The four seasons of Dali hide amazing scenery!

By December, Dong had taken over the baton handed over by autumn and changed the mountains and rivers with "winter color".

Are you ready for a winter trip to Dali?

For six days and five nights, we will experience the chilly wind and shining sun in Dali in winter, and experience the complex colors, rich culture and rich ethnic customs that belong to Dali's winter.

In Dali in winter, the temperature difference between morning and night is particularly large. The cold wind is fierce in the morning and the sun is shining high at noon. Therefore, when visiting Dali in winter, please consider the reasonable weather and carry your belongings.

Day1. Visit the Three Towers of Chongsheng Temple in the morning and visit the ancient city in the evening

This 6-day and 5-night winter tour in Dali begins with the Three Towers of Chongsheng Temple.

The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, very close to the ancient city of Dali and convenient transportation.

The Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are one of the most famous cultural holy places in Dali. Learn about the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and walk into the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, you will find:

The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple have experienced wars, earthquakes, and witnessed the changes of Dali from its completion to today. They still stand on their original site without change.

The houses and buildings around the three towers have been replaced one after another, but only the three towers of Chongsheng Temple still maintain their original construction pattern.

In the morning, the sun rises from the opposite side of Cangshan Mountain and crosses the Erhai Lake to shine on the top of Cangshan Mountain. It gradually lights up the three towers of Chongsheng Temple until all the three towers of Chongsheng Temple are bathed in the sun.

The entire three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple seem to be growing towards the sun, with unwavering flowers, green green trees, and gurgling streams, giving people a kind of vitality and vitality!

The Three Towers, Juying Pond, Jianzhong Bell, Yutong Guanyin, and Chongsheng Temple are all attractions among the three towers of Chongsheng Temple. By entering from the main entrance and visiting these attractions along the central axis, you can feel the Three Towers of Chongsheng Temple. The grandeur of the building.

The three towers of Chongsheng Temple are a "royal temple". Its layout and architecture are influenced by the culture of the Central Plains. They are particularly elegant and luxurious. Therefore, when you walk into the three towers of Chongsheng Temple, you can feel the sense of oppression and majesty that come to your face.

The lines of all buildings in the three towers of Chongsheng Temple are soft and rigid, and the layout is solemn and interesting. It is one of the few cultural attractions in Yunnan.

Visiting the Three Towers of Chongsheng Temple mainly depends on its layout and architecture, and understanding its history, culture and legends.

The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple have extremely high cultural and artistic value, integrating handicraft art, painting art and architectural art in Dali.

If you want to have an in-depth understanding of the entire three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and visit every temple, it will take at least 6 hours. After a deeper understanding, you will find that this city that already fascinates you has many more interesting stories added.

Because the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are close to the ancient city, and there are many B & Bs with Dali Bai characteristics near the ancient city of Dali, you can live near the ancient city after visiting the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and visit the ancient city at night.

The ancient city of Dali, like many ancient cities, has towering city walls and alleys with crisscross paths, but no tall buildings, so the buildings here retain the temperature of life.

In the ancient city at night, the lights are on, and people are surging and bustling.

Indie musicians played and sang on the street, attracting many people to watch. The unique shops were also very lively. The stalls in the alleys were placed with small objects with a national style. The entire ancient city looked completely different from the daytime. scene.

Late at night, people were scattered, and the day's sightseeing ended...

Day 2. Boat tour of Erhai Lake and Eryuan West Lake

The next day, the "Dali Water Tour Tour" started!

Cangshan Mountain is green and Erhai Lake is blue. Both of them are Dali's most prominent natural landmarks, so Erhai Lake is also a must-visit attraction in Dali.

The cruise ship departed from Dali Port at ten o'clock in the morning. The quiet port gradually became busy from this time. The ship headed deep into the Erhai Lake. The cruise ship's sailing route was roughly parallel to Cangshan Mountain.

Tour the small islands in the Erhai Lake all the way and see the scenery of fishing villages on both sides of the Erhai Lake.

The cruise ship sails in the Erhai Lake for more than two hours. During the more than two hours of sightseeing, you can not only enjoy the mountains and rivers of Dali, but also watch the performances of the Bai people in Dali.

During the whole process, the cruise ship stops at Nanzhao Style Island once, and tourists on the cruise ship can board the island for sightseeing by themselves.

Nanzhao Style Island is close to Shuanglang, Dali's most famous fishing village. It is located in the core area of Dali's Cang 'er scenery. It is also known as the "Royal Summer Resort".

