Today's plan: Xinduqiao → Zheduo Mountain → Kangding → Yajiageng → Hongshi Park → Moxi Town. The journey is not too far and the time should be relatively loose, so the action is quite delayed. I go downstairs to have breakfast at 8 o'clock. After dinner, I go back to my room to tidy up and sit down, and check out until 9:30. At 9:43, we arrived at a fork in the road, turned right and led to Kowloon. We turned left and continued to follow National Highway G318 towards Kangding. There is a white tower near the intersection, called the "Muya White Tower". We didn't stop and drove straight by, not knowing where this tower came from.

I once visited Xinduqiao with a group in 2007. At that time, the town was called the "photographer's paradise". However, with the "crazy" commercial development in recent years, Xinduqiao Town itself has long been a paradise. Only by visiting the surrounding remote areas can we regain some of the old charm. 9:56 We arrived at such a place called "Ezezhong". Although it was also on the roadside of National Highway G318, it was more than ten kilometers away from Xinduqiao Town. The wind of commercial development had not yet reached, and the old Xinduqiao still had its charm. This is a landmark nostalgic attraction in Xinduqiao. There are parking lots and observation platforms on the roadside. We stayed for a while to relive the idyllic scenery of Xinduqiao we had seen in previous years.

It started to rain as we continued on the road. There was still ice debris in the rain. We passed the "Muya Holy Land Scenic Area" at 10:15. We had already seen Muya Golden Tower and Muya White Pagoda on this trip, and we met Muya Holy Land here. I don't know what "Muya" means. There is a "Free Wedding Photography Base" and several hotels here. There are also big characters on the hillside,"Muya Holy Land Scenic Area welcomes you." However, we couldn't see any scenery here while driving on the road. It was probably just a religious shrine. There was no parking and drive straight past.

Moving forward, we began to climb the "Zhuoduo Mountain". It started with a long gentle slope. However, the road was slippery in the rain and snow, and there were many heavy-duty trucks on the busy national highway. X.J. drove very carefully. As the altitude gradually rises, the autumn scenery begins to become more and more obvious. The surrounding slopes remain green except for scattered coniferous trees. Large areas of low shrubs have been replaced with autumn clothes, with red, yellow and purple setting off the green stars. Coupled with the snow on the top of the mountain, it forms a very eye-catching plateau scenery.

Continuing forward, the National Highway G318 has changed from a long gentle slope to a rapid climb along a winding winding mountain road. The sleet at the foot of the mountain has also changed into a real snowfall in the sky, and it will be white when looking around. There are many parking lots built along the mountaineering road. At 10:30, we stopped at the second parking lot we encountered after going up the mountain. This parking lot covers a vast area and is located on the left side of the mountaineering road. On the right side of the road is a large gentle slope. Snowfield, many tourists run there to play in the snow, and we also get off and join the crowd playing in the snow. Why do you want to set up such a large parking lot on the mountain? The purpose is beyond my comprehension. It is for tourism development? Or should we provide a resting place for passing drivers?

We set off again at 10:40. After walking 400 meters, we encountered a fork. Going straight on the left side leads to Kangding Airport. We followed the guidance of the navigation and continued to climb the mountain along the National Highway G318. 10:48 Seeing another parking lot in front of me, I was surprised why the parking lot was so dense? Suddenly I saw a white tower and immediately realized that we had reached the top of the mountain. I was here in 2007 and met this white tower. Compared with 12 years ago, Yakou has been greatly changed. Back then, it was just an open space where parking could be parked, with a simple "toilet house" attached. Today, it is like a decent parking lot, with a scanning fee of 10 yuan. There is also a small building that can go down three floors, and the "toilet house" has also been replaced by a regular toilet. However, the only regret is that this toilet is located on the ground floor of a three-story building. For example, the toilet must first go down three floors and then climb three flights of stairs up. The altitude of the pass is 4298 meters. For me, it is difficult to climb three flights of stairs in a row at such a height, and I have to stop and breathe in the middle. There is a stone tablet of "Zheduo Mountain" in Yakou Square, which is obviously much taller than the stone tablet seen in 2007.

