opening remarks|

There is no Forbidden City, Great Wall, no cemetery and bedroom.

Spent an atypical weekend in Beijing in early January.

And his boyhood companions,

Across the alleys of Qianmen Street,

Praying piously amidst the fireworks of Yonghegong Temple,

Experience the Beijing flavor of literary and artistic petty bourgeoisie in an international art settlement,

I also encountered hutong dishes that refreshed my understanding of northern cuisine.

Although I have visited the capital for the third time, it has been almost ten years since my last visit here. I remember the little southern girl sitting at the foot of the Great Wall under the scorching sun, with nosebleeds gushing out. Since then, every time I think about this extremely dry and terrifying area, my life has long been drawn an unbridled forbidden zone with Beijing.

People often associate the city's name with independence. When I was in elementary school, I once came to Beijing to compete. I had never left my parents. With my curiosity to see the world, I took a two-hour bus alone in a foreign country for the first time. As I grow older, I increasingly understand the meaning of the word Beidrift and the joy and pain brought by the wandering growth. It uses unique waves of life to stir up generations of people with ideals.

Once again, when I get to know Beijing from a new perspective, I am different.

◆ Above Jingshan, looking at the glory of China

◆ The chance to come to Beijing was a work I accidentally submitted a few months ago. With a pious heart to learn from Tan and Wan, I decided to set out from the moment I received the invitation. Meeting friends is the main agenda in Beijing. There is nothing special about it, but the people you meet and the treasure restaurants you discover are all small surprises during the journey.

► Thousands of years in Kyoto

◆ Although I didn't go to the Forbidden City, the red walls of Jingshan were photographed first.

◆ Take a picture of the same famous scene at Sanlitun IT

◆ 798 that looks good from every angle

◆ A ray of sunshine in front of Lama Temple

◆ There is also the flavor of Beijing hidden deep in the hutongs.

·Jingshan

◆ Jingshan Park on the central axis is across the street from Shenwu Gate and has a panoramic view of the Forbidden City. It only took about ten minutes to walk from the front door for the two-yuan ticket. I woke up and hurriedly took a taxi. When I encountered a traffic control and traffic jam on Chang 'an Street, the driver had to find a way to make a detour. As soon as he got on the bus, he sat for more than an hour. Everything is difficult at first-the first stop of Beijing's small holiday was a bumpy start to taking a taxi, which also gave me a deep experience of the traffic in the Imperial Capital.

◆ We successfully met with Xuyang in Jingshan at noon. This fake local and I had a grand joint ceremony in Jingshan during the gap between working overtime and taking the driver's license test-and used a two-yuan ticket as a commemoration. I don't know if it's because of Australia's beautiful mountains and rivers or the artistic influence I receive on BTV every day. Compared with half a year ago, my photography level is particularly good (deeply impressed).

Jingshan is not high, and it is very close to the mountain. Walking along the trail will lead to the commanding heights. Walking in the northern winter sun and chatting about half a year's life and study turned out to be something that can make people feel so good.

Overlooking Beijing from the mountain, you can see the old city and new buildings at a glance. Under the guidance of this old Beijing man, you can add a section of Beijing's architecture and geography along the central axis. The two-yuan ticket really can't be described as being cost-effective (the student price can still be half a ticket) If you are not in a hurry, Jingshan will definitely be worth a visit.

Tip: Actually, the most suitable time is afternoon towards evening, otherwise you can experience the happy backlight like me.

◆ Take two pictures to report to you on the current situation of the Tuo-Macao boy who has not been seen in the second half of the year (actually, it is a quick and full-time documentary on camera introduction)

▲ On the railing of the viewing pavilion, a foreign brother overlooking the Forbidden City

◆ The red walls in Beijing seem to feel whatever you look at

·Nanluogu Lane| shichahai

◆ You must be familiar with this street in Houhai. Storytelling music, and people with stories.

◆ I found the Shichahai Ice Rink on the road. The Shichahai Ice Rink, which was only opened some time ago, became a good place for many people to spend weekends in Beijing.