The island is verdant with lush trees, rocky rockery, and beautiful buildings. It is also the best place to view the "Erhai Moon", one of the four scenic spots in Dali.

Nanzhao Fengqing Island faces the bustling Shuanglang Town across the water. Through cruise ships, there are Bai houses on the bank one after another, and a road winds past the water's edge.

The cruise ship stayed for an hour and headed towards the destination-Taoyuan Wharf. Then it got off the boat and drove to the Erhai Lake and West Lake.

Eryuan West Lake is located in Eryuan County, the source of the Erhai Lake. It is a plateau wetland lake surrounded by a large number of Bai folk houses.

You can't imagine its beauty before you reach Eryuan West Lake, but when you get close to the lake, you will find another characteristic of it-vastness.

Among the mountains, this is a forgotten place, and tranquility is the biggest feature here.

Taking a boat to the heart of the lake, I met one meadow after another and one house on the water, met local villagers playing in the water on the bow of the boat, and met tourists singing on the boat.

Then I met the migratory birds who lived there. The time to visit here seemed to have stopped, and the noisy sounds around me disappeared at this moment, leaving only the wind, water and bird chirping.

After the tour, be sure to try the delicious food of West Lake!

The food here, whether it is made or ingredients, has Bai characteristics. It is a food that must not be missed!

Day3. Slow tour of Huadian Spring and check in the ancient town of Xizhou

Butterfly Spring is recognized as a "sacred land of love" by Dali people, because it is the birthplace of the Dali Bai version of the love story of "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai".

Butterfly Spring, like the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, is located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. The difference is that Butterfly Spring is located at the foot of Yunnong Peak, the last peak in the north of the 19th Peak of Cangshan Mountain.

The biggest feature of Butterfly Spring is its pleasant climate and abundant water source. It is surrounded by mountains and water, which is very distinctive!

When you walk into Butterfly Spring, time will slow down, because the mountains and rivers here have the effect of healing the soul.

Wandering through the Butterfly Spring, Butterfly Hall, Lover Lake, and Butterfly Spring World, you will discover many secrets about "butterflies" hidden here.

Take a look at the beautiful butterfly specimens, or take a look at the flying live butterflies, sit quietly by the lake of Lovers, and listen to the cheerful singing of A Peng and Jin Hua.

As long as you don't miss these places and projects, you won't miss the most exciting content of Butterfly Spring!

After visiting Butterfly Spring, then visit Xizhou Ancient Town, which is not far from Butterfly Spring.

"Xizhou" is the name of the ancient town. This is the place where the Bai people live, so the Bai people's culture and customs are very strong.

There are many characteristic buildings and historical building relics in the town. After continuous repair and protection, they are still distributed in the corners of the town, so you can go and check in.

The alleys in the ancient town extend in all directions. Some alleys are not wide and only big enough for people to walk through. There are many flying tie-dye cloth and small town people living leisurely in the alleys.

The houses in the town are next to each other, and the periphery of the town is a large area of farmland that can be cultivated. The farmland in winter has been cultivated and has entered the rotation rest period, waiting for the spring planting time next year.

In Xizhou Ancient Town, pastoral scenery and farm farming life are performed here every day, and the unique life of semi-farming and semi-commercial is also unfolding here.

There are many Bai houses with great flavor and characteristics in the town. Now most of these Bai houses are B & Bs.

These B & Bs not only retain Bai characteristics but also add modern facilities. They are both innovative and inherited. They are very beautiful. Choosing any one will bring you endless surprises.

Day 4. Hiking Cangshan Jade Belt Yunyou Road

Yudai Yunyou Road is the most comfortable hiking route on Cangshan Mountain. It starts from the Qingbi River of Gantong Cableway in the south and winds 11.5 kilometers on the mountainside of Cangshan Mountain to end at Zhonghe Temple in the northernmost part.

There are cableways connected at the starting point, middle point and end point of Yunyou Road, so there is no need to hike up the mountain.

This Yudai Yunyou Road hike starts from Zhonghe Cableway to Gantong Cableway. The entire journey is 11.5 kilometers and takes 6 hours.

Along the way, I encountered many scenic spots such as Zhonghe Temple, Dali Yuanye, Fengyan Cave, Qilongnu Pond, Qingbixi, Gantong Temple, and Jizhao Temple.

