All halls of Zhihua Temple are paved with black glazed tiles. Among the various colored glazed tiles in the Ming Dynasty, although black is inferior to yellow and green, only official kilns can be fired.

There are three ways to explain the choice of black glazed tiles:

First, because China's buildings are strictly hierarchical, there are strict regulations on the style and color of roofs.

The second is the theory of the five elements. Black belongs to water, which can extinguish fires. The main structure of Zhihua Temple is a wooden structure, with black glazed tiles to control fire.

The third is the four-color theory derived from Buddhist scriptures. The cessation of disaster becomes white, the increase becomes yellow, the love becomes red, and the surrender becomes black, which symbolizes the four major aspects of earth, water, fire and wind. The black glazed tile roof corresponds to the name of Zhihua Temple. The former uses the wind to subdue demons, while the latter uses the wisdom of Buddha to transform all living beings.

Zhihua Temple has two Beijing music performances every day, at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. respectively. Zhihua Temple Beijing music has been passed down for more than 570 years. It is known as a living fossil of ancient Chinese traditional music and is one of the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage projects.

Wang Zengqi's "Old People's Past Things" writes: There is a Zhihua Temple in Beijing. The monks in the temple perform rituals differently from those in other temples and play music. The music they played was extraordinary and ancient. The music used cannot be read by others. The symbols for recording the music are not fine rules, but some strange strokes. The musical instruments are similar to those common today, but the main musical instrument is the tube. It is said that this is Yan Music from the Tang Dynasty. After liberation, most of the monks in the temple had already made their own living, but they could still gather together. Mr. Lao She invited them and played once. Comrades in the music industry are very interested in this living ancient music.

In front of Zhihua Temple is an ordinary resident's home, and behind it is Galaxy Soho. Officials and people, simplicity and modernity, have all melted together silently in the long river of time.

Across the alley next to Zhihua Temple is the Milky Way Soho. In the nearby alley, gentlemen gathered at the fitness equipment area, playing chess and flying flexibly on the horizontal bar. It was very lively. Galaxy Soho seems even more deserted, and there are no visitors on weekends.

Raffles: There is a falling moon

Came out of Soho Galaxy and went to Raffles. A single-episode art pop-up shop is currently being opened on the fourth floor of Raffles until June 2. The store is paved with grass, hangs the moon, and hangs around while drinking beer and chatting. The organizers were all young people, and the atmosphere at the venue was very relaxed.

Wudaoying Hutong-Jianchang Hutong-Guozijian Street-Fangjia Hutong
wudaoying Hutong

Wudaoying, Guozijian and Fangjia Hutong are three parallel streets running east-west. Jianchang Hutong starts from Wudaoying Hutong in the north and ends at Guozijian Street in the south.

Find Jingzhao Yin opposite the Yonghegong Temple and turn in to Wudaoying Hutong.

Jingzhao Yin is an official name in ancient China, equivalent to the mayor of today's capital and belongs to one of the three auxiliary officials. Sanfu refers to three officials who govern the Gyeonggi region: Jingzhao Yin, Zuo Fengyi, and Right Fufeng. The title You Fufeng is also very nice.

Wudaoying Hutong is said to be the garrison site for defending the city in the Ming Dynasty, and was called Wudewei Camp at that time. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the inlaid yellow flag and was renamed Wudaoying. Both the battalion and guard are related to the garrison.

With the change of dynasties, Jingzhao Yin became a vegetarian restaurant, and Wudaoying Hutong changed from a garrison place to a good place to take a break.

On both sides of the alley are small shops of different styles. Shops selling various music boxes, cafes with beautiful flowers, restaurants from various places, izakaya, Vietnam Locomotive, Western food, hot pot. Walking around casually, it would be half the afternoon.

Lost and Found is a furniture store. I passed by last autumn night, but didn't go in. I took a picture of a shimmering storefront.

This year is the afternoon of early spring. The store does not seem to have changed much. A few months disappeared without a trace like ice cubes in coke.

Sliding open the wooden door is like entering a real home. The first floor is the living room, dining room, and study room. On the second floor, there is a bedroom. Most of them are quiet and calm solid wood furniture, like old things that have been used for a long time, with similar familiarity.

