emperor Qianlong wrote a seven-character quatrain called "Yi Yi Ting" here.

About a few kilometers southeast of Tanzhe Temple is Jietai Temple, so you can visit it together.

Jietai Temple (also known as Jietan Temple), an ancient temple in western Beijing, is located at the foot of Ma 'anshan in Mentougou District, 35 kilometers away from the capital and 11 kilometers away from the district government. It faces Jieli Peak in the west, Liuguo Ridge in the south, Shilong Mountain in the north, and Beijing City in the east. It is the closest temple to the city in the mountainous areas of western Beijing. It was also designated as a royal temple during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with the words "Imperial Creation" written on the door. It has long been famous in the world for its "ring altar, strange pine trees, and ancient caves". Jietai Temple was built during the Kaihuang Period of the Sui Dynasty (581-600 years) and has a history of more than 1400 years. It was originally named Huiju Temple. Emperor Yingzong of the Ming Dynasty gave it the name Wanshou Temple. Because the temple has one of the largest Buddhist shrines in the country, it is commonly known among the people as Jietan Temple, also known as Jietai Temple. The Buddhist altar was built in the fifth year of Xianyong in the Liao Dynasty. It is called the "Three Major Buddhist Altars in the Country" together with the Buddhist altars of Kaiyuan Temple in Quanzhou, Fujian and Zhaoqing Temple in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The Buddhist altar of Beijing's Buddhist Temple ranks first among the three Buddhist altars, so it is known as "the first altar in the world.

There are many ancient and famous trees in Jietai Temple, and the back mountain is made of limestone. Over the past hundreds of millions of years, many natural cave caves have been formed under the erosion of rainwater. Some of the caves have been artificially repaired, and the Grotto Temple was built. It was a place where some eminent monks in the temple stayed. Such a dense Grotto Temple Cave Group is the only place in Beijing. In 957, Jietai Temple was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Beijing City. In 1980, the Beijing City government allocated funds to carry out a large-scale renovation of Jietai Temple for more than two years. On December 25, 1982, it was officially opened to tourists. In December 1996, Jietai Temple was approved as a national key cultural relic protection unit.

In the center of the hall, the base of the Buddha statue is a three-layer ring platform carved with hundreds of guardians. Although the light is very dim, each statue is very flexible and has different postures. It is very interesting to look at a few statues with their wings spread out carefully.

Jietai Temple is a famous ancient temple located in the western suburbs of Beijing. It was built in 622 AD and has a history of 1400 years. Originally known as Huiju Temple, it was named Wanshou Temple by the Emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and it was called Jietai Temple among the people. The first thing to go to Jietai Temple is to know what is unique about this ancient temple? I have concluded that there are at least four major characteristics. One of the characteristics of Jietai Temple: Jietai. From the name of the temple as the name suggests, the largest Buddhist altar in the country is built in the temple. It is a 3.5-meter-high white marble square platform. It is beautifully carved and is a relic of the Ming Dynasty. Jietai Hall is the main building in the temple. A large lacquer gold plaque hangs high above the main entrance of the hall, with the three characters "Buddha Selection Field" written in Yuan Shikai's handwriting. The second feature of Jietai Temple: Mudan Courtyard. During the late Qing Dynasty, the famous Prince Gong Xin went to Jietai Temple to "recuperate from illness and take refuge" and stayed there for ten years. During this period, Yan Xin invested in the renovation of his residence in the temple, which became a beautiful "Garden in the Temple". Because of the large number of peony flowers planted in the courtyard, it was called the "Peony Garden". Every year when the peony flowers bloom, the Peony Courtyard also becomes the most beautiful scenery in Jietai Temple. Feature 3: Twin Towers. There are 32 ancient towers in Jietai Temple and its surrounding areas, the most famous of which are the Buddha Pagoda of Master Fajun and the Buddha Pagoda of Master Fajun, which have been in the temple for more than a thousand years. On the west side of the stupa, there is an ancient pine tree lying on the ground, with thick branches sticking out in front of the tower. This is the Baota Pine, one of the five famous pine trees in Jietai Temple. This leads to the fourth feature of Jietai Temple: ancient pine trees. There are 88 ancient trees in the temple, including 12 ancient Pinus tabulaeformis trees that are more than 300 years old. The pine trees here are won by ancient times, and have different, unique and beautiful shapes. The most important of them is the Nine Dragon Pine, which has luxuriant branches and leaves and extraordinary momentum. The age of the tree has reached more than 1300 years! In addition, Jietai Temple is also very famous for its spring lilac flowers. Of course, there are also ancient ginkgo trees common in temples in the capital. It is worth visiting in the golden autumn.