◆ Walking through the halls and alleys, walking along the river embankment, gray walls and dead branches warm the sun. Although I don't know where I am, I feel that this north is not something else.

◆ This sloping street in front of the Drum Tower, full of cigarette bags, was named Yandai Slope Street. In the past, it sold smoking equipment, antique paintings and paintings, flavored snacks, etc., and is now also a well-known small cultural street.

◆ Next, you will find Nanluogu Lane. Compared with the thick and profound house in the past, the commercial atmosphere has long drowned out the culture of this old Beijing alley. It is better to pat it casually. There are many hutong driver drivers in this area, and friends continue to joke. It is better to take a tour of the hutongs.

◆ In the deep alley, watch the sugar blowing people and add a touch of authentic old Beijing charm. {data:{has_more:true,html:

◆ I asked the old Beijing man who walked his dog along the way. I heard Xuyang and his pure Beijing dialect. I met a warm-hearted northern man like Lao Pao 'er for the first time, which made me happy.

·Qianmen Street

◆ Living near Qianmen Subway Station, you can see Zhengyang Gate just a few steps away every day. It is located at the southernmost tip of Tiananmen Square on the north-south central axis, next to Chairman Mao Memorial Hall. Subway transportation is very convenient. It can be said that this area is the best choice for accommodation to watch the sunrise.

(See travel notes at the end of the article for recommended accommodation with high cost performance)

◆ After getting out of the subway, you will find Beijing Square on Qianmen Street. The second MUJIHOTEL, Starbucks flagship store, and online celebrity bookstore pageone are all settled in the northeast corner of Dazhalan. The overall architectural style adds a new flavor to the Hutong. If you live nearby and have enough time, it is still worth checking in to take photos.

◆ In addition to checking in Chinese life experience in Beijing Square, there are also many authentic Beijing flavors in the streets and alleys.

◆ National flags, alleys, old-fashioned bicycles, Beijing masters, and the temperature of a casual pat.

◆ Under the green bricks and tiles, in front of the red gate.

·Lama Temple| wudaoying Hutong

◆ Finally, Xiaowen came to stay with me after finishing the exam. Because her skiing schedule was cancelled, the two of them struggled all night with where to go tomorrow. Hearing that the Yonghe Palace burned incense very effectively, in the early morning of January 9012, two contemporary intellectual female college students set out with a pious heart.

◆ A ray of sunshine outside the Lama Temple is one of my favorite photos of Beijing.

Tips: Student tickets are half price. Beijing students forget to bring their ID cards. They can also use their student cards.

◆ Emperor Qianlong was born here in the Yongzheng Mansion with yellow tiles and red walls. Two emperors emerged in Yonghe Palace, becoming a blessed land for Longqian.

◆ Next to the Yonghegong Temple is Wudaoying Hutong. Compared with the commercial Nanluogu Lane, Wudaoying Hutong is very quiet, like it's originally like winter.

At the Wuyutai Tea House opposite door, try a new Beijing-style tea ice cream. It turns out that eating ice cream in winter does not feel cold at all.

◆ Winter in the north is scattered and scattered, hiding the curiosity of a southerner.

◆ Really being in the hutong, there are all kinds of coffee shops and restaurants on the street, coupled with some unique creative shops and few pedestrians, isolating the noise of the Second Ring Road, and it is a completely different hutong temperament.

· 798

◆ Transformation from the original style of factory buildings, art and trends gathered together, becoming a distinctive art display and creative space, which also created today's 798.

--This is a place to feast the eyes, an exciting place, the heart of leisure culture and performing arts, where anything can happen.

◆ I came here because of my fame. The style is almost like the red brick factory in Guangzhou, but with an extra layer of high-grade gray that comes with the northern winter. I will always find surprises when photographed.

► Iconic creative road sign

► Modern Automobile Culture Center

◆ The 798 with sunny weather can be photographed for a long time, and it is also very big when shopping. In addition, the 798 itself is relatively far away. In January, the Beijing sun basically does not have particularly good light at 4:30 and 5:00. You should arrange reasonable travel time.

