In the 7th century AD, Liu Zhao (six tribes) appeared around the Erhai Lake. Mengshe Zhao, one of the six decrees, established the Nanzhao regime with the support of the Tang Dynasty. Later, due to the intensification of conflicts, the Nanzhao regime was destroyed.

At this time, the Dali State was established. After 300 years of rule in Yunnan, it was destroyed again. Dali was then included in the governance of the Yuan, Ming, Qing and other dynasties. So far, there was no change of political power in Dali.

Xiaoputuo is not large in area, but it is advantageous in its beautiful natural scenery. There is a Guanyin Temple on the island, which mainly carries the spiritual sustenance of the Dali people and embodies Buddhist culture.

Nanzhao Style Island exists as a "garden" on the Erhai Lake, so the scenery on the island is excellent and the buildings are quite in the style of the Nanzhao period.

The upper station of the Ximatan cableway is 3920 meters above sea level, the lower station is 2242 meters above sea level, and the altitude difference is 1678 meters. The huge height difference allows a three-dimensional climate to be formed along the Ximatan cableway, and the natural scenery to be three-dimensional distribution.

The entire cableway changes in different landscapes in the same season. Each mountain has four seasons. Autumn is at the foot of the mountain and summer is at the top of the mountain.

Arriving at the top of the mountain, if it is autumn, you will find that the branches polished by the summer have inadvertently lost weight. The wind has wrinkled the green. During the season, Ximatan is painted with a little wax yellow. Looking at this scene, you will only say,"The wind blows a leaf, and everything has shocked autumn."

The mountains are as sharp as blades and rolling, and the pine trees are no longer as green as they were in summer, but this kind of Xima Tan seems to have more flavor.

When you come to the Qilongnvchi Station, the middle station of the Ximatan cableway in Cangshan, you can go and see the famous "Qilongnvchi" in Cangshan.

Qilongnu Pond is seven clear springs in the mountains, mainly famous for its "clear, strange and beautiful". It is also one of the must-see attractions on the Cangshan Ximatan Cableway.

Chongsheng Temple Three Pagoda Cultural Tourism Area is a concentrated display area for Dali Buddhist culture and traditional crafts. It has a deep cultural atmosphere.

The three pagodas: Chihiro Pagoda, two small pagodas, Chongsheng Temple, Nanzhao Construction Great Bell, Juying Pond, and the Three Pagoda Unearthed Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall are all the cores of the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple.

Visit the three towers of Chongsheng Temple, see the architectural highlights of the Nanzhao and Dali Dynasties from the three towers, and feel the thickness of history; see the past and present lives of cultural relics from the cultural relics exhibition hall unearthed from the three towers, and feel the surging cultural context of Dali; see the origin of Buddhist culture and Dali from Chongsheng Temple, and feel the charm of Buddhist culture.

The three towers refer to three towers, the large tower-Chihiro Tower, and two small towers. The three towers present a three-legged confrontation.

The big pagoda is located in the middle, and there is an inscription with the words "Yongzhen Mountains and Rivers" under the tower, which means "Eternal Protection of Rivers". The small pagoda is surrounded by north and south, gathering the aura of heaven and earth and extracting the essence of the sun and the moon. The three pagodas have accompanied each other for thousands of years.

Chihiro Pagoda is a typical dense eaves hollow square brick pagoda in Dali area, with typical characteristics of stupas during the Tang Dynasty (Nanzhao State) period. The pagoda is carved with lotus flowers, Buddhist shrines, embossed, and connecting windows. At the top, there are gold-plated copper pagoda temples, treasure roofs, etc., which are very exquisite.

The Three Towers Unearthed Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall displays a large number of precious cultural relics from the Nanzhao and Dali Dynasties unearthed from the three towers during the maintenance of the three towers, with a total of more than 680 pieces.

The cultural relics displayed here are by far the richest and most important batch of cultural relics from the Nanzhao and Dali Dynasties, shocking the Chinese and foreign cultural relics circles.

There are many types of cultural relics on display, including scriptures, relics, gold models of the three pagodas, bronze mirrors, jade, Buddha statues, etc. These cultural relics bring everyone's attention back to that era when the economy was prosperous and the culture was dazzling.