There is a "Zheduo Mountain Snow Observation Platform" built on the top of the hillside behind the pass. It is necessary to climb 40 to 50 meters high along the stone steps. X.J. and I climbed one after another, and he quickly reached the front. I had to stop and breathe every 40 steps I walked. I thought that every 40 steps I climbed, I would be closer to 40 steps to the top of the mountain. Don't worry, take your time. Climbing started at 11:00 and climbed to the highest point after 15 minutes.

I also climbed here 12 years ago. There used to be a small pavilion here, but now the pavilion no longer exists, only the pavilion base remains, which is called the "Zheduo Mountain Snow Observation Platform". Standing on the stage and looking at it, the landscape on the east and west sides of Zheduo Mountain is very different: the terrain in the direction of Xindu Bridge on the west side is relatively flat, mainly grassland and there are no trees. On the hillside in the distance, there are Tibetan, Chinese and English words "Kangding Love Song City" built with white stones; on the east side, there is a deep valley in the direction of Kangding. The hillside is densely covered with forests. Gongga Snow Mountain can be seen in the clouds and mist in the distance, with snow on the peak all year round.

After leaving the Yakou at 11:44, the height continued to drop along the winding mountain road. The steep slopes and corners were prone to car accidents. At 11:50, I saw the wreckage of a large truck breaking through the highway guardrail and overturning on the roadside. After driving forward for about a minute, I saw the wreckage of a small car, which was regarded by the traffic police as a warning that "the car was destroyed and people were busy" and displayed on the roadside. The never tiring fake police officer also stood on the roadside with a radar speedometer, always reminding downhill drivers to control their speed.

Starting from 12:05, Gongga Snow Mountain, which was originally hidden in clouds and mist, began to appear frequently. The main peak of Gongga Mountain is 7756 meters high. It is the highest peak in Sichuan and is known as the "King of Shushan Mountain". However, this section of the road was not suitable for getting off the bus and taking photos. X.J. could only park the car briefly on the roadside and let me sit in the car and hurriedly take a few scenery.

Driving forward, at 12:12, I suddenly found a place on the roadside that looked like a small garden where cars could be parked, so I hurriedly drove in. Snow mountains and large embossed can also be photographed here. Later, I checked Baidu maps and learned that this place is called the "Wannian Snow Mountain Observation Platform."

At 12:15, we continued on the road. About 10 minutes later, we saw the "Yuling Snow Watching Parking and Rest Area" on the roadside. We did not enter it. At 12:26, we arrived at Lucheng Town, Kangding City. There was a "Neijiang Hotel" at the intersection. We stopped for lunch and chose to eat the "tofu fish" recommended by the boss. Live fish were killed. There was plenty of time today, so I didn't rush to leave after dinner. I drank tea in the restaurant, tasted the free peanuts provided by the boss, and rested and rested for about half an hour. This hotel is located on a high slope, and a small river under the slope is opposite Kangding New City. The small river should be Zhuduo River.

We set off again at 13:30, and then we will head to Moxi Town. X.J. has booked a place to stay for tonight in Hailuogou Scenic Area. We plan to go to Moxi along Kangding New City → Yajiageng → Hongshi Park → Yanzigou. This road was originally a dirt road, but it has recently been upgraded into a tourist road. It seems to be called "Yumo Road", also known as Provincial Highway S434. Electronic navigation guided us to drive along National Highway G318 to the Zhuduo River under the "Paoma Mountain". We crossed the bridge near the ticket office of the Paoma Mountain Scenic Area, turned right, and turned around. Then we went south along the east bank of the Zhuduo River. All the way forward, we will find Kangding New City. At 13:55, I saw Kangding Middle School on the other side across the river, passed by Love Song Park at 14:02, passed by the "Kangding Welcomes You" roundabout at 14:03, and then drove onto the tourist road leading to Hailuogou.

Further ahead is the "Yajia Ridge", which is located between Old Yulin in Kangding and Moxi Town in Hailuogou. It is also the highest mountain ridge we must climb to go to Hailuogou today. The mountain began to climb at 14:28. It was sunny at the foot of the mountain, but the top of the mountain was covered by thick clouds. It began to rain on the mountain road. Soon, the car also penetrated into the clouds, and the visibility became extremely poor. The car turned on its headlights and drove slowly. At this moment, if the car coming from the opposite side only had yellow fog lights on, then you would have to get close to about 30 meters to see it suddenly emerging from the thick fog. 14:52 In the haze, I saw a large open space on the roadside and a huge stone engraved with "Jakai Ridge". I guessed that this should be the pass, so I drove into the parking lot and stopped for a while. There are also small words on the front of the boulder "Altitude 3830 meters", and on the side is "China Alpine Botanical Garden". However, the fog around us was confused, and we could only see this stone as far as we could see. We didn't stay long and drove on. At 15:15, I encountered a roadside observation deck again. The ground was paved with bricks, fences were set around it, and a plank road. It seemed quite formal. There is also a big stone here engraved with the inscription "Water Rhythm Sky Road". However, the surrounding area is still only white, and I don't know why this viewing platform is set up.

