After being tortured by work for half a year, I finally found time to start the travel plan that I had agreed with my little sister at the beginning of the year!!!
1. The hotel has toiletries, but I still choose to bring myself
2. Cosmetics and skin care products as well as beautiful clothes. Changsha is still quite hot in August, so bring sun protection and parasols! (The hotel selected this time provides a lot of things for free. You can reduce your luggage according to the picture below)
3. Change (convenient for bus and subway)
4. Allergy medicines, cold medicines, and stomach medicines (bring some that may happen, just in case! Especially for those who are not very spicy, you must bring stomach medicine!!)
Oh, oh, oh, there are also necessary ID cards, health cards and masks!
The first choice for accommodation is Wuyi Square. Wuyi Square is Changsha's commercial center and the most prosperous area in Changsha. Its location is comparable to Chunxi Road in Chengdu and Jiefangbei in Chongqing. Changsha gathers various delicious snacks, and the surrounding nightlife is also relatively rich. It is very close to Juzizhou Scenic Area and Taiping Street. Most of the food is here, most of the food is here. If you are visiting Changsha for the first time, I recommend you to live near Wuyi Square.
Of course, the disadvantages are: the environment is complex and noisy.
So the hotel I chose was not in the central location, but it was not far away. It was about ten minutes 'walk to the south gate (the snack street connected to Wuyi Square). It seemed to be the Laocheng District. Although the surrounding environment did not look so good, the experience and the room were great. I would recommend it to everyone ~ There is a subway line 3 that also opens next to it. It's a distance across the road, making it super convenient to travel!
After getting off the high-speed train, we went straight to the hotel. It took about half an hour to take a taxi from the high-speed train station to the hotel. The cost was about 30-40. As soon as we got off the bus, we felt the "enthusiasm" of Changsha. Carrying big bags and small bags, we were already sweating slightly by the time we crossed the road. As soon as we entered the hotel, the housekeeper helped us carry our luggage, hand over fragrant towels, and ice cold lemonade. The service was amazing (° °) It's still a little troublesome to check in now, but it's also for safety reasons. My little brother knew that we were here for tourists and sent us a travel guide. It's super awesome
After leaving our luggage and taking a short rest, we went out for a while. The first stop was the Provincial Museum. There is a direct bus right at the entrance of the hotel. With the warm reminder of the housekeeper, we made a reservation online before going (.& gt;∀<。)
The exterior design of the museum is more modern and the overall atmosphere is more atmospheric. Unlike those antique museums, the tour route recommends the second floor to the third floor to the first floor. It is highly recommended that the Mawangdui Han Tomb be included in this exhibition. Personally, I feel that the "maids","Plain Yarn Single Clothes","Xin Zhui Tomb T-shaped Silk Painting" and "Xin Zhui's Body" are all quite unique and worth seeing. Everyone should be careful not to take photos when watching, especially when watching Xin Zhui's coffin. Don't take photos. The camera flash clicks, which is not conducive to the preservation of cultural relics.

After the visit, we chose a good place to take photos for the second stop → Xie Zilong Art Museum
Its simple geometric appearance restores the essence of image art. Very design, there are almost no dead spots when taking photos. Remember to bring your ID card. You need an ID card to buy tickets, and the museum is closed on Mondays.
Many beautiful young ladies take photos here in concave shapes. There are two different types of museums that are paid and free. Paying museums have discounts on student ID cards. The interior structure is very simple and the staff are very patient. There will also be patrols. Still very good and worth a visit.
Location: 387 Xiaoxiang South Road, Yuelu District
Business hours:10:00-18:00
There is also a Li Zijian Art Museum next to it. The art museum mainly watches exhibitions, supplemented by taking photos. There are many collections in the exhibition hall. Sorted by each series, it is generally worth seeing. The museum is closed on Mondays as above. The environment is elegant and the experience is great.
Location: No. 385 Xiaoxiang South Road, Yuelu District
Business hours:9:30-17:00
As soon as we left the museum, we found that it was already 5 o'clock in the afternoon. We didn't eat much when we set out in the morning because we were in a hurry. We had just been busy satisfying our eyes, but now our stomach couldn't help but protest. We moved our destination to Wuyi Square
There are really many people and there are really many delicious food. It is worthy of being a famous snack street. Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, and IFS International Financial Center are all here, and specialty snacks are everywhere here. There is a shop dozens of meters away from tea and color. There is no need to look for it. We ate all the way to the south gate of Wuyi Square and walked back to the hotel. It was only about ten minutes away, which was very convenient.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we met my aunt delivering goodnight porridge and ordered three bowls of porridge. The aunt was afraid that we would burn our hands and brought it to the room for us. It was really sweet! And it tastes good! I am so satisfied to have a bowl of porridge after eating miscellaneous "junk food"~ I don't want to move even more after eating enough and taking a bath. Thanks to the hotel for providing laundry service that saved us from being lazy. The focus is still free!!! The next day, the clothes were all fragrant ~ super awesome
At 9 o'clock in the morning, the alarm went off on time, but we stayed in bed for a long time before getting up. After cleaning up and having a simple breakfast, we set off for Yuelu Mountain (ps: This simple breakfast is so delicious, Changsha's rice noodles are famous)
Yuelu Mountain does not require admission. The mountain is not high and is very suitable for leisure climbing. It only takes more than half an hour; you can reach the top of the mountain, but there are many experiences you must not miss!