Dashitang's lunch at noon is open to tourists, at 11:30 and 12:00. It is worth trying if the time is right. 20 yuan per person, men and women sit separately, and are not allowed to speak after entering the door. Tickets are 45 yuan, and parking for the car is 10 yuan per time. There are three parking lots, with different heights and distances from the scenic area.

Cuanxixia Village, also known as Chuanxixia Village, has a telephone number of 69818988. It is located 3 kilometers west of Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, Beijing City. The village is mainly filled with old buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The famous movie "The Warlord" was filmed here. Nowadays, there are many farmhouses in the village. You can come and experience rural life of sleeping on a kang and eating farm food on weekends. There are also scenic spots such as Yixiantian next to the village to visit together. The small village in the shape of Yuanbao retains the stone walls and mountain roads, gate buildings and courtyards, and shadow walls and flower walls of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The overall layout of the village is in a "person" structure. Tickets are 35 yuan. Entering from the north side of the sky-free; entering the village from the south-charges 35 yuan per person.

Cuandixia Village is not large. The main road in the village is about 600 meters long. The ancient buildings are mainly on the north side of the road, and the Yixiantian Scenic Area is about one or two kilometers next to the village. Cars can be driven into the village from Monday to Friday, and can only be parked in the parking lot at the entrance of the village on Saturday and Sunday, but you can walk when playing and watching. The main activities for ordinary tourists to Cuanxixia Village are to take a walk in the village to watch old buildings, take a panoramic view of the sunrise and the village on the observation deck, and experience rural life in the farmhouse. The tour lasts about 1-2 days.

Ancient buildings are the biggest feature of the village. There are more than 70 courtyards in the village, with nearly 700 buildings in them. Most of them are old buildings from the late Qing Dynasty. Old houses with blue bricks and gray tiles are stacked on the hillside and below. On the valley bottom, it constitutes the simple and quiet charm of the village. You can stroll and take photos in the village, which is very comfortable. You can also visit all the old buildings in the village. The more magnificent ones include the Rich Family Courtyard, Wudao Temple, Guandi Temple, etc. You can go and visit them.

There is a viewing platform on the mountainside of Jinchan Mountain about 200 meters opposite the village. It can overlook the entire village. It is a place where tourists who like to take photos will go. Every sunrise and sunset, it is a good place to take large photos. In addition, about one or two kilometers west of the village, there is also a line of sky landscape. However, the line of sky here is inferior to Shidu, Shilin Gorge and other places near Beijing. Interested tourists can go and play.

There are many inns to choose from for accommodation in Cuanxixia Village. At present, the entire village has begun to operate as a farmhouse inn. The accommodation conditions here are relatively simple, but you can experience the farmhouse kang, taste local farmhouse dishes, and experience the authentic rural life. The price of an accommodation double room is about 100 yuan on weekdays, and about 150 yuan for a standard room. It will increase by tens of yuan on weekends. The price will increase even more on holidays such as November and May Day. It is often booked early, and you need to call in advance to inquire about reservations.

