Although I can't go far now, a troubled heart can't stop moving forward. During the National Day holiday, I decided to go to an Internet celebrity city, which is a city with many, many delicacies. I went for a cup of milk tea, and I also wanted to never stop.

Changsha came to Changsha for the second time 10 years later. Because I really want to drink fresh tea in person and I also like Hunan's chopped peppers, this trip to Changsha is focused on eating, which can be said to be a gourmet journey.

Day1: Flying from Chongqing to Changsha, staying at Howard Johnson Assia Hotel in Changsha, eating Quantley, drinking tea, and making people happy
Day2: Eat: Zhouji Noodle Shop Visit Changsha IFS Eat: Eat a lamp, drink lemon, eat Dong Shuntao stinky tofu in season

Day5: Eat: Tongtong Hair Stewed Powder King Shopping: Juzizhou Scenic Area Drinking: Silong Coffee Vicomin Coffee Shopping: Changsha Wenhe Friends Eating: Shrimp Xiaolong Lao Changsha Lobster Restaurant Momo Dim Sum Bureau
Day6: Changsha flies to Chongqing

This time, as China's number one player, I took China Airlines flights (reserve tickets) from Chongqing to Changsha.

I also experienced the services of the business class lounge area once. After arriving in Changsha, there is a special VIP shuttle service.

Enjoy VVVIP service once. One person takes a special car, and one person walks through the channel, hehe.

I have thought about choosing a B & B, but during the National Day period, the prices of hotels and B & B are not much different, and I still prefer to choose a hotel with unified management. During the National Day, hotel prices did "soar by leaps and bounds". Considering the location and cost performance, I chose Howard Johnson Hotel Changsha Assia this time.

This geographical location is still very convenient, and it is very close to the core area of Changsha. The hotel is located on Shaoshan North Road in Yuhua District. It is about a 5-minute drive from Changsha Wuyi Square Commercial District, Dongtang Commercial District, IFS International Financial Center, and Helong Sports Center; about a 10-minute walk from the subway entrance; about a 10-minute drive from Juzizizhou Head and Yuelu Mountain.

There is also a lot to eat around, and you can find tea and beautiful colors a few hundred meters away. There is also an online celebrity restaurant-Ben Radish Liuyang Restaurant within walking distance.

The entire hotel is Chinese style and antique.

There is also a tea room area in the lobby.

There is also a reception and lounge area on the executive suite floor of the building where we stayed.

Price: National Day nearly 1000 yuan/night

Eat--tea is beautiful

I went to Changsha this time really to have a cup of tea in person and make me happy. Who told me that milk tea can only be drunk in Changsha, not anywhere else. It was not until this year that they opened a restaurant in their next-door neighbor Wuhan. I can't help but admire Changsha's local brands for doing a really good job. Before I went, I only knew the color of tea. After I went, I found that there were several local brands that dominated the entire Changsha City. In Changsha, there are more than 100 directly operated stores.

People who travel to Changsha can buy tea and make them look good, starting at least two cups a day.

Moreover, there are really many Chayan Yuese shops in Changsha, especially in Wuyi Square, where there are almost one every 50 meters. Of course, the Chayan Yuese shop in Wuyi Square is also the street with the strongest queues. There are relatively fewer people near the hotel where I stayed.

Moreover, Tea Beauty has some theme shops and co-branded shops around Wuyi Square. And if you want to drink your last cup of tea before leaving Changsha, there are also airport shops. Tea Yanyue is cheap and delicious. And you can also buy corresponding ancillary products.

Eat-Quan De Li

I never expected that my first meal in Changsha would start with Northeast food, and it was delicious! I originally came here to eat fat robs at Changsha's Internet celebrity restaurant, but the queue at noon scared me. I could only settle for the next best. When I saw this Northeast dish in the annex, I didn't expect it to be a beautiful accident.

smoked bacon pancake

Distinctive northern dishes and pasta dishes, such as big bones in sauce, bacon cake, face lifting, and three shredded meats are all very good.

smoked bacon pancake

The specialty is bacon pancakes.

Cheap and delicious!

I really love millet porridge.

Eat--Zhouji Noodle Shop

When you come to Changsha, how can you not make fans? The hotel I stayed in is within walking distance to Zhouji Fendian, which is listed in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Tianxin District" list. It is a century-old store. It was founded by my father Zhou Fengming and has been passed down for three generations.

I like this lush Ziyuan Road very much.

There are also some small shops in Pingjie Community hidden along this road.

