Travel time: 2017-3-11
Trip: 7 days
Partner in the same industry: my own sister
Full cost: 5000/person
(Because it is a supplementary travel note, I only remember some cost details roughly.)
I would like to reiterate that I do not recommend quitting my job and traveling naked, nor do I recommend those who have never had travel experience (not traveling with a group) to go and leave whatever they want. There is not so much gloom, nor is there a poetic sense of beautification. Life is still Life, travel is just a part of life. It can be an embellishment, a way to avoid laziness, a recharge, and it is never a reason to escape, not at any time.
As an overtime dog, most travel trips choose to fly late after work at night. First, they save time and come out to suppress scenic spots. Second, they have relatively discounts on evening flights. This time is no exception. They go to the company with their luggage and go directly to the airport by subway after work. Because they arrived in Chengdu at around 11 p.m., I booked an inn near the airport in advance and paid an additional 20 yuan for the pick-up service.
It took me a long time to rub my sister before nodding and going with me. I was running around the popular 'Passing through the World' and preparing to go to Daocheng Aden. I asked Duxing, whom I met in Zhangjiajie before and then formed a team together. My friend suggested that the next 7 days were not enough. Finally, I recommended a friend who was a tourist and asked me to find her to see if there were any good suggestions. Pigeon (In October of the same year, two people whom they had never met in Harbin formed a team to formally meet and became good friends.) An independent and brave girl recommended her company's four-day tour of Seda. At that time, she didn't go to Seda. I didn't know much about it, and even heard about it for the first time. I searched the Internet and saw the red house, and I was attracted, so I had this journey.
Shenzhen-Chengdu
DY1
I woke up naturally after a nap. After getting up, I dragged my luggage and found a random hot pot restaurant nearby to settle my lunch.
Then he went straight to the hotel he booked the next day to drop his luggage (next to Du Fu's Cottage),
[Du Fu Cottage]
It's a five-minute walk from the hotel. You can visit the attractions, no special strategies, and the rainy weather,
It took about 2-3 hours to turn around after stopping and walking. I didn't take any photos on rainy days, and the photography technology at that time was very ordinary.
[Jinli]
After turning around, I took a taxi directly to Jinli, went shopping around the places to eat, found a teahouse, and went in to watch the face-changing scene.
By the way, I booked a one-day trip to Dujiangyan for the next day at the tourist station. One person probably remembers that the fee was 220 yuan.
For dinner, I returned to the hotel and found a hot pot.
Chengdu's hot pot should not be too cost-effective. It only cost less than 150 yuan for two people to eat it.
DY2
[Dujiangyan]
A great water conservancy project,
I got up early and headed straight to the assembly point. It was a long journey. It took about two hours to drive to Dujiangyan. When I arrived at this point, it was best to prepare to order food. The food in the scenic area was not delicious and expensive.
[Wide Alley]
After returning to Chengdu, I turned around wide and narrow alleys in the evening.
I was too tired, so I wandered around blindly without taking photos. In fact, it was a snack street similar to Jinli, and there was nothing particularly attracted.
DY3
The tour guide of the small group contacted in advance to inform the assembly point early the next day. The tour guide said that he would try not to bring luggage and only bring toiletries and personal change of clothes. After listening to this, he only carried his backpack and entrusted the box at the hotel front desk. This was the most regrettable thing. I wore a set of clothes for four days without changing it. I would be as sloppy as I could be in the next few days, which refreshed the degree of dislike for myself as ugly as it could be, whether it was with a group or driving by myself. You still have to bring all normal supplies. You must bring warm water cups, and bring food with you, especially fruits. Bring some sweets. Sweet ones will help relieve discomfort.
There are 17+ people in the entire regiment,
We met our senior travel friend, Brother Hongfei, and Youcong, a professional kindergarten teacher from Fujian. Because our living habits were similar, in the next few days, we basically grouped together, working together for meals, housing, and taking care of each other.
[Guanyin Bridge]
After gathering, the bus set out on the mountain road. In the afternoon, we arrived at Guanyin Bridge and transferred to a local minivan to the mountain. There was a surcharge for this.
It's not that locals really don't dare to drive on such a steep mountain road. They are afraid to sit in it. The slopes are curved and there are no guardrails next to them.
The altitude is about 3000, and climbing stairs is a very torturous time. Take one step and rest three steps.