Leaving the "Shuiyun Sky Road", the road began to descend, the clouds and mist gradually rose above our heads, and the surrounding scenery began to become clear. At 15:24, we saw a very large parking lot on the roadside. There was a lonely huge stone in the middle with the words "Elegant Sea of Love" engraved on it. We drove in and stopped for a while. There are two wooden houses at the end of the parking lot, which are listed as "Lovers Supermarket". The display board in front of the door introduces: The main attraction here is "Ya Jia Qing Hai", which is a alpine lake (Haizi) hidden in the dense forest on the hillside ahead. Kangding is famous for a love song, and many place names are also linked to the word "love". This scenic spot is advertised as the most suitable for lovers to travel, and various attractions are also named "Hand in Hand Bridge" and "Lovers Forest". This place is very close to Gongga Mountain. We originally expected to watch the snowy mountains here, but the clouds were too low, and the mountains far and near were surrounded by clouds and fog, so we couldn't see anything.

The next attraction is Hongshi Park. As we went downhill,"red stones" began to appear sporadically on the roadside. Some days ago, we saw some "red stones" in Bipeng Gully and Danba on our way to Bamei. The orange-red color on the surface of the stone is due to the attachment of an "orange algae". This "orange algae" has extremely strict environmental requirements and cannot survive with a little pollution. Therefore, wherever red stones appear, it must be an excellent environment. Place.

Arriving at "China Hongshi Park" at 15:35, the main body of which is the hillside where the road under our feet passes. The road makes six 180-degree bends on this not-too-wide hillside and descends from the top of the slope to the bottom of the slope. There are seven floors in total. There is a red character "China Red Rock Park" on the left cliff of the highest floor of the road, and a viewing platform is built on the roadside on the right. The observation deck faces a small river that extends from the valley under our feet to the depths of the mountains in the distance. There is a large area of red stone communities along the river. This river valley is called "Hongshigou" and is known as the largest red stone beach in China and even the world. However, the observation deck is too high and can only overlook the grandeur of the Red Rock Array and cannot take close photos. So, we parked our car on the roadside of the lowest level of the road and walked to the water's edge of the Hongshi River. We watched the Hongshi up close only through a highway guardrail.

Continue moving forward and drive out of the unattended Red Rock Park gate, and suddenly see a dirt road leading up the mountain on the left side of the road. There is also a small stream flowing along the dirt road. There is also a long line of red stones by the stream. What is rare is that these red stones can be touched by reaching out and touching at zero distance.

The road meanders in the valley, and the small river that nurtures "the world's largest red stone beach" has always been parallel to the road, first on the right side of the road, and then on the left side. This small river has little water flow, but the river in some areas is very wide. Moreover, when driving along the small river, you can always see "red stones" appearing on the river bank and on the exposed riverbed in the center of the river. 16:28 Driving through a place called "Lanniba Debris Flow Gully", the river channel here is very wide, and a large number of red stones can be seen everywhere, whether on the river bank or in the middle of the river channel.

We arrived at "Moxi Town" at 17:06, and the scene that happened yesterday in Yajiang was repeated here. I thought the hotel booked by X.J. was in Moxi Town. However, after the car arrived in Moxi Town, the voice navigation said that our residence was still a few kilometers away. So, after entering Moxi Town, we drove out of Moxi Town, crossed a bridge, drove up the mountain road, and finally arrived at an unpopular small building. The voice navigation declared that "this navigation is over." There was a sign in front of the small building "Ancient Spring Hot Spring Hotel". After checking his mobile phone, X.J. said,"This is the place." However, it is obvious that this place is a farmhouse and a hotel. There is also a stall at the door, but no one is seen. We parked at the door, but no one came out to greet us. I said,"Probably like Yajiang, we'll be the only ones staying here tonight." After X.J. heard this, his face was full of anger and stopped chewing, so I stopped talking. I know his temper, and he knows that he has been deceived again. If I express my opinion again, he will become angry and find fault with me. So, he silently checked his mobile phone again and finally said,"Let's go to Moxi Town." After hearing this, I didn't say a word. This time he became a sucker again, because the room rate of this hotel was fully prepaid at the time of booking, and it was non-refundable. If I said too much, he would bite back and refuse because I was not satisfied with him.

