If you want to travel to Chengdu, you don't need any special reason. You can just go. I can't remember how many times this is my first visit to Chengdu, but every time it gives me a different understanding of this "Internet celebrity city". This trip to Chengdu was a temporary idea. Although it lasted only a short period of 3 days and 2 nights, and the entire trip lasted almost 48 hours, I was deeply impressed by the colorful travel memories.
I have long heard the name of "Sichuan Airlines", and my flight to Chengdu this time is "Sichuan Airlines". Before getting on the plane, I saw a huge panda pattern printed on the shell of the plane I was sitting on from afar. I guessed that this should be a panda-themed flight, right? After getting on the plane, I found that there were panda patterns on all the seats in the cabin, which was a great surprise.
As a national treasure, pandas are loved by everyone. Who would not be moved when they see them? As Sichuan Airlines, it is perfect to use "panda" as the theme of the aircraft. The panda patterns that can be seen everywhere on the aircraft melt the hearts of all passengers, right?
Sichuan is a place where beautiful women are produced. The stewardesses of Sichuan Airlines did not let me down. They even wear panda aprons when delivering meals. Male passengers will be overjoyed when watching this, right?
In addition to beautiful women, Sichuan also produces delicious food. We haven't even arrived in Chengdu yet, and we can already feel the temptation of Sichuan cuisine while sitting on the plane. The chili sauce is provided in unlimited quantities, which is so delicious that we can't stop. No wonder many tourists say that taking Sichuan Airlines is a "pig-feeding journey."
In addition, on our "panda-themed" flight this time, we also provided panda-shaped bean paste buns as dessert. Do you think Sichuan Airlines is particularly considerate and thoughtful? It has been a long time since I had such a happy flight."Sichuan Airlines" indeed deserves its reputation.
The short and happy flight ended in an instant. I arrived in Chengdu successfully and bid farewell to the lovely "Panda Aviation". My 48-hour "flash tour" of Chengdu is about to begin, and I can't help but feel a little excited!
The B & B I chose in Chengdu this time is near the "Kuanzhai Alley", so the first attraction still comes to the world-famous "Kuanzhai Alley", which attracts a large number of tourists because of its antique buildings and unique shops. For many people, if they haven't traveled to the "Wide Alley", they haven't even been to Chengdu.
"Kuanzhai Alley" is located near Changshun Street in Qingyang District. It consists of a wide alley, a narrow alley, and a well alley arranged in parallel. It is all antique courtyard houses made of indigo bricks and tiles. This is one of the three major historical and cultural cities in Chengdu. protected neighborhoods. Coming to the "Wide Alley" again made me feel the traditional atmosphere of Chengdu again.
But this time when I came to the narrow alleys to play, two "strange" bronze statue sculptures on the roadside attracted my attention. It turned out that they were street performers and specially dressed up as bronze statue sculptures on the roadside for tourists to take photos.
I looked at their photo price. 20 yuan for three actions was not cheap. I originally thought that not many people would really spend money to take photos with such street entertainers, but I was wrong.
I have only been standing next to me for less than 10 minutes, and almost all the time tourists come up and spend 20 yuan to take photos with them. I heard that they should be famous local "Internet celebrities". No wonder they are so popular.
After one tourist finished taking pictures, the next tourist came up. In just a few minutes, he earned at least two to three hundred yuan. I couldn't help but want to change careers in this industry, because it seemed to be quite profitable, haha.
After visiting the "Wide Alley", the sky was getting dark. When it was dinner time, I met my friends and came to the "Chengdu Canist" restaurant on Zhimin Road.
If you have studied Chengdu cuisine, you must know that "Chengdu Cheers" has an old store on Kuixinglou Street near Kuanzhai Alley. However, the old store is full every day, and it may not be possible to eat even in line. Therefore, we came to the new "Chengdu Cheers" store on Zhimin Road. It has the same dishes and the same taste. The environment is more spacious and comfortable, and the number of people in line is not so terrible.
