This trip to Dali can be regarded as a family trip that goes away at once.
A month before Beijing didn't have heating, I began to envy the happy life of my friends in the south, and my hands and feet were cold every day when I wrote at home. So, he slapped his forehead and made bold promises to Candy, who could go to work with the Internet, and the little girl who went to kindergarten. Let's go! I'll take you to a place where you can wear short sleeves to warm up!
Who would have thought that, despite all the calculations and omissions in Dali's rainy season, it could really rain every day for a whole week and never see the sun? When have children in the north seen such a scene? Sitting at the window every day and waiting for the rain to stop, the little brothers in the B & B always comfort them in kind. Dali's rainy season in October is only about a week every year. It has been raining for several days, and it should clear up soon; Then, the scene of Tong Yan the next day comforted us while muttering to himself, this year's rainy season really seems to have gotten a little longer. It is difficult to adapt to the rainy weather in the south. I am wet and shivering every day, which makes me laugh at Candy several times. Who said that I should wear short sleeves to bask in the sun?
Hmph ~ Although I haven't seen any of the scenery, Dali is still beautiful in the rainy season! The ancient city that has been washed by water is particularly warm and warm. In the distance, the misty Cangshan Erhai Lake, the oily stone road at your feet, the delicate petals are hung with sparkling water drops, and the crisscrossing flower umbrellas. It also leaves some special and beautiful memories, those beautiful shops that walked in to escape the rain, a cup of hot coffee, a small dessert or a bowl of fragrant noodles; I still remember the little girl holding an umbrella for a small flower to protect herself from the rain, completely ignoring that she was getting wet; I still remember that we were heating the fire next to the stove and waiting for the rain to stop, but accidentally burnt the little girl's socks, and then went from shop to shop in the ancient city to buy children's socks...
With so many vivid and interesting memories, as well as the rare rainy season in Dali, it should be a trip without regrets ~ Until the day we left Dali, the rainy season ended... On the way to the airport, we finally met After seeing the long-lost blue sky, I realized with hindsight that Cangshan is so beautiful! Erhai Lake is too blue! It's so beautiful that it makes people want to cry!
Candy asked me if I should extend my ticket for one day to see Dali under the blue sky and white clouds? I said no, because regrets are more worth remembering, and this is the fate that we will return to Dali again!
When it comes to Dali, everyone thinks of "Xiaguan, Fengguan, Huacang Mountain, Snow, Erhai Moon", but how to play? Where can I go to enjoy the scenery? I'm afraid many people can't explain clearly. I am afraid I am not even confused about how to play Cangshan and Erhai.
Unlike most tourist cities, Dali is not centered on one city, but on a "sea". All scenic spots are scattered along the Erhai Lake. This is also the reason why some people say that if they are not surrounded by the sea, they have never been to Dali. As for what to play, whether to go around the sea, half a circle or one circle is entirely determined based on personal preferences and itinerary. Let's see what attractions Dali has before deciding whether to arrange a trip around the sea for ourselves!
Dali's main attractions:
Cangshan Erhai Lake Recommendation Index: ★★ ★ ★★
Although Dali is inseparable from Cangshan and Erhai, how should we play it?
Located in Cangshan Mountain on the Haixi Coast, most tourists choose to take cableways directly to the top of the mountain and overlook the customs of Erhai Lake and the ancient city of Dali. There are three cableways: Zhonghe, Ximatan and Gantong, which are lined up from north to south at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. Among them, only the Ximatan cableway leads to the top of the mountain, and as the cableway with the largest drop in Asia, it has a wider view and a very powerful momentum; both the Zhonghe Cableway and the Gantong Cableway only reach halfway up the mountain. The Zhonghe Cableway is relatively small and is not recommended. The Gantong Cableway is closer to Zhangjiaguan Garden, and you can usually play the two places together; or you can take the Gantong Cableway to the middle of the Ximatan Cableway, and then take the cableway up to the top of the mountain. However, it should be noted that in case of severe weather such as wind and rain, the cableway in the upper section of Ximatan will be closed, and whether you can reach the top depends on luck.
As for the Erhai Lake, whether you are driving around the sea by yourself, looking for a seaside coffee shop to enjoy a moment of tranquility, or simply looking for a B & B with a pillow on the water and facing the Erhai Lake in the warm spring and blooming flowers, it is a way to get close to the "sea". It may not be necessary to really take a boat trip to the sea. If you particularly like cruise ships, Shuanglang Wharf, Caicun Wharf in the ancient city of Dali, Taoyuan Wharf near Xizhou and Dachuan Wharf in Haidong have many cruise ships interconnected with each other, so you can choose routes based on schedules and itinerary planning.