There are also some breakfast shops on this Ziyuan Road that are popular among locals, such as this roast shop, which is also famous.

Every day I spend in Changsha starts with a bowl of hot rice noodles. And every time I eat Changsha rice noodles, I must put millet pepper in it. Although it makes my stomach hot, it is really delicious and I can't stop.

Zhouji Noodle Store, which has been in Changsha for decades, can be said to be the taste memory of old Changsha.

Their rice noodles are the flat version. The portions of rice flour and meat are sufficient. Chili peppers, onions, and small ingredients are all self-service.

I have appeared in the Zhouji noodle shop of "Up Every Day" many times. Wang Han also often comes to the store to sip noodles.

The signature shredded pork powder is only 10 yuan/bowl, which is also very cost-effective! There are also cold dishes, mixed rice and other options in the store.

Eat-a lamp

Every house in Changsha is queuing up for a lamp. I really waited in Wuyi Square and waited in line for an hour before I could eat it. I wanted to come, but I still wanted to try Changsha cuisine.

After all, in Changsha, it has been open for 22 years and is the number one restaurant in Changsha for Hunan cuisine. The specialties are duck web tendons, hot and sour squid rolls, stir-fried shredded belly with sour radish, stir-fried beef with pickled peppers... Spicy is really spicy, and rice is really rice.

Especially the stir-fried shredded belly with sour radish, which is really too overbearing! The more spicy it is, the more I want to eat it, which is very good for the meal!

I ate at Huinong Store in Wuyi Square.

Eat--Niu Longzi Tianjin Beef Noodles

Every morning, continue to start with a bowl of Changsha rice noodles! I originally made a reservation for the Provincial Museum, but when I arrived, I realized that I had made a reservation for the Changsha Museum and suffered a huge loss. So, eat powder nearby. Liu Longzi's rice noodle has won the gold medal of the Hunan Agricultural Products Expo. Beef flour has become a food culture business card in Tianjin and Hunan. Tianjin beef rice noodle shops across the country have developed from this.

The rice noodles of this Niudeaf Rice Noodle are round and thick, which is also the type I like to eat.

Liu Longzi Noodle Restaurant is a famous snack bar in the country that mainly sells beef noodles and beef rice dumplings. It was opened in 1938. The current inheritor Huang Zhen has officially registered "Liu Longzi Noodle".

Liu Longzi Powder Restaurant was founded in 1938. The founder, Liu Songsheng, was deaf due to illness when he was a child. He was also known as Liu Longzi. He opened a powder shop on Xihe Street, Tianjin City, selling beef flour and beef bowls, and was named Liu Longzi Powder Restaurant. The noodle shop is a wooden house. The shop is not big. There are eight square tables on the east side. Because of the delicious taste, many people go there.

At present, Liu Longzi Noodle Restaurant is operated by the third generation. After continuous exploration, it has a variety of special series such as raw juice, sauce, spicy food, steak, beef offal, bezoar, tripe, beef white leaf and stewed powder, which satisfy the needs of more people. Different tastes.

The white and round rice noodles and the rich and delicious original soup are the signature delicacy of Niu Tongzi Tianjin beef noodles-beef chowder stew powder. The flour used for the stewing powder is Jindao rice flour sent from Tianjin. The beef is selected from water buffaloes that have been used in Tianjin for more than ten years. In addition, the soup base that has been carefully boiled with beef bones for 8 hours is used as the bottom of the pot. It is slightly spicy but not spicy, fragrant but not greasy, and full of nutrients. In addition to beef, beef chowder also contains tripe, beef leaven, beef tendons and yellow throat. A small pot bottom can accommodate about 5 people. Many customers come here to eat with relatives and friends, and they can also eat noodles like crazy.

Visiting--Changsha IFS, Wuyi Square

To say, the place I go most to eat and shop in Changsha is IFS in Wuyi Square. Since I have taken photos with pandas in Chengdu IFS Roof Square, I still want to take a photo with Kaws in Changsha landmark IFS.

I went to the seventh floor of IFS near dusk. Compared with other times, there were fewer people and the queue lasted about 20 minutes.

Many people watched when taking pictures. A group of three or four groups of people would usually go in to take pictures together. They had to find their own angles to take pictures, and there was no limit to the shooting time. If you go alone, or if two people want to take a group photo, you can ask a staff member to help take photos. If you don't want to queue up, you can also take photos next to you, or close to the enclosure and take a half-body photo of your head.

Around Wuyi Square, the circle marked by IFS is really the most concentrated shopping and shopping area in Changsha. Old areas and new areas are connected here.