In my opinion, there is a reason why "Chengdu Eater" has become a popular online celebrity restaurant in the area. Listen to the domineering name of the store: "Chengdu Eater". If you come to Chengdu and don't eat a meal of "Chengdu Eater", I'm really embarrassed to call yourself a foodie.
As soon as you walk into the "Chengdu Cheers" Zhimin Road Store, you will be greeted with a traditional Chengdu atmosphere, including bamboo fans, pockets, bamboo baskets... Chengdu traditional cultural elements are integrated into the store decoration, making this Sichuan cuisine restaurant look full of charm.
Chengdu's landmark buildings are also printed on the walls of the store, as well as the names of various famous attractions. Although there are many people in the store, it will not make you feel too noisy, but it is full of the flavor of life.
"Chengdu Eater" mainly features improved and innovative Sichuan cuisine. We ordered several of the most popular signature dishes, and each dish was served like a carefully designed work of art, each with its own unique features. For example, this special grilled fish slices, the method of threading fish slices with bamboo sticks to make strings is really unique.
There is also this streaking tuotuo shrimp. Hot oil is poured directly on the fresh shrimp on the spot, which not only ensures the taste, but also ensures the freshness, leaving a deep impression on everyone, and you can't stop eating it.
"Heartless Frog" is also a unique dish. Because it is a cold dish, it tastes cold and cold, so it is called "Heartless Frog". It is also a quite vivid name. Also, its plate loading equipment. Is it also very personal?
As long as you order the menu casually at the "Chengdu Eater" Zhimin Road Store, every dish will be delicious, and every dish will make you enjoy it.
No wonder "Chengdu eaters" are so popular on the Internet. Through word of mouth, more and more people come here to check in and prove that they are real "Chengdu eaters". It is a worthwhile trip for us.
Part 3: The "Ancient Great Sage Ci Temple" that can be cute
If you travel to Chengdu,"Tai Gu Li" is now an indispensable stop. As Chengdu's most popular commercial center, it is even jokingly called Chengdu's "center of the universe". So the next morning, I came to "Tai Koo Li".
But you know what? In Chengdu's "Taigu Li", there are not only trendy and fashionable commercial buildings. In fact, there is also a world-famous thousand-year-old temple hidden in it. This ancient temple is called "Ancient Great Sage Ci Temple" or "Daci Temple".
Chengdu's "Daci Temple" was built during the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is said that the famous monk of the Tang Dynasty, Master Xuanzang, also known as the "Tang Priest", was ordained here. It is a temple with a profound cultural and historical heritage, attracting a large number of tourists. Come and visit.
The antique temple buildings are in sharp contrast to the surrounding bustling high-rise buildings. If you are a little tired from shopping in "Tai Koo Li", you may wish to walk into "Daci Temple" to experience the tranquility for a while. Moreover,"Daci Temple" does not charge tickets and is free. Open to the public!
"Daci Temple", a thousand-year-old temple, is also a temple that is very "advancing with the times". In front of the Buddha Hall in the temple, I found many lovely cartoon characters, which are bright in color and are particularly eye-catching. No wonder so many people have surrounded it.
When you take a closer look, you can see these cute cartoon characters all different. I didn't expect that you can still see such decorations in Buddhist temples. They seem to be a little different from the solemn and heavy image of ancient temples in our impression.
Similar cartoon images can be seen everywhere in "Daci Temple", and there are even many cute cartoon monks, giving everyone a different understanding of monks. It turns out that they are not people living outside our world, but it turns out that they can also "act cute".
Then do you know that in the "Tai Koo Li" commercial district, there is such a thousand-year-old temple,"Daci Temple"? Do you want to come here to see the cartoon characters who can be cute?
When you come to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, you will naturally have to eat hot pot. As a "food capital", Chengdu has a very diverse variety of hot pot. In addition to the well-known traditional Sichuan-style hot pot, Thai seafood hot pot is also very popular now.