► 798 's iconic retro locomotive

◆ I often see the Internet celebrity mural. I heard that this is an aerial view of 798, and every building is on this painting.

◆ I accidentally discovered a deciduous brick wall covered with withered vines.

► A corner of winter

○ Big chimney

798 Transportation Tips: 798 is still some distance away from the subway entrance. You can get there by bus or taxi. We took a luxury indoor three-wheeled motorcycle, which was actually very cheap. It was 10 yuan each, and it was also very convenient and fast. Hehe

Food Chapter ①| Hutong Treasure Delicious

Before coming here, I informed my friends in Beijing and made a FoodList. Although I didn't try all of them one by one, I tried my best. Of course, it also includes wonderful foods such as stewed liver and tripe bean sauce. These authentic must-eat foods that have not yet been tried, so leave a surprise (or surprise) for the next visit.

In this process of exploring the delicacy of the capital, in addition to the must-eat hotpot Beijing roast duck, the food stalls in the streets, there are also less authentic friends who gather to eat at restaurants, and the treasure Hutong dishes I discovered.

■ Beijing's No. 1 Course: Pancake Fruit

Every day when you pass Qianmen Street, you can see several people queuing up at the pancake and fruit stall at the door. Since there were pancakes and fruits sold on the first floor of the school supermarket last year, it was the first time that I ate this very distant food in my impression (and I really wanted to discover for myself whether the food sold in the school was authentic). I couldn't help but also went to line up.

Many people should be no strangers to pancake fruits. In comparison, Beijing's pancakes have huge fruits, and the sauces and fillings inside are all real ingredients-salty and fragrant, and they feel quite delicious while it's hot. Maybe it's because the taste of this big guy is a little too heavy. After 1/4 of it, I feel like I can't eat it anymore. It's all an experience.

■ Beijing Second Course: Wu Yutai Tea Flavor Ice Cream

This time-honored brand in Beijing was founded in 1887. After a century of history, it has always adhered to the high-quality background of a time-honored brand in Beijing. Keeping the old track was once a stereotype of many time-honored brands by the outside world, but Wu Yutai has become a new Internet celebrity in Beijing because he has continuously developed a variety of new tea-flavor styles, attracting fans one after another.

I chose two different flavors of ice cream cones. The tea flavor makes it not very sweet and unique. The price is reasonable. Even in the cold wind of winter, it is worth a try.

■ Beijing's third course: sugar sugar gourd

A candied gourd is of course indispensable. At the small stall selling candied gourd at the street corner, try Xiaowen's ice-sugar strawberries. This traditional snack is often seen not only in the north but also in China. In addition to the original common flavors such as hawthorn, there are more and more practices now, and it has developed into a variety of foods that are strung together and dipped in sugar. There are a variety of varieties.

The price of rock sugar strawberries is generally more expensive than other types, but they are indeed seed players in the rock sugar world.

(Here's the key point) Before I came, this green young man from Beijing threatened to take me to eat the best and most authentic Beijing food, and even kept him in suspense-in my understanding, every gathering in Beijing is probably eating hot pot.

In Beijing at night, we got off the bus at the entrance of the alley next to the Lama Temple. With Xiao Lu's not-so-extraordinary memory, we went through all the twists and turns to find the store and climbed into the second-story attic with a strong nostalgic style. Only when I opened the menu did I realize that it turned out to be a Hutong dish-more similar to traditional Beijing-style cuisine, with a home-cooked taste and a new style of cooking.

◆ (Key points) When I mentioned Beijing cuisine to others again, I searched for Hutong cuisine to become my first promotion.

The wine is not afraid of deep alleys. You can walk through the halls and alleys. You can follow Google Maps to find it for the first time and hide it in a very deep place.

◆ Large calico, old TVs, yellowed inscriptions, glass cabinets, small objects from the past... They are all big things in the alley.

■ Beijing Fourth Course: Xinyuanzhai Osmanthus and Sour Plum Soup

The sour plum soup drink shaped by the small grenade is a daily drink during the free time of the table. The time-honored Xinyuanzhai was built in the fifth year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1740) and has developed since its rise and fall. Although the plum taste is not very obvious when it tastes drunk, the sour and sweet taste after refrigeration can make people more appetizing.

