It also teamed up with many citizens to successfully break the Guinness World Record and jointly write down the city memories of Changsha. At this special moment at 3:33 pm on May 7, the Changsha IFS Ceremony was officially launched. 399 challenge participants wore union-themed costumes and held balloons in hand. They worked together on the 95th floor of IFS in Changsha to form a themed smiling face that symbolizes happiness and positive force, completing the world record of "the largest hand-held balloon jigsaw (pattern)". The themed art installation of "Joy Art·YUE MINJUN-Xi New Image Appears in Star City" located in the atrium of the LG2 uses five new images of "Crayfish","Goddess","Self-portrait","Relax" and "Landing" to create an immersive three-dimensional experience maze, building seven relaxed interactive experience areas with familiar life scenarios, highlighting the creation of a three-dimensional immersion, just like a true epitome of the city's daily life, further bringing people closer to the artistic experience. At the same time, you can also feel the art space that is full of interesting but still has a flavor of life.

The "Joy Art·YUE MINGJUN-A new image of Xi is unveiled globally" located in the L7 Art Gallery, in another way, demonstrates the happiness factor created by Changsha IFS for the city and the public. As the launch of the strategic plan-"Keeping the Yangtze River Smile-Saving the Finless Porpoise" photo exhibition will be presented simultaneously in L2. The Yangtze finless porpoise is known as the "smiling angel". The results of the 2017 scientific research show that there are only about 1012 finless porpoises left, making it a rare and endangered protected species.