Wuyi Square is located at the center of Changsha's commercial circle and the oldest area in Changsha. The city site of ancient Changsha is today's Wuyi Square and its surrounding areas. In thousands of years of history, Wuyi Square has always been the seat of the official office of ancient Changsha. The May Day Business District has firmly established its leading position in Changsha's central business district, affecting all of Hunan. Transportation: 16 buses, Changsha Metro Line 2, Changsha Metro Line 1, Changsha Bus Rapid Transit. In October 2021, the Wuyi Commercial District of Changsha City is planned to be selected into the first batch of national-level night cultural and tourism consumption clusters.

Walking in circles near Wuyi Square, I passed the Huo Palace. Huo Palace is a representative public place in Changsha, Hunan Province that integrates traditional folk culture, fire temple culture, and food culture. In particular, Huo Palace's flavor snacks are well-known in Sanxiang. As a famous scenic spot in Changsha City, Hunan Province, it is located on Pozi Street, Changsha City.

Across the street from the Fire Palace, I saw a Changsha stinky tofu store-Dong Shuntao. I chose this stinky tofu because its origin was when I was born, in 1985.

Dong Shuntao founded Dong Shuntao Xiangpai Stinky Tofu under Mr. Jiang Yonggui, the founder of Xiangpai Stinky Tofu. He is the third generation direct inheritor of Xiangpai Stinky Tofu. In 1985, Dong Shuntao became a disciple of Mr. Jiang Yonggui, the founder of Xiang-style stinky tofu, and began to set up a stall for frying stinky tofu on Tongtai Street in Changsha. She was 35 years old that year and was the third generation direct inheritor of Xiang-style stinky tofu.

Dong Shuntao was born in 1955, started working in 1970, and began to fry stinky tofu in 1985. When she was young, she used to work in a factory during the day and fry stinky tofu on the streets of Changsha at night. The food stall also followed her from Tongtai Street to the entrance of the Youth Palace on Zhongshan Road, and then there was a shop called "Dong Shuntao Fragrant stinky tofu" on Tongtai Street.

Their stinky tofu is small and black. It is fragrant, spicy, and also blessed by coriander leaves.

It smells bad and tastes good. Brine is their secret recipe, the oil is pure rapeseed oil, and the soup is also served with old chicken soup. Small grains are more delicious.

Next to it is Pozi Street, which is also a world where delicious dogs are.

Changsha Pozi Street, with a long history of more than 1200 years, is a veritable thousand-year old street and a representative of Huxiang culture. It starts from Huangxing South Road in the east and ends at Xiangjiang Avenue in the west, with a total length of 640 meters. The construction area of the hatchback covers an area of 180 acres, connecting the Wuyi Commercial District, Jiefang West Road Bar Street, and Huangxing South Road Pedestrian Commercial Street into a piece. It has become a landmark commercial and cultural street in Changsha that inherits Huxiang culture and leads the trend of the times. It is also a famous folk food street with influence and popularity at home and abroad.

I also didn't expect that even the Art Museum in Changsha could be made into a must-check-in Internet celebrity attraction! Admission requires queuing.

Xie Zilong Image Art Museum and Li Zijian Art Museum, both museums are next to each other! Li Zijian Art Museum is free to visit and requires queuing. Xie Zilong Image Art Museum needs to pay an additional fee. Three exhibitions can be packed together and purchased at a cost-effective price. They are mainly art exhibitions related to photography and film.

The entire art museum is the most popular industry, and it is an intuitive experience of the gray, white and black space. The milky white clear water concrete building reminds me of Tadao Ando's works again. Tadao Ando's iconic fair-faced concrete building! Anyone who has been to Liangzhu, Hangzhou can recognize it at a glance. It is very suitable for taking photos. The indoor and outdoor weather is excellent and particularly good. Neither museum is open on Mondays.

Li Zijian Art Museum is the largest modern public welfare art museum at home and abroad, invested and founded by Li Zijian and Danhui.

The completed Li Zijian Art Museum has become a new cultural landmark in Changsha City. On July 16, 2017, Li Zijian Art Museum was certified as the "world's largest individual artist art museum" by the British World Records Certification Agency (WRCA).

The walls of public spaces are works outlined with wire.

Li Zijian Art Museum, with four exclusive exhibition halls of more than 6000 square meters, is tailor-made for individual painters. It has long gathered and displayed works created by painters over the years collected by many collectors at home and abroad, as well as a large number of new works that have not yet been released in recent years. This painting can be said to be the treasure of the town hall and a representative work of Li Zijian.

