Cangshan Mountain in Dali has welcomed the "continuous rainy season" of the year since the end of June, and it is still full of heat. Only the coolness of Cangshan Mountain can relieve the heat.
Because of the compact and rich geographical appearance and climate, this corner of Cangshan Mountain is unique and dazzling, allowing Dali people to enjoy the long summer of this mountain.
Unconsciously, Cangshan has become a super open-air summer resort. The "open-air air conditioning" gathered by 19 mountain ranges brings cool summer to Dali.
The rainy season in Dali is cool. You can take three cableways [Gantong Cableway],[Cangshan Ximatan Cableway], and [Zhonghe Cableway], and follow a straight bluestone path halfway up Cangshan Mountain-Yudai Yunyou Road. Feel it together!
There are complex terrains admired by geologists, large areas of filming that photographers love; there are towering mountains that painters cannot paint; long and cool summers that travelers are reluctant to part with; and there are also smooth mountain bluestone paths that outdoor people like.
Enjoy the long and cool summer of Cangshan on the 11.5-kilometer Yudai Yunyou Road!
Qingbi River on Yudai RoadAt the entrance of Yudai Road, there is an unforgettable three ponds-Qingbi River, which belongs to Cangshan Shiba River.
At the same time, it is also one of the streams currently visible on Cangshan Mountain. The abundant water volume in summer makes the three streams of Qingbi River present the most beautiful appearance throughout the year.
After taking the Gantong cableway up the mountain, you will find Qingbi River. This is also the starting point of the south of Yudai Yunyou Road and the only place to go on foot on Yudai Road.
In summer, Cangshan Mountain is shrouded in clouds and mist for nine out of ten days. Even if the sun shines high at the foot of the mountain and the Erhai Lake is calm, Cangshan Mountain is hard to see its true appearance.
Therefore, Cangshan in the rainy season has become a cool, silent, mysterious and hazy "summer and lung cleaning place" due to the repeated presence of clouds and mist!
Sitting in the car, I saw through the glass that the forest covered the mountains was green and shiny after being washed by the rain, and the scattered fog was floating around under the influence of the airflow.
Viewed from a high altitude, there is a huge "chess" looming in a forest of forests, a "small house" hanging on a cliff, and a pure white creek of unknown origin flows out of the jungle. The color is extremely white.
After getting off the cableway, I discovered that there is a unique cave here. The humid air and comfortable temperature all indicate that this place is different.
Traveling along the bluestone path through every scenic spot between the mountains and forests, the magic of the precious chess game, the beauty of the Qingbi River, and the depth of the Cangshan Canyon are all impressive.
11.5km silent bluestone pathThe 11.5-kilometer long bluestone path is dotted with green coniferous forests and deciduous broad-leaved forests, releasing endless coolness and fresh air.
The 2-meter-wide and gentle bluestone path winds around the mountains. Follow the route and hike aimlessly on the stone road. From a different angle, you can overlook the Erhai Lake and the ancient city through the canyon, and look up at Cangshan. This is a pleasing sight. thing.
Countless peaks can be seen on the 11.5-kilometer path, including peaks as sharp as blades, peaks as deep as abysms, and unknown streams running through the mountains.
When you are in the mountains, you can experience the magical scene of "one mountain has four seasons, and ten miles has different days." When encountering thunderstorms, two peaks not far away will have completely opposite scenery. One peak is shining brightly, and the other peak is rainy and foggy, and rain flies in the canyon.
No slope, coolness and silence are the most attractive features of Yudai Yunyou Road!
Qilongnu Pond in the rainy seasonThe "Cangshan Creek" in the rainy season is the most unique scenery!
Qilongnu Chi in the rainy season is a typical representative of the "Cangshan River". Along the mountain from low to high is the Yilongchi-Qilongchi.
None of the seven ponds is the same, each has its own merits. One Dragon Pond is at the lowest point and the Seven Dragon Pond is at the highest point. Although they are in the same valley and the straight line distance is shorter, the unique terrain creates completely different scenery for the seven streams and ponds.
The trickle flowing down from the top of the mountain meets narrow canyons to form waterfalls, and meets gentle terrain to form pools.
The waterfall is like white silk floating among the canyons. The pool is clear and clearly reflects the stones at the bottom of the water. When you reach out and touch it, a coolness travels through your body.
Beautiful and broad fieldsPass through the Qilongnu Pond and continue to move forward!
Jungles and wide plains are the main scenery on this section of the road.
From another angle, from halfway up the mountain, overlooking the Erhai Lake with a large view, looking for the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple standing at the foot of the mountain, and distinguishing every landmark building is the fun of this journey.
The strange rocks are jagged and straight into the sky, the hundreds of meters cliff, and the Canger scenery with a large perspective are unforgettable!
After seeing Qingbixi, Cangshan Yunwu, Qilongnu Pond, the style of the ancient city of Dali, the pastoral scenery, and the charm of Erhai Lake in turn, you will appreciate the essence of this road.
If you don't walk the Cangshan Jade Belt Yunyou Road to Dali, it will be a loss and a shortcoming. Taking advantage of the rainy season in Cangshan, you will walk on the Jade Belt Yunyou Road and encounter different scenery!
