"You must live in Peiping in autumn. I don't know what heaven looks like, but judging from my life experience, autumn in Peiping is heaven." When I saw the autumn in Beijing, I only thought of Mr. Lao She's words. It's really a paradise on earth.
Regarding a walking trip, people who have always lived in the south yearned for the four seasons of the year in the north, so they planned an autumn trip in a week. Autumn in Beijing is just neither cold nor hot, and the length of day and night is equally divided. The sunny weather with high skies and clear clouds and a trace of coolness always makes people feel like they are running wildly.
We only had a four-day trip. Although it was only a short four-day trip, we also watched the Tiananmen Square flag raising, climbed the Great Wall, visited the Summer Palace, went to Sanlitun, walked through the Beihai and Shichahai, and experienced the "blessing" of Gong Wang Fu., listened to the prayers of the Temple of Heaven, and ate the delicious food of old Beijing.
Written in front of the guide, all scenic spots require tickets purchased in advance, except for the flag-raising ceremony in Tiananmen Square.
DAY1: Tiananmen Square Flag Raising Deyun Society Dazhalan
Accommodation was chosen near Qianmen and Wangfujing because I decided to go to see the Tiananmen Square flag raising. Living nearby, you can walk to Tiananmen Square, which is convenient to watch the national flag raising.(There are many home-style B & Bs on Qianmen Street to experience the life of old Beijing)
Regarding the Tiananmen Square flag raising, we landed at around 1 a.m. Daxing Airport, dragged our luggage and went to queue up. We were directly opposite Tiananmen Square To enter the square by the Zhengyangmen Arrow Tower, you have to pass three security checkpoints. If you don't find the first security checkpoint, you must ask the police uncle. Otherwise, you will take many wrong roads like us and delay time. The specific route is as shown in the picture (the drawing is relatively rough, it's probably like this)Tips:
① You can find the daily flag-raising time on the Internet. It's Chinese romance. The daily flag-raising time rises in the face of the sunrise;
② Be sure to wear shoes that can run. If you want to occupy the front row, you must run;
③ For reference to queuing time, we raised the flag at 6:55 that day. We left the hotel to queue up at around 3:00. The hotel walked to the first security checkpoint for about 20 minutes;
(The fog was heavy that morning)
Because I didn't sleep much in the morning and watched the flag raising, the first day's itinerary was relatively relaxed. After watching the flag raising, I took a photo with Tiananmen Square to check in, and took a picture of the Great Hall of the People on the RMB.
Take a leisurely walk from the west side of the square to Qianmen
From the west side of the square, we walked slowly to Duyichu on Qianmen Street for breakfast, and then walked to the hotel to check in. At around 2 p.m., because the ticket for Deyunshe had been booked on Damai Online in advance, the hotel left for about a 15-minute walk. You can get there.
Regarding Deyun Society, as a Deyun girl, she must be the place she wants to go. The place she booked is Guangde Building in Dazhalan. Dazhalan has two gardens. Sanqing Garden and Guangde Building. Sanqing Garden is the permanent residence of the eight teams, but there is no reservation. Guangde Building is the most famous and oldest time-honored brand in the capital and is very close to Sanqing Garden. The front area of Guangde Building does not match tables, and the back area does not match matches. After the Deyunshe performance, you can stroll around Dazhalan and taste the delicacies hidden in the alleys; at night, we went to Niujie to eat hot-boiled mutton. After eating, we took the subway to the National Olympic Sports Center to have a look. bird's nest and The Water Cube, these two places can only be seen and taken photos from the outside. The Bird's Nest is under renovation in preparation for the Winter Olympics, so it is not open. Feel free to stroll around and go back to the hotel to rest.DAY2: Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace
We chose to go to the Mutianyu Great Wall mainly because there are fewer people here than Badaling and the scenery is better. We booked a charter bus on Ctrip. We left the hotel at 7 a.m. and arrived at around 9 a.m.. The Great Wall, Mutianyu is the only one. The time for enjoying the autumn in the red leaves season: the end of September to the early red period in mid-October; the middle of October to the early red period in early November; the beginning of November to the late of mid-to-late November.
Route to climb the Great Wall: Cable car 100 one way, round trip 120. Considering subsequent itineraries, we chose to return the cable car to go straight to the No. 14 beacon tower. There are a total of 20 beacon towers on the Mutianyu Great Wall. Behind the 20 is the wild Great Wall that has not been repaired and maintained. It is forbidden to pass. The best scenery to take is between 16 and 20. Because there are few people, good photos can be taken. Because it came in November, I didn't see the red leaves, but it also felt different.