The Historical Materials Hall presents the painter's life growth trajectory and artistic journey.

Li Zijian's oil paintings are divided into multiple series, and there are currently about 338 oil paintings on display in the Li Zijian Art Museum.

My feeling is that in his "Native Land" series, in his paintings, whether they are children or women, their eyes are big and bright.

Because I also have a younger brother, I am very touched by this group of siblings series.

Building B and Exhibition Area C on the first floor of the Art Museum have nearly 6000 square meters of exhibition space for holding various types of art exhibitions and art activities. The establishment of Master Xingyun Calligraphy Hall and Master Xingyun Bookstore provides a place for audiences at home and abroad to view the authentic works of the master's calligraphy and study the master's vast classics. The "Spiritual Space" is a multi-functional space that is suitable for various cultural needs of societies and the public. The "Water Music Hall" undertakes various musical performances and cultural activities. The aquatic art restaurant adjacent to "Jingxin Island" is an important supporting facility for the Modern Art Museum.

Xie Zilong Image Art Museum aims to "collect Chinese image history","promote image art culture", and provide image art services to the public. In accordance with the trinity collection model of "encouraging donations, honorary collections, and paid acquisitions", we will systematically collect early Chinese historical images, classic image albums, early imaging equipment, and contemporary image works.

I didn't enter the Xie Zilong Image Art Museum, but it was really nice to take pictures outside.

Visit--Hunan Rice Noodle Street

A new day starts with a bowl of Changsha rice noodles. This time I came to Hunan Rice Noodle Street to eat breakfast rice noodles, and I also checked in on the Internet celebrity wall. Hunan Rice Noodle Street is connected to Wuyi Avenue in the south and Bayi Road in the north. It has a total length of about 400 meters. The most distinctive rice noodles from various cities and states in Hunan are gathered here. I mainly check in for this wall and eat a bowl of noodles.

In October 2020, Hunan Rice Noodle Street officially opened to welcome guests. The rice noodles, chopsticks and large bowls entering the street at both ends have become new landmarks for citizens to compete to take photos and check in.

Yideyi is the most popular noodle shop on this street. But there were indeed too many people lining up, so we chose a random restaurant to eat. I feel that, without being too surprised, every Changsha rice noodle restaurant is very delicious.

This wall also requires queuing to take photos.

Check-in address: Jiucaiyuan North Road, Changsha
Transportation: 470 meters walk from Exit 3 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2

Eat--lemon season

This is another "Made in Changsha" local Internet celebrity drink-Liming Season. It can also be seen in all streets and alleys. Not only are the major business districts in Changsha densely deployed, but also expand their reach to Wuhan, Nanchang, Guizhou, Hainan and other cities.

I drink the classic version-duck shit scented lemon tea. It's really good!!!

This is the cheap and delicious franchise chain I eat near the hotel, and it's in plastic boxes! The price is really cheap, in single digits!

Tongtongfa Marinated Powder is a convenient and special snack. It has good marinade, strong marinade, cheap price, simple and fast production.

Marinated powder is to warm a bowl of flour, add brine and mix, add a little rice, and finish a bowl of flour in three minutes. Its snacks and stewed meat are all home-stewed, and the meat is still in large chunks. The price is still very good.

I think every foreign tourist who comes to Changsha Wuyi Square will buy a cup of this coffee and take photos on the roof of the landmark IFS! This coffee is Silong Coffee, which is the "Internet celebrity coffee shop" in the most lively business district. Because the word "Changsha" on the coffee cup makes tourists very eager to circle friends and visit here, but that's all.

The owner of Silong Coffee used to be the owner of the "Mr. Li Coffee Laboratory" in Wenmiaoping, but now he has opened the store to Yuehui Square in Wuyi Square. The store's signature should be various flavors of lattes.

With a 50-square-meter store, it has achieved a sunrise cup volume of 800 cups in two years, top 1 on the hot list and top No. 1 on the hot list. When you visit the physical store, you will find it very small, with an area of about 50 square meters, and only more than 20 people can sit down. Glass window + white walls + white tables and chairs + some decorations that look like bamboo weaving and intertwined, and there are no complex landscaping. However, when most people come here to buy coffee, they turn around and walk across from IFS to take photos and check in to share it like I did.

The name "Silom" comes from the name of Bangkok's famous commercial district. Their managers are two handsome guys, Guo Dongliang and Li Chao. The products also have many Southeast Asian elements, such as coconut lattes, cinnamon coffee lattes, white mint cool lattes, etc. The taste is refreshing and the appearance is fashionable, which is very in line with the preferences of young people.

