On the night of encountering shooting stars
How many memories have you left in the city.
We occasionally go to unfamiliar cities for various reasons, such as traveling, business trips, visiting relatives and friends, or attending a feast of delicious food. But how long do you spend lingering in a city?
I remember the plot that appeared in the recent movie 'Passing by Your World', and I remember the city of Chongqing.
A coffee shop on a street corner, a square whose name has been forgotten, and the moment you smile at a corner, make up the appearance of a city.
On the night I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Poly Garden Hotel, standing on the balcony of my room and looking at the scenery across from me, I unexpectedly saw a shooting star piercing the night sky, which was particularly clear against the backdrop of the city's night sky.
If I had to choose a city that I still want to visit again, it would definitely be Chongqing. Except for the hot and humid months of July and August, everything else is just right.
Wherever you go in this city, the streets and alleys are filled with the smell of red oil and chili peppers.
You thought you were on the first floor, but ended up standing on the 23rd floor; The light rail passing through the building is as cute as a big bug eating a small bug; The two-hour queue and five minute Yangtze River cable car crossing have become distinctive labels of the new Chongqing.
This is my eighth time visiting Chongqing, and I can't seem to find any reason for my love for this city.
Compared to the previously bustling neon lit city, this time we have chosen another side of Chongqing.
Poly Garden Crowne Plaza Hotel is located at No.1 Longhuai Street, Economic Development Zone, Northern New District, Chongqing. It has a superior location and convenient transportation, and is about a fifteen minute drive from Chongqing Airport.
Entering the hotel lobby, you will be attracted by the luxurious gold color in front of you, with strong colors that make you feel like you are in a dream palace. Every detail shows the meticulous design of Poly Garden Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is fashionable and exquisite.
Adjacent to Chongqing Aegean Shopping Park, Sand Boat Outlets, IKEA Asia's largest flagship store, Chongqing Auto Expo Center, Yuelai International Convention and Exhibition Center, and more.
In addition, the hotel has over a hundred parking spaces and provides shuttle services to multiple locations in the city, making it easy to experience the charm of the mountain city.
The hotel has 326 guest rooms, including 43 exquisite suites of various sizes and 3 landscape suites, offering a panoramic view of the golf course from the window.
The temperature in Chongqing at the end of September was very comfortable, without any stuffiness or heat. Standing on the balcony of the room, looking at the layered scenery across from you, it's hard to believe that this is a mountain city.
Find an afternoon to sit on a soft sofa, read a book, enjoy a cup of tea, and experience a unique Chongqing time.
The reservation is for a landscape king size bed room, isn't the extra large space very luxurious.
The room style of Chongqing Poly Garden Crowne Plaza Hotel leans towards private design, with stable color tones and just the right lighting effects, creating a strong overall atmosphere.
I really enjoy the use of beauty, which can bring a little joy to your mood.
I love this simple tea house in front of the sofa so much. For me, who always likes to snuggle on the sofa, its functionality is very powerful. It doesn't delay drinking tea or working.
The style of the washroom and bathroom is warm, simple yet not simple, especially the design of the sliding partition, which increases the overall transparency.
The lighting is just right, and the visual effect of the eyes is very good. The yellow and white blend well without affecting the lighting, making the overall atmosphere feel comfortable and warm.
Afternoon Tea Time at The Wizard of Oz
Walking casually in the hotel, I happened to come across the unique afternoon tea of The Wizard of Oz, so I decided to stay here with my friends.
The 128 yuan Wizard of Oz Double Package includes matcha honey bean cubes, lemon mousse, queen matcha mousse, cucumber tuna tower, and more. If you love desserts, don't miss it.
Tasting black tea, enjoying desserts, gazing at the mountain scenery, lazy time flows away in the sunset glow.
Isn't this afternoon tea very visually appealing? I really can't bear to eat them.
Jiading Hui Goose Feather Hot Pot Without Snow
How can you not eat old hotpot in Chongqing, and it must be old hotpot. Although the ingredients used in old hotpot are simple, it is finely stir fried without adding any spices or medicinal ingredients, resulting in a pure natural taste.
Chongqing old hotpot embodies the "original flavor", pursuing the true taste, heaviness, and mellow aroma of hotpot, with a long-lasting aftertaste.
On one side is charcoal fire, on the other side is cold air, and in the middle are rolling bright red spicy oil, goose intestines, yellow throat, tripe, and pork belly that never tire.
The overall decoration style is a combination of modernity and antiquity, with square tables that reflect the Chongqing people's love and persistence for hotpot.
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Poly Garden Hotel, so I chose the nearby Jiadinghui Goose Feather Snow Hot Pot. Just listening to the name filled me with anticipation.
In order to take care of my refusal to eat spicy food, the little partner ordered Double-flavor hot pot (will it be abandoned).
A wonderful day begins with a romantic breakfast
The next day, when I woke up naturally, I should say I woke up hungry.
The hotel's brunch is on the first floor, and the natural light in the restaurant is very bright, coupled with jumping colors, giving you a comfortable and pleasant mood in the first place.
I really like the table and chair design here, with various colors arranged symmetrically, like flowers blooming in spring.
The variety of breakfast options is very rich, and you can choose Chinese and Western cuisine according to your preferences.
Since you have come to Chongqing, how can you miss the taste of Chongqing noodles? Don't underestimate the small noodles at Poly Garden Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is one of the top 50 small noodles in Chongqing.
If you like the outdoor dining environment, you can book a restaurant in advance and enjoy it in the outdoor garden. This scene is full of happiness.
Encountered a lawn wedding
Coincidentally, I encountered a lawn wedding outdoors.
The bride was dressed in a white wedding dress, facing the direction of the sunlight, revealing the sweetest smile.
Have a gentlemanly exercise in the afternoon
Another advantage of staying at the Crowne Plaza Poly Garden Hotel is that you can experience gentlemanly sports, which is golf.
Across from the hotel is a golf course. As an amateur player, it is essential to come and try the experience course.
There are dedicated coaches and professional venues here that can meet all your needs. Do you feel tempted?
In Chongqing, where every inch of land is precious, such a large golf course is truly a luxury.
Featured Chinese cuisine with Chongqing flavor
Imperial Mansion Chinese Restaurant.
Here, you can experience the authentic taste of Chongqing Chinese cuisine.
Each dish is carefully prepared and conceptualized by the chef, perfectly blending the style and presentation of Chinese cuisine with the spiciness of Chongqing, savoring the aftertaste of the taste buds.
Have you ever eaten such Mapo tofu?
The meat of lobster, combined with the spiciness of tofu, creates two independent flavors that alternate and impact your taste buds.
At midnight, a date between red wine and neon lights
It is always said that music and alcohol are inseparable, but in fact, it is more like a catalyst. With the accompaniment of music, you can express yourself freely, like flowers.
Alcohol, on the other hand, is a taste pleasure that goes straight to the brain as the alcohol content increases.
At midnight, you can gather with friends in a bar, listening to soothing music and the rich aroma of fine wine, reflected in the neon lights. Time is so colorful.