■ Beijing's Fifth Road: Jumping in the chicken

Jilibing is also a famous traditional dish. It is a signature of Hutong restaurant. It is a must-order dish at each table. The sweetness and sweetness are just right, and the chicken and shrimp are very crispy and tender. It is rumored that the word "chicken jumping" comes from. When the chef was asked about the name of the dish by Kangxi, he suddenly thought of the jumping shape of fresh shrimp when cooking. It is affectionate and lifelike.

I ordered this "cheese fish" for snacks. It tasted like pudding. The custard is served with three sauces, and the taste is unique.

"Soak rice with thick sauce" is also a must-order dish in Hutong cuisine. There are many ingredients in the sauce, and the taste is definitely worthy of the Soak rice with 69 yuan per serving.

■ Sixth Sixth Road in Beijing: Copper Pot Bullfrog

A new-style copper pot, a burst of fireworks. The copper pot bullfrog has become the MVP in the catering industry in recent years and has blossomed everywhere. Xiao Lu feels that this one must be ordered. Although it is not a signature in the store and is not particularly amazing from other restaurants, it is fresh, plump and slightly spicy, and never tired of eating it. I can't wait to eat it in the pan.

◆ When I came out of Yonghe Temple, I was pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the Qixun Bazai Hutong Cuisine I went to the day before, another Qixun Bazai Yuyu family was also nearby. The menu was almost the same, so I took Xiaowen to visit it for the second time. Yuyu is easier to find in the location, and it is not hidden so deep. You can find it in a short walk in the alley.

■ Beijing Seventh Avenue: Xiao Diao Pear Soup

Xiaodiao Pear Soup is also a famous soup in old Beijing. It is more like a drink in a thermos. Sydney, white fungus, and rock sugar are boiled thick. The pear taste is clear and sweet. It can also moisten the lungs and reduce the fire. You have to try it.

■ Beijing's Eighth Road: Two things are exploded in the roasting stove

The two items are kidney flower and mutton. For people who don't enjoy meat, this seems to be a must-have topic. I've eaten it twice, and the taste doesn't need to be said much. Just sorting out the photos is enough to make me drool.

"Osmanthus glutinous rice lotus root" is a soft, glutinous and sweet cold dish. After eating it for so many days, it always needs something light.

■ Beijing Ninth Lane: Andrographis mixed with strawberries

The highlight is that the method is novel, but it is also simple. Fresh Andrographis, sour and sweet seasonal strawberries, the sauce is yogurt, and stir with a little strawberry jam. This is the first time I have eaten Panthers 'salad. When I stir it, I always feel that the taste is as sweet as carambola, with some faint fragrance, and then it feels refreshed all day long.

Food Chapter ②| Pick roast duck or hotpot?

Xu Yang said that in the past, authentic hot-pot meat had to be cooked with charcoal fire in the middle of a copper pot. Now, you may still see it in some dilapidated hot-pot meat shops in small alleys. In fact, these hot-pot shops are similar. Entering a store won't make much difference.

■ Beijing No. 10: Arctic Ocean Soda

Beijing's good taste is not just food, but also some specialty drinks must be tried. In addition to sour plum soup, small pear soup, old yogurt, and... There is also bean juice (??)... And of course Arctic soda. In Beijing, Arctic Ocean soda can be said to be well-known, and the symbol of the Arctic Ocean has long become a cultural symbol of Beijing. You can see it everywhere in restaurants. The taste is not much different from ordinary soda. You can even eat with a bottle to relieve boredom. The bottle cap is opened with a sizzling sound. It is the first choice for cooling with copper pot shabbing pork.

■ Beijing No. 11: Fried enema

Zhen·An authentic recommended dish ordered by Beijingers, a traditional snack with traditional Beijing cuisine. After serving the food, I quickly ate while it was hot. I only learned what I was eating after I ate...

It was actually-in the pig's large intestine-the oil produced-fried into slices-and poured with garlic juice... Garlic juice... Garlic...

