The skiing conditions such as snow quality, snow volume, snow period, temperature, humidity and slope are world-class. It is one of the best quality natural skiing areas in China and the core area for winter ice and snow tourism economic development determined by Xinjiang. We actively responded to General Secretary Xi Jinping's call for "300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports" and determined the layout of the ice and snow venues of "three points and one line, beautiful snow cities, one big and four small mountains", invested 4 billion yuan and developed 10 ski resorts. Ski resorts in the city have been built, the Jiangjun Mountain Ski Resort in Altay City, which is 1.6 kilometers away from the urban area, and the Keketuohai International Ski Resort with a drop of 1200 meters and a longest ski path of 9 kilometers.