Address: 1A20 nickname of Yuehui Square, Jiefang West Road, Changsha (next to Gate 5)

Eat--Vicomin Coffee

This is another Changsha local brand coffee shop. The decoration style cannot be simpler, but it can produce blockbuster check-in movies that are very consistent with contemporary style.

Vicomin coffee

Coffee products are also very nice, such as [Next Stop Jiefang West] and [Slightly Drinking Changsha Coffee] The coffee has a proper amount of alcohol in it. These two are exclusive specialties of Changsha. There are also [Peach Bubbles],[Avgado]... There will be a small card next to each coffee introducing the ingredients of the coffee.

Vicomin coffee

The overall silver metal decoration of the cafe, with a slight blues color matching, makes the cafe look cool and slightly chilly.

Vicomin coffee

The words "Hello Changsha" are printed on the wall of the coffee cup, the LOGO of "Very Changsha" at the entrance of the store, and the "Come for a Cup of Changsha" at the storage counter at the entrance are all very suitable for taking photos.

Vicomin coffee

The name is: Coffee is as essential as a vitamin in life, a nutrient that must be ingested every day.

Play--Yuelu Academy

Generally speaking, if you visit Yuelu Academy because of your fame, you can check in next to this line: Hunan University-Dongfanghong Square-Yuelu Academy-Aiwan Pavilion-Eat: Tianma Beef Cake-Old Man Sugar Oil Baba-Shopping: Houhu International Art District-Drink: Old European Coffee·Western Food

You can reach Yuelu Academy through Dongfanghong Square. Hunan University Dongfanghong Square was built by Hunan University during this period. At that time, in order to love Mao, this square was built. At the same time, the Art Department of Hunan University designed a statue of Mao. It is the only red square in all universities in Hunan Province.

Yuelu Academy is one of the four major academies in the history of the country. It is located at the foot of Yuelu Mountain on the bank of Hunan River in the famous historical and cultural city of Changsha, Hunan Province. As one of the oldest universities in the world, its ancient traditional academy buildings have been completely preserved today. Each group of courtyards, every stone tablet, every brick, and every wind lotus all shine with the humanistic spirit tempered by time. In 1988, the Yuelu Academy Building Complex was approved by the State Council as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units.

Yuelu Academy needs to collect tickets

Today, Yuelu Academy is Hunan University's talent training and research base for literature, history and philosophy, a tourist attraction in Hunan Province, and a cultural window and cultural business card for the entire Changsha City.

Yuelu Mountain, where Yuelu Academy is located, has been a famous cultural mountain since ancient times. The Western Jin Dynasty used to be a place for Taoist activities, and Wanshou Palace, Chongzhen Temple, etc. were built.

The ancient architectural complex of Yuelu Academy is divided into five major architectural patterns: teaching, book collection, sacrifice, garden and memorial.

The main building area of Yuelu Academy is more than 31000 square meters. It is divided into the main body of the academy, the affiliated Confucian Temple and the newly built Chinese Academy Museum.

The Yuelu Academy covers an area of 25000 square meters. Most of the existing buildings are relics of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The layout of the ancient buildings adopts the form of a courtyard with symmetrical axes and multiple depths. The main buildings such as the head gate, the gate, the second gate, the lecture hall, and the Imperial Book Tower are concentrated on the central axis, and the lecture hall is arranged in the center of the central axis. Zhai houses, sacrificial temples, etc. are arranged on both sides. The courtyard with symmetrical axes and progressive layers not only creates a solemn, magical, and remote sense of depth and visual effect, but also reflects the social ethical relationship of Confucian culture with superior and orderly, different levels, and distinct primary and secondary.

The main buildings include Toumen, Ermen, Lecture Hall, Banxue Zhai, Teaching Zhai, Baiquan Xuan, Yushu Tower, Xiangshui School Jingtang, Confucian Temple, etc., and the original appearance of Yan Hotel, Wenchang Pavilion, Chongsheng Temple, Minglun Hall and six special temples including Confucius, Zhou Lianxi, Ercheng, Zhu Xi, Zhang Jing, Wang Chuanshan, Luo Dian, etc. were restored. The gardens and eight scenic spots of the academy in the Qing Dynasty were all restored.

Yuelu Academy is the largest and best-preserved academy building complex in China.

