There are few sunny and beautiful days in winter when Changsha blows. This morning is the same. It is foggy, and occasionally there is rain like ox hair on your cheeks, as if it carries the breath of spring, which makes people look forward to it.

I came to Ningxiang, Changsha again, but this time the itinerary was different. It is planned to start from Mingdao Commune, Huaminglou, and spend the night at Jintaiyang Hot Spring Resort in Huitang Town; visit Qianfo Cave in Huangcai Town after dinner the next day, and finally go to Miyin Temple to visit Qianshou Guanyin. This itinerary covers ancient towns, red culture, hot spring entertainment and Buddhist relics.

This is Daolin Ancient Town in Ningxiang. The modern archway that is completely integrated with the ancient town makes people laugh. Because it looks like someone's lower body and only wears pants. The beauty is that the cartoon exaggeration is really a wild imagination.

Legend has it that Xie Ying, a scholar in the Song Dynasty, was dissatisfied with the power of the traitor Qin Hui and was unwilling to participate in the scientific expedition, so she lived here to study in seclusion. She was named "Daolin" after Lin Bao Dao. She was eventually buried here, hence the name "Daolin". Also, the Jinjiang River, a tributary of the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River, formed by the confluence of Shaoshan Irrigation Canal and Huaming River, the hometown water of the two great men, passes through Daolin Town. Therefore, it has been an important commercial town since ancient times. It has been opened for more than 1100 years, and it still has a legacy of the Song Dynasty.

Today, Daolin Town is the core part of Mingdao Commune. The so-called "Mingdao Commune" is named after the words Huaminglou and Daolin Town. It sounds like returning to the era of "People's Commune" cooking from the big pot. People with internal intelligence said that the first phase of the Mingdao Commune project covers an area of 5000 acres. It was originally planned to introduce a planned economy in the context of a market economy, which is regarded as a new experiment in a small place. In fact, the current economic form of our country is also based on micro-regulation of the planned economy in the context of a market economy.

There are three streets in Daolin Ancient Town, namely the Ming and Qing Dynasties Traditional Culture Street, the Republic of China Film Culture Street and the Jianguo People's Commune Street. The "Commune People" have "dressed and dressed" these original old streets into distinctive themed cultural streets. Of course, there are many shops on both sides and flags fluttering. There are wine shops, tea houses, cultural and entertainment stores. Walking on the street and walking on the stone road that has been used for years is like returning to the old society and talking to the ancients.

The ancient town still retains the original old houses, which are said to be unique to Changsha, that is, houses with "cat arch back" style wind and wall walls on both sides of the houses. This old house is built of red soil and looks gorgeous even on cloudy days. The fire walls on both sides are like cats about to prey or be on alert, arched their backs and shrinking their necks, waiting to attack, which is very dynamic. When viewed from a distance, they look like two long snakes guarding the roof. This residential style, like the Matou Wall in Jiangnan and the Yierfang in Lingnan, has local characteristics.

Northwest along the Jinjiang River is Tanzichong. Mingdao Commune created a small railway road from Daolin Town to Huaming Tower. Every spring in the future, there will be a small train running through the sea of rapeseed flowers everywhere. It is a journey full of anticipation.

In fact, Daolin Ancient Town is 8 kilometers adjacent to Huaming Tower, the hometown of Chairman Liu Shaoqi, to the west, and 26 kilometers to the southwest from Shaoshan, the hometown of Chairman Mao Zedong. It is an Internet celebrity check-in spot on the golden tourist routes of Shaoshan, Huaming Tower, and Huitang Town.

That night, I stayed at Golden Sun International Hot Spring Resort in Huitang Town. Golden Sun covers an area of 1200 acres and has invested more than 500 million yuan. It is currently the largest modern leisure farm in Hunan Province, integrating hot spring vacations, business meetings, accommodation, catering, ecological tourism, expansion training, farming cultural experience, leisure and entertainment. The resort is both an attraction and a residence. Hot spring water enters the guest rooms directly, and there are more than a dozen "natural medicinal springs" in public areas.

After the meal, there will be a bonfire party, a carnival, a soup pool, and finally a dry steaming, feeling refreshed.

In fact, in addition to hot springs, Golden Sun also has leisure, entertainment and agriculture. Planting various crops, in addition to their own use, are also directly delivered to hotels and contracted users in the city. They are known as the "Five-Star Hot Spring Farm" and the "Top Ten Leisure Farms in the Country". There are also fruit and vegetable picking, fishing, outdoor expansion and children's playgrounds. It's also good to bring the whole family over on weekends.

The next day, we went to the Thousand Buddha Cave in Shilong Mountain, Huangcai Town. The person in charge said that only six caves are now open. If all Shilong Mountain Karst Cave is opened, it can reach Yiyang directly. There is a lake in front of the cave. Take a small boat to enter. The entrance of the cave is full of bats. It looks very uncomfortable and reminds people of vampires. Further inside, there are underwater cities, like mirage, illusory and ethereal. There are also molten rocks like waterfalls, camels, and Guanyin. The treasure of the town cave is called the "Thousand Buddha Pagoda". It is a molten rock column formed by dripping water for 360 million years. It is amazingly old.

Come out of Thousand Buddha Cave and go straight to Weishan Miyin Temple. Miyin Temple was built around the Yuanhe period of Emperor Xianzong of the Tang Dynasty. The eminent monk Lingyou came to Weishan, built a hut into an nunnery, and passed on the scriptures. In the third year of Dazhong of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (849), Pei Xiu, the governor of Tanzhou (Changsha), applied for a petition that the temple was awarded a "Secret Yin Zen Temple" and a temple was built. The temple is built against the mountain and has a majestic momentum. There is a giant thousand-handed Guanyin in the middle of the mountain, which is so big that it is intimidating.

There are several plaques in the temple, which are very interesting. In the middle of the hall is the "Miyin Zen Temple" awarded by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, on the left is the "Ten Thousand Buddha Hall" written by Zhao Puchu, and on the right is the "Baoen Temple" awarded by Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty. At the back of the hall is the "Ten Thousand Buddha Hall" written by Jiang Zhongzheng, and next to the steps up the mountain is Mao Zedong's calligraphy: "Weishan is a good place. There is a Miyin Temple, which should be well protected."

It's meal time again. Snakes are produced in Ningxiang, and the taste of snakes is famous far and wide. Unfortunately, all snakes go to sleep in winter and can only wait until after the sting is over.