Dali Ancient City Recommendation Index: ★★ ★ ★★
The ancient city of Dali at the foot of Cangshan Mountain is a very charming place. It has its own customs during the day and night. It is suitable for walking slowly, or simply living in the ancient city to integrate into the leisurely life of the local people. The ancient city is huge, and the main road is full of cars, which is very convenient; the ancient city is dotted with various small attractions such as Foreign Street, Yuer Garden, Confucian Temple, Dali Palace, etc., and there are also places full of literary and artistic temperament like the Bed Sheet Factory Art District. It's really not enough to visit the whole day ~
Double Corridor Recommendation Index: ★★★★★
The Shuanglang on the northeast bank of Erhai Lake is a small town that I like very much. It is close to the rippling Erhai Lake and overlooking the 19th Peak of Cangshan Mountain, gathering the essence of Canger scenery in one place. If there is water, it will be spiritual, and you can enjoy life slowly by the seaside. This is the most charming thing about Shuanglang. Although Teacher Yang Liping's Sun Palace and Moon Palace on Yuji Island are beautiful, they always feel that the artificial traces are a little stronger. From Shuanglang Wharf, you can also take a cruise ship to visit Nanzhao Style Island. The island is not big and there is nothing, so you can visit it in an hour or two.
Xizhou Recommendation Index: ★★★★
If you want to eat the most authentic Xizhou Baba in Dali, of course, you have to go to Xizhou Ancient Town! Compared with other ancient towns, Xizhou is a small town that retains the strongest Bai customs. The corner building next to the east gate of the ancient town and the golden rice fields outside the village are good places to check in and take photos, which are very eye-catching. The Yan Family Courtyard is a typical Bai courtyard pattern with "three squares, one light wall" and "four in five courtyards". Special attention should be paid here. There is also a "shanzhai attraction" in Xizhou where you can watch folk songs and dances and drink "tea". Many drivers will pull you directly into the courtyard. It is actually a silver jewelry shop that has been renovated for 20 years. Be sure to distinguish it clearly!
Butterfly Spring Recommendation Index: ★★★
Butterfly Spring is relatively close to Xizhou and is definitely a must-check spot for the older generation. It is known because of the old movie "Five Golden Flowers". One of the highlights here is the clear blue-green spring water, and another is all kinds of butterflies and butterfly specimens. The scenic area is not big, so it's okay to go there and have a look, but there's no need to go there specifically.
Recommended index of three towers of Chongsheng Temple: ★★★
Chongsheng Temple not only has beautiful scenery, but also is very grand. It was a royal temple during the Dali Dynasty. It is said that nine emperors became monks here. The three pagodas are historic sites, of which the main tower was built in the Tang Dynasty, and the two small towers were built in the Song Dynasty. You can see the beautiful reflections of the three ancient towers in the reflection pool. Chongsheng Temple was rebuilt, which is the Tianlong Mountain written by Jin Yong in "Eight Parts of the Dragon". The temple extends upwards from the foot of Cangshan Mountain. It is magnificent and resplendent, and is worth a visit.
Tianlong Babu Film and Television City Recommendation Index: ★★
This is a large-scale film and television shooting base invested and built for the filming of the 2003 edition of the film and television series "Eight Parts of the Dragon"(Hu Jun's version). Later, there were "Ancient Tea and Horse Road","Legend of the Yin Shang Dynasty","Princess of Dali","Ten Complete Nine Beauties","Four Famous Young Arrests" and other film and television dramas were filmed here. The film and television city is large-scale, with many places in the city performing daily rounds of vaudeville, hydrangea throwing, retro shadow puppet shows, etc. But overall, it is a bit dilapidated. If you wear ancient costumes and come here to shoot big movies, you can still wear them!
Shaxi Ancient Town Recommendation Index: ★★ ★★
If it weren't for the tortuous journey, I would definitely give Shaxi Ancient Town five stars. It takes a 3-hour drive from Dali Passenger Station to Shaxi Ancient Town, or 2 hours if you charter a car. Perhaps because of the inconvenient transportation, tourists are not noisy here; the town is not big and can be circled in 20 minutes, but it is antique, peaceful and elegant, retaining the most primitive and simple ancient town on the Ancient Tea Horse Road. It's just that it's really not fun to go back and forth on the same day. You might as well stay here for a few days to experience the tranquility of the ancient town.