The Yuelu Academy has experienced many wars in its history and has been destroyed seven times and built seven times. The main existing buildings are relics of the Qing Dynasty. Since the 20th century, after several major repairs, some buildings destroyed in the war have been rebuilt.

In the ninth year of Kaibao of the Northern Song Dynasty (976 AD), Zhu Dong, the prefect of Tanzhou, followed the expansion and founded Yuelu Academy. In the eighth year of Dazhong Xiangfu of the Northern Song Dynasty (1015 AD), Emperor Zhenzong of Song Dynasty summoned Shan Changzhou Shi and awarded the title of "Yuelu Academy". Yuelu Academy became one of the four major academies in China.

I think it would be good to come to Yuelu Academy to feel the tranquility and walk around. If you want to truly understand Yuelu Academy, you can still let the commentators feel it better while talking and reading.

Tickets: 40 yuan/person

Coming out of Yuelu Academy, Aiwan Pavilion is also one of the must-check spots when visiting Hunan University. It was built in the fifty-seventh year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1792). It was founded by Luo Dian, the chief of Yuelu Academy in the Qing Dynasty. It was formerly known as Red Leaf Pavilion. Later, it was owned by Bi Yuan, the governor of Huguang. According to the poem "Parking and sitting in the maple forest at night, the frost leaves are redder than February flowers", renamed Aiwan Pavilion.

The Aiwan Pavilion is crowded with tourists, so I can just stand on the outer edge and take a photo. The inner gold column is round wood and red lacquer, and the outer eaves columns are four, which are made of the entire square granite. The roof of the pavilion has double eaves and four drapes, with a sharp treasure roof, and the four wing corners are far and high, covered with green glazed tiles. There is a horizontal plaque in the pavilion engraved with the words "Qinyuanchun·Changsha" written by Mao Zedong. On the front of the pavilion, the red gilded "Love Wan Pavilion" plaque is inscribed in honor of Mao Zedong. The Chinese stone in the pavilion is engraved with seven poems by Zhang Nanxuan and Qian Nanyuan touring the mountains. Aiwan Pavilion is simple and elegant. The pavilion sits west and faces east and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. On the whole, it retains more of the architectural styles of Qing Dynasty pavilions and pavilions.

Eat--Tianma Beef Cake

Since we are all around Hunan University, there are naturally all kinds of classic, delicious and cheap snacks at the school entrance!!!!

These two Internet celebrity snack bars are both on the same street. Once the aunts in the store finish making them, people will immediately queue up to buy a batch. They are really popular. First one: Tianma beef patties.

6 yuan each. It is very hot when you get it. You need to rest your breath to eat it, but you need to eat it while it is hot to taste delicious. You should take advantage of this price.

The outer skin is very crisp, and the inside is beef and cabbage. The beef is sufficient, slightly spicy and peppery. It is not greasy, but also has a refreshing taste.
Address: No. 228 Lushan South Road, Changsha
Transportation: Hunan University Station, Metro Line 4

Eat--the old man's sugar and oil cake

Further forward is the Hunan specialty snack-sugar and oil cake. And this old man's sugar-oil cake is also quite famous.

In fact, I don't like to eat fried food. The sugar-oil cakes on the streets of Changsha have never attracted my interest. But now that we are near Hunan University, we must try the youth code of this Hunan University student. Unexpectedly, it is surprisingly delicious!

Under the golden crispy shell, there is a warm, scalding soft mass. One bite off my teeth a little sticky, and I chew while blowing. After eating a bowl, I still have a little unfinished.

A simple glutinous rice ball will become so delicious after being fried with slices of sugar.

You can see the old founder in the store, almost every pot is sold out immediately. Business is good.

Sugar and oil cake is a traditional famous snack in Changsha, Hunan Province. Like stinky tofu, it is a representative of the flavor of old Changsha.

The store is very small, less than 2㎡. The old man has been selling sugar and oil cakes for more than ten years. I used to set up a small stall at the Tianma student apartment, but later I came to Lushan South and rented this small shop for more than ten years. Grandpa is in his seventies. He gets up at six o'clock every day to grind glutinous rice flour, opens the stall at 12 o'clock noon and closes at 8 o'clock in the evening. Each one is fried to the right yellow and crispy, and there is a solid glutinous rice soft core inside.

The control of the oil temperature, the control of the sugar, and the control of the shovel in the opponent cannot do anything well. The more ordinary a thing is, the more it tests a person's craftsmanship. Rub the dough, put a piece of sugar, put in an oil pan, turn the dough... Sweet but not greasy is my highest evaluation of it.

