Maybe you have visited Cangshan many times, but for you who just pass by in a hurry every time, there are many things you may not know about Cangshan. In fact, Cangshan is not just for tourists to climb, but more often it requires people to quietly "taste" it.

As for a closer look at Cangshan, you must not miss the following places.

There are 19 peaks in Cangshan Mountain. Jizhao Nunnery is hidden on Gantong Mountain at the southern foot of Shengying Peak in Cangshan Mountain. It is shrouded in clouds and fog all year round, making it very mysterious.

In the early morning, the sun can never dispel the mist in the mountains in time, but the birds in the woods have long started singing. Climb all the way along the winding bluestone slabs, pass through the ancient trees and forests, and then follow the fragrance of flowers and plants up the steps... When a towering ancient tree and a building with yellow walls and blue tiles appear in front of you, it means that you have arrived at the "most beautiful nunnery hidden in Cangshan" and "Jiizhao Nunnery" that Xiaobian is going to talk about today.

Walking on both sides of the temple, Zen words are written everywhere on the mountain walls. Walking into the nunnery, you will find that there is flower language everywhere, and everything is clean and quiet. The courtyard, in front of the steps, even under the eaves and between the walls, are full of flowers everywhere. There are two greenhouses behind the nunnery, where many flowers and plants are planted. One is mainly for growing meat, and the other is mainly for cultivating flowers.

Most Buddhist temples pay attention to strong incense, but there is no smell of incense here. There are only colorful flowers, flying morning bells and evening drums, and Zen words flowing in the empty valley. Jizhao Nunan also provides vegetarian food for all living beings for free on weekends. It really has a vegetarian fragrance in front of the hall, and the bird's words are melodious behind the eaves.

In Yangbi County, on the western slope of Cangshan Mountain, there is a waterfall hidden in the "boudoir". Locals call it Biaoshui Rock. Although it is not famous and less spectacular, it is hidden deep in the mountains and green forests, and it rises and falls from high places, but it has a little more beautiful. Especially in late autumn and early winter, when you go up the water, you will find the green mountains on both sides of the stream and the forests are covered. It is a place for holidays and leisure.

Follow the village road to Hidi Natural Village, and walk less than 2 kilometers along the winding mountain road to the end. Looking up, there is a cliff. Two clear springs emerge from the mountain depression like two white dragons descending on the wind. On the north side is a large waterfall. Water is gushing out from the rocks. The rocks and rocks are protruded in steps. The waterfalls are divided into three layers and finally fell to the bottom of the valley.

The waterfall on the south side 30 meters away falls along the mountain. The surrounding rocks are covered with moss and fallen leaves fall, making it particularly peaceful and quiet.

Cangshan Taoxi Valley is located on Xiaocen Peak, among the 19 peaks of Cangshan Mountain in Dali, Yunnan Province. Because it is at an altitude of about 2200 meters, it is surrounded by clouds and mist all year round. Standing here, you can immediately experience the beauty of the clouds that is like Taoyuan. Taoxi Valley is named after the "Taoxi" that flows down from the snowy ridge at the top of Cangshan Mountain. It has been clear and spotlessly clear over the years. Wuwei Temple, a thousand-year-old temple, is hidden deep in Cangshan Mountain and is located on the mountainside at the eastern foot of Cangshan Mountain Lanfeng. This is a true royal temple in history. Eight emperors once chose to tonify here, and the Yiyang Finger and Six-Pulse Divine Sword widely rumored in the martial arts world were also developed here.

Wuwei Temple holds meditation classes all year round, and the meditation classes here are different from other places, belonging to the dual cultivation of Zen and martial arts.