Jizushan Recommendation Index: ★★★
Jizu Mountain is a famous Buddhist holy place in the area. Many pilgrims come to pay homage. There are many scenic spots and ancient temples on the mountain, and you can also enjoy the beautiful and beautiful mountains. However, it takes a 2-hour bus ride from the ancient city of Dali to Jizu Mountain. If you are devout believers, you can visit the shrine or even stay on the mountain for one night. If you are just ordinary tourists, it is not recommended. Isn't it delicious to go to Cangshan? Isn't it beautiful to be in a daze in the Erhai Lake? Why travel for 4 hours?
Recommendation index of Qose Town: ★★★
Wase Town, located in Haidong, is one of the must-stop attractions on the way around the sea. There is a very small island about 20 meters away from the shore. There is a Guanyin Pavilion built on the island called Xiaoputuo. You can visit the island by boat, or you can take photos of the small island on the shore; on sunny days, the Cangshan and Erhai are behind, and a small island and a pavilion are independent of the lake. The picture is fantasy and beautiful. Whenever swarms of seagulls fly by, the picture becomes more moving.
About those things around the sea
Do you want to be surrounded by the sea?
Before coming to Dali, almost every guide I saw talked about the sea, but after I really played Dali, I felt that the sea was just a form rather than a necessity.
I saw many posts that described Dali's Highway around the Sea as comparable to "Highway 1", and I guess those who said this have never been to Highway 1. It's not dark if you don't blow it. There are mountains on one side of US West Highway 1 and the other side is the Pacific Ocean! No matter how beautiful the Erhai Lake is, it is still an inland lake. This magnificent scenery is completely different! However, the road around the sea is indeed very beautiful, with a small elegance with a gentle wind and beautiful sun, but it is only limited to the section from the ancient city of Dali to Qose Town. From digging color to Shuanglang, although it is still by the sea, the road conditions are already uneven and the scenery is not as good as before; and the section of the Haixi Highway from Shuanglang to Dali Ancient City is not near the sea at all, and because it has been under repair, the road conditions are not good. So if you just want to experience the fun of driving between mountains and seas, just taking Haidong is enough.
How to go around the sea?
You can rent a car, charter a car, ride a scooter, and if you are physically strong enough, you can even ride a bicycle or walk. However, although the scooter option is cool enough, it has been blocked by many friends for safety reasons and is not advocated. Renting a car and chartering a car depends largely on your driving skills? Renting a smart or Beetle in Dali is not expensive, it is cool and beautiful! It's definitely a must-have for concave shapes when taking photos! But in the end, we chose to charter a car around the sea. First, it was too crowded for our family of three to pack luggage, which was a little too crowded for smart or Beetle, and we had to consider the safety of the children in the back seat; Second, because the rainy season The road conditions are too bad, especially from Chuse Town to Xizhou, with all kinds of potholes, driving by yourself will never be a comfortable experience. If you bump into the chassis, it would be troublesome, so it would be safer to find a driver who is familiar with the road conditions.
What are the attractions around the sea?
Before starting around the sea, I specially found several scenic spots maps, but later found that they were of little use. Many so-called niche check-in attractions are either inaccessible due to the rainy season or are not open to the public during repairs. There are also some shooting bases scattered on the roadside, which is more or less disappointing.
In fact, the more regular scenic spots are along the Haidong route. It is beautiful to park casually and take photos. However... although many cars are parked on the roadside, they are actually violations. If the police come, they will definitely be fined every time they post a ticket. Then there is the Ideal State in Haidong (it is said that it is no longer allowed to enter now), Xiaoputuo and the Quise Wharf in Wose Town (dock repair ing), Shuanglang Ancient Town, Xizhou and Huadi Spring, Haishue Park (park repair ing), and then, you will reach the ancient city of Dali.
If time is tight, you might as well go around the sea and tour Shuanglang and Xizhou in one day to see the scenery along the way. But if the trip is relatively leisurely, like I live in Haidong for two days, Shuanglang for two days, and ancient city for three days, there is no need to surround the sea. I have seen the scenery on the road ~
Dali accommodation recommendations:
Who would want to stay in a hotel when you arrive in Dali?! B & B is the best choice!
B & Bs of various prices and styles, not only have the scenery of Cangshan and Erhai, but also the moon, alpaca, seaside swings, and the sky... Only you can imagine, there is nothing that Dali B & Bs cannot do!
Because the last time I went to Lijiang, I was attracted by Tinghuatang. Whether it is the B & Bs in Lijiang Ancient City or Shuhe Ancient Town, they are so beautiful that people want to stay, and the service is super considerate. So this time I went to Dali, I also specially chose Tinghuatang to stay.
