It's a trip without any ideas and just going

A friend sent a message saying that he was going to Chongqing this weekend. Would he go?

So I immediately booked the ticket and had this trip to Chongqing

I visited Chongqing for a few days 10 years ago, but my memory is not very clear. This time, the three days and two nights were more casual. There were no strategies or itineraries. I could go wherever I wanted, but there were special gains, unexpected surprises, and disappointments.

Preparations before departure:

In fact, I didn't have much preparation, but I just knew that Chongqing was much colder than Xiamen, so I brought thick down jackets, gloves, and hats.

The weather was checked in advance. It was rainy for 2 days and cloudy for 1 day. It is said that even fog depends on sunny days, but it really depends on luck.

I simply and hurriedly packed my luggage, bringing my ID card, mobile phone, and suitcase (remember to bring an extra pair of shoes on rainy days to avoid getting wet and being unable to continue the journey.

About the itinerary:

DAY1: Xiamen-Chongqing-Metro Tour

DAY2: Huangjueping Graffiti Art Street-Yangtze River Cableway Online Celebrity Check-in Point

DAY3: Mountain City Trail-Huangjueya Old Street-Xiamen

The morning flight we chose to go to Chongqing actually arrived in Chongqing before 10 o'clock, but we were so slow that it was already past 10 o'clock when we got on the subway, and it was nearly 12 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. Without any itinerary, we didn't worry about the time coming, so we packed our luggage slowly. Except for the fact that local friends invited us to dinner on the first day we arrived, we actually slept until we woke up naturally and then decided where to go. Basically, we wouldn't go to too many places during the day, nor did we go to the commercial district.

About attractions

Subway check-in

Chongqing has more than 10 subway lines, and there are many subway check-in points for Chongqing Internet celebrities. This time, we went to the Internet celebrity check-in point on the first day of arriving in Chongqing. It feels like we are working hard. We have been filming in the rain for hours. I feel so stiff from the cold, and I don't know where the motivation comes from.

"Niujiaotuo" on Metro Line 3 became our first stop to check in. Chongqing in the rain had a unique flavor. Friends said that we were lucky. This was the "Bashan Night Rain". I didn't know if I was happy or sad for an instant.

From Exit 2 of Niujiaotuo is the Jialing River Bridge. Here, you can see 8D magic traffic. Cars and subways are intertwined, and every floor is a busy scene. It's best to take telephoto shots here. Unfortunately, the lens this time doesn't have such a telephoto section, and the photos taken on rainy days are not very satisfactory. Let's see the artistic conception.

One stop away from Niujiaotuo is the most popular Internet celebrity Liziba. This time we came out directly from Exit A and walked diagonally opposite to the observation deck. There were people who broadcast live here and took photos. It was very popular. It is said that after exiting Exit B, you can also take a good view by walking right to a high-end building. Unfortunately, I didn't read the guide and hurried along, waiting for the subway in the rain, and took pictures for nearly an hour.

hongya cave

One of the most popular attractions in Chongqing! The real version of Thousand and Thousand Spirited, especially the lights at night, is even more beautiful. Even on rainy days, the popularity is still very popular, so of course I am here to take pictures of the beautiful scenery. We didn't go looking for food, we just looked for a plane to see where to take a beautiful picture. We saw many angles online, but unfortunately we couldn't take them. It seems that we can only find the hidden plane if we are in Chongqing.

In order to find an angle, I walked from one end of the bridge to the other. The two of them were shivering from the cold, but they still couldn't find it. When I saw a group of people walking by, I wanted to follow, but the lights on the bridge actually turned off, and I felt lonely.

Qianzamen Bridge is connected to Hongya Cave, and the two scenes look particularly beautiful when photographed in one. (Bridge light switching time 19:30--21: 30)

Huangjueping Graffiti Art Street

It is said to be the largest group of graffiti art works in China. It starts from Huangjueping Railway Hospital and ends at the 501 Art Library. It has a total length of 1.25 kilometers and a total area of about 50,000 square meters.

Of course, we didn't finish all this and felt like we had only seen the surface, but these graffiti works on the street are very attractive, and every place is a good spot to check in. It feels like you have entered a colorful world. Whether it is a tall building, a staircase, or a corner, there are unique graffiti.

Taking pictures here, I feel that white is more suitable, it will be very prominent, and the views from different angles will be amazing.

Yangtze River cableway Internet celebrity check-in point

If I didn't take the Yangtze River cableway to Chongqing this time, some people would say that it was not a loss? In fact, it is not. Taking photos under the cableway has a different flavor, especially the check-in points for Internet celebrities. Even in the cold winter days, they are still very popular.

It can be said that it is not easy to take pictures between the two buildings. You need to wait patiently and pass in a flash. You have to admire the people who find these attractions.

Address:

Mountain City trail

When I arrived in Chongqing, I wanted to experience the undulating mountain roads of the mountain city. I found the mountain city trails, so I went for a walk. There are two lines on the mountain city trail, and we only walked the one near the river. Although the commercial atmosphere is quite strong, there are not many tourists, and the prices here are very affordable.

This place has not been completely renovated yet. Passing by the ruins, I found that it can still be photographed in a messy beauty. It's also good to walk here. The only pity is that the two lines don't know how to connect, and the signs are not too clear. What's interesting is that there are best photo spots on the road so you can pay attention to the road surface.

Huangjueya Old Street

It looks very retro from the entrance. When you walk inside, many of them are being repaired. There are not too many people. Many shops on the street are not open. Some are open, but they are not very popular. After a circle, they may close again.

My favorite thing is to sit on the mountain to make a cup of tea and breathe the fresh air. Moreover, the price here is not high. Tangyuan is 9 yuan for each serving and tea is 10 yuan. They all taste good.

There is plenty of time, so it would be nice to pick a sunny time to make a cup of tea in the mountains.

Huangjueya Old Street is the last stop of this trip to Chongqing. When we were about to return, we found the sun out. Although it came a little late, it still allowed us to see the blue sky of Chongqing.

About food:

Bichi old hot pot

The must-eat old hot pot in Chongqing has a non-Internet celebrity restaurant and is super pyrotechnic. The bottom of the pot is super special and the ingredients are very fresh.

Address: No. 14, No. 5, Second Labor Village

Per capita: 60 (2 of us ordered more, and per capita was 100)

Poinsettia healthy soup pot

It's really the best choice not to eat spicy food. Health-preserving belly chicken is said to have a history in Chongqing for decades. It is more authentic, and the store also has authentic Sichuan cuisine.

Recommended dishes: Medicinal belly chicken, homemade sausage, fried chicken county, spicy chicken, fried osmanthus cake

Address: Many branches, you can choose nearby

Per capita: 80

tofu pudding noodle

The Wuji Douhua Noodle I found nearby where I lived was unexpectedly delicious. The boss saw us eating it for the first time and taught us how to eat it on the spot. It was very interesting.

Address: Near Zhongbai Warehouse, Wanshou Road

Per capita: 15 (calculated in two)

traffic teahouse

Remember to check in at the Traffic Tea House when you go to Huangjueping Graffiti Art Street. It is said that this is the only tea house in Chongqing that maintains the style of the 1970s and 1970s.

In addition to local people playing chess and cards, half of them came to check in. The facade is not big, so you will miss it if you are not careful. Walking into the teahouse is like entering the 7.80s. The old-fashioned wooden frame structure has uneven beams, and the gray and black bricks and mottled walls reveal a unique sense of age.

Address: Huangjueping Main Street

Per capita: 10+