Address: No. 202, Lushan South Road

Visiting--Houhu International Art District

After the tooth festival, I walked to the Houhu International Art Zone, which is the largest original painting base in Hunan Province. I came for the niche coffee shops in this area.

I couldn't find it much in the coffee shop, but I heard the music of students playing trumpets hard in the dormitory. The art district redesigns and reuses abandoned houses, dilapidated streets, and facilities, and many students enjoy their literary talents by the lake.

There is a big lake in the art district, and there is a complete bridge on the lake that can directly pass across the lake.

I feel that this place is still relatively small, and most of the students have not returned home.

It integrates urban scenery, original art creation, Huxiang cultural display, leisure and entertainment, and traditional cultural inheritance. It is the first largest international art district in China and a cultural industry base where multiple business formats are integrated and developed together.

Houhu International Art Park is located in the central area of Changsha University Town and the core area of Yuelu Mountain National 5A-level Scenic Area. It connects Lushan, Xiangjiang and Yuelu Academy, and surrounds three famous schools of Central South University, Hunan University and Hunan Normal University. Lushan and Hunan River are here. Naturally connected to the cultural heritage of thousands of years.

It can only be said that efforts are still needed and the future is promising.

Unexpectedly, crossing the bridge, I accidentally checked in another Internet celebrity coffee: Old European Coffee

The three-story building is indeed the ultimate in retro style. Even the salesperson is wearing European retro dresses.

To be honest, although I am trying my best to restore the retro flavor of 17th century Europe, I still feel that the imitation is a bit vulgar. However, I have to say that such a large-scale reproduction is a good way to achieve the ultimate reproduction. It is enough to take pictures.

You can see many female dolls wearing exquisite little skirts coming here to take photos. Full of ceremony.

The European decoration of the castle is based on European style, retro, with many antique decorations, winding stairs, and wooden dining tables and chairs all have a sense of the times.

There are also many jewelry on the first floor, and dresses in the style of European courty-style are sold.

Address: Building 1032, Zone D1, Houhu International Art Park, Mayuan Road, Changsha. Take a taxi directly to Zone D (divided into four zones of ABCD)
Subway Station: Fubu River
Bus station: Tangjiazhou (get off and you will be in Area D)
Transportation: Subway and public transportation are very convenient. Parking by car for 4 hours is only 10 yuan. It's a very conscientious parking lot.

Visiting--Juzizhou Scenic Area

Ten years later, I finally came to check in on Juzizhou, making up for the regret that I didn't make it ten years ago. I went for Grandpa Mao! I bought a 40-yuan round-trip electric car and went straight to the subject to take photos.

Juzizhou is located in the center of the Xiangjiang River in Yuelu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It has an original area of about 17 hectares. The overall developed land area of the scenic spot reaches 91.64 hectares. It is the largest sandbank among the many alluvial sandbanks in the lower reaches of the Xiangjiang River. It is known as "China's No. 1 Continent" and is shaped like a long island. The main attractions include Zhoutou Song Orange Pavilion, Han White Jade Poetry Monument, Bronze Statue Square, Rattan Square, Lanyue Pavilion, Zhenjiang Pavilion, Bonsai Garden, Gate Square, etc.

My goal was to be pure and take photos with Grandpa Mao, so I bought a sightseeing bus around the continent at a fare of 40 yuan per person. There are many classics parked in the middle, but none of them can be downloaded. The head of Grandpa Mao is straight to the end. After taking photos and checking in, you can return to the boarding point for the return journey and return to the entrance where you can take the subway.

Juzizhou Scenic Area is a free scenic spot. If you don't want to take a sightseeing bus, you can walk, but it's a bit difficult to walk. It's big.

There is direct subway line 2 from the city to Juzizhou, which is very convenient.

Eat-Momo Dim Sum Bureau

I have to admire Changsha, the local brand is doing a great job! This time I came here really to gain insight. In addition to the pleasant color of tea, there are also Liming Season and Momo Dim Sum Bureau.

Momo Dim Sum Bureau is also spread all over the streets and alleys of Changsha, and it is difficult to find a shop that does not queue up! Everyone has to queue up!!!

This new Chinese baking chain brand started in Changsha and positioned itself as a brand of new Chinese snacks with a national style. It only opened in August 2020, and it has gained the preferences of young people. I queued for more than an hour just for freshly baked potatoes from Momo Dim Sum Bureau. At the Guojin Street store in Wuyi Square, Changsha, this is something many foreign tourists would check in.

I feel like I have been to Changsha all the time, and I have gone home without eating once. I am sorry for my long journey.