Tinghuatang has three stores in Dali, namely Erhai Tianjing Store in Haidong, Shuanglang Store and Dali Ancient City Store. Each store has its own different styles, but all are beautiful.
Tinghuatang Dali Tianjing Store is most suitable for young ladies who like to take photos. It has swimming pools, glass boats, sky mirrors, Internet celebrity moons, and various beautiful small scenery. It also provides free shooting costumes and props. You can harvest a bunch of beautiful photos without leaving home. The key is that there is also a photographer in the store, which is especially convenient during the rainy season. If it is sunny, go out and take two photos quickly, and if it rains, go back to your room to stay for a while. It is absolutely considerate!
The double-corridor Tinghua Island Seaview Garden is located on the edge of the Erhai Lake. You can enjoy breakfast on a swing facing the sea, or you can change into ancient costumes and play the piano by the sea. It has been newly opened, not only is the decoration in the room very beautiful, various hardware facilities are also very high-tech. When I wake up every morning, open the curtains and face the Erhai Lake. The flowers bloom in the warm spring. This is the best way to open Dali.
The Tinghuatang in the ancient city of Dali is at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, only one road away from the ancient city. There is a typical "Tinghuatang style" small garden with colorful flowers clustered in clusters, as if exploring a tropical garden; the B & B is an ingenious Morocco cave style, with milky white walls, hollow white flower windows, and irregular designs. It is full of retro atmosphere, and everything is amazing.
Beijing-Dali.
The first time I saw Erhai Lake, I was a little excited, although the clouds were green and the rain was about to come.
As a child who grew up by the sea, the Erhai Lake is really not a "sea" to me, and I can see the opposite bank at a glance. However, compared with the turbulent and vast waves of the sea, the tranquility and beauty of the Erhai Lake are still impressive, just as warm as southern women.
Living in Huajiantang in Haidong, when the weather occasionally clears, you can also catch a glimpse of Cangshan's majestic appearance emerging from the clouds and mist. Unfortunately, it was only a flash after all. I am in a B & B in a sleepy mood. Fortunately, there are those warm and lovely little corners to pass the time. I take two photos when the light is good and coax the noisy little girl. The greatest happiness of family travel is the memories we create together.
Erhai Lake is not a sea, but it is more beautiful than any sea. Rather than rushing to chase the scenery on the way around the sea, it is better to find a favorite inn to stay in and stare blankly at Erhai drinking tea.
Tinghuatang with the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake is my long-awaited choice. Erhai Tianjing Store is located next to Xiaoputuo, Haidong. Open the window to see the sea and flowers bloom all year round. The exterior of the building with Bai characteristics, the interior is mainly composed of white paste walls and logs. The design is novel, low-key and luxurious, showing the harmony between man and nature everywhere.
You will encounter surprises at every corner of Tinghuatang. The first floor is a sea view coffee and restaurant, the second floor is the hotel lobby and outdoor swimming pool, the third floor is the "Sky Land" roof terrace, and the fifth floor is a beautiful little sky garden. -- Glass boats, white tables, sky, and Internet celebrity moon, you can check in Dali's most Internet celebrity photo elements without leaving home. Tinghuatang also affectionately provides multiple sets of clothes for young ladies to choose from, and can also make an appointment with a resident photographer to capture every beautiful moment. Although Dali has been rainy these days, it is very rare to be able to take photos during the few minutes when the sun is out.
Every room has a nice name. Living in Sky City can feel the beauty of being awakened by the sun. Sitting on the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the blue Erhai Lake when you lie in bed; when you open the window, the aroma of flowers and plants comes to your nostrils, and you can enjoy the literary style of Dali here. High-quality supporting facilities, butler-like considerate service, every small detail is as heart-warming as ever; welcome fruit plates and evening soup, warm smiling faces of the shop assistants, and personal butlers who are always on call give people a feeling of being home. Intimacy.
Breakfast is more about the beauty and taste. Jiugongge Bai ethnic specialties, coupled with a bowl of hot beef rice noodles, will immediately awaken the sleeping taste buds and start a beautiful day under the Cangshan Erhai Lake.
The next time I come to Yunnan, I will still find a Tinghuatang Inn, slow down, drink tea and chat with my lover, play with my children, and spend my time nestled in the beautiful scenery.
Tips
Address: Meisu, Tinghuatang Seaview Garden, Huanhai East Road, Dali City (Dali Erhai Tianjing Store)
Room price: 500 yuan/night +
It was another day waiting by the window for the rain to stop. Seeing that we were really bored, the housekeeper proposed to take us out for a drive.
