I remember the last time I came to Chengdu was when my college classmate got married five years ago. I came and left in a hurry. I only remembered Chengdu as the smell of hot pot and the beautiful girls. In the past few years, I have been successfully brainwashed by a song about Chengdu and wanted to visit Chengdu again. This time, I finally put my trip to Chengdu on the agenda while I had time during my annual leave. I am happy.
I have been lazy in the past few years, and I have been lazy to write strategies when I travel, but this time the hotel recommended by my friends in Chengdu is worth spending my brain cells to write it well... ps: When I first saw the name of the hotel, Xiao Xi once suspected that her Chinese might have been taught by a physical education teacher and she didn't know it at all. Fortunately, she had a mother, otherwise she wouldn't even recognize the name of the hotel, which would be embarrassing (jiāo liáo])
Due to work reasons, Xiao Xi often needs to travel on business. She has stayed in many hotels across the country. Each hotel has its own characteristics and experiences are both good and bad. This time, Xiao Xi stayed at the hotel in Chengdu. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Let's not say much about it first.
Address: No. 28, Kuanxiang Lane, Chengdu
Price: around 2600/night (depending on the time and room type pricing, it is recommended to book in advance and it is more cost-effective)
Location: Located opposite the Kuanzhai Alley Scenic Area, it is People's Park. It is away from Chunxi Road, Taikoi, and Jinli Ancient Street. The subway is also very convenient. The main thing is that there is a lot of food around.
The hotel is a renovation of an old house with a total of three floors and a roof garden. There are only ten rooms in total. The overall style is Chinese. All decoration is solid wood. Generally, the solid wood decoration of a hotel is dark, but the Wren Hotel uses light-colored wood, which doesn't feel very heavy, and the blue color matching also looks very refreshing, and young people won't feel old-fashioned.
So the name of the room Xiao Xi stayed in this time was "Shifu"(to be honest, I don't know what it means, but fortunately, the housekeeper of the hotel explained it to me and suddenly felt like I was a cultural person. Xiao Xi was here to keep him in suspense first. There will be a big event to come, haha)
It is said to be the largest room in the hotel. I was stunned when the housekeeper helped me open the door. Is this a room in an ordinary hotel? Is this bigger than an executive suite in a five-star hotel? I asked the housekeeper and said it was 100 square meters, so big that I feel like I can hold a party
The most amazing thing is that there is a large TV that can rotate 360°. When watching TV, you can lie on the sofa and bed wherever you want without any pressure!
Another thing that Xiaoxi feels most distinctive is the housekeeper service window in the room. If you need anything, call the front desk, and the housekeeper will deliver it to the housekeeper and place it in the housekeeper window. You can just pick it up yourself in a while. You don't have to open and close the doors frequently. The housekeeper said that it was to try not to disturb the guests in the room, which I think is very humane.
The rest will not be introduced one by one, but the above pictures will be clearer.
2*2m king bed
6-seater sofa
oversized bathroom
bathtub
table
Room Toiletries-Zunjipa (USA)
All snacks and soft drinks in the mini bar are free
Three different flavors of capsule coffee
Okay, here's the point. What I am most satisfied with about this hotel is actually not the room (although the room is already very good), but the service of his family. Yes, it is the housekeeper mentioned by Xiao Xi earlier. Let me first take a photo of the housekeeper who was secretly photographed.
Let's first tell you about Xiao Xi's entire interaction with the housekeeper this time (Don't envy me)
1. The day before Xiao Xi checked in, she received a phone call from a young lady with a very pleasant voice. She told me that the hotel had arranged the housekeeper for me. She asked about Xiao Xi's specific arrival time. After hanging up the phone, the young lady added my WeChat account, asked about the flight number, and arranged airport pickup service for Xiao Xi. She also told me about the recent weather conditions in Chengdu. It was extremely considerate.
2. After landing the next day, I got on the bus directly. Water was prepared on the bus. I arrived at Kuanzhai Alley in about 40 minutes. After getting off the bus, my little sister was already waiting for me at the entrance of the alley (the hotel is located in Kuanzhai Alley Scenic Area, and the scenic area is a pedestrian street, so the car can only reach the intersection, but the housekeeper will come to the alley entrance to help pick up my luggage). On the way, my little sister gave me a detailed explanation of the origin of Kuanzhai Alley and felt that she had accepted the free tour guide service. Walk about 200 meters to the hotel
3. When I entered the hotel, the young lady took me directly to my room and introduced the room facilities in detail. Unlike some hotels, I have to think about it by myself for a long time after entering the room. All check-in procedures are handled in the room. Finally, after choosing breakfast, I gave her my ID card. Five minutes later, the young lady brought me the fruit and ID card, so I didn't have to stand in the lobby for a long time like in other hotels. (Breakfast is delivered to the room by the housekeeper, so you can just tell the housekeeper about the staple food, time and taboo choices. It will be ready and delivered to the room the next day. There is a lot of food for Xiao Xi to eat.)
4. The itinerary for the past few days was arranged by my little sister. The little sister asked me about the places I wanted to go and what I wanted to eat, and then helped me make an itinerary. The entire itinerary was very well arranged, and the itinerary was not satisfied, especially the recommended foods were excellent. A friend said that she had never been to a restaurant in Chengdu. The taste was authentic and the price was not expensive. It really saved a lot of money and the time spent on the wrong road. It was not worse than the itinerary made by a travel agency. This was really a surprise. If there is a problem, you can send a message to the housekeeper at any time and help me solve it as soon as possible. This is really something you can't feel in other homes.
5. On the last day I checked out, I was also arranged to drop off from the plane and sent me to the car at the entrance of the alley. I didn't care about it at all because I checked out.
There are still many heart-warming things in the middle, so I won't list them one by one. I'd better wait for everyone to experience it for themselves. Anyway, I think his family's so-called 24-hour personal housekeeper service is really worthy of the name.
Okay, Xiao Xi has talked enough today, let's show you a few more pictures.