Cuanxia: Cuanxia is an ancient village that retains the style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is named because it is located under the "Cuanlian Pass", a military pass in the Ming Dynasty. Due to the many strokes of the word, many places are now abbreviated as "chuan". The village sits on the north and south and is built on the mountains. There are 76 well-preserved quadrangles and more than 600 houses. The structure is rigorous and well-organized. The quadrangles are excellent overall and have a reasonable layout. The architectural styles such as stone walls, gate buildings, shadow walls, brick carvings, stone carvings, wood carvings, etc. have the charm of Jiangnan water towns, and the grand momentum of high-house courtyards in the north. It is recommended to eat at a farmhouse under the Cuuan, sit down around a table in a neat courtyard, and wait for the villagers to bring out their home-cooked dishes and wild vegetables from their kitchens. Farm food tastes good and is not expensive. The average price is about thirty to forty yuan per person. Lesson from the past: The last time I went to Cuanxia was after SARS last year. I lived in that quiet small mountain village for three days. I wandered leisurely all day from the early morning to the gentle sunset. It was so peaceful and soothing that it was indescribable. It is strongly recommended to stay in Cuanxixia Village for two more days and try all the food there, especially the bean rice, which is exactly the same as the one I had at my grandmother's house more than ten years ago. Little knowledge about Cuandi: There are large, medium and small quadrangles. Most of the quadrangles at Cuandi are small quadrangles. It is characterized by a small area of land and a simple layout. There is only one courtyard. Generally, there are three rooms in the north room (main room), two or three rooms in the east and west rooms, and most of the street doors are Taoist hat style. Entering the street gate, the front is the south wall of the east room of the courtyard, with shadow walls painted on the wall. Turn left along the path and you will reach the middle of the yard. There are long brick-covered crossroads in the courtyard leading to houses on all sides.

Walking to the scenic spots in the direction of Yixiantian, two-hour round-trip is enough. After coming back, you can see the ancient houses such as Gaizuyuan, Guangliang Yuan, Wudao Temple, Guandi Temple, and Juyongguan Pass. The meals in every villager's house are similar. Pancakes, wild vegetable dumplings, red bean rice, home-cooked cakes, roasted leg of sheep, steamed mushrooms with chicken, brine tofu, etc. are all farmhouse meals.

There is a Lingshui Village more than 10 kilometers away from here

Lingshan Natural Scenic Area is located at the northwest end of Mentougou District in the western suburbs of Beijing, at the junction of Zhuo County, Hebei Province, and 122 kilometers away from the capital. Its peak is 2302 meters above sea level, making it the first peak in Beijing. It is adjacent to Longmen Forest Park in the west; it is connected to Longmenjian Scenic Area in the east; and it is connected to National Highway 109 in the south. Due to its altitude, Lingshan has formed a natural scenic spot in the Beijing area that integrates fault mountains and folded mountains, with beautiful peaks and boundless flowers within a radius of 25 square kilometers. There are both warm temperate vegetation and related vegetation in the Siberian cold zone. It grows rhododendrons, cloves, white birch forests, hazelnuts, yellow flowers, roses, golden lotus, wild leeks and other plants, especially alpine meadows. The thick velve-like carpet is embroidered with thousands of flowers that compete for beauty. Therefore, it is the only natural breeding farm in Beijing for Xinjiang fine-wool sheep, Ili horses, and Qinghai-Tibet yaks, and it is also a paradise for wild animals.

Hongshuikou Village is the most beautiful village in Beijing. Because of its high altitude, it is also the highest residential area in Beijing. Juling Gorge, also known as the "Big Ditch", is also the Lingshan Ancient Road

When you come to Lingshan in summer, the temperature on the top of the mountain is about 12℃ lower than that in the urban area, making it the first choice for summer vacation. The west side of Lingshan in Mentougou is gentle and easy to climb. Birch forest.

On October 11, 2013, Hunan Satellite TV teamed up with Lin Zhiying, Guo Tao, Wang Yuelun, Tian Liang, and Zhang Liang teamed up with Xing II to launch the large-scale parent-child program "Where Are We Going, Dad?" The first stop was filmed in Lingshui Village. In the Chinese version of "Where Are We Going, Dad", the five star fathers are Lin Zhiying, Guo Tao, Tian Liang, Wang Yuelun and model Zhang Liang. In the first episode aired on Friday night, five dads took their babies to Lingshui Village in Beijing, waiting for them to have a three-day and two-night rural experience. According to the rules of Hunan Satellite TV's "Where Are We Going, Dad" program, five star fathers, Lin Zhiying, Guo Tao, Tian Liang, Zhang Liang and Wang Yuelun, will take their children for a 72-hour living experience in a difficult rural living environment.

Mentougou Lingshui Village (full name: Lingshui Juren Village) is a thousand-year-old ancient village. It was established as early as the Han Dynasty. The Lingquan Temple in the village was built in the Han Dynasty and is the earliest Buddhist temple in Beijing. The mountain road is rugged, pay attention to driving safety.