OK, then my (unspeakable) tasting experience has come to an end. In fact, the taste is not bad. It is fried until it is almost impossible to taste anything. It is still worth experiencing the special flavor.

■ Beijing No. 12: Shabu mutton

The most important thing is that the mutton is tender and tender and melts immediately in the mouth. People with light taste really like it very much. The meat is boiled first and then the vegetables are boiled. If you eat it together, you won't be too tired.

The words on the sesame paste of North Gate Shabu meat seem quite interesting. You can add coriander, chopped green onion, etc. to the sesame paste according to your personal taste. After stirring well, dip in the full mixture and send the meat into your mouth. Unexpectedly, after this short trip to the north, the dipping bowl of sesame sauce challenged the status of Shacha sauce in my heart, so that when I went back, when I went to the beef hot pot restaurant, my first reaction actually thought of sesame sauce.

The world-famous Beijing dish-Beijing Roast Duck must also be a must-have. Beijing ducks, which are made of high-quality meat, have a complicated roasting process, and the finished product is ruddy and golden, so beautiful that people can't help but take more pictures. I have been to Quanjude before when I came here, but this time I decided to go to Four Seasons Minfu to check in. The Forbidden City Store has a unique view, but unfortunately there were too many people, so I had to choose the Nanlishi Road Store with relatively few people.

■ Beijing 13th Course: Roast Duck

The service is very, very good, with special personnel on the stands, introducing dishes, and teaching three ways to eat roast duck, which is not inferior to Haidilao Bar. The ingredients of sauce, shredded green onions, cucumbers, pickles, etc. depend on personal preference. The burrito is soft and tough. Even if it is completely wrapped casually, the crispy duck skin and duck meat are dipped in the ingredients, making it fat but not greasy. The meat quality is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. When paired with it, the taste is mellow but not greasy, giving people endless aftertaste. This is probably the essence of roast duck.

Take a picture quickly while it is still complete and beautiful.

"Clever Mixed Bean Slets" is a dish that is very characteristic of the people's welfare throughout the year. It must be ordered at every table to appease and relieve boredom.

"Baylor Barbecue" seems to be about the same as the grilled pork I had for lunch. It is both in taste and price, but I still like it quite a bit ~

The taste of "Kung Pao Chicken Diced" is slightly sweet. Looking at the dishes recommended by the public, it is actually okay, just so-so.

■ Beijing's 14th Street: Beijing Old Yogurt

Finally, the last meal was arranged. The taste was very mellow, with moderate sweetness and sweetness.

■ Beijing's 15th Course: Traditional snacks (pea yellow/donkey rolling/kidney bean roll/Aiwowo/small bean cold cake)

These traditional Beijing snacks can be tasted in one go during the Four Seasons Mingfu period. Pea yellow is a common sight, with a dense taste, cool and refreshing cake. There are also the donkey rolling that is often heard of but I don't know what it is, because the soybean noodles on the surface are named after the yellow soil raised when wild donkeys roll in the suburbs of old Beijing. They are sweet and sticky. It is a traditional snack with a long history, and everything is worth trying.

Food Chapter ③| Friends in Kyoto

◆ At night, I met Xiao Huo at a Korean restaurant in Wudaokou. There were very few people on the streets of Beijing around 90 o'clock, and there were almost no people in the row of shops. But walking into the Korean restaurant hidden in the innermost part is another world. There are several big long tables next door, filled with students from Beijing Language with different languages, toasting for a birthday party. There were a few scattered tables of couples and a few tables of Koreans, making it very lively.

This may be the most classic night at the center of the universe.

■ Beijing 15th Avenue: Korean cuisine in Wudaokou

► Eating Dai cuisine in Beijing may seem really unauthentic, but--the number one Yunnan cuisine in the capital has to experience it. There is only a burning cloud in the north, and the environment goes without saying, and the decoration is decorated with a girl's heart. In order to avoid the crowd, we went to Chaoyang Langang Store and picked up the number online in advance.