The weather was very good and it was very interesting to take photos, so we didn't go down until around 1 o'clock and rushed to the Summer Palace.The Summer Palace is a great place to enjoy autumn. We only have half a day. In fact, the Summer Palace is worth a day's visit. If you want to see the essence of autumn in the Summer Palace, you must follow the routes below and avoid the useless attractions.
Beigongmen Entrance--Suzhou Street--Four Major Provinces--Wanshou Mountain--Foxiang Pavilion--Jilan Pavilion--Xiexiu Garden--Yulantang--Seventeen Confucius Bridge--Donggong Gate
We only came here in the afternoon. We arrived at the Seventeen-Arch Bridge just in time to meet the sunset. The golden light of the Seventeen-Arch Bridge is really not to be missed. As long as there is sunshine, we can see it every day. Of course, it must be in the afternoon, when the sun is setting in the west; Houhu is an excellent place to enjoy autumn. After crossing Suzhou Street, walk along the bank of Houhu. The banks of the lake are intertwined with red and yellow and colorful.
DAY3: Temple of Heaven-Gong Mansion- Beihai Park-ShichahaiThe Temple of Heaven is a special altar for emperors in the Ming and Qing dynasties to worship heaven, pray for rain and pray for a bumper harvest. It is divided into inner and outer altars, mainly including the Hall of Prayer for New Year and the Hall of Huangqian. It is recommended to enter from the south gate and exit from the north gate, visit the Circular Mound, the Echoing Wall, the Imperial Firmament, the Danbi Bridge, the Abstinence Palace, the Hall of Prayer for New Year and the Hall of Huangqian before leaving.
TIPS:
① There is a long corridor behind the Zhai Palace, which is very distinctive, with red walls and green tiles;
② The Temple of Heaven is also a sacred place to enjoy autumn, and there is a golden avenue that is also very prominent;
③ Be sure to rent an electronic explanation so that you can clearly understand the story of each building
Taking a taxi from the Temple of Heaven to Gong's Mansion, you can chat with old Beijingers about the places they often go to and their favorite foods.
Gong Wang Mansion is the most completely preserved palace complex in my country. It was originally the residence of He Shen. It has gone through the historical process of the Qing Dynasty from its peak to its decline. Therefore, there is a saying that "a Gong Wang Mansion is half of the history of the Qing Dynasty." The whole thing is divided into two parts: the mansion and the garden. The Xiyangmen, the big theater building and the back cover building are the "Three Wonders" Miyun Cave in the Gong Mansion. It is also very worth seeing. Inside is the Kangxi Imperial Brush "Fu" stele stolen by He Shen from the palace. Touch the "Fu" stele and feel the blessing, and you can slowly feel the "Fu" house in Gong Wang Mansion.Gong's Mansion is located between Shichahai and Beihai Park, so you can see many rickshaws when you come out of Gong's Mansion. If you are interested, you can sit and let old Beijingers tell the story of Beijing. You can visit Shichahai and Beihai Park and experience various Beijing hutongs. When we came out of Gong's Mansion, the rickshaw drivers had already left work. They were gone at around 5:30 in the afternoon every day; we walked around the Beijing Hutongs on our legs.
DAY4: Jingshan Park-Sanlitun
Because we didn't book in advance, we didn't buy tickets to the Forbidden City, but our obsession with the Forbidden City led us to book a trip to Jingshan Park to overlook the Forbidden City. When you come to Jingshan, you can go up to the top to see the whole picture of the Forbidden City. It is just a small hillside. It only takes about 10 minutes to climb up. There are many elderly people on the mountain road to exercise and practice various musical instruments. It is a good place for old Beijingers to relax and entertain. You can see the corner towers of the Forbidden City when you come down the mountain trail. It is also an excellent place to enjoy autumn and a place to show off.
Tai Koo Li Commercial District should be the core of Sanlitun Commercial District, which is jointly responsible for eight world-class architects from China, Japan, Hong Kong and the United States. It is mainly a commercial center where you can go shopping and eat.
Beijing is a charming city with both classical charm and fashionable atmosphere. Small alleys, old teahouses, trendy bar streets, and bustling commercial districts, infinite modern elements blend with the authentic Beijing flavor of old Beijing, building Beijing's profound cultural heritage and an orthodox yet elegant lifestyle. Beijing is crisp and crisp in autumn, maple leaves are getting red, and ginkgo trees are paving the way. This is an excellent time to travel.