It didn't go far. It's only more than ten kilometers north and south of Wose Town, but it can be said to be the essence of the Erhai Lake. Although it was sunny and rainy, the people taking wedding photos were still lined up along the side of the beach, so the fun between me and the little girl became "counting brides". One person wore white wedding dresses, and the other person wore other colors. It turns out that white suits the Erhai Lake better.
Surrounded by mountains on three sides, facing the sea on one side, facing Pingcang Mountain in the west and looking at the ancient city of Dali. In the east, it leads to the Buddhist resort of Jizu Mountain and hides the golden roof. The mountains are surrounded by water like a natural chair. The excellent geographical location also makes it the main place for tourists to stay in Haidong.
This beautiful small fishing village is the place with the most ancient buildings and gate buildings of the Bai people. It is also one of the areas in Dali where the Bai folk cultural traditions are relatively complete. Most of the residents here are Bai people and wear traditional Bai costumes. Its architectural style, living customs, marriage, funeral, diet, living habits, etc. all have strong local cultural characteristics. Compared with Shuanglang, Xizhou and Dali Ancient Cities, this place is more primitive and simple, and quieter and natural.
Of course, due to the sea view of Cangshan and Erhai Lake, many inns with complete facilities and petty-bourgeois atmosphere have also been built along the coast in the face of tourists from all over the country. For example, the Tinghuatang where we stayed was one of them. But overall, the current cost-effectiveness ratio in Qose Town is still very high, and the prices for food and accommodation are relatively affordable.
The arrival of seagulls as scheduled in winter adds aura to Ducse, and the Ducse waterway in summer also gives Ducse a lively popularity. The famous Erhai Lake Little Putuo is also here. About 20 meters away from the shore, there is a lonely square reef floating on the sea, shaped like a gold seal floating on the water. Legend has it that it is the seal of the sea left by Guanyin when he opened the Dali Dam to control the wind and waves and protect fishermen. Therefore, during the Ming Dynasty, fishermen built Guanyin Pavilion on the small island, in a two-story Xieshan style. The first floor was molded with Tathagata and the second floor was molded with Guanyin to commemorate Guanyin. Guanyin Pavilion is small and exquisite, surrounded by divine fog and gentle fairy winds; on Xiaoputuo, there are many strange rocks, and trees grow from the cracks in the stones. The branches and leaves are luxuriant, and the tree pavilions complement each other, like a natural bonsai. You can visit the island by boat, but most tourists still choose to take photos with Xiao Putuo on the shore. On sunny days, with Cangshan and Erhai as the curtain, reefs and pavilions isolated from the sea, the whole picture is fantasy and beautiful.
Cole-digging residents have made a living by fishing since ancient times, so there are many rusty iron boats in the woods by the sea. These big props that cannot be taken away are the most common elements in wedding photos of Erhai Lake, and they can feel it just by taking a photo. There are also many trees growing in the sea, with knotted roots, unique temperament, and a strange beauty. Although many shots have been conceived in my mind, it is a pity that it has rained for a week and the water level is high. It is really difficult to get close to them, so I can only see you again by fate.
From Haidong to Shuanglang, it is still a rainy day.
Shuanglang is my favorite ancient town. It runs from north to south, and you won't get lost no matter how you stroll; and every staggered path ends with white walls and green tiles.
Find a coffee shop by the seaside, sit in the scenery and drink it slowly, and there is also a lovely uninvited guest. In Shuanglang, the most precious thing is sunshine, and the least valuable thing is time.
I met the rainy season in Dali, although there was no blue sky and white clouds as a background, fortunately, I had a room where I could sleep with the scenery and stayed in a B & B where I could stare at the Erhai Lake in a daze. This kind of time was worth squandering leisurely!
Tinghua Island, which has just opened, is located on the main street of Shuanglang Ancient Town. Through the quiet alleys and on the blue Erhai Lake, this hidden treasure B & B is! The nearly 200-square-meter Linhai Garden is built along the sea, like a vacation island for leisure and leisure. The suspended ceiling made of white birch branches and gauze curtains gently brush across the sea in the breeze, filled with a romantic and leisurely atmosphere. There are many corners in the small garden suitable for check-in and taking photos, such as large swings and endless swimming pools, Morocco-style sea-facing afternoon tea, white bohemian sea view coffee... It is said that many young ladies have been attracted to check in since the opening.