After visiting "Tai Koo Li", I went to the nearby "Jiyu" Thai Hot Pot Taikoo Li Store for lunch. It is said that this is one of the most popular Thai seafood hot pot restaurants in Chengdu. Many foodies come here after arriving at the meal. They are crowded and may not be able to get them even after queuing for several hours.
In order to offset the peak hours, my friends and I waited until after 2 p.m. to come. In addition, it was a weekday. Although there were no customers queuing during this time, the store was still full of people, which shows how popular their home is. How popular is it?
Since the main theme is Thai seafood hot pot, the decoration style of "Jiyu" also adopts the Southeast Asian holiday style. As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed physically and mentally, as if you have traveled to Southeast Asia in an instant.
We ordered the classic tom yum pot bottom. The special feature of their pot bottom is that it will be made for you on the spot. All the soup bags are placed in front of you, and fresh coconuts are used to open them for you. Pour the coconut juice into the pot, which really makes you eat with peace of mind.
If you have a "choice barrier" when ordering, you may wish to choose the set meals they provide. The seafood set meals carefully prepared by the store include all their specialty seafood dishes, so that you can eat without regrets. Isn't it considerate?
What is most worth mentioning is that their shrimp, crab, abalone and other seafood ingredients are all alive and kicking when served. Like the bottom of the hot pot, they ensure the greatest degree of freshness. This is also an important reason why their home is so popular with guests. One of the reasons.
Another thing I have to say is that their service is very meticulous and thoughtful. The service staff stands next to you throughout the entire process to help you cook and start the pot and help you grasp the best flavor of seafood.
And what surprised us the most was the waiter's superb shrimp peeling service. After the shrimp shells were peeled off, they still maintained their perfect shape. It really deserves its reputation! No wonder many people say that their family's service is so good that it can rival "Haidilao".
Although "Jiyu" is a restaurant that specializes in Thai seafood hot pot, their various drinks and snacks cannot be missed. In addition to delicious food, the appearance is also very high, which is very suitable for everyone to take photos and post in the circle of friends to "show off"!
Whether you are gathering with relatives and friends or dating a partner, this "Jiyu" Thai hot pot Tai Koo Li restaurant is a very good choice. It has an excellent location, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, excellent food, and more importantly, the service is also very considerate and thoughtful. Aren't you tempted?
Part 5: Wuhou Temple, the only "Temple of monarch and minister" in China
As one of Chengdu's most well-known tourist attractions, almost all tourists who come to Chengdu will come to the "Wuhou Temple" to check in. However, when I came to the "Wuhou Temple" after lunch, I found that the four characters "Han Zhaolie Temple" were written on the plaque at the gate. It made me wonder if I came to the wrong place?
In fact, the "Han Zhaolie Temple" and the "Wuhou Temple" are the same thing. It turned out that "Marquis Wu" was the honorific title of Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of Shu and Han during the Three Kingdoms period, and "Emperor Zhaolie of Han" was Liu Bei, the founding emperor of Shu and Han during the Three Kingdoms period. This is the only "temple where monarch and minister worship together" in China.
As the only "temple of monarch and minister" in China, the "Han Zhaolie Temple" and the "Wuhou Temple" are originally integrated. Because Zhuge Liang has greater influence, people usually use the term "Wuhou Temple" as a collective name, which is also regarded as a "muddle" to a certain extent.
Now, the "Wuhou Temple" is a national key cultural relic protection unit, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, and a national first-class museum. It is also the most influential museum of the Three Kingdoms relics in the country, enjoying the reputation of the "Holy Land of the Three Kingdoms".
If you want to see the real "Wuhou Temple", you must pass through the "Han Zhaolie Temple" in front. Although the location is relatively hidden, the "Wuhou Temple" is the real highlight. Zhuge Liang, who has always been deeply loved by the people, has always been an idol figure in the eyes of many people. Coming to visit Zhuge Liang in the "Wuhou Temple" is a fulfillment of my own big wish.