The partitions on the second floor are made of wood and coarse white cloth.

Pure color fabrics and green plants are rich in color, without jumping or making trouble, like a trance of old dreams and long-term memories blended together.

There is a small cat shop near the end of the alley called Hutong Cat. When I passed by, I walked by with the door closed. Later, when I turned back, I saw someone pushing the door open, so I followed in.

Looking at the cats, they couldn't move and wanted to carry them all away. Cats make people feel as soft as cotton candy that is quickly melting, and they are also very sweet.

There is also a dog guard shop. I sent a text message to ask Baoyu what he was doing on the weekend and was at home? Baoyu replied: Da Yin. I took a photo and sent it, like this?

Jianchang Hutong

Jianchang Hutong started from the Jianting during the Qianlong period. It was a place where Imperial College students used archery and martial arts.

Just a few steps into the alley, there is a skewer called Korean Barbecue, which is only open at night. In fact, there is no storefront at all. Small wooden tables and plastic stools are placed everywhere. The boss is roasting it in the small room with smoke, and orange soft light tubes are wrapped in strings of characters hanging on one side.

I always feel that I still have to be in a place like this to feel good. A beautifully decorated skewer shop with a unique name will ultimately be less exciting. Moreover, this price is not touching to you. When the weather gets warmer, drink some beer and eat some skewers, and don't mention the matter of losing weight for now.

Jianchang Hutong has fireworks and elegant and interesting Chinese dessert shops. Walking forward is the Yuanguben Store.

The front hall displays furniture and utensils, and inside is a spacious back hall dedicated to afternoon tea. This house also has a shop on Wudaoying Hutong, called Guanpin. But Guanpin's store is small and not as easy as this one.

Yuanguhe Guanpin's refreshments are based on using four-season ingredients to present the natural taste of the food. As the seasons change, spring, summer, autumn and winter packages are launched, and the names of refreshments are also related to solar terms.

In addition to seasonal packages, there are also several signature stays. My favorite is snow ear lily balls, with soft, waxy and smooth cheese. The dumplings are kneaded with finely divided snow ears and lilies. The taste is crisp and refreshing, with a fresh and harmonious combination. It looks like a circle of glutinous rice flour rolled on top of a bamboo leaf and in a petal vessel.

Jasmine green tea cheese is packed in a bamboo tube. It tastes light and has the fragrance of jasmine tea. However, the taste level is thin and there is no change. I feel a little tired halfway through eating it. The big dog prefers this.

Peach blossom wine has no alcohol, is sour and sweet, and the color is really girly. If you drink a cup in spring, the peach blossoms may bloom.

Guozijian Hutong

Guozijian Street existed in the Yuan Dynasty. It was called Guozijian Confucian Temple in the Ming Dynasty and Chengxian Street in the Qing Dynasty. There are four archway crossing the street, which is the only archway street preserved in Beijing City. There is one at the east and west entrances of the street, and the front square is titled Xian Street. There is one on the left and right near the Imperial College, with the inscription on the forehead.

There are stone tablets on the roadside on both sides of the archway, engraved with officials and others stepping down here to show respect for Confucius and the Imperial College.

The Confucian Temple is in the east and the Imperial College is in the west, which just conforms to the teaching regulations of left temples and right schools. The Confucius Temple and the Imperial College are both open to the public. It seems that they close at 5:30. I was too late on the day I went. If you want to go, you have to arrange the time.

There is also a lost and found store on Guozijian Street. In addition to selling furniture, this house also sells clothes and utensils. There is a patio in the indoor atrium with an old bathtub. It has a dilapidated beauty and reminds you of Ophelia's death.

fangjia Hutong

Pass through Gongyi Lane and you will reach Fangjia Hutong.

There is a family or painting museum near the entrance of Gongyi Lane. You can stay here all afternoon and paint. The owner is two girls and will give you guidance during the process of drawing and writing.

We had each chosen the pictures we wanted to draw. I was addicted to a rainy day. Baoyu was concerned about Degas's dancer. The teacher tactfully said,"If you don't have a foundation, don't challenge yourself too much, lest the painting collapse and affect the experience." Finally, I chose what I wanted to draw from the pictures provided by the store.