See the distinctive Zhonghe Temple, the vast and flat Dali wilderness; the mysterious and deep Phoenix Eye Cave; the unique style of Qilongnu Pond; the blue Qingbixi; and the very popular Gantong Temple and Jizhao Nun.

The whole journey is 11.5 kilometers, which is full of fun, comfortable and beautiful!

Day5. Take the Ximatan cableway and climb the mountain and see far away

The Ximatan Grand Cableway can reach Ximatan, a lake on the top of Cangshan Mountain. The cableway is located next to Tianlong Babu Film and Television City on Sanyue Street. The cableway is 5555 meters long and has an altitude difference of more than 1600 meters. The scenery is extraordinary.

Ximatan is the core attraction in the entire Ximatan Scenic Area. Ximatan is divided into a dry season and a Fengshui period. During the dry season, the amount of water in the pool decreases or there is no water, and the Ximatan during the Fengshui period is the most beautiful one.

Ximatan is in the dry season in December, and the water volume is decreasing. The surrounding trees and mountains are covered with a layer of yellow. The grassland is withered and the wild flowers are withered, leaving only tall firs and rhododendrons whose leaves have long been retracted.

Without a large amount of water vapor, the sky above Xima Tan is bright blue. It is very close to Xima Tan and can be touched by raising your hand.

The surrounding mountains and the Erhai Lake in the distance have clearer outlines, the sun is warm, the cold wind is howling, and the temperature is low.

At this time, Ximatan is ready to welcome Cangshan Snow!

Follow the plank road to stroll around Ximatan and take the cableway down the mountain.

Look around from the cableway. The steep peaks make you feel scared, but you can't help but feel excited. The ravines are crisscrossed, the valleys are deep and the forests are dense, and the peaks blocked by dense fog in the rainy season clearly appear in your vision.

Arriving at the foot of the mountain, get out of the cableway, and take a tourist bus directly into Tianlong Babu Film and Television City.

All buildings in Tianlong Babu Film and Television City are different from the surrounding buildings. They are all antique buildings with two city gates leading directly to the outside.

The core area of the film and television city is the Royal Palace of Dali Kingdom, which is surrounded by buildings that guard the Royal Palace, demonstrating its unique status.

The buildings in Tianlong Babu Film and Television City are a major attraction, because most of these buildings have appeared in film and television works.

In addition to the architecture as a highlight, the major performances in the film and television city are also very distinctive, including dragon and lion dances, Prince Duan's recruitment of son-in-law, Zhao Tianba's robbery of civilians, etc.

Any performance contains Dali folk culture and Dali street performance culture, which is very interesting!

Day6. Go deep into Jizu Mountain and visit the ancient temples in the mountain

Jizu Mountain is located in Jizu Mountain Town, Binchuan County, Dali. You need to drive there by yourself. The whole mountain peak has a very unique shape and is named after the appearance of chicken feet.

Jizu Mountain has a quiet environment, pleasant climate, beautiful scenery, and ancient temples and ancient temple ruins are scattered in the mountains.

The ancient temples were first built for more than 500 years and have a long history. Many ancient temples have experienced damage, reconstruction and repair, and still attract a large number of people to visit.

From a few scattered temples that developed to their heyday, Jizu Mountain has experienced hundreds of years. Although today we can only rely on imagination to imagine what Jizu Mountain looked like in its heyday, it does not affect our love for Jizu Mountain at all.

Zhusheng Temple, Biyun Temple, Xuyun Temple, Jiulian Temple, Pagoda Temple, Guangguang Temple, Kasyapa Temple, Guanyin Temple, Huashou Gate, Jinding Temple, etc. There are countless ancient temples on Jizu Mountain.

Each ancient temple has its own rich history, culture and interesting legends. Every time you visit an ancient temple, you will discover a little secret about Jizu Mountain.

From the gate to the top of the mountain, shuttle through every building, savor it carefully, browse carefully, dialogue with the environment and the architecture, and feel the language left by invisible time on the tangible buildings.

Then, go down the mountain and leave Jizu Mountain.

Jizu Mountain is the last stop on a winter tour of Dali. The end of this attraction tour also indicates the end of the 6-day and 5-night tour of Dali.

Visiting Dali in winter, in 6 days and 5 nights, I experienced the grandeur of the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, the beauty of Erhai Lake, the tranquility of Butterfly Spring, the comfort of Cangshan Jade Belt Road, the steepness of Ximatan, and the profound culture of Jizu Mountain.

Dali's Canger scenery, history and culture, ethnic minority customs, and specialty delicacies are all included in this trip!
