I had been busy all year, and my child had the winter vacation, so I and my wife decided to take my child and the two elders to Sichuan to play. To be honest, I was still struggling for a while about where to go. First, whether Sichuan will be cold in January, and second, how to arrange the five-day itinerary. Finally, after some inquiries and guide inquiries, I finally decided on an itinerary to watch while walking.
Itinerary: Tianjin-Chengdu Days: 5 days Number of people 5
Transportation: round-trip plane, self-driving in the middle. When we went there, we chose the flight at 6:35 in the morning, and the flight at 23:20 back. In this way, the ticket was relatively cheap, and the second was that we could have as much time as possible for fun. The Buick GL8 is the choice for the self-driving vehicle, so that the elderly and children will not be too tired during the entire journey.
Airfare, hotel, car rental Ctrip booking.
DAY1 Tianjin-Chengdu
After the flight arrived at the airport on time, the staff of Licheng Car Rental, which Ctrip cooperated with, was already waiting in the airport parking lot and dragged us to the car rental center to go through the procedures. The location was very close to the airport and the procedures were completed in a few minutes. The car is less than a year old and has traveled more than 60,000 kilometers. Because it is the off-season for car rental, the total is 1900 yuan, including the insurance paid separately at the store.
After completing the formalities, I drove to the first stop, Dujiangyan City. It was estimated that it would be noon when I arrived in Dujiangyan, so I directly navigated to Lao Hao You Rabbit Head Happiness Store and prepared to visit Dujiangyan Scenic Area after having eaten my fill. After leaving Chengdu, the car went directly to the Chengdu-Guangzhou Expressway. The expressway was wide, the road surface was smooth, and there was little traffic flow. Due to the construction of a section of the road out of the city and the unfamiliar road conditions, it took a total of 100 minutes on the road.
Lunch: Laohao You Rabbit Head Happiness Store
This rabbit head store is a chain store with an average environment. When we entered, there were many local people eating there. We ordered five-spice and spicy rabbit heads, freshly pot rabbits, earthen mung bean ribs, frozen bean pudding. The taste was very great. Add rice at will, it's great!
After dinner, drive to Dujiangyan. It takes about 10 minutes. Tickets for Dujiangyan are 80 yuan per ticket. Children are half price, and the elderly are free. A person is invited in front of the door to explain 150 yuan. After entering the south gate, you will pass Yangong Road, Zhangsong Ginkgo, Fulongguan, Baopingkou, Feisha Weir, Jingang Dike, Yuzui and Couple Bridge. The large-scale water conservancy project built by Li Bing more than 2000 years ago has been used to this day. If you are there, you can appreciate the grandeur of the project and bring together the wisdom and perseverance of our ancient working people. This is the second time I have gone there, and I feel something every time. I suggest you go and have a look if you have the opportunity. Because of the explanation, I took a battery car halfway through and finished the tour in two and a half hours. Seeing that it was early, I drove to Qingcheng Mountain.
Considering the physical strength of the elderly and children, when they arrived at the front mountain of Qingcheng Mountain, they did not buy a ticket to climb the mountain. They drove around and headed straight to Jiezi Ancient Town. The ancient town is more than 10 kilometers away from Qianshan. It takes a short drive. The ancient town has a history of thousands of years, but there are not many real ancient buildings. It is similar to other ancient towns. It is still relatively commercialized. There are many local snacks. The distinctive ones are fried dried radishes and bacon, which taste very good. There are also some inns around the town. Many people drink tea and play mahjong on the streets outside the store. There are streets, towers, water, and shops. It is orderly and is a good place for leisure!
Returning to Dujiangyan Central Holiday, the two rooms were less than 700 yuan. You can see the river water from Dujiangyan from the window of the room. The Internet celebrity skewers I ate near the hotel at night were also good, but maybe I went late and the ingredients were not very complete, so I won't go into details. Walking by the river while eating, the water was surging, and I was once again touched by the feat of the ancients. In this way, with the running water outside the window, I slept soundly all night...
DAY2 Dujiangyan-Jiuzhaigou
Before deciding to drive to Jiuzhaigou, I struggled for a long time. I read a lot of strategies online. What I cared most about was the road conditions of National Highway 213. Because there were very few relevant pictures on the Internet, I didn't have an intuitive impression before leaving. After walking, let's summarize it. If you drive by yourself, take National Highway 213 on the West Line. The quality of the road is quite good. (When I came back, I took the other section of the 213 highway from Yingxiu to Dujiangyan, which was much worse than this section)
I ate at the hotel at 7 a.m. and set off after checking out. I originally wanted to go to Yingxiu to see the earthquake site first, but because I had passed the exit of the highway, I went directly to Jiuzhaigou. The overall route was Dujiangyan-Wenchuan-Mao County-Songpan-Jiuzhaigou.