From a pure white canvas to the sunset port, there is still a sense of accomplishment between each stroke and each painting. Holding the last finished product and cherishing it, he hung it on the wall when he got home.

Wearing an apron full of paint, she took a selfie and sent it to Fengfeng. Feng Feng asked me: Are you cooking? Sometimes people's thinking is really different.

I was really hungry that afternoon. I could hear my stomach growl in the second half of the painting. I relied entirely on my passion for painting to support the whole audience. As soon as the painting was finished, I quickly packed up and went to Wudaoying to eat hot pot.

The environment of Sixi Xiaopang Xinyuan's private hot pot is very good. The corridor passing through the narrow entrance is an independent courtyard with lush flowers and plants. However, the value for money is not high, and the portions of the dishes are quite small. I don't think the taste is as delicious as Huangmen. The first picture below is Sixi Fat Fatty, and the second picture is Yellow Gate. It is highly recommended for bees who like to eat hot pot to eat Huangmen. I have eaten two houses, one under the Jingliang Building and the other near the Bird's Nest. They both taste very good.

Opposite the exit alley is the Ru Gu Photo Studio, which is a photo studio and a dessert house. It seems that these three streets have a lot of sugar content. No matter what you do, you have to bring out a plate of snacks.

There is Fangjia Hutong Primary School on the street. The primary school was founded in 1906. Lao She was the third principal of the primary school, and he was inexplicably envious. There is a plaque of Xunjun Wang Fu hanging on the door. Xun Junwang was the third son of Emperor Qianlong, named Yongzhang. After his death, he was awarded the title of Xun Junwang.

Qianmen Street-Dazhalan-Yangmei Zhuxie Street
Qianmen Street: Have a Wu Yutai ice cream

It was winter when I went to Qianmen Street. When I left the subway station and walked towards Qianmen, I found that Chaoyang Gate could not be passed through and had to be circumvented. I thought there was a particular emphasis on feng shui, and I was afraid that passers-by would pass by and take away the royal blessing. As a result, President Du said that it was control and diversion.

When I walked to Wu Yutai, I wanted to eat ice cream. In the haze, I bravely took off my mask and ate a scented tea cone.

Wuyutai Tea House itself is a time-honored tea maker in Beijing. The matcha and scented tea ice cream sold are fresh and sweet but not greasy. The price is also very authentic, 6 yuan each. However, not every Wu Yutai buys ice cream. I know of: Wangfujing Street Store, Dongsi Art Museum Store and Yonghegong Store.

Wu Yutai's drinks are also very delicious. The first is Jasmine Milk Tea, which costs 15 yuan for a large cup. The tea tastes very fragrant. All the friends who drank said it was great.

In winter, there are few tourists and the spacious streets are deserted. The door of every store has a similar feeling. Most stores are empty or marked for transfer, making it even more depressed. The clang car that I found very interesting was not open. It gives people the feeling that commercial resources and cultural heritage have not been developed well.

You can come and take a look with your heart as a tourist. It might be as fresh as the first time I came here, eating ice cream and thinking it wasn't as bad as the travel notes say.

As I passed by, I asked the big dog, who would come to the front door? Then he said that there was no other place to shop anyway, so I came here to take a look at my clothes. This may be how this store attracts customers.

Dazhalan: It's not like saying da zha lan

When I first saw this place name, I kept saying it. Later, I learned that Mandarin was no longer effective at this time and the sound should be pronounced.

Although the front door was deserted, it became obviously lively when you turned the corner and walked into Dazhalan.

There are many old shops in Dazhalan.

Xiangyihao Silk Shop was built in the 22nd year of Guangxu. After going in and shopping, I felt that the price was not expensive and the quality was good, but it just didn't look good. Why did we so easily give up on our young consumer groups? Compared with Xiangyizhuang, the transformation of Ruijixiang next door was more successful. The glass display cabinet displays a variety of exquisite buckles, and a bride-to-be is trying on red cheongsam.

Yangmei Bamboo Slope Street: A place of elegance, a day of freedom

Go straight ahead at Dazhalan, pass through the short Qingzhu Lane on the right, and you will stand in the middle of Yangmei Bamboo Slope Street.

