This summer vacation kicked off a long-planned trip to Changsha with my roommate.

Before coming to Changsha, my impression was that Juzizhou Head, various food streets and attractions such as Changsha Normal University.

But I didn't expect that I would find a treasure and discover a stinky tofu museum.

For a veteran gourmet like me.

Originally, I just wanted to write about the first snack museum in China-Wenheyou Stinky Tofu Museum.

Let me summarize our trip first. I went to play for 4 days, and the total cost was 1200 yuan.

Not too much or too little for a student.

However, let me remind everyone that tickets to Changsha are difficult to buy, so you must book in advance!!!!

1. Fenghuang Ancient City

Before we arrived in Changsha, we went to the ancient city of Fenghuang.

It is only more than 500 kilometers away from Changsha, and the bus fare is 150 yuan.

I have to say that the Hongqiao Bridge under the night is really beautiful.

Most of the memories of the ancient city of Fenghuang come from Mr. Shen Congwen's "Border Town".

The city is built by water and mountains. On the side near the mountain, the city wall is like a long snake climbing along the mountain.

On the water side, there is room for a dock on the river outside the city, and small canted boats are anchored in the bay.

There is a river street running through each dock. Half of the houses are landed and half are under water.

Because of limited space, those houses are equipped with penthouses.

After playing regularly for two days, I quickly went back to Changsha City to start eating and drinking!!!!

2. Wenheyou Stinky Tofu Museum

I can't wait to say it! Sisters are advised to wear black, white and gray clothes to take photos because its color tone is relatively mild.

When you come to Changsha, you must eat stinky tofu. The museum displays the evolution of stinky tofu making technology and various raw materials and methods for making it.

It can be said to be great. Of course, if I wanted to be exciting, I went to a machine to smell the stench,

I didn't expect this machine to take photos. Anyway, I have already seen the second photo I never want to see again in my life.

This shop visit experience event was really super satisfying.

This time, the things that can be added to the stinky tofu include fried pork with chili pepper, spicy crayfish, and saliva chicken!

Oh my gosh, one of everything, okay!

The stinky tofu with meat addition is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and has a super good taste.

Promise me that you must check in to this museum when you come to Changsha!!!!

But what is most worth mentioning is that I experienced how a soybean can be made and turned into stinky tofu.

I participated in every step. The tofu I finally ate was as if I made it myself. This magical feeling made me do it three times!

The surrounding area of stinky tofu is also worth mentioning. The stinky babies are all very cute. There is one at the gate of Taiping Street.

There are dolls selling gifts in the museum, as well as other cultural and creative products.

It is said that it will be free of postage after it reaches 188 yuan. Looking at the dolls all over the wall, I have to say that I want to own them!

As a fan of Wen Heyou, I certainly chose to have dinner at the Lobster Restaurant.

I want shrimp, rice bibimbap with lard and roasted butter.

It is worthy of being a check-in place for Internet celebrities. The entire five-story restaurant is full of people. I queue up to get my number.

I waited for nearly an hour, but for the sake of delicious food, I could!