First of all, Dujiangyan-Wenchuan (Duwen Expressway) takes about 1 hour, and the road conditions are extremely good, with a maximum of 100. The speed limit is 80 for most sections and 60 for some places. After getting off the highway, you will reach the National Highway. Wenchuan-Chuanzhusi (National Highway 213) passes through Mao County, Diexi Haizi, and Songpan. We took two breaks in between. It took more than 4 hours to get to Songpan. The road is smooth. Because the Spring Festival is approaching, there are few trucks, and some corners are relatively fast. Some villages will be passed by the roadside. There are many speed limits and section speed limits, with an average speed of 60-70. In the middle, I took photos while resting in Diexi Haizi. The scenery in Haizi is very beautiful. It costs 10 yuan/person to take photos while resting and riding a yak. Why mention this place? Because when we are close to Haizi, there is a broken road, with about eight turns back. The altitude rises all at once. When you go up and down, you will find a big difference. Songpan County is a larger town on the road. I can have lunch here and take a break. The restaurant that eats yak meat hot pot in the reviews is not open. I ate in the People's Canteen on the north side of the square. The environment is good and the food is good, especially the pickled cabbage vermicelli soup, which is very delicious. Later, I ordered it twice at other restaurants, and the food is far from his home. After eating, we walked around the county town, crossing the Songpan Bridge, a main street in the north and south direction, selling various New Year goods and small commodities.
It takes about 2 hours to get out of Songpan County and pass through Chuanzhusi and Minjiang Source to Jiuzhaigou (Provincial Highway 301). The road surface is smooth and there are few street lights. The highest altitude of the road section passed along the way is less than 3700 meters. There is snow on this section of the road from Minjiang Source to Jiudao Turn, so it drives relatively slowly. Overall, I feel that the actual road conditions are not as difficult as I imagined. It is easy to walk after passing the ninth road and go all the way to Rundu International Hot Spring Hotel in Jiuzhaigou. I chose this hotel because it is close to Mizoguchi and the reviews were good. It is the off-season now, and there are very few people staying in the hotel. The standard room is 360 yuan, and the triple room is 500 yuan, which is much cheaper than the peak season. Basically, all the restaurants near Moukou have closed down and gone home for the New Year. Only a few are still open, so eating is to solve the problem of food and clothing, regardless of characteristics and tastes.
DAY3 Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Tour
Cost: Tickets: 80 yuan for adults, half price for children, free for elderly, 80 yuan per person
I visited the scenic spot today. After eating in the morning, I asked the front desk how to get to the ticket gate. The answer was that Mizoguchi was being rebuilt, and I would continue to walk 1 kilometer to the Blue Sky Parking Lot for check-in. Unexpectedly, I estimated that I would have to walk more than 2 kilometers to get there. The number of visitors to the scenic spot on that day was less than 1000. The tour mode in the off-season has changed. Fixed sightseeing buses and tour guides are used throughout the entire journey. The buses take tourists down to famous scenic spots. After playing, tourists get on the bus and go to the next one. This kind of way without thinking about the route, getting on the bus to listen to the introduction, and getting off to see the scenic spots is simply great for tourists like us who have elderly people and are not photography enthusiasts.
The tour route is Jiuzhaigou Gate-Nuorilang Waterfall-Wuhuahai Sea-Pearl Beach-Jinghai-Nuorilang Edible Lunch-Changhai-Colorful Pool-Shuzheng Waterfall, Mill, Qunhai
Jiuzhaigou has different scenery in the four seasons. Spring flowers and plants, summer waterfalls, autumn red leaves, and winter snow are all very charming. While viewing the winter scenery, we also experienced VIP tours. Places with the largest number of people can now easily take pure scenery. Get off the bus first at Nuorilang Waterfall and admire the wonders of Nuorilang Waterfall in winter, then take the bus to Wuhua Sea. The reflection of the mountain is reflected in the blue sea. The warm sun illuminates the Wuhua Sea very beautifully. You can also wear Tibetan costumes and take photos. The next stop is Pearl Beach, where moss and clear water flow trickling down, and the scene of the four master and apprentice learning scriptures is replayed in my mind... Driving down the car is the sea of mirrors. As the name suggests, when there is no wind, the sea is like a mirror. Today it is windy and the water is shining. Yan, the shadow of the mountain echoes in the water.