Yangmei Bamboo Slope Street is my favorite place on this route.

During the Republic of China, this street was a famous publishing street. It was a short street that gathered seven bookstores including Zhonghua Bookstore, Zhongzheng Bookstore, and Kaiming Bookstore. When Cai E was transferred to Beijing in 1913, he first met Xiao Fengxian at the Qingyun Pavilion on Yangmei Zhuxie Street. Before liberation, the Dongshengping Hotel on the street was the location of the Dongshengping Bathhouse of the first-class official hall. It was once a contact station for the underground party in Peking.

The entire street is dotted with small shops and studios with their own characteristics. Shops are not dense or obtrusive, and are integrated between residents and historical sites.

After walking out of Qingzhu Lane, on the right is Model Bookstore.

The earliest times of bookstores referred to the place where the government compiled and published books. After the Republic of China, some bookstores and publishing houses were also called bookstores. The store is not big, and it is a little crowded when five or six people enter the store. I feel that the boss is a little strict and doesn't stay too long. I bought a calendar book "The Beauty of the Ancient Capital".

I prefer another bookstore on the street, Wujie. The boss is Taiwanese and speaks very gently.

The books sold in the store are mainly Taiwanese and foreign art magazines. I fell in love with a photography journal and discussed the group relationship behind photography.

I was surprised that the store was selling Paul Joe's stationery. I didn't know that in addition to makeup, Paul Joe also made this piece.

The era of blind shopping is over, and every item in life should be carefully selected, from function to aesthetics, worthy of your daily use and add points to your life.

The popular Suzuki Canteen is also on this street. Half an hour before the store opened, there was already a queue at the door. I have eaten the Suzuki Canteen in Ju 'er Hutong before, and I feel that the food is not outstanding and I don't like it very much.

Go to MeetingSomeone at the end of the street for dinner. Promise me you'll come here for a date. It's great.

The facade of the store is very small, so you can pass by without paying attention.

The moment you turn into the small door on the left after entering the store, all the stars will fall on your head. You must restrain yourself so that you will not scream out.

A dark, narrow corridor with mirrors on both sides, and branch-shaped lights lit up the sky. The designer was inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama's Infinite Mirror House and Hayao Miyazaki's "Valley of the Wind".

In fact, I didn't push the door and turn left after entering the store. I walked straight forward and passed through the passage into the courtyard. I only took the starlight channel when I left the store. The entrance of one space may be connected to the exit of another space. Guests 'unconscious choices of different routes may bring different dining experiences.

Starry lights hang from the top of the restaurant on the second floor, coupled with the spotlight above the table, so that you can only focus on the front, while other customers are blurred in the background like a defocus picture. Lighting and loose tables and chairs isolate the guests, retaining the independence of each table in a small space.

In terms of cuisine, it is a creative dish that combines Chinese and Western cuisine.

Small crispy fish is highly recommended. It is crispy on the entrance, sweet and sour, and basically has no thorns. The sweetness is moderate, and I won't get tired of eating too much. I think I can eat a plate of fish myself.

Pork belly with preserved plum blossoms is not stale, and the fat is not greasy. You can taste the taste of preserved plum blossoms. The pork belly skin retains colloidal elasticity, and the meat part is stewed soft and rotten, and it feels like it melts when absorbed. I would put my calorie quota on this bowl of meat.

The duck breast is very tender, and the taste is not as amazing as the first two dishes.

The bean-robed vegetarian rolls are a bit like Hong Kong-style rotten skin rolls. The bean skins are fried and wrapped in mycelium, etc., and are served with chili sauce. Personally, I think it's too oily, and the big dog likes it.

After eating, he walked out leisurely. The owner of the bookstore stood in front of his store, smoking a cigarette with one hand in his bag. During the day, I still think they are shopkeepers. In the dim night, I discovered that they were actually part of life in this alley.

Summer falls into the chirping of cicadas, and it is not easy to get out. Two exhibitions will be updated.

teamLab is a cross-academic creative team that brings together professionals from all fields of the information society. Including: artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, architects, web and graphic designers and editors. Integrate light, sound, video, digital sequences and virtual reality into a technological fantasy fairyland, and strive to bring technology into the scope of art.

