On the 18th, we enthusiastically took the cable car straight to Cangshan. I wanted to see Erhai Lake and overlook Xiongzhen. However, the clouds were heavy and the wind was strong on the top of the mountain, so he could only return unhappily. The Erhai Lake allows us to appreciate its myriad charm. Erhai Lake is located in the west of Cangshan Mountain and east of the ancient city. It is long and has an area of about 250 square kilometers. Erhai Lake enjoys the majesty of Cangshan Mountain, the changes of clouds and clouds, the rippling waves, and countless scenic spots. It is a piece of jasper from Dali. Always makes people linger. It was evening when I first arrived in Dali this time, and I stopped by the Erhai Lake. But I was deeply attracted by the sunset clouds on the beach. The redness, the light and shadow, and the transparency were really shocked. So much so that we go to the Erhai Lake every evening to wait for its sunset and sunset shadows, which really leaves many beautiful scenes.

Some are like sandy beaches, with clear water and waves, beautiful water and grass, and dancing tree shadows. Each section has a different scenery. The shadow of mountains, the shape of clouds, the color of light, and the waves of water. There are also the island in the center of the lake, Xiaoputuo, and the ancient town and small village. People come and go, and there are many scenery. Erhai Lake has many scenic spots and historic sites. Santa Temple, Butterfly Spring, Taihe City Ruins, etc. Especially those ancient towns, they are also nostalgic. For example, Xizhou Ancient Town is an ancient Bai town with a history of more than 1000 years. In the Qing Dynasty, it was once a gathering place for merchants and businessmen, making it a prosperous place. There is a saying that Dali is poor and rich and happy. The buildings and residences of big merchants represented by the Yan Family Courtyard are like huge residential museums. The courtyard composed of "three squares, one illuminated wall, and four in five courtyards" is luxurious, simple, elegant and generous. Go through ancient streets and deep alleys. Strong ancient connotations and characteristic folk houses. Ancient commercial streets and courtyards. The Feiting Pavilion, Changqiao, Green Pond and the water lilies in a pool are elegant and beautiful. There are also Haiyue Park and Inner Ancient Village that extend into the sea. The sea and the village merge into beautiful scenery.

Another beautiful ancient town is Shuanglang Ancient Town. The ancient town is closely connected to the Erhai Lake, backed by green mountains and facing the sea. Overlooking the town from a high place, the alleys are wide and deep, and the houses are densely stacked. Yuji Island and Xiaojinsuo Island lie across the blue sea. The island, shore, boat and village are all so built and beautiful. The distant mountains and blue seas, and the ancient villages of Hengdao are all intoxicating paintings. Walk into the town and wander around the winding bank. Embankment, flowers, tea shops, small shops, breeze, people. The coast is so long and moving everywhere; it is simple and deep, full of charm. In a conspicuous place is Yang Liping's Peacock Palace. Double Corridor is a fascinating place where I seem to see the shadow of Queen Island in new Zealand.

The best thing to enjoy in Dali should be driving around the Erhai Lake in a convertible. The long and winding Erhai Lake has more than 120 kilometers of loop. Climbing high, you can see the distant mountains and face the Erhai Lake. Overlooking Jinsuo Island under the sunset and rosy clouds. Sea and sky, island and mountain, light and shadow. It's like walking into Europe. It's so beautiful that people don't understand and are intoxicated.