X.J. only focuses on online reviews (including the water army) and doesn't care about the location of the hotel. This is different from me. If I travel alone and book accommodation, I always pay special attention to the location of the hotel. Is transportation and eating convenient? X.J.'s idea is that he has a car anyway, so transportation is inconvenient and meaningless. He only needs to eat as long as the restaurant is good, and it doesn't matter how far and away he is. We left the hotel at 17:30 and drove down the mountain. During the nearly 15 minutes we stayed here, no one came out to take care of us. Anyway, we already got the room charge, so it would be easier for us not to live in it.

Returning to Moxi Town at 17:40, X.J. had already settled the "Muqi Nanshe" hotel through "Ctrip". Ctrip's offer was more than 200 yuan. The receptionist complained to me afterwards that she thought that the price was too much for them. She guessed that X.J. was a gold medal customer of Ctrip, which was why Ctrip gave such a big discount. I comforted her and said that the room vacancy rate is high this season. If Ctrip hadn't hired us, you wouldn't have been able to earn more than 200 yuan. After hearing this, she smiled and said,"That's true!" This is the second time I have come to Hailuogou. The previous time was in 2007. Except for the "Big Ice Waterfall", I have been to everywhere I should go. At that time, the cable car was stopped and I couldn't see the ice waterfall. The receptionist said that the weather is bad today. If it is still like this tomorrow, there is no need to buy a lift ticket. Because it is foggy, you can't see anything after going up, which is a waste of money. After she learned that we had already paid for the "Guquan Hotel" and came here again because we were not satisfied, she kindly warned that she could contact Ctrip customer service to get a refund from Guquan. Xin Jie said nothing after listening.

The rooms in this hotel are quite large and the facilities are good. Overall, I am very satisfied. The TV has a large screen projection, but we never turned on the TV after staying for one night. At 18:50, I went out for dinner, and not far from the hotel is the original stone street in Moxi Town. I visited it in 2007. At that time, there were only small vendors selling daily necessities on the street. Now, it is a cannon exchange. The street is full of beautiful antique wooden buildings. The ancient street is now a pedestrian street. The original ancient street mainly sells tourist commodities. Each shop is brightly lit, but there are not many tourists.

Most of the restaurants are concentrated in the new district of the ancient street. When the two of them walked to the end of the pedestrian street, there were some restaurants, many of which were deserted. We specially selected a restaurant that seemed to be lively, and we had no impression of what to eat. I only remember that before we left, an old man in the store told us that we must go to a nearby noodle restaurant for breakfast tomorrow to ensure that the taste was good. There are also many inns on this street, but none of them seem to have lights and seem to be empty. At 20:24, we returned to the "Muqi Nanshe" Hotel. The reception lady warmly welcomed us and also cared if we had asked Ctrip customer service to apply for a refund of the Guquan Hotel. X.J. still remained noncommittal. After entering the room, I also asked, but he still didn't say a word. Later, I remembered that he had mentioned to me that this time he booked a hotel through a website that locked in "Baidu Navigation", so he followed the navigation when driving, and he couldn't remember the name of the hotel clearly, so I had to check my mobile phone to know it.

On October 13 (D10), it rained all the time at night and turned cloudy at dawn, but the clouds were still very low and there was fog. It is estimated that today's "Great Ice Waterfall" will still fall apart. This is the second time I have come to Hailuogou. At the moment, my only interest is the ice waterfall. If there is fog on the mountain and I can't see the ice waterfall, it's better to go back to Chengdu directly. In the morning when X.J. was in bed, I told him that the clouds were very low and he probably couldn't see the ice waterfalls. There are two options now. One is to go up the mountain even if he can't see the ice waterfalls, and the other is to go directly back to Chengdu. I have been to Hailuogou, so I don't care if I go up the mountain or not. Everything is up to him. X.J. chose to return directly to Chengdu and continue to sleep.