The hotel's interior design is Nordic minimalist, and the lighting and sofas are all made by famous artists, giving a low-key and luxurious aesthetic feeling. The most popular room in the hotel is the [Star Picking 270° Panorama Internet Red Hammock Room]. The pink ins Princess style room is simply so dreamy. It captures the heart of the little girl as soon as it opens the door. The oversized glass windows bring the beautiful scenery of the Erhai Lake into the room. There is also a large bathtub with a sea view, and you can enjoy the best appearance of the double corridors without leaving home. The biggest surprise is that all kinds of devices in the room are smart. The lights and curtains are controlled by voice, and you can also tell stories and sing children's songs to the little girl, as if you have a personal smart housekeeper. Even the hair dryer belongs to Dyson! Call the boss crazily!
I would also like to praise the young brothers in the store. Their appearance level can be directly formed into a group, and each of them is polite, considerate and attentive. They make clear arrangements for everything from helping with carrying luggage to daily breakfast fruit plates. Facing the treasure scenery of this store and the treasure little brothers, the sisters quickly book their tickets and rush to Shuanglang!
Tips
Address: No. 279-1, Shuanglang Village, Dali City
Room price: 1000 yuan/night +
I am used to the rainy season in Dali, and I am used to getting soaked under an umbrella. When the rain is at its peak, find a seaside cafe and go in for a cup of hot coffee.
This book bar and coffee shop called "Wake up Erhai" not only has picture books suitable for young girls to read, but also has a big stove that burns loudly. A cup of hot cocoa and a small dessert, take off the little girl's wet coat and socks, and put them under the stove to dry them. The little Teddy in the store comes to act coquettishly from time to time, enjoying the teasing of the guests, and also let the little girl experience the joy of "walking a dog" for the first time. It's just that my unreliable mother accidentally burned the little girl's socks, giving off a strange smell that was fragrant and smelly.
It was obviously a trace of embarrassment and embarrassment amid joy, but it was my most unforgettable memory of Dali. "Waking up the Erhai Lake" is undoubtedly a small blessing I gained during the rainy season in Dali ~
The scenery of Dali is in Canger, and the scenery of Canger is in Shuanglang.
This small fishing village by the Erhai Lake is close to the rippling Erhai Lake and overlooking the 19th Peak of Cangshan Mountain. It combines the essence of Canger's scenery in one place. It has the clarity and beauty of the sky, the clear aura of the water, and the simplicity and tranquility of passing away, as well as the leisure and petty bourgeoisie of the secular world.
If there is water, it will be spiritual. Whether it is a small river running through the Shuhe River in the ancient town, or the double corridors of a small town by the sea where you live under the water, they all meet my best expectations for the ancient town. A main street extends from north to south, so you can't get lost no matter how hard you want to get lost; and every staggered path ends with white walls and green tiles.
Some people may think that Shuanglang is over-commercial, with restaurants, bars, and small shops filling the entire street, as if it is a replica of Lijiang. Although I also don't like the colorful lights of the Bar Street along the Erhai Lake at night, I can't help but love the time spent quietly on the beach while blowing the breeze and drinking coffee; I cherish the simplicity and nature, but I can't stand the ruin and backwardness; Such a double corridor is just right, and the locals fishing on the colorful graffiti walls are the collision of tradition and commerce.
In Shuanglang, the most precious thing is sunshine, and the least valuable thing is time. Unfortunately, I reserved two days for the Shuanglang, sleeping and waking up beside the Erhai Lake to waste my time, but I still didn't wait for the sun. Unfortunately, perhaps it was because of the rain that there were only three or two people on the street. The blue stone road wet by the rain, and the town shrouded in fog looked like a splashed ink painting. The little girl held an umbrella to protect the flowers from the rain, even if she was soaked all over, and hoped that this time could go slower and slower, so that her innocence, beauty and carefree life would always be preserved.
The main attractions of Shuanglang are Yuji Island and Nanzhao Style Island. Yuji Island is actually a peninsula. It is connected to Shuanglang Ancient Town through Yuji Bridge. You can walk there. The house of dancer Teacher Yang Liping is here. It is said that the "Moon Palace" is Teacher Yang Liping's private residence, and the "Sun Palace" is used to entertain guests. Although it is beautiful, it still feels that the artificial traces are a little stronger, so it is better to go to the nearby Jinlong Cave for a tour. Nanzhao Style Island is an outlying island. It can be reached in 5 minutes by boat from the cruise ship terminal at the southern end of Shuanglang Town. However, the island is not big and has nothing, so there is no need to go.
There are a thousand double corridors in the eyes of a thousand people. For me, in this leisurely and quiet seaside town, basking in the warm sun, drinking a cup of coffee, and being in a daze, this is the moment worth freezing.