The beam of Zhuge Liang's Hall in the "Wuhou Temple" is engraved with Zhuge Liang's famous saying from ancient times,"Be indifferent to Ming aspirations, be peaceful and long-term." This is also a classic motto widely sung by later generations, demonstrating Zhuge Liang's far-reaching influence in history.
The last important part of the "Wuhou Temple" is the "Huiling" of Emperor Liu Bei of the Han Dynasty. Emperor Zhaolie of the Han Dynasty, Liu Bei, Lady Gan, and Queen Mu of the Han Dynasty were buried together. It was the only imperial tomb preserved during the Three Kingdoms period. The tomb building consists of Zhaobi, mountain gate, Shinto, bedroom hall, etc.
However, speaking of the most popular places in the "Wuhou Temple" now, they are still the two rows of red walls near "Huiling". Because of the bright and eye-catching colors, coupled with the contrast and embellishment of green bamboo forests, they are particularly suitable for taking photos, so many young people came here one after another to check in to commemorate them, which has become an alternative and beautiful scenery in the "Wuhou Temple".
Part 6: The most exciting braised meat kebabs
After visiting the "Wuhou Temple", it was dinner time again. As a famous "gourmet capital", Chengdu never lacked good restaurants. Finding outstanding restaurants is also a "hard work"! But who told me to be such a "foodie"?
For dinner today, we chose the "Deqi" braised kebabs located on Oak Forest East Road, Jinjiang District, Chengdu. When we first arrived at the door of this store, we heard a loud crowd from afar. Sure enough, foodies from all over have long "occupied" this place.
So, what "secret martial arts" does "Deqi" braised kebabs have that can attract so many people to come and join us? Now it has become a popular Internet celebrity restaurant in Chengdu, and it is even recognized as an Internet celebrity restaurant that must check in when visiting Chengdu.
The most important "secrets" are probably hidden in these big vats. As the name suggests, in addition to "roasting", stewed kebabs also adds an additional cooking step of "stewing". The so-called "braising" is basically done in these large vats.
The chef hangs various kebabs around the inside of the vat, covers them, and uses the temperature of the charcoal fire at the bottom of the pot to stew the kebabs inside the vat until cooked. The control of heat and time is very important. If you have less, you will not be cooked, and if you have more, the meat will be cooked, which is a very test of the chef's skills.
The kebabs made using this unique "braised" method are more delicious and tender than ordinary barbecues and barbecues. The gravy is firmly locked and every bite has surprises. In addition, the "braised" kebabs are large. It's really enjoyable to eat!
No wonder so many people choose to come here to eat, and they don't hesitate to queue for a long time. It turns out that only by coming here can you truly experience the pleasure of "eating meat in big gulps" and the pleasure of releasing stress.
My friends and I came to "Deqi". The table was full of barbecues, and everyone had eaten so much that they couldn't care about their image, but so what? Isn't this what we usually call a "big feast"? This is how you should eat barbecue!
Part 7: Qingyang Palace, the "No. 1 Taoist Temple in Western Sichuan
After finishing the first day of sightseeing, I chose to come to Qingyang Palace the next morning. Everyone should know that there is an Urban area in Chengdu called "Qingyang District." So where did the word "Qingyang" in "Qingyang District" come from? Naturally, it is the "Qingyang Palace".
"Qingyang Palace" is located on the second west section of the First Ring Road, bordering the Jinjiang River. It is known as the "No. 1 Taoist Temple in Western Sichuan" and is a famous key Taoist temple and tourist attraction in the country. If "Wenshu Yuan" is one of the main representatives of Chengdu's Buddhist culture, then "Qingyang Palace" must be an important place for Chengdu's Taoist culture and a must-visit popular attraction for many tourists when they come to Chengdu.
The ticket price for "Qingyang Palace" is 10 yuan per person. Although there is a queue in front of the ticket window, it is relatively deserted compared to other popular attractions in Chengdu. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good that day, and it suddenly started to rain, but this did not affect my mood to play at all.
