The life I yearn for is still far away. After staying in one place for a long time, I always want to go out and take some exercise. Finally, we set off...
Four people, two cities, one week. Liuba and Chengdu chose these two places because they are silent and moving, hidden and reclusive. One is Jasper deep in the Qinling Mountains, and the other is Bashi, where fireworks have been three thousand years old. Today's main purpose is to share with you my three days and two nights of freedom in Chengdu ~
Destination: Chengdu
Personnel: 4 people with friends
Per capita: 1000 yuan
Time: July 24 - 26, 2019, three days and two nights
Schedule:

We arrived at Chengdu East Railway Station at noon. As soon as we got off the bus, we were moved by the "hot" situation in Chengdu. We hurriedly called a taxi and took us to the B & B we had booked in advance. Everyone was very hungry on the way. It happened that there was a firewood chicken house next to the B & B. Although it was past meal time, there were still many people in the store. Some were eating, some were drinking tea and chatting, and some were playing mahjong directly in the store. Because the firewood chicken was killed and cooked immediately, we waited for nearly two hours before we could eat it. However, the taste really lived up to the two-hour wait. Several people ate every piece of chicken in a pot. It was simply delicious. Overwhelmingly delicious, we returned home with a full load.
After being full, we arrived at the B & B we were going to stay in on the first day-Five Chairs. The name is very interesting. While we were eating, the housekeeper of the B & B contacted us when we would arrive. He heard that we were eating nearby, and he even came over to help with our luggage. Although the weather in Chengdu is a bit stuffy, the clouds on the horizon are beautiful, the sky is blue and clear, the fences, and gray tile houses seem to be in a suburb of Japan.
Five chairs, very close to Chengdu, half an hour's drive, very convenient. This is a newly built pastoral community with local people, so it is more like a city B & B, but with everything related to home. That night, we stayed in No. 1 Courtyard of Five Chairs B & B, a three-story single-family villa with a sunflower field at the door. On the first floor of the B & B, there was a living room and kitchen, with a special housekeeper cooking. On the second floor, there was a guest room with a small tea room, and on the third floor was also a guest room with a separate living room.
The owner of the B & B is a young man from the north. We all call him "Tong Tong". He is generous and very enthusiastic. We went to the supermarket to buy things, and he even lent us his electric car. Tong Tong also has a little five, who has been following his puppy since he was a child. For four months, the little guy has been prying up his ears and exuding a sense of intelligence.
There is also a small swimming pool in the yard. When friends brought their children over to play, the little ones were so reluctant to leave.
According to the owner of the B & B, the five chairs are named with certain connotations, representing work, family, friends, oneself and the gratitude of knowing each other. In order to pose and take five chairs, my brother also borrowed a child walking in the community as a model.
The interior of the B & B is decorated with modern decoration, with fabric sofas, linen bedding, wood-colored tables and chairs, and bamboo chandeliers. It is the most natural style, simple and comfortable.
The B & B also prepares afternoon tea, seasonal fruits, coarse grain snacks, and sesame flowers made by the housekeeper.
There was also delicious green bean juice at the dinner party in the sunflower courtyard. At first, I didn't realize what green bean juice was. The housekeeper explained that it was soybean when she was a child. Everyone instantly laughed and was moved by the eldest sister's humor. The meals cooked by the older sisters are very delicious, and every meal is delicious.
In the afternoon, I mainly visited Hesheng Academy, Pastoral Life Museum and Ali Paradise nearby.
Hesheng Academy is a building that combines traditional elegance with modern simplicity and nature. On the old rural houses with white walls, black tiles and cypress, vigorous steel structures naturally grow. It is said that it is an ancestral home relocated from his hometown by the chairman of Hesheng Jiayuan Group. It was rebuilt by embedding modern aesthetics and practical functions on the basis of retaining the original appearance of the building.
The photos taken by the academy after the rain are like renderings. They are too beautiful to be realistic and are very suitable for check-in to take photos. The academy also regularly holds some lectures, tea art performances and other activities.
Next to the Academy is the Pastoral Life Hall. It has a small population and a good environment. There are many cultural and creative products in it. Have a cup of coffee, grab a book, sit down and enjoy this quiet and leisurely time quietly.
Ah Li's first pastoral theme park, the cute healing system Ah Li has come from the anime world to reality. Take the meteor train to the end of happiness; play the ancient melody with the crickets in the emerald maze; let the Rum lead us to the disappeared dwarf tribe.
It was nearly 10 o'clock after dinner."Why not go out and visit Jinli at night?" The few of them hit it off and rushed to the last subway and left as soon as they said. Compared with the people coming and going during the day and the sun exposure, Jinli at night truly returns to her original appearance. It's a key recommendation here. It's really good to go at night. The whole street is yours, so you can take any photos you want.
This one of the oldest and most commercial streets in the history of Western Shu embodies the essence of Chengdu life. Tea houses, inns, bars, and stage have always been a place that will haunt you.
Jinli at 11 o'clock at night was contracted by us.
Raindrops splash from the eaves of the old street, and time seems to have stopped.
While waiting for a taxi, one came to the deserted street.
Early the next morning, we set off for Luodai Ancient Town. This is a settlement of Hakka people. It began in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties to fill Sichuan in Huguang. It is one of Chengdu's "Five Dongshan Fields" and is known as "the Hakka of the World, the Forever Luodai". Legend has it that it got its name because the jade belt of Liu Chan, the late lord of the Shu Han Dynasty, fell into the Bajiao Well next to the town.