The entire visit lasted about two hours, and I would like to talk about the main works on display.

1. "Flower Forest, Lost, Immersed and Reborn"

The entire venue uses this work as the main venue. The moment you open the curtain and enter the museum, it is like you have entered another world. The whole thing is dark blue light, and the flowers stretch out wantonly, surrounding you in the sky.

Look carefully at the flowers forever repeat the process from birth to death: birth, growth, bud, bloom, wither, die, endless life and cycle. If the audience stops still, nearby flowers will grow more luxuriantly and develop more permanently. If you touch or step on a flower, it will wither and die. The work is drawn in real time through a computer program, and the audience's behavior affects the continuous changes in the flowers.

The flower you saw last time, you will only meet it once in your life.

Let's talk about the photography issues that girls care about. For those of us who love to take pictures, it's better to blow the air conditioner at home in the scorching summer.

But to be fair, teamLab is really difficult to shoot.

As soon as I entered the museum, I heard a girl questioning her boyfriend: Can you know light and shadow, do you understand composition, what are you taking of me? The boy looked a little unhappy on his face, but he still insisted on taking pictures. Although the girl was very disappointed, she still insisted on posing. This is simply a couple photo taking extra questions for the final exam. So the most important thing for everyone is to keep a normal mind, play happily, and make movies with fate.

A few Tips I think I can refer to:

1. Wear light colored clothes. This way, it will be better to integrate with the work, and both light and flowers can be reflected on the body. If it is dark clothes, it will basically be a silhouette effect when taken.

2. Try to avoid looking at the camera head-on. The light of the flowers is very gorgeous, but if the whole piece is projected on the whole face, I will look more like snowflake beef when photographed. If I pursue the effect of projecting on a local face, it is difficult to grasp the position of the flowers. I tried several times and failed, so I went to play.

3. Take a video. The most perfect way to show the transformation of flowers. I don't, I regret it.

In addition to the main hall, there are many black curtains in the exhibition hall. After entering, there are independent exhibition halls with their own themes. Be sure to check every entrance to avoid missing anything.

My favorite thing about this exhibition is this work. When I first entered, the entire exhibition hall was completely black, and the boundaries between the floor and walls were completely lost, and the actual sense of space was completely disintegrated. There were white light and shadow floating around, giving the illusion that the entire room was rotating and moving. I felt dizzy as if I was stepping on cotton. I raised my hands and walked forward slowly, as if I were walking in nothingness.

The Hachiji bird is a legendary monster crow that lives in the deep mountains of Kumano, Mie Prefecture. It has three claws. It owns the Hachiji mirror, one of the three great artifacts (the other two are Kusanagi Sword and Hachiaka Qiongqu Jade). The eight Zhi mirror is the door connecting the present world (the world of the world) and the eternal world (the world of the world), while the eight Zhi crow is the manager of the boundary between life and death, coexisting with death. The mission is to save the dead and take revenge, send those who have died and stayed in this world to the eternal world, or execute those who violate the Kumano Oath Contract (write the oath on the back of the Kumano Honyu Takeshi, expressing the need for God's witness).

The whole work is played for about 3 minutes. It is brilliant and unrestrained, and its appeal is surging. Eight birds chase each other and fly. The chasing eight ragged birds quickly become chased. When the eight ragged birds collide with each other, they will turn into flowers and disappear. In addition, the eight ragged bird will recognize the viewer's position and dodge while flying. If it cannot dodge and collides with the viewer, it will also turn into flowers and gradually dissipate. The light depicted by the trajectory of the eight ragged bird will be displayed in three-dimensional form in space.

After watching it, I whispered to the big dog: I feel like I'm in outer space.

Regarding taking photos, I suggest that we not take portraits in this exhibition hall. You can't get anything from being black, just leave yourself in the work and feel it. It is highly discouraged to stand by the wall and take photos. You cannot view the work well and will also affect others 'perception. If you want to watch it a second time, you need to go out and line up again. I liked it very much and watched it twice.

3. "Crystal Universe"

Walking through the dazzling corridors is like walking into the Milky Way.

