This store has been here for more than 20 years. After chatting with the store manager, I realized that the owner of this store is very interesting. Not only was he the first shop in Changsha to make shrimp tails, but the owner also started by setting up a stall. Now he has led many apprentices to make the store better and better, which is quite legendary and colorful.
So I ordered a shrimp tail this time. The photos were average, but the taste was really good. The shrimp tails were full, tender and strong, and the meat quality was not stale at all. Each shrimp tail was opened and washed and soaked. When the soup was filled, take a sip first to instantly awaken the tip of your tongue. Worth recommending!
In addition, I especially like Xu Xike's sour cabbage vermicelli, Yueyang's local handmade vermicelli, which is served with pickled sour cabbage. It is sour and delicious. Mao's Braised Pork is also a dish that I highly recommend. Although blanched, oiled, and braised, every bite reflects the rigour of each process. It is fat but not greasy, and the fragrance is overflowing. One bite is very enjoyable and has no meat. Friends who don't like it must not miss it!
Because there were only two people, we didn't order much, and the portions were very sufficient here, and the dishes were very good for the meal.