The thousand-year-old street and Hakka houses in the town are well preserved. The old street has a pattern of "one street, seven alleys" and is rich in spatial changes. Compared with other ancient towns, this place has a strong atmosphere of life. Local elderly people can be seen everywhere on both sides of the street. Self-produced fruits, handicrafts, etc., as well as specialty snacks, snowflake cakes, fragrant rice cakes, glutinous rice cake ice powder, and outstanding sugar.
People come and go on the main street, and you can also walk in the alleys.
Buying and putting on various styles of Hanfu and walking in the ancient town seems to have traveled through thousands of years. While walking in the alleys, I met a enthusiastic Catholic grandma who told us about her beliefs and sang carols.
In the afternoon, I went to Tianxiao Equestrian Club, which is the training base of the Sichuan Province Equestrian Team, integrating equestrian teaching, experience, and event hosting. The indoor and outdoor venues and equipment are complete, and all horses are imported warm-blooded horses. It is a professional equestrian club with international standards. The venue can be used as an event venue or visited.
There is a housekeeper in each courtyard. The locals are very friendly and you can ask the eldest sister directly if you have any questions. When we checked in, the housekeeper would give us a key pendant hand-polished with bamboo strips.
On Xinghua Mountain, there are a total of 4 courtyards of different styles, which are closely distributed halfway up the mountain. Among them, Courtyard 1 and Courtyard 5 are opposite each other. They are beautiful Chinese-style courtyards with loess walls and blue tiles, which contain the atmosphere of life. During the renovation and design process, the patio structure of the original old house and the fire pond with family culture inheritance significance were also retained.
Courtyard 2 and Courtyard 3 are adjacent to each other. They are second-and third-story garden villas, hidden in an apricot forest. They have a sense of design. The buildings and light and shadow under the daytime sun are very beautiful.
Standing on the balcony upstairs, we can overlook the entire Chengdu Plain. This time we stayed in Courtyard No. 2.
There is no scenery without water. The use of water in many places in the yard reflects the designer's ingenuity. The creation of details such as spring springs, falling water, and mirror water not only makes people feel physically and mentally happy, but also gives vitality to the landscape and makes the courtyard seem to have a soul.
There are also various pottery pots in the yard. The housekeeper told us that the placement of these pots is also very particular, and the mouth must face the outside in order to collect wealth. The courtyard is covered with jasmine, mint, and Milan, which exudes a quiet fragrance, which makes people feel refreshed and can also repel mosquitoes.
The biggest highlight of the courtyard is that they all have open-air bathtubs. We stayed in Courtyard No. 2. The bathtub was on the balcony on the second floor. While bathing, we enjoyed the scenery in the distance and had a panoramic view of the entire Chengdu Plain.
The yard is also decorated with children's favorite sand pits, swings, small tents, etc.
The interior is simple and natural, with wooden tables and chairs, cotton and linen bedding, soft and comfortable. Some old objects collected from the countryside, such as pottery pots, benches, bamboo hats, crutches, etc., have become the best decorations on the walls and in every corner.
Each room has a different view. Some rooms have viewing skylights, some have garden terraces, and some have bay windows that stretch out into the mountains.
At the dinner party, tables and chairs were moved to the terrace, white tablecloths were laid, and red wine and flowers were prepared. Only when it was grand enough could it be worthy of this beautiful scenery.
At night, turn off the lights and sit in front of the window. You can see the starry sky.
On the third day, I got up early in the morning. Half of the bright moon was in the sky. The mountains were shrouded in clouds, birds and insects were singing. The morning glow in the distant sky was covered in patches, dyeing half of the sky, and the breeze blew my face. The air is filled with the sweet fragrance of flowers and fruits, and I am drunk in this apricot forest. The crowing of cocks at the foot of the mountain breaks the dawn outside the world one after another.
The B & B includes afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. This is breakfast made by the housekeeper. Organic millet porridge, firewood eggs and a few plates of secret side dishes, which are nutritious and delicious.
After dinner, I heard from the housekeeper that there is a Jinlong Temple nearby to visit. It takes less than 20 minutes by car. The temple completely retains the architectural legacy of the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is surrounded by ancient trees and has a quiet environment. It is a rare place to worship Buddha and relax. There are aerobic trails and viewing platforms on the roadside, where many local villagers when they encounter on the road will run and exercise. Overall a good place.
After visiting the temple, we played for a while near the B & B. Xinghua Mountain is also a mountain of flowers and fruits. Loquat in May, apricots in June, peaches and plums in July, and melons in August. When we go, there are still some pears to pick. Later, the grapefruits on the mountain will be ripe. Here, we can touch nature and experience the wild fun of picking.
The housekeeper also gave us a taste of the jam made by them. It was sweet to the mouth and had endless aftertaste.
In the afternoon, visit the Global Center, the world's largest single building and a collection of the world's best delicious and playful ingredients. It integrates shopping, leisure, and business. It's really big inside and can't be finished for a whole day. In order to find an elevator that leads directly to the fourth floor of Internet celebrities, we searched for nearly half an hour.
When you come to Chengdu, hot pot will always be the protagonist. It is said that eating mandarin duck pot will be despised here. After a period of ideological struggle, we still quietly ordered mandarin duck pot, hehe hehe ~
Good times are always short, but long-term boring work and life always need this seasoning, which makes us believe that life is not just in front of us, but also poetry and distance. Make an appointment with three to five friends and come to Chengdu for a romantic and interesting trip!
