There is a saying in "Roman Holiday":"You can either travel or read, but either your body or soul must be on the way." The general idea is,"There must always be one of the body and soul on the road." Travel puts your body on the road; while a person's travel allows your soul to move forward with it.
In daily life, there are too many life, family, and work trivia around you. Occasionally, there will be time when I want to be alone, not disturbed by anything or anyone, and calm down to see, understand, and grow. Traveling alone can not only see the world, but also understand life and grow physically and mentally. In just a few days of travel, the growth you gain may be more than in this year.
Hunan Province is a place with outstanding people and talents. There have been many celebrities and great people from generation to generation. The tourism and cultural industry is also quite developed. When it comes to Hunan, the first things that come to mind are the delicious food and snacks in Changsha, the night view of the ancient city of Fenghuang and the Zhangjiajie Forest Park, and this is the itinerary for this trip for seven days and six nights.
Changsha Huanghua International Airport has direct flights from almost all domestic cities.
After arriving at the airport, follow the signs. There is a direct channel connected to the maglev inside the airport. The fare is 20 yuan and only cash is accepted. It takes half an hour to reach the "Maglev High-speed Railway Station" in the urban area, also known as "Changsha South Railway Station". Then change to the subway and it will be convenient to go anywhere. The accommodation site is located around Wuyi Square, making the trip more convenient. After packing my luggage, I went to "Orange Island" in the afternoon.
"Juzizhou" is the largest alluvial sandbar in the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River and the world's largest inland continent. It is known as "China's No. 1 continent". Free tickets and registration. Take the subway and get off directly at "Juzizhou Station". When you exit Exit 2, you will be on Shazhou. If you go down the stairs and move forward, you can buy a ticket for the sightseeing train. The ticket price is 20 yuan, which can go directly to the "Grandpa Mao Youth Statue", or you can get off the bus halfway.
Based on Chairman Mao's young image at the age of 32, it shows Chairman Mao's youthful appearance and great achievements.
It is the most important attraction in Juzi Island, and there is no other one.
Taiping Old Street, Pozi Street, and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street are close to each other and can be reached within a few minutes 'walk. They are Changsha's most prosperous commercial street and gathering place for delicious food and snacks.
This brand can be said to be the best in Changsha. There are almost no brands that have not been eaten before. There are many branches here on the Pedestrian Street.
If you take a bite of the stinky tofu wrapped in a black coat, the juice will overflow and flow out. A serving of more than a dozen, the price is okay.
The old Changsha sausage is also one of Changsha's specialty snacks. It is really big and tender on the outside.
Although it is unhealthy, it is delicious.
This brand mainly makes lobsters, but there are also snack bars selling stinky tofu.
It is also quite famous in Changsha and its taste is not bad.
The fried dumplings and skewers in Changsha are all called "fried". This store is also recommended online. There are still many people in the branch alleys of Taiping Old Street.
Although the environment is quite bad, the taste is okay. The fried skewers are rich in juice, and the average string is 7 yuan, which is still quite expensive.
There is also one in Taiping Old Street, which specializes in making pork cakes with plum vegetables.
A cake is ten yuan, there are not many fillings, the taste is OK, and there are also other fillings. There are also vacuum-packed ones that can be taken out as accompanying gifts.
Changsha's local tea shops are only found in Changsha, and Changsha is everywhere, and its coverage is almost as close to McDonald's and KFC.
The signboards are "Orchid Latte" and "Sound of Oolong", etc., and the prices range from a dozen to a dozen to a dozen. There are only two types of tea shops in Changsha, one is for the pleasant color of tea, and the other is for others.
Yuelu Mountain is a mountain frequently visited by Changsha people. It is also a good place to admire maple leaves in autumn. It is only more than 300 meters above sea level, which is not very high. There is no pressure to walk up the mountain. Free tickets and free registration. Close to Yuelu Academy, Aiwan Pavilion, Hunan University, Dongfanghong Square, etc., it has a scholarly family and an excellent cultural atmosphere.
Yuelu Mountain mainly has two gates, the east gate and the south gate. You can take a sightseeing bus or walk up and down the mountain at both gates. There are only cableways on the east gate. It is worth noting that there are many people going up the mountain on the east gate row, but there are many fewer people going down the mountain on the cableway. You can choose to go up to the south gate and get down to the east gate to stagger the flow of people.