It was nearly noon, and the tour guide took everyone to Nuorilang for lunch. Lunch is self-service, with 80 people per person. Fees are paid on the first floor and meals are served on the second floor. There is also a place outside that sells barreled instant noodles, and boiling water is poured for free when buying noodles.
After lunch, Changhai, the highest-altitude scenic spots are currently open, then Wuhua Sea, and various seas such as the Rhinoceros Sea...
At four o'clock in the afternoon, the day's journey ended, the bus stopped near the mouth of the ditch and walked more than 200 meters back to the hotel.
DAY4 Jiuzhaigou-Wenchuan Yingxiu-Leshan
We left early in the morning. After a year of sun exposure, the snow on the road had almost melted. With the experience of coming, the return journey was very smooth. We arrived at the Xuankou Middle School site in Yingxiu Town at noon. From Wenchuan to Yingxiu I saw the roads on the other side of the river and the remnants of the mountains that had been collapsed. Looking at the ruins of the middle school, I lamented the infinite destructive power of nature and the insignificance of mankind. Now that the surrounding area has been rebuilt, the city appearance and environment have taken on a completely new look, we have also felt the strength of the people of Wenchuan.
From Yingxiu, follow 213 to Rongchang, take the Second Ring City and Chengle Expressway to Leshan Jiushe Boutique B & B. The whole journey takes 3 hours.
The hotel is on Binhe Road, facing the Giant Buddha across the river. It is within walking distance of Leshan Port Cruise Terminal and various famous Leshan snack bars.
After checking in, the family started a snack journey, tasting cross-legged beef, sweet duck, and bowl chicken one by one. The food in Leshan is truly worthy of its reputation.
DAY5 Leshan-Chengdu-Tianjin
Because there were elderly people and children, it was a little difficult to take the plank road on both sides of the Buddha to see the Buddha up close. I originally wanted to buy a ticket for the first flight to see the Buddha from the river. But it is the dry season now, and the big ship cannot sail. It has to wait until the water rises before it can sail. The shipping staff said that it might be until noon, so they asked the waiter in the hotel. There is a dock near Tieniumen on Binhe Road that locals buy vegetables. The boat is smaller than a sightseeing boat. You can go to the other bank or drive out of the city. From the other bank, you can view the Buddha from a distance across the river. When you reach the dock, the boat cannot sail, so you check out and go directly. It is still easy to drive. After crossing the small bridge of the Dadu River, it is a very narrow village road. If you encounter a car opposite, you will have to find the wrong place. After driving for about 10 minutes, we are directly opposite the Buddha. There are many farmhouses for eating here. You can admire the Buddha while standing here or eating here.
When I write here, I can summarize it and learn about one form of viewing the Buddha. Most people are familiar with climbing mountains to worship the Buddha and observing the Buddha by boat. The other is the Buddha viewing on the other side of the river that I mentioned above. You can drive yourself or take the Binhe Road. Small boats from the ferry near Tieniumen (for local people, round-trip fare is 2 yuan) come to the farmhouse on the other side of the river to eat, relax, and observe the Buddha.
Coming out of Leshan, the highway was particularly smooth, so I went to the Sanxingdui Ruins Museum. The museum displayed the ancient civilization more than 3000 years ago. There are two museums in total. The comprehensive museum is currently under maintenance, and only the bronze museum is open. I scanned the WeChat version of the explanation at the entrance of the museum (10 yuan), and visited the bronze mask, the heavenly divine tree, etc. It was really beyond ordinary people's understanding! After an hour and a half, I drove back to Chengdu City.
The car drove near koi and went to an online hot pot restaurant called Yueman ** to eat hot pot. The hot pot was delicious, the ingredients were fresh, and the service level was average. If we were to sit at two tables near the door, there were many people waiting for seats. After eating, I came to the famous scenic spot koi, where I could experience the oldest and most commercial street in the history of Xishu. I could pick my ears and take a nap. After avoiding the evening rush hour, I drove back to the airport and anti-Tianjin.
After a lot of chatter, I wrote down a lot, and finally made a summary:
1. There are so many places to visit in Sichuan. I will go again if I have the opportunity!
2. Traveling off-peak has many benefits, fewer cars, fewer people, less expenses, and a good experience!
3. It's better to rent a car than a new car. I ran 1600 kilometers in 5 days and drove for a maximum of 9 hours a day. I didn't feel too tired!
4. Live in the present, enjoy happiness, enjoy holidays, enjoy beautiful scenery, and enjoy all kinds of conveniences!