This work is a sculptural work created by accumulating light spots; the creation method is similar to dot painting, which uses dots of various colors to draw images. In "Crystal Universe", the light spots are digitally controlled and change based on the interaction between the audience and the work, resulting in a device made of light, forming a sculpture that represents the universe.

It will associate it with the five-dimensional space of interstellar travel.

There is an operation desk inside, and the staff will go over and operate the lights. As they turn on, they will shout,"I've turned on the lights for you. Hurry up, hurry up." I also see many people coming to take photos every day, haha.

I think there is other experience that there is a QR code at the door that can be scanned, and after entering, you can use the QR code to operate the lights. I forgot to read it when I went there myself. Everyone can pay attention. Selecting effect elements through your mobile phone to influence the light spots will be more interactive with the work.

Photo Tip: If there are few people there on weekdays, it would be great to have this work occupied. But if you go on the weekend like me, you can stand in the red heart area in the picture. Because it is a corner, it is relatively easy to avoid people. At the same time, there are mirrors on both sides to help widen the space.

4. Painted Aquarium SketchAquarium

What a very childlike exhibition hall!

You can pick up two sheets of white paper with outlines of aquatic animals on them. There are crayons coloring on site. I received a jellyfish, and the big dog received a fish. There were also seahorses, turtles and various fish on site. Our painting style is really much worse.

After drawing, it was handed over to the staff for scanning, and then the fish on the paper had life and swam in the projected ocean world! I was really happy when I watched the little jellyfish I drew swimming, and I followed them all the way.

The experience is not to paint too lightly, because the color will fade after projection. I firmly believe that my jellyfish are the beauty of the entire aquarium? ()?。

There are other interactive projects in the same exhibition hall, and there are animation pictures to watch in the public account ~.

Painted Town SketchTown

It has the same form as the aquarium, except that it depicts cars, buildings, UFOs and spacecraft, and it projects a three-dimensional town.

When jumping on a symbol shaped by ○△□, it will make a ringing sound and different colors. It feels like a ghost bride crossing the road! This work was made by Ggong You, right?

The table where the little person lives atablewhereLittlePeopleLive

When the little person runs on the table and puts his hand or object on the table, the little person's movement trajectory will change. He will interact with these objects by jumping or climbing on the ground, and sometimes he will climb onto the object. If it rains, you can also pick up the rainwater with your hands.

In addition to these exhibition halls, there are also many small rooms with single exhibits that you can visit.

There are a few final points to make:

1. Bags and drinks need to be stored.

2. There is no toilet in the exhibition hall

3. Bring a charging treasure

4. Couples should not quarrel

Danish coastline: Visual poetry in Janne Klerk's lens

Address: 798 Jiuxian Bridge, Beijing-Danish Cultural Center

Time: June 11-August 20

Ticket price: Free

Going to this exhibition was a complete mistake, because I didn't know where to go every time in 798 and went in when I saw something that I liked to see.

It's just a very small and simple exhibition with the theme I like very much.

Guide to foraging in summer evenings

After the temperature reaches 30 degrees, it is easy to get lazy during the day. The sun outside the window was scorching and the heat swept the city and occupied the land. People hid in the air-conditioned room and surrendered. When the sun comes in the evening, I rush to get off work, and in a flash I hide below the horizon. If you have a date after work, the blush brush will cover half of the sky.

After a while, the evening breeze came to take over wearing a transparent gauze dress made of cicada wings and gently tilted the windows. It was cool down. Come out. The person in the air-conditioned room poked his head out and stepped on his shoes.

White Night Western Food

Address: No. 13 A, Beizhong Street, Dongzhimen (near the South Gate of the Russian Embassy)

After work on Friday, I went to Dongzhimen for Russian food with my colleagues. Next to the store is the Russian Cultural Center. Russian has a flexible tongue, and each pronunciation is like a few somersaults in the mouth before popping out.

Sitting on the balcony, the branches and leaves rustled and swayed overhead as the wind passed through the acacia trees. The sky was not dark yet, revealing a light iron blue. After a busy week, I collapsed on an iron rattan chair with my colleagues blowing the cool breeze, looking back at the sky, and said that it was really cool.

