The Forbidden City is located in the center of the Urban area of Beijing City. It was a royal palace in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is one of the existing large-scale, majestic and well-preserved ancient royal palaces in the world today. The Forbidden City is also called the Forbidden City. After leaving the Temple of Heaven, I went to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street in the afternoon. Wangfujing Pedestrian Street is a famous commercial district with a long history of hundreds of years. It enjoys the reputation of Golden Street in Beijing, with a passenger flow of about 600,000 people per day and more than 1.2 million people on holidays. It is located on the north side of East Chang 'an Street in the center of the city and has a long history. It was first formed in the Yuan Dynasty and has been more than 700 years ago. The earliest commercial activities appeared on this street in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, eight royal palaces and princess palaces were built on this street, and later a sweet well was dug for the royal palace to drink. This street was originally called Wangfujing. In the 29th year of Guangxu, Dong 'an Market was formed, and Wangfujing began to develop into a commercial street, becoming one of Beijing's four major commercial districts.

When visiting Wangfujing Street, you must visit the Department Store, Foreign Language Bookstore, Danyao Building, Gongmei Building, Wangfu Women's Department Store, Muslim Building, Xindong 'an Market, Shengxifu, Tongshenghe, Donglaishun, Quanjude, Silian Hairdressing, and Baicao Pharmacy constitute this modern commercial street full of business. Hundreds of domestic firms and well-known overseas brands have gathered in each of the well-arranged and uniquely decorated stores.