X.J. slept until more than 9 o'clock before getting up. We checked out at 10 o'clock and drove off. First, we went to the Red Army Long March Memorial Hall not far away. During the Long March of the Central Red Army, the Long March traveled from Anshun Chang along the Dadu River to Luding Bridge., the "Moses Conference" was held in Moxi Town. I have been here in 2007, and today I have visited the old place again. Compared with 12 years ago, everything here is basically the same, except for a new statue of Chairman Mao. After visiting the memorial hall, he drove to Ancient Street for breakfast. He chose the noodle restaurant recommended by the old man at the dinner restaurant yesterday. When he arrived, he realized that the old man last night was actually the owner of Today's breakfast restaurant. He hurriedly explained that last night his eldest son opened the shop, and this was his youngest son's shop. He was here to help, but his noodles were really delicious.

We left Moxi Town at 10:50 and began our journey back to Chengdu. At 10:52, pass through the "Hailuogou Tunnel". After exiting the tunnel, go to Provincial Highway S211. Go north along the left bank of the Dadu River. At 11:03, pass through the "Dadu River Bridge" to the right bank and continue northbound. Arriving at Hekou Village in Luding County at 11:09. The Dadu River flows rapidly in this section. I have always heard of the surging Dadu River before, but now I can see it with my own eyes. Faced with such a dangerous river course, whether it was the Red Army or the earlier Shida Kaikai Taiping Army, it was difficult to cross the river with wooden boats.

At 11:40, I refuel 240 yuan at the Hailuogou Gas Station of PetroChina in Lengqi Town, Luding County. At 11:53, I parked at the "Aerial View of the Red Army's Long March Road" observation deck on Provincial Highway S211. At that time, the Red Army divided its troops into two ways and marched towards Luding Bridge along the east and west sides of the Dadu River at their feet. Finally, the Red Army on the West Bank arrived at Luding first and won the Luding Bridge. There was an old man selling mountain goods on the observation deck. After chatting with him, he found that we were both 79 years old this year and both belonged to dragons, so he took a group photo.

At 12:00, we arrive at the intersection of Provincial Highway S211 and National Highway G318. S211 ends here. Turn right ahead and G318 leads to "Tianquan", and turn left to G318 leads to Luding. We turned left and entered Luding County at 12:14, then crossed the river through the "Kangba Bridge", took the "Warrior Road" in the city, continued north along the Red Army's march route on the west bank of the Dadu River, and passed through the "Red Army Bridge Tunnel" at 12:19."Exit the hole is the parking lot of Luding Bridge Scenic Area.

The two of them climbed the bridge. I took photos of X.J. on the bridge, but I didn't take them myself. Because there were many people on the bridge and the bridge body swayed violently, it made me obviously feel a little unstable. In fact, I had been on this bridge in 2007. I took many photos on the bridge, but at that time there were not so many people on the bridge, nor was it so much shaking.

Leave Luding Bridge at 13:03, pass through a rainbow-shaped "Bairiba Bridge" from the west bank to the east bank of the Dadu River, and continue northbound. At 13:06, enter the "Fourth Ring Tunnel". After exiting the tunnel, it winds around the mountain. At 13:13, get on the G4218 Yakang Expressway at Luding Toll Station, pass through the Erlangshan Tunnel at 13:16, and then a series of tunnels. At 14:05, you enter the "Tianquan Service Area" for a brief stop.

According to this progress, Chengdu will be reached in 2 hours. I have a cousin, X.N., who lives in Chengdu, I haven't seen him for many years, and I hope to take advantage of this short stay in Chengdu to ask him out for dinner and meet him, so I call him. X.N. is currently in the "Global Center" and will not be able to leave until after 17:00. Our hotel in Chengdu is booked near the "Kuanzhai Alley", and the "Global Center" is on our way to the hotel, so we agreed that we will pick up X.N. at the "Global Center" at 17:00. Then I went to find a restaurant for a short chat. With this arrangement, there was no need for us to rush forward. X.J. also wanted to take a nap, so we stayed in the service area for more than half an hour.