I stayed at Guanyin Bridge that night and formed a team with my friends from Fujian to have dinner together.
The local residents are still very simple and sincere,
It was probably because he had been hungry all day. The uncle in the small shop next to him seemed to be staying behind. Usually, few tourists came. When he saw us entering the store, the uncle was very happy. He visually observed that the lights in the kitchen were relatively dark. The first plate of vegetables fried by the uncle was burnt, and the kind friends just smiled. The big sister from the store next door came over and saw it, so she quickly went to help fry the remaining garlic sprouts and stir-fried meat. The rice served was stale. He and his friends secretly rummaged through the bags and put them in the backpack. After coming out, he found a trash can and threw them away. The uncle didn't seem to mean it. He was also eating the rice from the same pot himself. Secondly, he was afraid that if we didn't eat it, the uncle would collect it and keep it for himself.
I had a full meal with pancakes and vegetables. If I remember correctly, this meal was only 30+.
The little friend suggested that he could buy some cakes and eat them in the car tomorrow. The uncle was very happy to hear this and said that he would get up early tomorrow and prepare them.
I snuck around and bought some fruits. There were really many wild dogs. They surrounded us and were scared to death. We returned to our place early. Fortunately, the local residents saw that we were afraid and helped us drive them away.

[Seda Buddhist College]
We stayed in the car for most of the day, and it started to snow when we entered the Seda area. The tour guide said that we were lucky and was welcoming us.
Before entering the Buddhist College, the tour guide took us to have lunch at a roadside restaurant.
After lunch, the tour guide asked us to add extra fare and took us to see the sky burial.
Although it was sacred, it was not physically and psychologically acceptable. It could also be said to be afraid, so I took a stroll in the sky burial platform and ran back to the parking lot alone before the sky burial started. Stay in the car with the driver and guide.
After the sky burial, the tour guide took us to a transfer and entered the Buddhist College.
That night, I stayed in a hotel with a relatively high location at the Buddhist College, with an altitude of about 4300+. In fact, if possible, I recommended staying in Seda County, where the conditions were relatively better.
(Some of the photos below are from friends in the same industry.)
After the bus arrived at the station, we had to walk a long way to the hotel. It was another three-step walk. The bathroom in the hotel was public and there was no shower room. There was a four-person room. My sister and I and the three-person team from Fujian naturally formed a team.
Dinner was settled by five people after eating instant noodles in the hotel.
After evening, I went to the Temple of Heaven to study the economy. The tour guide said that since we were here, we should go and study it. This was the meaning of praying.
The discomfort of high altitude makes it extremely uncomfortable for us to walk normally.
I still persisted in making 9 rounds. The passing Lama saw that we couldn't turn anymore, so he ran in front of us and helped turn it for us.
It is said that the night view of the Buddhist College is very worth it, it is indeed very worth it, but there are no street lights and potholes along the way. The five of us walked in groups, and there were wild dogs infested along the way. I was really scared.
After arriving at the destination, I stayed for two minutes and walked back.
Hearing the tourists behind me say that someone had been bitten by a dog, our group of us walked back trembling. Swarms of wild dogs chased and barked. Fortunately, we met Jim on the way. She drove the wild dogs all the way and sent us to the canteen. Where the lights are on.
It was impossible to take a bath at night. All my friends washed their faces and rested. In the middle of the night, the discomfort became more and more obvious. I got up and slept sitting, and I couldn't breathe once I lay down. Another Fujian friend got up in the middle of the night and vomited. The difficult night passed.
DY5
It was finally dawn, but the canteen next to it said that it could cook noodles for us.
While cooking noodles, I met an uncle who had been staying in the Buddhist College for half a month.
It seemed that he was probably successful in his career. He said that he would come to the Buddhist College for one to two months every year. He would follow the lama to attend classes and practice every day. It would calm people down. He also recommended many very beautiful scenic spots for us to go. We were really exhausted, and our friends Gao Yan, who were in the same company, became more and more uncomfortable, so we chose to eat and slowly walk down the mountain.
After gathering, we set off for the return journey.
It is another eighteen winding mountain road, with cliffs and mountain streams on the left hand, and high mountains on the right.
