1. Chengdu tourism three-piece set

Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, and Giant Panda are three-piece sets used by Chengdu people to receive friends from other places. Last time I came to Chengdu, I had already played Kuanzhai Alley and Giant Panda, plus a blind date corner in People's Park. Oh, no, pick my ears. This time it was only on weekends. For two days, my friends took special care of me and insisted on tidying up, so they took me on a tour of Jinli.

There are always a number of scenic spots that are on the development track of "people follow the crowd", demonstrating the correctness of the law of "not getting rid of the itch, but regretting". Jinli and Wuhou Temple are places with relatively cultural heritage in Chengdu. Moreover, they are located in the urban area. Transportation is very convenient. Jinli is free of tickets and has naturally become a popular destination for tourists, especially group tourists. Coincidentally, today is Saturday again, so the scene of crowded subway during rush hour is perfectly restored.





Sweaty, I have already ignored its noble identity as the oldest and most commercial street in the history of Western Shu, but one thing I can't ignore is that Jinli Commercial Street has become popular since the Qin, Han and Three Kingdoms periods. A century-old wooden gate, thousands of years of stone roads have been lit by tourists. The crowd of people following each other at this time is the best proof.












In view of the fact that Jinli is really so popular, and part of the Wuhou Temple is also under repair, we hurriedly walked two main streets and bought some accompanying gifts at the Panda House, and quickly left the crowd here. After all, the next Chengdu cuisine was the purpose of this trip.





There is one sad thing that may cause you to be beaten if I say it out. In two days, I checked in to 6 popular online food restaurants, and I felt bloated after eating. Isn't it irritating? Next, I will release my sole food strategy in turn, ranking regardless of whether it is before or after.


2. Mala Tang on the roadside

Malatang on the roadside can be said to be a must-check online celebrity store when visiting Chengdu. It has opened many branches. I chose this branch on Zhimin Road. It is located close to Exit B of Xinnanmen Station of Metro Line 3 and has convenient transportation. Another reason is that the next two places are next to this one.






When a person who couldn't eat spicy food came to this store full of nostalgic decoration style to eat alone, the spicy food was so spicy that I almost left this beautiful world, but I still couldn't stop the enthusiasm of my taste buds.


In order to leave room for the next two stores, I chose a very exquisite eating method. I only took one piece of each string. The bottom of the pot specifically told me that it must be slightly spicy (the kind that takes care of foreigners). In order to prevent accidents, I also served it with ice powder, Arctic Ocean soda, and brown sugar glutinous rice cake. I was as smart as I had wood.





When this string of exquisite meat and vegetables was boiled in the old-fashioned aluminum pot, the strong aroma also came to my face. I extracted the string one by one and dipped it in the special dry and oily dish to savor the delicious food of old Chengdu. I shed two lines of tears while still spicy. It is worth mentioning that after the spicy appetizers, I ordered a piece of brainy flowers for the first time in my life. This was something I didn't dare to think about in the past. I closed my eyes and tasted it, and the taste was surprisingly good. I just ate it in three or two bites, pretending that nothing happened.





3. Chengdu eaters

I came out from the roadside and stepped into the next door's Chengdu restaurant. Fortunately, I didn't have to queue up much, and I had the opportunity to open a table alone. He said very generously to the ordering staff: I will eat alone, so please arrange a set of signature dishes for me according to the quantity of two people. I thought that the little girl would be stumped, but I immediately nodded happily: I will arrange it for you now, ensuring that there will be special dishes, not too many, exquisite, and full. It's really quick to do things, which makes me feel good.



Although there are many customers in the store, the food is served very quickly. When my small square table is filled with various signature dishes, it gives me the illusion of being a big family for a moment, but it doesn't mean to show off my wealth at all, because I will liquidate it. Since I was the only one in the entire store, I ordered a table of dishes and kept patting all kinds of dishes, which attracted curious and questioning eyes from the tables next door. It was really a little awkward. It seems that going to a popular online celebrity restaurant still requires a strong psychological quality. I immediately politely and friendly invited the next table. Would you like to join me?


Special grilled fish slices are one of the signature dishes of Chengdu diners. When the fish slices are strung one by one, tender and tender without any thorns, it is particularly enjoyable to eat. The shape of the boiled beef with mandarin duck is also very interesting. It tastes half of chives and half of dried pepper. After serving, hot oil will be poured on the spot. In an instant, the aroma will spread out. The beef tastes super tender, and the green pot is light. The red pot is spicy. It can be said that it takes good care of foreign tourists like us. At least those who can and cannot eat spicy food will not "fight".



In addition, I personally think that the osmanthus stuffed tomatoes, pickled cabbage fish soup, and brown sugar glutinous rice cakes like handicrafts in the store are all very good.






