1. Write it in front
Friends always ask,"You have been a tourist for so long. If you leave at all times, where would you like to go most?"
It used to be general and official perfunctory: "The most beautiful scenery is always on the road." Now that I am married and have children, I have lost the courage to move forward alone. I remember coming back after a long time on a business trip and sitting around with my family and old friends at night eating a barbecue. My wife was holding the child who had just fallen asleep. There was a plane flying in the night sky. The child suddenly jumped up and pointed to the sky and said,"Buzz (airplane), Dad, Dad." That night, I was silent for a long time: How he missed his father and how he fell asleep peacefully when he often traveled on business.
In fact, I didn't want to be lyrical at the beginning of the travel journey. The more places I went, I found that I had concerns and had no home in the world. Therefore, every opportunity to work, I would try my best to bring my wife and belt. After all, companionship can last the long years.
Taking advantage of this invitation to Yunnan, our family set off again and headed west to Dali.
As a baby dad, I won't go into too much detail. My previous travel notes have listed them one by one.
For the Dali trip in late summer and early autumn, give me some thoughtful and practical reference suggestions:
① Dress: Before going to each destination, our family's habit is to leave it to our mother to arrange the matching of clothes, such as parent-child clothes, couple clothes, and the same color. Of course, single cute little ones can learn to conflict color matching and imitate dressing (it is a strategy to search for destinations and prepare what beautiful little brothers and sisters wear). It is worth reminding that the temperature difference in Dali is large in September. While maintaining your demeanor, remember to bring your coat and trousers;
② Carry on: Dali's weather has been cloudy and unpredictable recently. It is recommended to carry an umbrella with you. Of course, if it is a transparent raincoat or umbrella, it can also be used as a concave prop. In addition, Dali's ultraviolet rays are still quite strong. Remember to protect yourself from sun when you go out. Finally, it is a charging treasure that makes you worry-free travel and full of electricity. (This trip to Yunnan, I prepared a travel gift package very carefully, which was very practical)
edit③ Medicines: This is a cliché and must-have item. It is recommended to prepare when going out, especially when traveling with parents and children. Cold medicine, diarrhea medicine, fever medicine, band-aids, mosquito repellent, etc. Because of the fatigue of the boat, occasional cold, acclimatization, etc., it is difficult to predict, you can buy a portable small medicine box with a treasure. Of course, I hope you won't have the opportunity to use it.
edit④ Travel to Yunnan app: This official assistant of Yunnan tourism has really contributed a lot this time. He has entered the destination, check-in strategies and play guides, and now he can still rent a car and send fuel cards. He has a powerful self-driving partner who has been traveling for a week. Fuel charge.
3. Itinerary arrangementsDay 1: Landing in Dali → Check in Tinghuatang Dali Ancient City Store → Chaimiduo Restaurant → Xizhou Ancient Town → Hanlin Restaurant
Day 2: Check in Tinghuatang Erhai Peanghuahai Store → Shuihua Manor → Cuitian Restaurant → Hotel dinner
Day 3: Return journey
Because this is the second time our family has visited Dali, and we have already experienced the scenery of the ancient city and Erhai Lake. The theme of this time is regarded as a long-lost parent-child company. Therefore, for the route design, we chose the popular Garden Beauty Accommodation brand-Tinghuatang, and the attractions also tend to be labeled as natural and relaxed.
editLet's talk about B & Bs first, it's still a cliché. The word-of-mouth evaluation of a B & B/hotel on every trip is a guarantee for our family's sense of security when traveling. We have stayed in Tinghuatang in the Ancient City of Lijiang earlier, whether it is garden landscaping or interior decoration. Or service attitude, what makes me satisfied is that I enjoy a low budget and a cost-effective stay experience, so I chose Tinghuatang's Dali Ancient City Store and Erhai Petalohai Store this time.
Tinghuatang Ancient City Store-Encounter a beautiful stay in a Morocco garden in the ancient city of Dali
Follow the navigation all the way, it is like discovering an oasis in the desert. It is a small garden to look forward to.
editThe butlers rushed to come out to help carry the luggage. After simple and efficient check-in, they walked towards the room.
edit edit editThe interior decoration of the hotel is eye-catching, with the Morocco style landscaping, Gaudi's curved design, the white cave style full of immersion, the secret garden with a Trojan horse, and the corridor is full of hospitable hydrangea flowers. This is the fragrance of late summer and early autumn.
The butlers at the B & B are all very enthusiastic. They take care of your travel like a know-how. Where is fun and what is delicious? Be careful. When it rains, they rush out of the house and hand over an umbrella. When they return to the front of the room, they serve a bowl of green bean soup to relieve the heat. The two older sisters at breakfast were even more enthusiastic. When they saw bringing the children, they hurriedly handed over steaming corn cobs. They turned around and said,"There is still enough food in the kitchen."
editThe B & B is a short walk from the ancient city. Of course, the considerate housekeeper has a special car to provide pick-up and drop-off service.
