I went to Changsha three times in a row, just for nothing else but to eat a few more bites of authentic Hunan cuisine. Although I went for the sake of eating, I couldn't eat one meal and the next. I had to give myself time outside of the meal. Have some fun, so I came up with this version of the "Uncle Changsha" strategy, which I kept for my own use and for everyone's reference.