Continue moving forward, leave G4218 (leading to Ya 'an) at the "Duiyan Hub" at 14:55, and turn into the northbound G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway, which is 134 kilometers away from Chengdu. At 15:36, I entered the "Pujiang Service Area" in Pujiang County, Chengdu City and stopped briefly to add some oil. At 16:37, I got off the highway at the "Chengdu Toll Station" and soon saw the huge figure of the "Global Center". Chengdu's "Global Center" is full of New Century Global Center. It has a main plane of 500 meters ×400 meters and a main height of about 100 meters. It is a multi-functional building integrating entertainment, exhibitions, business, media, shopping and hotels. For both of us, this place is also a tourist attraction. Since we are here, we might as well take a stroll.

I met the X.N. couple shortly after 17:00. They live in "Huaxi Dam", not far from the "Kuanzhai Alley". I suggested that we go to the hotel to check in first, and then find a nearby place to gather together leisurely. We also felt that this was a good idea. We booked the "Mercure Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley Store)" in Chengdu at RMB 434/night excluding breakfast. After check-in, we went to a nearby restaurant for a short stay. X.N. and I both lived in Beijing when we were young. Later, his family moved to Southwest China. I graduated from college and went to Xiamen. Later, he also came to Xiamen and I also went to Chengdu. But after all, it is rare to have time together. This time, we have endless memories of the past and endless words to say. We drove the couple home after dinner, and then we went back to the hotel ourselves.

October 14 (D11), today is the last day of his stay in Sichuan. X.J. plans to check out in the morning, store his luggage, drive to the car rental store to return the car, and then take a taxi to visit the "Jinsha Ruins". Finally, he spends his time in the "wide and narrow alleys". When he is ready to board, he will return to the hotel to pick up his luggage, and take a taxi directly to the airport.

Since we pick up the car at 11:40 on October 4, we only need to return the car before 11:40 today. The time was relatively loose. I got up very late in the morning. I walked out of the hotel at 9:40 and had breakfast at a nearby noodle restaurant. Dandan noodles, which felt delicious. Go back to the hotel after dinner and check out, place your luggage at the front desk, go to the underground garage to find the car, drive at 10:22, and rush to the car rental store in time to return the car.

Then we took a taxi to the "Jinsha Site". However, upon arrival, we discovered that the "Jinsha Site" was a museum, and today was Monday, and museums across the country were closed on Mondays. Therefore, the plan to visit the "Jinsha Site" was completely ruined. So, I simply took the same taxi and asked my driver to drive straight to the "narrow alley". Kuanzhai Alley is a place that foreigners flock to Chengdu, but Chengdu locals will not go at all. Half of a grilled sausage as long as a finger costs 25 yuan. Apart from selling tourist souvenirs, the shops in the alley only sell all kinds of food. It is rare for outsiders to come to Chengdu, but they are still willing to spend money when they come here. The alleys are crowded with people. Many tourists carry various kinds of food in their hands. The price tag of some foods may not seem expensive, but the portions are extremely small.

We want to spend time here and have lunch, so we can't help but join the ranks of consumption: a small cup of roast meat and roasted tofu for 30 yuan feels neither delicious nor ridiculously expensive compared with the large paper cup of roast meat in the Bipeng Valley Scenic Area; I also went to a food stall to eat glutinous rice balls and wontons. At the same time, I went to the upstairs teahouse to watch the program for more than 10 minutes (38 yuan/person). The program was not good, but due to the long interval between the two performances, it allowed us to sit for a while and video chat with our family.

The so-called "wide and narrow alleys" refers to a commercial area composed of three parallel alleys. In addition to wide alleys and narrow alleys, there is also a "well alley". In addition to food, there are also various handicrafts and tourist souvenirs on sale here. The goods are dazzling, but there are many people watching and few buyers. In order to consume time, the two of them also walked around. When they were tired, they walked into a "Starbucks", bought two cups of coffee, found a seat on the third floor with a view, sat down and relaxed, and continued to consume time.

The return flight to Xiamen took off at 18:30. We left Kuanzhai Alley at 16:08. We first went to the Mercure Hotel reception to retrieve our luggage, then took a taxi to Shuangliu Airport, and arrived around 17:00. Check-in, baggage check-in, flight was slightly delayed, and we could only board at 18:28. It took off shortly after and arrived at Xiamen Gaoqi Airport at 21:20. His youngest son X.H. drove to the airport to pick him up. The 11-day trip to Western Sichuan came to a successful conclusion.