Tour routes: East Gate of Yuelu Mountain-Cableway-Jimu Mountain Villa-Yuwang Monument-Promenade-Xianggu Ridge, Bird Language Forest-Yinxin Stone House-Lushan Temple-Baihe Spring. Jiang Yiwu's Tomb in Xiaodiyan-Liu Daoyi's Tomb-Qin Liming's Tomb-Aiwan Pavilion-Nandaemun
Cableway: 30 yuan up (East Gate of Yuelu Mountain) ; 25 yuan down;
Business hours: 9: 10-16: 30.
Upbound and round-trip: Buy tickets at the cableway ticket window of Yuelu Mountain East Gate (Xinmenlou)(next to the Fourth Municipal Hospital)(or buy online and collect tickets here) ; Downbound: Buy tickets at the cableway ticket window of Yuelu Mountain South Gate (Nanniwan Restaurant, next to the TV Tower)(or buy online and collect tickets here)
Transportation: Metro Line 1 runs from Nanmenkou Station to Wuyi Square Station and changes to Line 2. Exit at Qiwanzhen Station (Exit 3). It takes about ten minutes to walk there.
Suggestion: Go up the mountain from the east gate and go down the mountain from the south gate, so you can go directly to Hunan University. Have lunch in the university town. There are various snacks in the university town. The most important thing is the handsome guy who has been popular for a long time! ! !
In the afternoon, we went to Juzizhou. There is a small train in the scenic spot at the head of Juzizhou. It is 20 yuan per person. It is recommended that we sit down to the end and see the statue of Grandpa Mao first, and then slowly stroll back. If you don't want to stroll, you can take the small train back. Personally, I don't think there are many things to play or watch. I just want to check out. The only fireworks I look forward to can only be available on major holidays (*)
While visiting Juzizhou, we were already queuing up on the Weixin Official Accounts to go to Super Wenheyou, which is the most famous place in Changsha for eating crayfish and snacks. Recommend Hisense Plaza Store. It is newly renovated in a nostalgic style and recreates the residential area style of the last century. It is also a good place to take photos. There were so many people when we went there, so we queued up to get our numbers, but it was fast and we arrived soon. Wenheyou Lobster ( 128 yuan per serving, not very spicy, the lobster is not big but has a lot of meat), roasted butter (like it!), Roasted bananas (recommended by many people, it's a little greasy), chilled tomatoes (ordinary tomatoes with sugar) , rice bibimbap with lard (two yuan per bowl, a very small bowl, but it's super delicious! ), jelly (mint flavor, very refreshing)
Location: Just inside Hisense Square near May Day
Business hours:11:00-03:00
It was already 11 o'clock in the evening after we finished eating, and we still felt that we were not satisfied. Hahahaha. Three super combat-friendly foodies moved to the Dongguashan Night Market, known as Changsha's gourmet nightlife street, complete with snacks, barbecues, desserts, and everything! Whether it is a barbecue stall, a food stall or a snack restaurant, it is more of a down-to-earth Changsha charm and a harmonious atmosphere of people chatting and drinking. Recommended delicacies: Winter Guashan Meat Sausage, Dandan Hot Stewed, Mengzhong Barbecue, Tarang 0 Flavors, etc.
We didn't return to the hotel until nearly 1 o'clock, and it only took about 10 minutes to walk back from Winter Mela Mountain, which was very convenient. I was very happy and very, very tired after a day of play. I asked for a foot bath through the hotel's housekeeper service. After having a high time, I didn't forget to maintain my health. I felt comfortable all over my body and mind (´ `)
Today is the last day and I booked a return ticket in the afternoon. We didn't plan to go far, so we chose the nearest attraction-Hunan First Normal University, just behind the hotel, about five or six minutes 'walk.
The predecessor of the First Normal School was Chengnan Academy founded in the Southern Song Dynasty. The school has the reputation of "a thousand-year-old school and a century-old normal school." Young Mao Zedong studied here. It is also free to visit here, so remember to bring your ID card. Note that the museum is also closed on Monday!!
Address: No. 356 Shuyuan Road, Tianxin District
I'm almost done here. I was very happy to have a three-day and two-night tour of Changsha. When I finally left, the hotel even gave me a small gift as a souvenir. The experience in the hotel these few days has added to the whole trip. I really like the enthusiasm of the Changsha people and their very cute "plastic Mandarin". Unfortunately, there are still many places I haven't been to, but I will definitely come back again when the opportunity comes! (Transform into Gray Wolf)