Tinghuatang Erhai Petalanhai Store-Take you to live in Quan Zhilong's back garden
As the name suggests, the Sea of Petals is really like being in a sea of flowers.
editIt is said that nearly 20,000 small daisies are planted in the entire store, so the back garden is also called "Quan Zhilong" by netizens. Before rushing to the B & B, the housekeeper informed that the road was being built at the door, hoping that it would not affect the mood for traveling. Then, he drove from Gucheng Store on the way to Petalanhai Store, the view gradually widened, and the city transited into the mountains, which was also a kind of enjoyment.
edit edit editArriving at the B & B, the housekeeper still warmly welcomed guests, climbing the stairs, and seeing a sea of flowers everywhere. The label of Tinghuatang was also deeply fixed. Although there were some construction sites outside the door, the unobstructed sea view and beautiful garden terrace on the second floor is enough to make up for it all! Efficient check-in, and even had the ancient handmade welcome drink, Sour Plum Soup, which tasted great!
edit edit editThe entire room has a reasonable layout, the bedding is very comfortable, and the simple design also has room for a tatami area.
edit edit editIt is worth mentioning that the breakfast is too sumptuous. In addition to the nutritious set menu, there is also an unlimited supply of fresh milk. The B & B can also serve Chinese dinner. In addition to the warm gift of homemade flower cakes, the dishes are also invincible. Mushroom chicken hot pot, sour and spicy fish, Xizhou cake, and stir-fried pork with pickled vegetables, not to mention the authenticity, the price is affordable, and guests can also enjoy an additional 20% discount.
edit The editor's satisfaction during this trip lies largely in the ease of Tinghuatang's "Haidilao"-style service, which is much easier and I recommend it to everyone.Say goodbye to the stereotyped Cangshan and Erhai, this time we chose several scenic spots suitable for parents and children.
1. Xizhou Ancient Town
The last time I traveled to Dali, my friends all said: "We must visit Xizhou Ancient Town if we have the opportunity," so our first stop on this trip was it. Compared with the ancient city of Dali, I prefer the authenticity and nature of Xizhou. This destination called Xilinyuan is so popular that you can just drop it or navigate it.
editThe family of three walked into a rice field randomly at the foot of Cangshan Mountain after the rain, and easily froze the joy of contact with nature. In fact, Xizhou is not big enough for a half-day tour. Take a farmer's tricycle for 30 yuan and take you around 8 destinations to unlock Xizhou's diverse attractions: Yan's Residential Building, Xiembroidering Workshop, Tiangong Workshop, Xizhou Tie Dyeing, Internet Red Round House, Sifang Street, Yan's Courtyard, Aunt Tea House, and the driver's eldest brother will wait aside. It seems that they are just like this, neither anxious nor impatient. The years are peaceful.
edit edit editThere is no need for tickets in the ancient town. If you want delicious food, you must taste the Chinese Xizhou Baba on your tongue. It is salty and sweet. Personally, you prefer the taste of rose brown sugar. It is located a bit forward on Sifang Street and will be sold out if you go late.
edit2. Dali ancient city
When going to Dali, everyone's itinerary usually lasts for one day in Cangshan and one day in Erhai. If there is still one day, I hope you will stay in the ancient city and never go anywhere.
editThe way to play the ancient city of Dali starts from sleeping until waking up naturally, and then goes out to unlock the ancient city when the surroundings are full of noise. The recommended route is Fuxing Road-Renmin Road-Guangwu Road.
edit edit editDining recommends the popular "Chaimiduo" farm restaurant. It is different from Bai restaurants and farmhouses. Chaimiduo has its own farm and is self-sufficient in fresh milk and vegetables.
3. Shuihuazhuang Park
Dali has become a new celebrity photo destination. Once again, in addition to Cangshan and Erhai, Dali now has many beautiful check-in places in Haidong and Haixi. This time, I also recommended this "Splash Manor" under my friend's Amway.
editThere are many photo elements: sky, sea of flowers, wooden swings, glass balls;
Cool playing experience: kayaking, alpaca feeding, hobbit cabins.
edit edit editTickets purchased at the door are 99 yuan/person, including 1 kayaking (unlimited time, fun), 1 afternoon tea at Splash Music Square (some refreshing tea, with folk singers), and there is also a Jeep Sunset Party on site. Take photos and thieves.
4. Suggestions on dry goodsIt's still a bit ashamed to rush to tie the knot. Dali now has many niche games waiting to be unlocked one by one. The scenery of Haidong and Haixi is different. In fact, it doesn't feel boring to stay for a week when you have time.
editThere are also some travel suggestions for reference only:
1. Don't buy silver ornaments and tea specialties indiscriminately, the prices are inflated;
2. If it wasn't for parents traveling, Dali would not have to follow a group. Spend more time upstream to Yunnan to check strategies, and the transportation would be convenient;
3. Don't be fooled by the word "sea view room" in hotels and B & Bs. Read more user reviews. I recommend Tinghuatang on this trip;
4. In addition to the natural scenery, the atmosphere created by craftsmen, musicians, and painters in Dali is particularly good. It's just that my son is very inconvenient to go out when he is young, but he will always go again.
The more we live in the city, see more cold high-rise buildings, and become accustomed to the indifference of human beings. Perhaps we are all accustomed to those formalized and repeated lives.
In Dali, in this uncontested countryside, even if there are endless tourists, they will not forget their original intentions and remain pure and clean.