Lingshui Village is now a village under the jurisdiction of Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District, western Beijing. Liu Maoheng, Liu Zengguang and many others have appeared. Therefore, Lingshui has been dubbed the "Juren Village" by the locals. Since the filming of "Where Are We Going, Dad", the village has become more famous and fees are charged. Overlooking Lingshui Village, it is said that the entire village layout of Lingshui Village resembles a giant turtle. The primary school in the village, high up behind the village, seems to be the place where five fathers make porridge. The mountains around Lingshui Village belong to the Yanshan Mountains. The treasure of Lingshui Village-the thousand-year-old cypress, has a flat crown and branches. The leaves are luxuriant, like a canopy, and it is called "Jingxi Ganoderma lucidum".

Shuanglong Gorge 08:00-18:00. It is located in the green mountains and green valleys 2.5 kilometers south of Huo Village, Zhaitang Town, Mentougou District. Its main attractions include: Shili Stream, Baitan Waterfall, Qianmu Apricot Garden, Wanjiang Forest, Green Mountain and Green Valley, Xanadu, Cangshan Mountains like the sea, and the peaks are majestic and beautiful. Here, you can not only experience thrilling mountain climbing expeditions in the virgin forest, but you can also take a unique small forest train to drive in the mountains. In summer and autumn, the mountains are full of flowers. Walking into the lush "Vengluo Valley", visitors will feel like they have arrived in a fairyland, so it is also called a "Xanadu". In addition, you can also enjoy sand skiing, grass skiing, fishing, boating, off-road vehicles, bonfires, picnics, barbecues and other activities in summer and autumn. Enjoy. No matter what season, you can enjoy a quiet environment and fresh air here. People who have been here call it a natural oxygen bar. Play for 4 hours.

Tickets + round-trip small train costs 50 yuan. The small train is not far from the door. It runs every half an hour and travels one kilometer. The most outstanding attractions are the last two waterfalls. There is a sudden height rise when the canyon reaches the first waterfall. Visitors need to climb the tower of a spiral staircase, and then walk inward for a while to reach the end point-the ice waterfalls. After late autumn, the upper end of the waterfalls begins to freeze, and the all-ice waterfalls can only be seen in winter (there is ice in summer). When I went to the beginning of November, the leaves of the scenic spots had already fallen. The scenic area is 4 kilometers in total, and the small train is 1 kilometer in total. We walked another kilometer and reached the first waterfall, which is 30 meters high, and the second waterfall is 2 kilometers away.

Beijing Jingxi Ancient Road Scenic spot is located in Shuiyui Village, Miaofengshan Town, Mentougou District, covering an area of 1.5 square kilometers. The scenic spot faces the Yongding River in front and Niujiao Ridge behind, leaning on the mountains and water, which is a relatively well-preserved section of the Ancient Road North Road in the west of Beijing. Special attractions include the Shuiyui section of Jingxi Ancient Road, Jingxi Ancient Road Museum, military theme bar, folk culture garden, blacksmith shop, yellow rice wine shop, permanent husband Stele Pavilion, Niujiaoling Guancheng and other major attractions. With man and nature as the theme, Jingxi ancient road as the background, gully mountains as the carrier and catering culture as the feature, the scenic area is a multi-functional and comprehensive ecological scenic spot integrating catering and cultural landscape tourism, entertainment, fitness and leisure vacation. In the primary school textbook, Ma Zhiyuan's Yuanqu Tian Jing Sha Qiu Si describes this place, "Ancient Road, West Wind, thin Horse." Do you still remember the classic lyrics and songs by Ma Zhiyuan, a writer of Yuan Opera? It depicts the busy scene of teams of horses coming in and out of Guancheng day and night. Ma Zhiyuan's home is next to the ancient road near Niujiao Ridge. Ticket price: 27 yuan / person pass (ticket + glass plank road): 80 yuan / person tour in the scenic spot: walking all the way: it takes about a half-day to drive around the mountain along the mountain: there are several parking lots scattered in the scenic spot, one parking place is more energy-saving, scenic spots: [blacksmith shop] the ancient blacksmith shop is now heavy. [Laoye Temple Zhongyi Hall] A Taoist temple is indeed very clean, but it feels like the Pure Land of Immortals [forever removed from husband] stands in the fourth Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. Twelve years is the prosperous period of Kang and Qian in the Qing Dynasty. Inscription as a product of the "never add Fu" policy: the famous permanent [glass plank] requires money to experience being built on the mountain, but it's not very scary, it's not very scary, it's not very effective, [military bar], the old air-raid shelter is very old, [Ancient Road Museum], some historical knowledge, allusions, past exhibits, and other comprehensive museums, in addition to these, there are [Academy of calligraphy and painting] [ Xiaotangba Waterscape] [Ancient Road Tea shed] [Yellow Rice Wine Shop] and other small scenic spots are generally suitable for a walk in search of secluded travel in autumn. Recommended: Persimmon trees. Mulberry, invisible, mistletoe, maple, maple, yellow and so on I can not name the name, from light yellow, yellow, soil yellow to orange, orange red, red red, purple red, red brown, all colors can be seen. Note: be sure to prepare dry food. If you don't see the water in the hotel, you have to bring enough scenic spots that are not particularly lively, so even those who buy water have no shoes to choose sports anti-skid shoes. Stone roads are also mixed with moss and soil. Some places are slippery. Along the way, there are Ma Zhiyuan's former residence, Jiuyuan Village, Ancient Road Museum, military bar and other scenic spots. Further ahead to Guancheng, Niujiaoling, you will find many hoof nests left over from that year along the road. The ancient road runs across Mentougou, including Shang Yun Road, military Road and Xiang Road. To the east of Wangpingkou, Xishan Avenue is divided into three lines: the north, the middle and the south, which enter the mountain from three shops, Circle Gate and Tanzhe Temple and meet at Wangpingkou.

