At 11 a.m., the opening ceremony officially kicked off in the opening dance of the waist drum performance of the harvest. Chen Shaogang, deputy mayor of Yunhe Town, delivered an opening speech and announced the launch of the event.

Wu Chenghong, Director of the Industrialization Service Platform of the National Labor Education Comprehensive Practice Base, introduced the unique advantages and significance of Xinzhongtian Labor Education Comprehensive Practice Base. The base will be built into a new standardized labor education comprehensive practice base integrating agriculture, tourism, learning and patriotic education, and will be officially put into operation in September this year. Every year, about 50,000 primary and secondary school students can participate in the Labor Practice Week, becoming a key model for county labor education base solutions. At the same time, it is also the first education base in the country to set up a labor achievement transformation center, allowing students to use labor credit exchange base products. After the operation of the base, it will comprehensively drive the local regional economy of Yunhe Town, increase employment for local residents, empower the vigorous development of surrounding extension industries, and promote the development of Yunhe Town into a unique labor education town.

Mr. Huang Wensheng, member of the Labor Education Specialized Committee of the Cultural Quality Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, fully affirming the construction results of the Yunhe Town Labor Education Base. Gong Boquan, a first-class combat hero, a 96-year-old representative of retired veterans and dozens of retired soldiers from Yunhe Town, together demonstrated the style of retired soldiers who have never faded, resolutely followed the party, and struggled endlessly to build a home for their hometowns, and pushed the most glorious and fighting feelings of family and country to the climax of the activity. After the opening ceremony, a two-month picking festival will be held. Activities such as picking fruits and vegetables and picking eggs will be held in the park, allowing tourists to experience the fun of picking, the beauty of labor, and the time of parenthood. Experience delicious barbecues, firewood chicken, special hot pot, bamboo rice on the bank of Zishui River, taste fresh vegetables such as hairy crabs, four major fish, pumpkins, cowpeas, and eggplant. The 6th "Xinnong" Cup "Masters in the Folk" will also be held. The Rural Art and Culture Festival is a talent competition activity focusing on singing, dancing, sketches, cross talk, magic, drama, musical instruments, etc. The first, second, third and other awards will be selected through audition, semi-finals, and finals.