Take the subway to "Hunan University Station" and you will be at the foot of Yuelu Mountain. First, go to the "Hunan University No. 5 Canteen" for lunch. The first floor is open to the public. First, go to the canteen at the entrance to buy tickets. Two meats and one vegetarian are 15 yuan.
Don't have too high expectations for ordinary canteen meals. After eating, I was ready to go up the mountain.
Coming out of the canteen, you can walk less than a few hundred meters to "Dongfanghong Square".
Grandpa Mao's sculpture is free of admission and registration. You can check in for tourist photos.
On the left side of the square, there is a gate with a plaque on Hunan University. You can also take photos and check in.
The colleges of Hunan University are scattered at the foot of the mountain and are not completely enclosed, so there are many students coming and going, and they have a strong fragrance of books.
Further ahead, there is a commercial street, where you can also eat or drink tea to make you happy. After passing through, you will reach the south gate of Yuelu Mountain, where you can buy tickets for the sightseeing bus up the mountain.
The south gate entrance is not far away. Follow the navigation and go right to reach the "Aiwan Pavilion". It is also free of tickets and registration. There are not many people at noon, but there will be more people in the afternoon.
Yuelu Academy is not far from the Aiwan Pavilion. It is one of the four famous academies in my country's history. It is by far one of the oldest universities in the world and is well preserved.
Admission is 40 yuan, and students from Hubei University can enter for free with their student ID card.
These are the main attractions at the foot of Nanmen Mountain. After walking for half an hour, you will reach the top of the mountain. After bypassing a military administrative area, you will reach the sightseeing corridor. You can overlook Changsha City. Moreover, there are also tea shops such as Tea Yan Yuese on the top of the mountain. It is good to have afternoon tea and rest, but you need to wait for half an hour to drink it.
When you reach the top of the mountain, you can still see the "Changsha Radio and Television Tower". It is also one of the landmark buildings in Yuelu Mountain.
At the top of the mountain, there is a small pavilion just a little way down the mountain. It sells tickets for cableways and slides. The cableways only go up and down the east gate, so you can only reach the east gate. The slide is halfway up the mountain, and you can only slide from the mountainside to the foot of the mountain. You can only go down. I bought a one-way ticket for the cableway, which cost 25 yuan, and there were very few people descending the cableway, so I sat on it in a few minutes.
This cableway is fully open and suspended, so pay attention to taking good care of your carry-on luggage. It will be difficult to pick it up if it falls. The entire cableway travels slowly, about 20 minutes each way. If the weather is good, it is very comfortable to sit and you can enjoy the scenery and city features of Changsha City along the way.
After coming out of Yuelu Mountain, take a taxi for more than ten yuan, or take a bus to "Dachunqiao Station". Yunanxiang Street, this is where Changsha people eat late snacks. Remember not to come during the day. You must come at the earliest at 4 or 5 p.m. before you can open a shop.
At a small stall around the corner, there were a lot of people in line. Each piece cost 3, but it was very small.
The hot stewing shop has been in operation for six years. It has mixed noodles, stewed meat, cold noodles, meat patties, etc. The average person is about 30 to 40. There are many customers, including locals.
The itinerary in Changsha is generally enough for about two or three days. Then, you will take a bus to the "Ancient City of Phoenix". There are many ways to get from Changsha to Fenghuang, but taking a bus is the most convenient way to avoid changing buses. The ticket price is about 150 yuan and takes 6 hours. The earliest bus can arrive at Fenghuang Ancient City at around 7 o'clock at noon.
Fenghuang Ancient City is a 4A-level scenic spot in my country. It has a history of more than 400 years. It is relatively well preserved and has a high degree of commercialization. With the "Hongqiao Wind and Rain Tower" as the center, the Tuojiang River is separated on both sides.
You can only walk in the ancient city, and the entire core area will slowly walk down for two or three hours, and then wait for the arrival of night. Those who are interested can buy a nine-view joint ticket to see the former residences of celebrities.
After night, the originally quiet and tranquil ancient city seemed to have been injected with a stimulant. In stark contrast to the day, various lights climbed onto the city wall to complement each other.
Every night, the night view is dazzling and dazzling, and singers from both sides of the Taiwan Strait come one after another, which is beautiful.
You can take a rickshaw and tour the Tuojiang River at night, which has a unique flavor.