■ Beijing's 16th Avenue: Fire Yunnan and Dai dishes

The spicy degree of "Braised Chicken in Copper Pot Oil" can be chosen, but my friend was wronged that I didn't order spicy food. Braised chicken in oil is a must-order order. The portions are super large and slightly oily. It is really fragrant. The two of them were filled with this meal.

"Beef Ma Si" is the first time to try Ma Si. It is a large piece of beef. The Ma Si is refreshing and the beef is full of ingredients. It is completely ok!

The "fried platter" can be freely chosen and there are a wide variety of varieties, so that you can try each one. The fried shrimp cake has a Q-bullet taste and is real. You can eat good big shrimps, spring rolls, etc., etc., very satisfied

Paoluda has pulled the grass! Dessert hesitated for a while between rose ice powder and this dish. The bread tasted wonderful when soaked in it...

There are many light shows in Blue Harbor at night, so you can stroll around.

◆ In addition to Langang, there is another meeting place that needs to be filled in-Sanlitun

◆ Take a photo of Qian Jie at the entrance of the big IT door

·Thousand Seals| Love ·The Art of Love

Travel travel custom uses star-chasing moments during the journey as the end egg for travel travel. Originally, this chapter should record such a story--

On January 10, on a cold night in Beijing, we squatted at the entrance of Wukesong. Inside was the Weibo night that fans across the country were paying attention to, and outside were happy girls watching live broadcasts. (It seems like a year has passed since I last saw Qian Xi in Guangzhou, but in fact it has only been 10 days.)

But on this night, in addition to Weibo Night, there was also the first episode of Singer 2019. After eating and drinking, he resolutely decided to go back to the hotel, turn on the heating, and watch the singer! (Well, I admit it was because the evenings in Beijing were so cold. This motivation forced me to give up the trip to the main gate of Chinese opera and the main gate of Wukesong)

But! I also have a limited edition of my Beijing itinerary--

Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!

◆ The significance of the image exhibition is probably-"Images will not change the world, but those who see it will. "I have been to video art exhibitions big and small, but this one is the most special.

○ Yi Shou Qianxi XHEXAGONCOLLECTIVE Creative Dance Team

Body language expresses an understanding of love and life; images convey, allowing more people to enter such a world.

► Sended a postcard of LadyM's joint art of love

○ "Peace in Bed" by Yoko Ono and John Lennon-is not only a testimony of their love, but also fully reflects the possibility of combining artistic action and social movement.

The cross-border between stars and art exhibitions, as well as limited edition coupons-he wants to become a real artist, and he will definitely work hard to do so in the future.

·Travel Notes

Beijing City Third Transportation Commission reminds you:

There are thousands of roads, safety comes first

Look at the direction of the subway and don't take it backwards

Transportation Tips: In fact, when you get to Beijing Transportation, you still need to bring some change!! The subway can be easily traveled on apps, which is very convenient, but the bus cannot be paid on mobile yet! Got off the plane-airport bus/bus/hotel deposit... This cash company makes me feel that I should carry cash with me, and I also wonder why the payment in our capital is so underdeveloped... I heard that in fact, I met the only few people who needed cash.

Recommended hotel with high value for money-Zhengyang Xishe (near Qianmen Subway Station, it is convenient to watch the sunrise on Tiananmen Square)

Housing prices in the capital are generally not low for the student party. If you book a room about ten days in advance, the price is 300+ per night. The room is really small, but it is enough. I stayed for two days, but I didn't book it for the next two nights, so I had to change it again. In fact, the quality of accommodation in this area is uneven, and the poor is really poor. Therefore, we still have to do our homework carefully and carefully select it for several days. It just opened last year, and the decoration is beautiful and the environment is clean. We also have to check in detail on the Internet. Check out his door and door locks, and it is still very important for a girl to stay alone.

The opportunity to come to Beijing alone-to shoulder the heavy responsibility and report to everyone who is still fighting in school and has not finished the exam, the pilgrimage journey of amateur advertising transfer students can be regarded as a serious study.

May you always be well and well

May you always know how to fly

Don't panic, don't worry, don't worry.