I ordered: red vegetable soup, garlic bread, white night grilled fish, can braised beef, tomato pasta. The evaluation for dinner was that every dish tasted like tomato. The weight is very solid and it is very fighting for the nation. After eating, slowly pedaling on a bicycle to digest digestion.

Weihai Yintan authentic small seafood

Address: No. 49, Santiao, Beixinqiao

The evening breeze passed through Sanjiao Beixinqiao, and people moved a small bench at the entrance of the store and sat down the street. There are beer edamame kebabs piled on the low table, gossip on their minds. Various shared bicycles are stacked on the corners of the alley.

The store is not big and the business is very good. The two facade are on the left and right sides of the alley. I ordered: fried tongue fish, spicy stir-fried clams, fried snails in sauce, original oysters. The tongue fish are flat, and there are about 8 fish in one serving. The frying is crisp and neat, without dragging oil, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a taste of salt and pepper. The clams are very fresh, the meat is delicious, and they are handled very cleanly. After eating them, fango went home without having a stomach upset. The sauce of the snails has a stewed aroma, the meat is thick and chewy. I ate most of the plate alone. I have never liked raw oysters very much. I think they are too fat. So I can only say that it's a good deal, what a big plate.

Korean Barbecue

Address: No. 20, Jianchang Hutong

I have taken people to this house several times. On May Day, fairy friends from Shanghai came and were fascinated by the fireworks in the alley. Fairy Xiangxiang sat down on the roadside steps, holding a glass of Wu Yutai in her hand and waiting for her seat. She said that Beijing is so good and I love Beijing. I want to come to Beijing, take a photo of me quickly (the next day, my love was scared off by the crowd in the Summer Palace).

Kebabs, meat tendons, heart tubes, and chicken wings are all very delicious. Before, after having dinner nearby, I even went to roast a large batch and packed it away. The whole way was shrouded in the aroma of barbecue.

Dharma

Address: No. 18 Ju 'er Hutong

The Dharma store is not big, so it's best to make an appointment if you go to dinner. The curtain covered the door and made it easy to walk through. I made an appointment with Wang Er to eat here. Wang Er arrived first and told me that there was no such store on WeChat.

Before the end of winter, Yuyu and I hurried to go to Dharma to eat Shouxi Pot. The food in the pot was rumbling and the soup was sweet. The ice cubes and the glass clanged against each other, and the lemon sparkling wine was really delicious. Asked how the ratio between Yuyu Taucoyaki and the East Gate of Finance and Economics was, Yuyu said that the gap should be controlled within 5%. I went to eat Mingtaizi octopus roast again later and thought it was still very delicious. Octopuses are very elastic, and the meatballs are soft and glutinous. Chicken salad and Tokyo mixed noodles are also very good.

Longmen Array Chuanchuanxiang (Dongzhimen Guijie Store)

Address: No. 222, Dongzhimen Inner Street

Cold cake, jelly flour, glutinous rice dumpling, bowl chicken. Although these snacks are still a little worse than local ones, it is already very happy to eat them in Beijing.

Back to the string itself, the bottom of the pot tastes very good. Spicy beef and spicy pork ribs are very delicious, so you take them directly one by one. The fat sausage is stewed and fragrant.

The most touching thing is that this house has folded ears (houttuynia cordata), which is rarely seen in string shops in other places. I didn't see it when I went to eat for the first time. After eating, I walked out of the store and said that he had a broken ear, so he forgot to tell me. I couldn't wait to go and eat again the next day. Later, when I went there, I didn't put it outside, so I urged the boss to string two strings quickly.

After perming it, fango took a sip and said, it has no taste. A second later, the smell of ghostly screams came over. Oh, my God. Then he looked at me in disbelief, how could anyone eat this? I was completely unmoved and ate happily.

If you can eat spicy food, it is recommended to have a dry dish and an oily dish. Mix the two and divide them in half. The delicious food must be enjoyed by the sky.

The summer evening is already slightly tipsy and charming. I always love Beijing at this time. It is free and tolerant, it does not care about your details, and does not limit your vast world. You can see the past and the present, and you have expectations for the future.