After staying in Fenghuang Ancient City for a day and a night, I saw the night view of the ancient city, and set off for Zhangjiajie in the afternoon. It takes 4 hours to take a bus from the only bus station in Fenghuang Ancient City and takes 80 yuan to get to the "Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station"; or 5 hours to get directly to the "Wulingyuan Bus Station" with 100 yuan. It is the same car. The difference is that the former is located in the urban area of Zhangjiajie, close to the "Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area"; the latter is in Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie, close to the "Zhangjiajie Forest Park."
I arrived at Wulingyuan Bus Station in the evening. There are many B & Bs and hotels nearby, and it is also very convenient to eat. Most people who come to the Forest Park stay here.
Zhangjiajie Forest Park, a 5A-level scenic spot, is my country's first national-level forest park. Because of its unique quartz sandstone peak forest, it has been included in the World Natural Heritage List by the United Nations. It is also one of the locations where "Avatar", the former global box office champion. The ticket is 228 yuan, which includes the cost of all environmentally friendly vehicles in the scenic area, but does not include the cost of cableways and ladders. Tickets are a 4-day pass, and you can enter and exit multiple times during 4 consecutive natural days. That is to say, it takes at least 3 to 4 days to play the entire forest park before you can get comfortable. Zhangjiajie Forest Park can be mainly divided into Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Huangshizhai, Tianzi Mountain, Shili Gallery, and Jinbianxi. Each area has its own characteristics.
Xibu Old Street is a commercial street in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie, which mainly sells some small commodities.
The food was not much or too big, so half an hour was enough to stroll around.
Zhangjiajie Forest Park has a total of five gates. Because you live in Wulingyuan, you can enter from the nearest "Wulingyuan Sign Gate". The first day of the itinerary is to enter the mountain from the Wulingyuan Sign Gate, pass through Bailong Tianti-Yuanjiajie-Yangjiajie-Huangshizhai, and finally exit from the main entrance of the Forest Park. If you enter the door, there is a special Internet channel for online ticket purchase. You can enter by swiping your face and ID card. There is no other way in, but you can directly take an eco-friendly car. From here, you can take a bus to Shili Gallery, Shuifuan Simen, Tianzishan Cableway Station or Bailong Tiantian Station. Say hello to the dispatcher and get on the bus, so as not to take the wrong train. Today, take a bus directly to the terminal station, Hundred Dragons Ladder.
The one-way fare is 75 yuan, which takes 1 minute and 28 seconds. I don't know if it's the fastest. Anyway, it's the most expensive elevator I have ever taken. Half of it is in the mountain with no scenery. When I come out of the mountain, I suddenly feel like a sudden awakening.
After coming out of the ladder, walk a short way and take an eco-friendly car to the "Ecstasy Platform" to go deep into the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. The entire Yuanjia boundary covers an area of about 1200 hectares and has an average altitude of 1070 meters. It is composed of several major scenic spots such as Ecstasy Terrace, the First Bridge in the World, the Back Garden, the Twin Turtle Sky Sky, the Sky Hanging Bailian, the Cliff Fairy Guan, and the Wulong Spring. There are also many viewing platforms that can overlook the quartz sandstone peaks.
Ecstasy Terrace is a viewing platform surrounded by iron railings on the edge of a cliff. The scenery is beautiful and fascinating, hence its name.
The world's first bridge is a natural stone bridge between two mountain peaks. It is more than 20 meters long and has an absolute height of 350 meters. I can't help but sigh with the extraordinary craftsmanship of nature, which is truly a masterpiece of the world.
After Yuan Jiajie comes out, you can take an environmentally friendly car to go to Yangjiajie Cableway Station. The ticket price is 76 yuan. You can also walk down Yangjiajie, and walk down the mountain to pass scenic spots such as One-Step Sky and Tianbo Mansion.
The steep stairs go straight up to the summit. The stairs are not long, but they are steep and need to be careful. The scenery after coming up was indeed spectacular, like climbing to the sky in one step, like being in the middle of a cloud of clouds and heaven.
After getting off from Yangjiajie, you can take a bus to Huangshizhai. On the way, you can pass by Longfeng Nunnery. There are many night monkeys here and are quite aggressive. You need to be careful. After passing through Longfeng Nunnery, you can take a bus to Huangshizhai cableway stop.
