The last two attractions of the first leg of the journey are Nanjian Soil Forest and the other is Wuliang Mountain Cherry Blossom Valley. On the morning of December 8, visit Wuliang Tower and Nanjian Soil Forest, visit Wuliang Mountain Cherry Blossom Valley in the afternoon, and stay at Luoyuanju Inn in the evening. Depart at 6:50 a.m. on the 9th, go to the No. 1 Observation Deck of Cherry Blossom Valley in Wuliang Mountain to shoot the sunrise, return to the inn for breakfast before 9 o'clock, and end the 12-day and 11-night trip after arriving in Dali.
Nanjian Soil Forest is located at the edge of Nanjian River Valley Dam in Nanjian County. It consists of four or five scenic spots, including the foot of the mountain, Zongfu Village, and camp. At around 10 o'clock in the morning, when the car stopped at Zongfu Village, the first thing that came into view was the Wuliang Tower standing behind the mountain of Zongfu Village. The high E makes the people look up to it, and the wall stands into a spectacle of scenery. We followed the hiking trail and climbed all the way to the Wuliang Tower.
This is an eleven-level stone tower with dense eaves on all sides, built in accordance with the Wuliang Fushou Ancient Tower. According to legend, Nanjian in the Yuan Dynasty was located in Nanzhou, Li Zhen, Dingbian County. The ancient Dingbian County lasted about 700 years in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. There was a scenic spot in the county, Wuliang Fushou Pagoda. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and destroyed in the late Qing Dynasty. The Wuliang Tower was designed and built on the basis of exploring the historical accumulation of Nanjian and in accordance with the charm of the tower style during the Nanzhao and Dali Dynasties. Although it is a new tower, it is also solemn. No matter from which angle it is viewed, it has a majestic style that holds the south sky.
There is a wooden plank road between Wuliang Tower and Nanjian soil forest, which is like a flying dragon, running through the soil forest scenic area. Along the rugged plank road, one time you walk into the dark and narrow valley bottom, one time you climb the towering and steep soil peaks, and one time you enter the unfathomable cave, passing through it, changing the scenery. The towering earthen forests look like trees, towers, bamboo shoots, and curtains. From a distance, they are scattered high and low, and are connected horizontally. Some form independent scenes, and some appear in groups. There are mountains and rivers, birds and beasts flying. The unique shape makes people imagine.
Soil forest is an erosion landform caused by soil erosion. It is a natural wonder carved out of the land through vicissitudes of life. Although the Nanjian soil forest is not as large as the Zada soil forest, it has a unique charm in color. Under the warm winter sun, the layers of soil forests show different colors of yellow, orange, red and brown in the light and shadow., and magically changes with time, angle and intensity of light, just like a natural oil painting. Climbing high and looking far away, you will see the towering peaks and myriad shapes, and the continuous soil forest landscape is spectacular and shocking.
If the Nanjian soil forest is a natural wonder, the Wuliang Mountain Cherry Blossom Valley is a scenery made in heaven. Cherry Blossom Valley, formerly known as Sheyaoqing, is located in De 'an Village, Wuliang Town, Nanjian County. It is a tea mountain. Recent research has shown that planting shaded trees among tea trees can significantly increase the content of nitrogen-containing compounds caffeine and free amino acids in tea, thereby improving the taste of tea. Bauhinia chinensis, Yunnan camphor, and winter cherry blossoms with nitrogen-fixing rhizobium are the best choices for shaded trees. Without any intention of planting willows, tea farmers planted thousands of winter cherry trees in tea gardens more than ten years ago bloomed in the twelfth lunar month, creating a grand scene in the Cherry Blossom Valley.
In winter, Wuliang Mountain is warm and comfortable, full of spring. Every December, Cherry Blossom Valley welcomes its best viewing period. When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, pink cherry trees bloom among the thousands of acres of tea mountains. The cherry blossoms that are like sunset and the green tea gardens complement each other. The blue sky, white clouds, mountains, and tea fields set off each other and are colorful., constituting a fairyland on earth in the Cherry Blossom Valley of Wuliang Mountain.
The sun is shining brightly. At around 3 p.m., we entered the scenic spot from Observation Deck No. 2, first searched in the direction of Shanhua Village, and then turned back towards Fairy Pond and Observation Deck No. 1. Tea trees dozens of centimeters high are neatly trimmed in rows and rows. As the mountain changes, the layers are lush and lush, forming an endless green ocean. When you are in the sea of tea, the breeze blows your face, and the cherry blossoms are dotted among the rows of green tea trees, just like the dancing notes on the staff, which is pleasing to the eye.
The cultivation of tea trees in Wuliang Mountain began during the Three Kingdoms Period. Tea seeds and cultivation techniques were taught by Zhuge Liang during his southern expedition. Until the Nanzhao period of the Tang Dynasty, Wuliang Tea Mountain was cultivated and utilized by the Yi people. The local Yi people have passed down from generation to generation and preserved many precious ancient tea trees. resources. It should be very pleasant to come to the Cherry Blossom Valley of Wuliang Mountain to see a piece of cherry blossoms and sip a cup of tea. Unfortunately, there are many tea sellers on the roadside, and tasting tea has become an unreachable luxury.
On the roadside in the tea garden, there are some tea farmers selling tea mountain specialties. His wife bought some sections of spatholobi, which are fresh and delicious. Not only are they heavy, but they also don't know how to use them. On the way to the No. 1 Observation Deck at Fairy Pond, I met a local tea farmer who led my 4-year-old grandson with us. In addition to consulting about the usage of spatholobi, we talked about tea gardens, cherry blossoms, customs, and life all the way. We were as close as old friends. Her family's income mainly depends on tea gardens. When parting, she pointed to a terrace at the bottom right of the observation deck and said that her house would be built there. When she comes back next year, she would come to her house for dinner and tea.
Arriving at Observation Deck 1, it was still early before sunset, and everyone did not want to wait and checked into the hotel early. Luoyuanju Inn is a residential house built on the mountain. It is covered with bacon and sausages under the eaves, which is very attractive. I ordered one portion of bacon, two stir-fried dishes, and a bottle of twenty-five white wine for the two of them. It was another beautiful meal. The boiled ham was salty and light, with both color and taste. In addition to being interested, I bought two more sausages and took them on the road after cooking them.
Drinking helps sleep. When I woke up, it was already past 4 o'clock in the morning. I drank a glass of water, walked out of the inn, jogged along the West View Line for 10 kilometers, took a shower and drank tea, and went to the No. 1 Observation Deck of Cherry Blossom Valley at around 5 o'clock to watch the sunrise. It was still early, and the observation deck was crowded with tourists up and down with long guns and short guns. Due to the lack of excitement, one person walked to the landscape pavilion near the tea farm and met a fellow of the same age who was coming to Cherry Blossom Valley for the third time. He chatted and waited.
The clouds in the distant mountains are too thick. The sunrise comes after 7 o'clock, but the sun is not yet seen at 8 o'clock. The gentleman took out his mobile phone and asked me to see the photos he took last year. In an earlier hail, cherry blossoms broke a lot of flower buds, but now the sun is lazy and unwilling to come out. At the sunrise in Cherry Blossom Valley on this trip, I have to go home resentfully while admiring the blockbusters of tourists.
