They all say that Dujiangyan is the back garden of Chengdu people. There are three natural wonders and four wonders in the mountains. They are the sunrise, the sea of clouds, the sacred lantern, Dongtian milk wine, Kudingcha, Taoist tea, and ginkgo stewed chicken. In addition to avoiding the heat, you can also watch ginkgo and enjoy the snow scenery in autumn and winter. All of them are fascinating. And it only takes half an hour to achieve it!!!
I have always had infinite yearning for folk houses in western Sichuan, especially the blue tiles, wooden buckets, sloping roofs, and thin enclosed eaves. Through clever combination with modern buildings, walking into them will always give people an elegant and comfortable Bashu life.

Coming down from Qingcheng Mountain, Chengdu Sunac Wanda Mandarin Hotel is a village-shaped luxury hotel on the bamboo forest and river bank next to Dujiangyan City. Located between the Minjiang River and Qingcheng Mountain, it is very quiet. Passing through the hustle and bustle of the city, through the winding path leading to the secluded front road, a building that reshapes the simple beauty of Chinese classical courtyards appears in front of us.
Hanging in the corridor with bird cage lights, the rap figurines welcomed everyone with smiles, and the hotel lobby suddenly became clear.
The lobby is inspired by the commercial design of the ancient Chengdu building "Du Fu Cottage". The overall area is 500 square meters and the building floor is 24 meters high, demonstrating the atmosphere of Shu Han and the calm style of Qingcheng Mountain.
The check-in time is private and surprising. The two wood-carved prints on the left and right sides of the lobby show "Praying Water Dujiangyan, Asking Qingcheng Mountain". The works are very exquisite and placed here also combine Dujiangyan culture with hotel culture. The outside of the lobby is facing Zhaogong Mountain. As the saying goes, if there is a mountain, there must be water. Therefore, when the hotel was built, an artificial lake was built in the middle, which really matched my mind of Dujiangyan.
Because it is a village-type hotel, like others, we need to take a battery car to get to the room, and each room is a large villa. The entire hotel has 86 villas in the style of Western Sichuan folk houses. Because the exterior looks particularly simple and elegant, it gives me a sense of instant travel.
But the moment I opened the door, I was pulled back by reality. Because it is really like a "home", next to the spacious and bright living room is equipped with a mahjong table that is most indispensable for Sichuan people.

Compared with a comfortable and clean house, I prefer a courtyard where I bring my own private soup when I open the door. The chicken claw maple red by the autumn frost has a sense of Chinese tradition and a sense of Japanese simplicity, so it doesn't matter if I can't go to Kyoto. It can also make people feel the same happiness here.
The dense fog fluttered, tempting us to have a good soak when something was wrong. No matter how cold it is outside, soaking in the soup pool is the best time for the two to be alone.
On the floor below the hotel lobby, there is also an exquisite and elegant mysterious place, the "Birdcage Design" Western restaurant that echoes the lobby corridor. The relaxing atmosphere and the aroma of alcohol in the restaurant make it difficult not to have a drink. Since there is wine, barbecue must be indispensable. Because considering the cooling weather, you must eat mutton. Take a sip of beer and a bite of kebabs. Everyone in Sichuan understands this feeling.
The amazing thing about the starter is the deep-sea fish roe. When you eat the full grains of fish roe, every bite will be fried, and it is just right when paired with a little bread.
The main course is a seafood feast + charcoal-grilled lamb chops. Fresh and delicious Spanish shrimp dipped in mustard soy sauce have a hint of sweetness to taste. If you say I have a taste like this, you will never find another restaurant in Chengdu.
Although the charcoal-roasted rosemary lamb chops are a little crispy on the outside, the meat inside is tender, and every bite will taste medium-rare. Basically, two lamb chops are already full.
The popsicle with panda footprints at the end of the dessert was indeed liked by Er Meow and I. The distinct colors made me feel a little reluctant to part with it. The sweetness of chocolate made people feel a little suspicious between the popsicle and the dessert.
If you are afraid of eating too much, you can choose to go to a heated swimming pool or gym to exercise. It will not only increase your health, but also make friends who love sports.

The cooling down Qingcheng Mountain is a day when you don't want to go out for breakfast. The most pleasant sound you hear after you wake up naturally in the morning is the waiter's morning delivery service. The most comfortable thing about French breakfast is to have a piece of baguette before the meal and spread it with butter. The warm baguette is baked in butter until the body is soft and soft. Coupled with brunch souffle and orange juice, the couple's little life should be so slow and comfortable.
After breakfast, you can go to the hotel opposite Rongchuang Mao, Rongchuang Paradise, Rongchuang Water World and Rongchuang Snow World. It is about 6 minutes 'walk from the hotel. As long as it is not a weekend, you can stroll easily. Here's a story for everyone: The recently popular Zhongshu Pavilion is hidden on the second floor of Rongchuang Mao. When we went, it was super beautiful. It really looked like a world hidden between mirrors and reality.

The first thing that impressed me at Wanda's Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant was the name of every private room. The names of these buildings I have seen all appeared in front of me one by one, but sitting in and eating at the moment is a different feeling. The biggest feature of the Chinese restaurant is the lake view room. There is a lake in front of it and a mountain in the distance.
After cooling down, Dujiangyan was in urgent need of hot dishes to replenish it. Because there were only two people, the chef specially served us with a pot of [Fish Head and Mutton Soup] according to the weather. Sichuan people love to eat mutton mostly in winter, and they use the sheep bones and fish heads through hot oil until golden on both sides, and then stew with mountain spring water until the stock is rich and pure white.
The moment the cover was lifted, bursts of fragrance floated in. How can a delicious soup be less than the first pea tip in winter? When he ate the first bite of the tip of the pea, Zhao Gongshan in the distance also just revealed his mysterious veil. This is all just right.
Winter for Chengdu people is actually very simple. They have a handful of hot pea tips, a table of mahjong for four people, and they come to Dujiangyan to create Wanda Wenhua. These are all there.
I have to say that couples also have more choices on weekends. In addition to staying at home and watching movies, we can also come out to have a small fortune, soak in hot springs, eat delicious food, and quietly enjoy the two of us alone in a place where no one disturbs us.