Huangshizhai is one of the earliest and most classic attractions in Zhangjiajie. It includes Liuqi Pavilion, Zhaixing Terrace, Wuhai Golden Turtle, Tianshu Baoxia, Tianqiao Yidun, Monkey Shuai Dianbing, Nantian Gate, Heizongnao and other attractions. Huangshizhai cableway costs 75 yuan per person and takes more than ten minutes to reach the top of the mountain.
It is said that when the sky is just dawn, when the sun and the moon are shining together, the sky is full of stars on this star-picking platform, as if it is close at hand and within reach.
The five stone peaks that are closely arranged together look like human fingers from a distance. According to legend, they were the place where Sun Monkey was imprisoned in ancient times, which is wonderful.
Strange mountains, strange waters, strange clouds, strange stones. The oddity of trees and rare birds and beasts is the so-called "six oddities", hence the name.
Walking down the mountain from Huangshizhai takes two and a half hours to walk slowly, and one and a half hours to walk quickly. There are not many attractions along the way, so it is recommended to go down the mountain by cableway.
Then take an eco-friendly car to reach Dayang Bar Square, a square in front of the main entrance of Zhangjiajie. It takes ten minutes to walk from here to reach the gate.
At the main entrance of Forest Park, you can take a bus to the urban railway station for 12 yuan; or to Wulingyuan Bus Station for 10 yuan. But I didn't get a ticket, so I felt like it was not a regular bus. There was a regular bus station about 800 meters ahead, but I got off work early. I went there at 5 or 6 o'clock and ran out of cars, so I had no choice but to take a bus back to Wulingyuan. Fortunately, it's not expensive, and it takes more than half an hour to get to Wulingyuan Bus Station.
The next day, we still entered from the Wulingyuan Sign Gate at 8 a.m. Today's route was relatively easy, mostly taking gentle mountain roads. This is how I arranged it, sign gate-Tianzishan Cableway Exit Station-Helong Park-Shili Gallery-Jinbianxi-Dayang Bar Square-main entrance exit.
It only takes 11 minutes by taking an eco-friendly car from the sign gate to reach the Tianzishan Cableway Station. Then you buy a cableway ticket for 72 yuan. It takes 18 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. Then take an eco-friendly car and 2 minutes to Helong Park.
Helong Park was built to commemorate Marshal He Long's battle to Tianzi Mountain. Marshal He Long was the founding father of the People's Republic of China and one of the founders of the People's Liberation Army.
Here you can see the glorious and majestic bronze statue of Marshal He Long.
After leaving Helong Park, we started walking down the mountain. It took about an hour and a half to reach the monkey garden at the foot of the mountain. There are many wild monkeys here, so you need to pay attention to safety. The monkeys will also snatch your food, so it is best not to be seen by the monkeys. If you don't give it, you may bite you.
There are many small shops next to the Monkey Garden, where you can make supplies. Just a few steps away, you will find the ticket office for the Shili Gallery train. A ticket is 35 yuan. You can take the small train to enjoy the scenery of Shili Gallery along the way, or walk on foot. It's okay to go down.
Shili Gallery is one of the most famous attractions in Zhangjiajie Forest Park. It is one of the must-check rooms. The endless peaks are of various shapes, some like peacocks opening their screens ", some like" old people picking medicine ", and others like" birthday stars welcome guests ".
After leaving the Shili Gallery, you can take an eco-friendly vehicle to Shuihuan Simen (Jinbian River), which is the longest stream in the Forest Park. With a total length of 5700 meters, it winds among the secluded mountains and forests. There are also many attractions along the way. There are also branch roads leading to the Yuanjia boundary on the way. Hiking along the Jinbian River, the road is gentle and suitable for the elderly and children to walk. The whole journey takes an hour and a half, and then you reach the Big Oxygen Bar Square, which is not far from the main gate.
At the main entrance exit, a 12-yuan bus can reach the central bus station next to the train station. It takes an hour and stops immediately after waving your hand. You can get on and off at will by telling the driver. However, it is very tiring to play outdoors for a day. It is best to stay near the train station for the night and leave again the next day.
You can fly at Zhangjiajie Lotus Airport, or you can also take a train to Changsha. There are direct trains from Zhangjiajie to Changsha. The earliest train is at 8:15 and arrives at Changsha Station at 12:40. Take Metro Line 2 to Changsha South Railway Station. You can take the bullet train here, or transfer to maglev to Changsha Huanghua International Airport.