What is well maintained and managed is the ancient road in the Guancheng section of Niujiaoling, where a large number of early cattle hooves can be seen. The ticket price is 27 yuan, and it is about 1500 meters between the two doors. There are also driving roads. There is a military bar and ancient road museum along the way. The Military Bar is a secret engineering air-raid shelter built by Lin Biao, and some military facilities can be visited.

Baqidong is located in Mentougou District, Beijing City, only 500 meters away from Tanzhe Temple. The ancient cave of Baqidong is deep and famous for its unique fold "8" character and the eight wonders. Therefore, it is known as "Made in heaven and the wonders of the divine cave." Baqidong has three halls and 28 scenic spots along the way, which is completely consistent with the ancient astronomer's "Three Rings and Twenty-Eight Constellations" universe view. The three caves are "Xiaoyao Hall","Zhile Hall" and "Universe Hall" in turn. Each of the three halls has its own characteristics. Xiaoyao Hall is magnificent, Zhile Hall is empty, and Universe Hall is spacious. The eight wonders of Baqi Cave are Fold "8", Flying Dragon in the Sky, Strange Danger, Dragon in Front and Tiger in Front, Shenguo, Jigong, Longtan, and Chinese Olympics. Moreover, most of these eight major landscapes can be corresponding in Tanzhe Temple outside the cave. Especially the stone pot, which is similar in size to the copper pot in Tanzhe Temple and is extremely similar. The bottom of the cave is deep and clear, and the waterways are winding, which also implicitly match the name of "Tanzhe Temple". There is also the traditional word "Chinese" on the stone wall above the pool water, and the patterns on the rocks next to it are smooth, like ancient murals. Baqi Cave has a total length of 1350 meters. The temperature in the cave is 13--16℃ all year round. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The difference between the Great Wall of Yanhe City and Badaling and Mutianyu is that there has been almost no tourism development here, and everything still maintains its historical appearance. The ancient city also retains ancient city walls, ancient stage and some exquisite ancient buildings. It is about 420 meters long from east to west and about 300 meters long from north to south. It is divided into east and west gates. The east gate is named "Wan'an Gate", but unfortunately it was destroyed in the 1950s, leaving only the city wall and door openings that are still recognizable. There is a stone tablet reading "Yanhe City" on the city wall of the east gate. The west gate is named Yongsheng and is made of masonry. There are more than a hundred people in the city. Some farmhouses are built outside the city, most of which are courtyard houses, where you can stay in small hotels in the city. Yanhe City is located in the Grand Canyon in the northwest of Mentougou District, which was once the choke point to the capital. According to textual research, the Great Wall and the Badaling Great Wall were built by Qi Jiguang, a famous anti-Japanese general. Its main role was to prevent northern nomads from attacking Beijing by waterway along the Yongding River. The Great Wall here is even more desolate, and the mountains are undulating greatly, making the feeling of desolation and grandeur even more prominent. It's free.