Shuanglang-the ancient city of Dali, today only surrounds half of the sea.
Rather than saying it was around the sea, it would be better to rent a car to go to the ancient city of Dali and make random stops on the way. The essence of the Erhai Lake lies in Haidong, and the entire Haixi Highway is not coastal. I am afraid I may not feel lonely.
The long-awaited tour around the sea should be warm and sunny. Our family of three wore sunglasses and drove a small sports car to enjoy themselves along the Erhai Lake. Instead of this, it rained endlessly. I felt that I was not going around the sea, but to "swim" the sea. When I reached the ancient city, my whole body was soaked to the ground ~
I previously specially found many maps and strategies for traveling around the sea on the Internet, but facts proved that they were completely useless! Those so-called "photo check-in attractions" are either inaccessible due to flood, inaccessible due to repairs, or just set up a few tables and props at a roadside photography base to collect money. It is really interesting. The only good thing is that we gave up self-driving and chose to rent a car, otherwise we would have been even more depressed ~
Putting together a circle of the sea, the conclusion is that the essence of the beautiful scenery of Erhai Lake is indeed in Haidong! Also, those beautiful attractions and photos can only be taken if you are skilled enough ~
Come and see what "pits" and beautiful scenery are on the road around the sea with me ~
Haidong Highway: You can see the beautiful scenery with just a quick photo, so people are parking and taking wedding dresses on the roadside. Parking on this section of the road is actually a violation. If you run into a police officer, you will definitely be issued a ticket without discussion!
Ideal State: Known as "China's Santorini", it has become popular. It is said that it is now surrounded and is not allowed to enter. Moreover, the white walls have been painted khaki, which is no longer as beautiful as in the photos.
Xiaoputuo: Along Haidong Road, the easiest attraction to reach and the easiest to take photos
Diecouli Wharf: Closed and not allowed to enter during flood periods
Cliff Shoal: This is probably the place where Haidong Highway most resembles U.S. West Highway 1. If you want to take good photos, you still need to climb to the bottom of the cliff, which is still dangerous.
Haidong Dead Tree: A strange-looking tree next to an abandoned water station is really out of the tree, but unfortunately it is completely impassable during the flood period.
Life in Haiti: A B & B and coffee shop in the double corridor should be the originator of the earliest seaside photography base, namely white tables and glass door frames. Nowadays, you can find a coffee shop in Shuanglang and have similar scenery.
Shuanglang Ancient Town: It's worth spending a whole day experiencing it, rather than just taking a quick look at it ~
Hongshan Temple roadside photography spot: white tables surrounded by charges can overlook the double corridors;
Haixi Village, Haixi Water Station, Haixi dead trees: the entire section is closed
White buses: There are many photo bases surrounded by fees in places like Haixi, and there is more than one white bus. If the weather is fine, just find a favorite one to go in and take photos. However, the ticket is usually 30-50 yuan/person, which is really not cost-effective.
Xizhou Ancient Town: It's worth a visit, but because I like it so much, I want to take a day out to visit, and I don't stay here for much longer. However, the rice fields outside the ancient town were the most surprising part of the whole process. It was a golden area, with a typical Bai house as the background. It would be perfect if there could be blue skies and white clouds again ~ kill all kinds of photography sites that collect money along the way., the best things in life are free.
Haitang Park, Couple Tree: Repair ing
Covered bridge: We were also repairing ing. We climbed over the wall and entered, but found that the bridge was basically difficult to climb up. We could only take two photos at the seaside.
Gusheng Village: I came here during my visit to Dali, so it's worth a visit. It is an overly clean new rural scene. Bai folk houses with blue tiles and white walls, flat and clean blue stone roads, and well-preserved ancient bridges, ancient trees and ancient stages form a beautiful picture. It is a rare leisure time to take a walk in the ecological forests by the sea.
Yang Liping Grand Theater: It's a beautiful building. Even if you don't go to a performance, it's still worth checking in to take photos ~
What is a more beautiful picture than Haizi's "facing the sea, the flowers bloom in warm spring"? It is probably the Dali Ancient City Store in Tinghuatang."There is a B & B at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, facing the Erhai Lake, and flowers bloom all year round."
In Dali, flowers are in full bloom all year round. Tinghuatang, just one road away from the ancient city, hides a secret garden like Alice in Wonderland. Roses, daisies, hydrangea, violets, tequila, chubby and fleshy and creeper climbing the eaves are carefully guarded by the owner, and the white walls and green spaces are all set off in a colorful setting. Various props and leisure corners are scattered in the garden. Tables and chairs, stone fireplaces, and rocking wooden horses not only fill the atmosphere of romance, but also add some childlike fun. Little girls play hide-and-seek among flower paths, or roll on the grass, get close to the flowers and plants, and feel the joy brought by nature.
