Worth it! I couldn't wait to tear the first ball off with my teeth, and the sugar oil could actually pull out beautiful shredded sugar like a shredded sweet potato.
The outside is very crispy, and the inside is glutinous. There is nothing wrong with the queuing except that the queue is too exaggerated. It is very similar to the new generation of Dengji's sugar and oil fruits in Chengdu.
The strangest thing about Jinji is that they have no control over the heat. The dough is kneaded one after the next, but it comes out together; that is to say, there may be a difference of two or three minutes between different meatballs. The cooled meatballs that are taken out of the previous pot can be put back and fried again; not only is the frying time different, but also the number of times of frying is different. Even some meatballs were fried and burnt, and the lady boss would use a shovel to cut off the burnt parts and throw them away; this time not only the heat was different, but even the size was different. It was entirely up to luck which one she ate. But the most amazing thing is that I really haven't eaten anything that's not delicious. Does that mean that the heat is not important? Does quality control matter?

4.0 Xiaji Rice Noodles Store
This store is particularly famous. It has won the ranking of food eaters in Changsha, and customers also come in droves at ten o'clock at night. Changsha's flour is really unique. The texture is more muscular than noodles and finer and softer than vermicelli. If you suck it too hard, you will feel embarrassed when you look oily. The pork feet are stewed badly enough. It is three yuan more expensive than other noodles, and the bowl is also big and good. It is definitely worth it. The beef is stewed too much. It is older and not as good as pork's feet.