The first line of sky in western Beijing is located in Mentougou, Beijing City. It is a rare natural sight in Beijing City. Passing through the line of sky, the eyes open up, and there is a scene of pastoral songs. The stone dams block neat terraces, and walnut trees that have been hundreds of years old stand in them. The scenery is all the same for miles. This place was an important base area of the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War.

After visiting Cuanxixia Village, about 3 kilometers north is the Xiaobeigou Valley known as the "Yixiantian" in western Beijing. Through Yixiantian you will find a small village. It is like a gourd mouth. The name "Yixiantian" is indeed worthy of its reputation. It is higher and more dangerous than the Yixiantian I have seen before. The surrounding natural scenery is also very beautiful. It is also good to visit the ancient village.

Longmenjian is located on the northwest side of Yanjiatai, Qingshui Township, Mentougou District, Beijing City. The Longmenjian Scenic Area is mainly composed of the Grand Canyon, with dozens of landscapes. The Longmen Stream is divided into two streams, east and west streams, each stretching for more than ten miles. Entering the Longmenjian Canyon, the peaks on both sides face each other. There is a canyon, a semi-primitive path, and a stream that extends inwards along the path. The difficulty is very small. The road is very flat and there are basically no steps. This is the only road to enter the mountains and out of the mountains. You can reach the Black Dragon Pool by foot for about 4 kilometers.

Shibadan in the west of Beijing is located in Anjiazhuang Village, Wangping Regional Office, Mentougou District. Shibadan in the west of Beijing is located at the northern foot of Qingshuijian Mountain 11 at an altitude of 1528 meters. Shibadan Lake in western Beijing has majestic and straight peaks, lush mountains, deep and steep valleys, strange peaks and rocks everywhere, and there are also lush original vegetation with green onions, colorful exotic flowers and grasses, and seasonal wild fruits and wild vegetables. The spring water is clear and sweet, and flows throughout the year. Eighteen ponds are distributed in the canyon along with the mountains. The ponds are connected and vary in size, depth and shape. However, the ponds have water and the ponds have fish, making them interesting. There are three naturally formed waterfalls in the canyon. One waterfall at the end of the canyon has a drop of more than thirty feet. It pours down like a snow chain, and it looks like a dragon spitting beads. Snowflakes are flying everywhere. It is cool and pleasant. It is a good place to spend the summer. Shibadan Lake in western Beijing faces the Yongding River, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the scenery is natural. Shibadan Lake in West Beijing is one of the rare natural scenic spots in northern China. Shibadan Lake in West Beijing is famous for its deep valleys, strange rocks, special waters and unique flowers. Qingshuijian, backed by the group of ponds, is one of the four peaks in Beijing. In the valley, the streams flow endlessly, with endless peaks and backwaters turning. Every cliff becomes waterfalls and every ravine becomes ponds, forming the well-known natural landscape of "Three Waterfalls, Six Scenes and Eighteen Pools in Western Beijing". At the mouth of the valley, there is another landscape: two mountains are like gates, leading up the valley, with one peak turning three times, and the mountains are all strangely steep; strange peaks and strange rocks, flying springs are outrageous, and the rocks are divided into branches, and sound hits the cliff caves; the mountains stand thousands of feet, with birds and animals gathered, and the cliffs are densely covered with vines and flowers gathered like weaving. The three waterfalls fly and flow straight, and the height is more than thirty feet. Each of the six scenic spots has its own characteristics, including dangerous mountains, strange rocks, flowers of flowers, and bird singing. The eighteen ponds in western Beijing have different depths, and there are fish in the ponds. At this point, you can see the Dragon Palace at the bottom of the pool as if you have reached the magical realm of immortals.

The scenic spot is right along the Yongding River. The road is easier to walk with wooden plank roads and steps, but I didn't find it difficult, so I went up the mountain. It took about an hour to walk. There are guide signs in toilets along the scenic spot. Little pool and little water