4. Fisherman, fish, pebbles fish hot pot


After eating their stomachs into balls in Chengdu, they didn't rest for long and came to the Fisherman Fish Baby Cobblestone Fish Hot Pot Restaurant next door. But I was smart enough to call my friends back this time, otherwise I wouldn't be able to taste a few more dishes. After all, my stomach is still very petite, and I didn't want to waste it.


Fisherman Fish Zai on Zhimin Road is a pebble specialty fish hot pot restaurant. The decoration style of the entire fisherman style is simple and low-key. When the fish slices are poured on the hot stone and then poured into the bottom of the classic red soup, when the soup boils again, the fish slices are quickly cooked. Everything is operated on the table in sequence, which has a sense of ceremonial rhythm. The small shortcoming is that the iron cover blocks the boiling process picture, which reduces the enjoyment of viewing, but it still cannot cover the aroma of fish and quickly fills the table.












In addition to the classic Red Pot Sanfeng, I personally like Kung Fu Ice Powder: seven ingredients and peach blossom wine are placed in a small wooden plate. When you eat, add the ingredients according to your preferences, and finally pour in the peach blossom wine. It is sour and sweet. The taste is a bit like Fujian's Siguo Soup, which is a perfect match with summer hot pot.


The quicksand bag is made quite like an orange, with a sandwich inside. It is really like quicksand when it is broken. How can I let go of pasta and sweets? Of course, there are honeyed tomatoes, fried crispy fish, crispy meat, etc. all worth trying. I ate it in the store with my friends for almost two hours.




6. Stewed barbecue kebabs

Chengdu smells more like fireworks at night. I have a big belly that has not yet been digested. At around 10 o'clock in the evening, I took a taxi to Deji Baisao near the Acorn Food Court to find the smell of fireworks. It seems that I am really completely indulging myself this weekend.




This is the first time I have seen this kind of crock roasting method in Deji Store. They wipe meat, vegetables and other ingredients and hang them in a large crock. The crock will be kept at a constant temperature and covered with the pot. Stewed and roasted at the mouth, which fully plays the role of locking in the moisture, and ultimately serves the delicious stewed and roasted taste that is charred on the outside and tender on the inside.



Since I ate alone, I didn't dare to order too much, so I came up with a few signs: Dei plum meat, mushroom, roasted green pepper, corn segments, Thai tiger shrimp, roasted chicken wings, Dei double meat, Zixiang bullfrog, black pepper beef belly strips, soaked chicken feet, secret dry and spicy dishes...






Everyone at this small table likes Zixiang bullfrog the most. It can be said to be the best serving of bullfrog that I have eaten so far. I will save the mutton calves and black pepper beef for next time I come to Chengdu.


Barbecue and beer are of course inseparable from twins. They are a string in life. Drinking late at night will make it easier to sleep.



6. Oyster Hero

Adding the word hero to anything in the suffix will give it a more flavor of the Jianghu, as will food. This Oyster Hero Self-service Roast Oyster Shop on Section 4 of Hongxing Road in Chengdu is very popular every day. When I came here at noon, a few friends and I just happened to be in time for meal time, and it took a while to queue before our turn. In this Oyster Hero, you only need 100 yuan per person to eat enough seafood! Ps: Although seafood is good, don't consume too much high protein.




Several friends who grew up in the inland were indeed lacking in experience in eating seafood. After a while, they were in a hurry and roasted garlic oysters. Dip it in the store's secret sauce and secretly enjoy it.


Although I was also born in an inland city, I have lived in a coastal city for nearly ten years now. Naturally, I still know some techniques for roasting oysters. Now I specially offer you a guide for roasting oysters, please check it:

Step 1: Sift through fresh oysters with a smooth and complete bottom, use an oyster knife to peel off the fresh oyster meat from the shell, and place it together on a dedicated grilled oyster plate.

The last meal in Chengdu was booked into the popular restaurant Jiyu Thai Seafood Hotpot Restaurant. The entire restaurant is full of Southeast Asian tropical customs, and it is easy to take photos of INS style.





The must-order thing to come to this store is the bottom of the signature Winter Yum Kung pot. The first thing served is a pot of thick slow-stewed crucian carp soup. Then the waiter will skillfully add Thai cilantro, special seasoning bags, and special tom yum base material., and finally pour in fresh coconut juice. The whole process is full of ritual and gives you a different fresh hot pot experience. When the bottom of the pot boils, the taste buds are instantly mobilized. Fresh, sour, spicy, salty, and sweet. Various flavors are intertwined but do not conflict, like a natural pot bottom. I have been to Thailand many times. The fresh shrimps and six-headed abalone in the store are not only fresh but also really big. If you add them to the classic traditional Thai secret dipping plates, you can fill your stomach.