The "Qingyang Palace" built in the Zhou Dynasty was originally named "Qingyang Si", and was later renamed "Qingyang Temple" and "Xuanzhong Temple". Most of the existing buildings were rebuilt successively in the sixth to tenth years of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of about 120,000 square meters. Due to the legend of Lu Dongbin and Han Xiangzi, the temple was built during the Kangxi period to become the "Erxian Temple".
The gate gate of the "Qingyang Palace" is grand and solemn. There are two wandering dragons playing to snatch spiritual beads on the top of the hall. The background is black and ink, showing the charm of Taoism. The three golden characters "Qingyang Palace" on the plaque are full of power. They are said to be the ink of An Hongde, County Magistrate of Huayang, Chengdu during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. They are now one of the most important cultural relics of the "Qingyang Palace".
The current mountain gate of "Qingyang Palace" is combined with the Lingguan Hall, also known as the "Lingzu Hall". It also has a mirror wall. There is a couplet on the mirror wall that says,"Tao begets one, life two, life three, life three, life all things; Man governs the earth, the earth governs the sky, heaven governs the Tao, and nature." There is a Tai Chi pattern in the middle, representing the chaotic vitality before the formation of all things in heaven and earth.
Walking inward along the central axis is the best route to visit the "Qingyang Palace". After passing through the gate gate, there is the second hall of the "Qingyang Palace"-Hunyuan Hall. This hall covers an area of about 616 square meters. During the Song Zhenzong period, the "Emperor of Hunyuan Shangde" was enshrined in the hall.
The "Bagua Pavilion" is 20 meters high and covers an area of about 300 square meters. The pavilion is octagonal and divided into three floors. It is one of the best preserved and most luxurious historical buildings in the "Qingyang Palace". It is also the "Qingyang Palace". One of the core buildings, the pavilion is dedicated to the "Taishang Lao Jun", and the pillars of the pavilion are carved with eighty-one dragons, symbolizing the eighty-one transformation of Lao Tzu.
After passing through the "Bagua Pavilion", you will arrive at the main hall of the "Qingyang Palace"-Sanqing Hall, also known as the "Promise Hall". There is a gold-covered couplet in the "Sanqing Hall" that says: "The green ox stone room lies in the blessing land and the haze is everlasting, and the sky flies in the cave, and the white cranes and pots are everlasting." The gold-covered clay sculptures in the hall are the jade qing Yuanshi, the Shangqing Lingbao Celestial and the Taiqing Moral Celestial. Sitting statues, etc.
There is one most important point that I have to mention about the "Sanqing Hall", which is the "Single-Horned Copper Sheep" located in front of the hall. The common name of "Single-Horned Bronze Sheep" is "Qingyang", which is also the origin of the name "Qingyang Palace". The "Single-Horned Bronze Sheep" is said to be the embodiment of the twelve zodiac animals. Therefore, there is also an unwritten custom in Chengdu, that is, when you go to the "Qingyang Palace", you must touch the "Single-Horned Bronze Sheep" and touch it wherever it is uncomfortable. It is said that it can "cure all diseases".
The "Doumu Hall" is located after the "Sanqing Hall" and was built in the Ming Dynasty and is a bottom-style building. Dou Lao enshrined in the hall is a god who controls life, death, sin and blessings in the world. She is also a great goddess believed in Taoism. On the right of Dou Lao, the head of the female immortal, the "Queen Mother of the West", which is the "Queen Mother" in folklore.
The "Jade Emperor Building", built during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, was rebuilt in 1995. It has a bottom-like structure. The statue of Jade Emperor is enshrined on the upper floor and the Three Official Emperors are enshrined on the lower floor.
Finally, we came to the "Purple Terrace", where Li Yuan, the Emperor Gaozu of the Tang Dynasty, and Li Shimin, the Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, were enshrined in the "Hall of the Tang Dynasty". Since then, the central axis of Qingyang Palace has been basically completed. If you are still not satisfied, you can continue to visit the "Erxian Temple" on the right.