Momo Dim Sum Bureau, a Chinese baking brand that has only been established for a year, has become popular faster than I imagined.

I have to say that the taste is really delicious, not sweet or greasy, but also very Q. The key is that the price is not expensive. I really almost ate a box alone and couldn't stop.

The "can't stop" sesame potatoes are the signature product of the Momo Dim Sum Bureau, and they are also the innovation place of new cakes: they are baked and sold freshly to ensure taste and freshness, and they are taken one bite as much as possible in form to make staple foods. Pastries, move closer to snacks.

Visiting--Changsha Wenheyou

Okay, I admit that this time in Changsha, in addition to drinking tea and going to Juzizhou Tau, there is also an important itinerary for me to play cards and make friends.

Wen Heyou is really so popular! I did a lot of strategies before I went, such as how to enter the door without queuing with fewer people. After going there, I discovered that this Wen Heyou was connected to the mall. There are two doors on each floor of the mall to enter and exit Wen Heyou.

This place can be said to be a model for learning from Internet celebrity landmark construction.

Changsha Super Wenheyou is a reconstruction of Changsha's former market in a large shopping mall. It is the original appearance of Changsha in the 1980s and 1990s. The main retro and nostalgic style makes people travel back to that era in a second. I have to admire the creativity of the founder!

The floors are mixed and the scene of "mixed people and dragons". All kinds of old-fashioned shops, alleys, corridors, all kinds of neon lights, and old-fashioned signs. Moreover, these old-fashioned shops are still open, and you can buy different things in them.

The design is really overbearing! There was a photo exhibition on the National Day when I went.

All kinds of snacks can be eaten directly by sitting in such an environment. There is even a shop for tea and beautiful colors.

Wenheyou has really become the first choice for all urban Internet celebrities to check in to learn and copy.

There are also many Changsha home-cooked dishes in Wenheyou, the most famous one being crayfish. There are quite a lot of places here, and there are many people who don't come over. I often see various apps saying that the number in line is more than 3000, which is so exaggerated!

Founder Wen Bin opened a Wenheyou Lao Changsha Fried Shop on Taiping Street in Changsha, announcing the birth of the Wenheyou brand. At that time, the fried shop was less than 10 square meters, but the business was very good, making a net profit of 500,000 yuan in one year. After seeing the huge prospects of snacks, Wenbin decided to build Wenheyou into a comprehensive snack mall, which led to today's super Wenheyou model.

There are also retro discotheques, photo studios, barber shops, foot soaking city, independent bookstores, and even the Changsha City Civil Affairs Bureau has set up a marriage registration office inside.

In Changsha, Wenheyou looks more like a city museum: Xiaoluo stinky tofu, Yantian rice roll, Wenji one-heart chicken, Dalilai pork chop buns, Dengjia Chuanwen pastry, Dongguashan meat sausage... a collection of popular shops or brands across the country. To sum up in one sentence, Wenheyou is a specialty food and cultural street decorated in a market-style style. 80% of the shops are catering, but they can not only go shopping and eating.

Wen Heyou's various details are beyond ordinary people's imagination: clothes to be dried are hung outside the balcony,"Princess Huanzhu" is played on the TV, past news is played on the radio, clothes are hung in the wardrobe, and everything is available in the box in the form of residents. You can even lie down on the bed, completely creating a community where people live. Fashion is wrapped in retro style, retro style exudes fireworks, and fireworks exudes a sense of fashion.

Eat--Shrimp Xiaolong Lao Changsha Lobster Restaurant

When you come to Changsha, how can you not eat crayfish once!

My last meal in Changsha, crayfish, make arrangements! I chose the old Changsha Lobster Restaurant with shrimp, dragon, and shrimp restaurant all over the street.

I can only say that October when I went was not the crayfish season, and I didn't find the lobster taste of the Shrimp Xiaolong Old Changsha Lobster Restaurant very special.

Eat--time bin

In Changsha, I met my old friend. He was an upright local and took me to eat a high-end Changsha private dish-time bin that locals use for "business reception".

Interestingly, the lobby restaurant on the first floor of the store is holding a solo exhibition of small artists. Penyou said that this store will change the theme of the exhibition for a long time and is a private kitchen that combines art and food. Look, there were only three people eating, and they used such a big private room.

The food is all local Changsha dishes, authentic and not cheap.

After this meal, Lao Penyou took me to the side to wash my feet. Washing feet in Changsha is also a major feature. This National Day trip to Changsha ended happily with eating and drinking!