I stayed for another night halfway through the way. Guangdong has been very full and hungry these days. I found a youth hostel next to my place and paid more to help me cook some porridge (rice mixed with water and boiled)
But it's also super invincible satisfaction,
The hot water in the place where I stayed at night was unstable. It was the third day since I had taken a bath. My sister couldn't help it. In a place with sub-zero temperatures, she only had cold water at the beginning. The next day, I caught a cold and felt uncomfortable.
I can't stand my own stench/ugliness. I've been in bed for the past few days, and I've been frozen without turning on the electric blanket. As soon as I turn on the electric blanket, I'll get a burst of smell, and even the clothes I wear are so sour.

[Chengdu]
It was another day on the bus. I originally made an appointment with my Fujian friends to have a meal and have a cheerful hot pot after arriving in Chengdu. Because my sister was sick from a cold, the two of us rushed to the hotel to pick up our luggage and headed to the inn where we stayed on the first night at the airport. We still ordered takeout at night, which was very bad, but we had an invincible comfortable bath, and the duration was also an invincible long bath.
Due to the lack of time, he hurriedly bid farewell to his friends. The three friends in Fujian went directly to Jiuzhaigou the next day and kept sharing their encounters with us in the group.
(I still have this image and taste. I have passed the past few days with invincible contempt. I am so invincible.)
DY7
I slept until I woke up naturally, and my sister felt a little better. We had no intention of moving at all. We ordered another super and terrible takeout and rushed to the airport at noon.
After returning to Shenzhen, it was my brother who picked us up. The first thing I did when I got home was to occupy the washing machine and the box was full of smelly clothes.
About matters needing attention:
Smoking and meat are not allowed in the Buddhist College, so some friends with meat must be settled before entering. If they are discovered, it will be a huge matter.
Most stops are relatively short of water, and most of the drinking water in the Buddhist College is carried back bucket by bucket after long walks.
After I returned, another friend drove into the Buddhist College. I admired her courage, but also was very worried. Don't drive in recklessly if the road conditions are really unfamiliar. The frequency of car accidents is very high, and there are almost very few passing cars and pedestrians. If there is really something wrong, it is difficult to find help. Just the day after we came back, the tour guide said in the group that a landslide occurred on the road and a car was hit.
Most lamas and Jim in the Buddhist College don't like to take photos in front of tourists. When they see the camera facing them, they subconsciously avoid it. When they see such a situation, they wonder if their arrival is disturbing.
Along the way, there was a deep hole dug in the ground and two wooden boards were erected in the toilets. There was no water to wash hands, so try to bring wet tissue as much as possible. There was also a charge of 1-2 yuan to go to the toilet.
You should take good sun protection, the ultraviolet rays are particularly strong,
Try not to order fish in restaurants. Most restaurants do not have fish as an option. In addition to celestial burials, there are also water burials in some places.
Try not to go out at night. Except for the large number of wild dogs, there are still different customs in Tibetan areas. The tour guide also specifically told us not to go out at night. If anything happens, she cannot save us.
It's good to follow a group. The tour guide will also share the cultural habits of the area along the way. Isn't travel just about experiencing life?
I followed an outdoor group this time, but the food was not included, so I had the above food to share with my friends, but the food didn't cost much. When I followed the group, I could really negotiate the price. We quoted 580 or 680 per person. The group's friends seemed to quote 480 per person. There was also a young lady in the group who quoted 2000+. The accommodation was actually the same, without any difference. It's just that when you sign up for a group, others will tell you what the difference is. Just ask how many people you have. In the past few days, there was a room for four people at the Buddhist College that night, and I stayed in a double room with my sister for the other two nights.
It is said that the Buddhist College is under renovation. Because the houses are all made of wooden boards, cooking and electricity are all in the same house. A fire broke out before and burned many houses, so it is necessary to slowly transform them into cement houses. Under unified planning, some of them were already being demolished and rebuilt when we were here. I wonder what it will look like next time I go there.
The body is in hell and the soul is in heaven.
This is true. After we have developed living habits in the city and then went to completely different habits, the process is very difficult, and some people feel very bitter. However, this trip does give me a lot of regrets that I didn't have a good trip. Walking around is all a choice made based on my instinct of physical discomfort. On the return journey, I feel that there will be an opportunity to come again.
When you come again, you must be prepared, feel it well, and experience it well. It won't be so rushed or embarrassed ~