Compared with Chengdu's popular tourist attractions,"Qingyang Palace" has relatively few tourists and is a relatively "niche" place. If you like tranquility, you may wish to choose to come here for a walk.
Part 8: The most "unique" fresh fish hot potAfter eating Thai hot pot in Chengdu, I didn't feel like I had enough. So, for lunch today, I came to Zhimin Road again and found this well-known "Fisherman Fish Zai" pebble fish hot pot. I was very impressed by the name of the store.
What kind of hot pot is "pebble fish hot pot"? Why don't you seem to have heard of it before? What is the relationship between hot pot and pebbles? This couldn't help but arouse my curiosity to find out.
The entire store environment of "Fishman Fish Zai" is full of traditional Sichuan characteristics. The low small tables, small bamboo benches, as well as bamboo hats and coir raincoats on the wall, make people feel like time and space have traveled. In an instant, I return to the old days decades ago.
In order to ensure that every guest eats fresh fish freshly cut, you can directly see the entire process of the chef killing the fish through the huge glass window in the store, so that every guest can eat here. Eat with peace of mind and eat with peace of mind.
After we ordered the hot pot, freshly cut sashimi was quickly served. The surface of the sashimi was also wrapped with a special layer of sauce, which should be to ensure that the fish remained tender and smooth after cooking. The taste of elastic teeth.
Immediately afterwards, the hot pot was served. When we first saw the hot pot, we couldn't help but have a few question marks in our hearts. Are there really a few pebbles under the hot pot? What exactly is this operation? Are we really allowed to eat pebbles?
Later, the staff demonstrated their unique "Cobblestone Fish Hot Pot" making process on the spot. First, everyone shouted "Stone comes to work", then put the sashimi on the pebbles, and finally put the prepared hot pot soup directly on the sashimi. Pour the soup base directly on the sashimi.
Cover the lid of the hot pot and wait until the fish is cooked and enjoy it!
The hot pot fish cooked on the pebbles in this way will feel particularly tender, smooth and delicious when eaten in the mouth. It not only locks in the umami and juicy fish, but also ensures the purity of the hot pot taste. It is unique.
In addition, their various snacks are also of high quality, including orange-flavored buns, brown sugar cakes, saliva black chicken feet, etc., all of which are hard to put down and can't stop.
There is also a stall specializing in making Indian flying cakes in front of the store of "Fisherman Fish Cuisine". We ordered a banana-flavored Indian flying cakes. It is sweet and crispy, which is perfect for pairing with pebble fish hot pot. If you are interested, you might as well order one and try it!
No wonder this restaurant is so popular in Chengdu. It has become an emerging online hot pot restaurant. Many people, including locals and tourists, are rushing to come here. If you eat it, you will definitely understand what it is.
If you want to experience the city life and park culture of Chengdu people and avoid the ubiquitous foreign tourists, there is also a relatively "niche" park in the center of Chengdu City worth visiting, which is the "Cultural Park."
The "Cultural Park" is located on Qintai Road, Qingyang District, Chengdu City, adjacent to the famous Taoist temple "Qingyang Palace". It was rebuilt in 1951 on the former site of the original "Erxian Temple" and covers an area of about 150 acres.
There is the Shierqiao Martyrs 'Tomb in the park, which commemorates the tombs of 36 martyrs secretly killed by Kuomintang spies on the eve of the liberation of Chengdu. It is a provincial cultural relics protection unit, and Chengdu's "Cultural Park" has also been rated as a provincial key park.
Although it is located in the center of the city and close to the "Qingyang Palace", one of Chengdu's most famous attractions, when I walked into the "Cultural Park", I was surprised to find that it was very quiet and there were almost no tourists. I have to say that in today's Chengdu is really rare!
The scenery in the "Cultural Park" is no less inferior to that of the overcrowded "People's Park" in Chengdu. Due to the small number of people, it feels particularly comfortable and pleasant. If you come here in summer, the lush plants will instantly improve your mood.
Compared with the "People's Park", it is said that the "Cultural Park" embodies the traditional feelings of the people of Chengdu. The "Cultural Park" is famous for holding traditional lantern festivals and flower festivals. The annual Lantern Festival and Flower Festival are the cultural heritage of Chengdu as a famous historical and cultural city and play an important role in the hearts of the people of Chengdu.
When you come to Chengdu, if you are tired of those popular tourist attractions and the ubiquitous foreign tourists, and want to find a place that no one knows about and has beautiful scenery to visit, the "Cultural Park" is indeed a good choice!
Of course, the park will definitely not charge tickets, so you can rest assured. If you want a different trip to Chengdu, look for such "unpopular" attractions. That's really a great thing.
Part 10: The most "willful" Internet celebrity string store
This 48-hour "flash tour" in Chengdu is coming to an end, and I reserved the last dinner for the "Chuanchuan" I was longing for. When traveling to Chengdu, if you don't eat a skewer meal, it will definitely be incomplete, and you will definitely feel particularly sorry after going back.
So my friends and I came to "Roadside Malatang" on Zhimin Road, which is a popular "Internet celebrity" chain store in Chengdu. No wonder when we arrived here after 6 p.m., the door was already filled with diners waiting for us. This shows the popularity.
Walking into the "roadside", you will see a nostalgic decoration environment. It seems like time and space have traveled through, and you will instantly return to the scene of sitting on the roadside with your neighbors when you were a child.
Although the tables, chairs and benches in the "roadside" are all short and small, everyone may feel a little "aggrieved" sitting in them, but it does not affect everyone's interest at all. On the contrary, eating skewers in this way makes it feel more traditional.
My friends and I started the most classic and popular beef oil pan here. The spicy butter flavor made people drool even before it was boiled. Moreover, the pot of the pot on the "roadside" is mainly fragrant and will not be too spicy, which can be easily accepted by foreign tourists.
In addition, the strings of dips on the "roadside" are also unique. Whether it is dried chili noodles or red oil raw soup plates, it is a surprise. The classic pot bottom is perfectly matched with the special dips, making every diner can't stop.
"Roadside" has a wide variety of strings, and you can take them according to your needs. In addition, the biggest difference between "Roadside" and other string shops is that if you find an empty ticket before you put the pot, you can return it directly. The boss is really "willful"?
The biggest joy of eating skewers on the "roadside" is that you can squeeze together with friends, eat delicious food profusely while chatting all over the world. In addition to skewers, I was deeply impressed by the various maocai dishes here, such as maowao flowers, maowao potatoes, and maowao beef.
Look at the noisy diners around, everyone is enjoying the delicious food in this "Internet celebrity" string store. It's so atmospheric. Whether you are here for a date with your partner or bringing family and friends over for dinner, it is a good choice!
When we finished eating, we found that there was still a long line at the door. The charm of this "Internet celebrity" chain store is indeed worthy of its reputation! It is said that the "roadside Malatang" will be open until 1 a.m. If you don't have time to have dinner, you can also choose to come over for a late night meal!
There is an old Chinese saying called "You can't go to Sichuan when you are young, and you can't leave Shu when you are old." It says that Sichuan, as a "land of abundance", life is so comfortable that it is simply like a "paradise on earth". In local terms, it means "Ba Shi gets the board"! In just 48 hours, I may not be able to fully experience the charm of Chengdu, but fortunately, Chengdu, I always have the opportunity to come back often.
So, have you ever traveled to Chengdu? What is your impression of Chengdu? Do you think Chengdu is really a city that "doesn't want to leave when you come" as they advertise? Do you like Chengdu's delicious food? What do you like best? If you have the opportunity in the future, do you still want to come and travel to Chengdu? Everyone is welcome to leave comments!