The B & B is an ingenious Morocco cave style. The overall color is mainly blue and white. The walls with gray and white tones, hollow white flower windows, and are full of retro decorations. The irregular arched lines make the hard space soft, and every corner is full of small surprises. The room comes in many styles. Petal Sea has a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, making the whole room very transparent. Sitting by the window in a daze is also a kind of enjoyment. The calm Erhai Lake and the crowded ancient city of Dali can see all the clouds rolling, blooming, and blooming, and dying.
Get up in the morning, sit in the restaurant on the first floor, hold a bowl of steaming rice noodles, look up at the spring scenery in the garden, the joy of stopping for a moment during the rush, and the peace and calmness that have been long-lost in your busy life. This is the meaning of the so-called vacation.

Address: Meisu, Tinghuatang Garden, No. 131, Shimen Village, Dali City Town (Dali Ancient City Store)
Room price: 500 yuan/night +
I left a whole day for the ancient city of Dali, but I still felt that it was not enough.
I have enjoyed Yunnan quite thoroughly. Kunming, Lijiang, Dali, Xishuangbanna, and Tengchong stayed everywhere for a while. But when it comes to the standardization of tourism and the management of scenic spots, Xishuangbanna is the most comfortable, while Dali can almost keep pace with Lijiang, not only commercial but also chaotic.
Not to mention the various potholes on Huanhai Road and the surrounding repairs of various road sections, which make tourists feel very poor. The most uncomfortable thing is the ancient city of Dali. On the way to the ancient city, people will ask you every three to five meters if you want to take a bus to play somewhere nearby. The price is absolutely cost-effective, and you can hardly wait to catch you in the car and drive away immediately; when you enter the ancient city, there will be middle-aged women chasing you near the scenic spots with many tourists and asking if you want to braid your hair? Come and braid the hair for the children? The point is that you have to tell the other person that you don't need it at least five times before they will let you go. As for the pits inside, you know, I'll tell you that for 10 yuan, 6 strings are actually 6 colored ropes, and two colored ropes are needed to weave a braid.
The little girl who loves to be arrogant originally liked Cai Bian very much, and I also promised her that she could make it up. But after being annoyed too many times, even the always shy little girl became angry. She put her hands on her waist and said angrily, No! No! Don't make it up! Turning around and asking me helplessly, Mom, do they not understand me? I asked her, do you still want to braid colorful braids? She said, I don't want any more...
I really hope that Dali can rectify these unhealthy trends. Dali is beautiful and the ancient city is beautiful. I just hope that these shadows under the sun will not tarnish the beautiful scenery in the hearts of tourists ~
The ancient city of Dali is different from other ancient cities in Yunnan. As the capital of Nanzhao and Dali, it has a solemn style.
Looking at the history of the ancient city of Dali, we can know that since King Yimouxun of Nanzhao moved the capital to Yangjumee City in 779 AD, the ancient city of Dali has a history of 1200 years. As the largest ancient capital in Southeast Asia from the 8th to 12th centuries, it has a large scale, developed culture and prosperous economy, and was one of the centers of economic, cultural and religious exchanges in Asia at that time. "One water surrounds Cangshan, and Cangshan embraces the ancient city." It borders the rippling blue waves of Erhai Lake in the east and the perennial green Cangshan Mountain in the west. It occupies the beauty of Cangshan Mountain and the softness of Erhai Lake. It is destined to be a unique and unique city with lasting vitality.
Walking on the narrow old streets of the ancient city of Dali is like traveling through a tunnel of time, wandering through the years thousands of years ago. There are a few plants hanging down from the city wall in dense or sparse ways, and they are still bright green, giving the mottled city wall a sense of wind and frost of time. Walking along, the alleys are smooth flowing rivers. For generations, the ancient city has been their home, flowing with the rhythm of history and the movement of life of the Bai people in Dali.
The ancient city of Dali is square, with corner towers built at the four corners and gate towers on the four sides. The west gate faces Cangshan Mountain, also known as the "Cangshan Gate", with the inscription "Dian Yun Arch Pole"; the east gate leads to the Erhai Lake, also known as the "Erhai Gate", with the inscription "Jade 'er Yincang"; the north gate is facing the three towers of Chongsheng Temple, also known as the "Santa Gate", or "Anyuan Gate"; The south gate is the first of the four gates of the ancient city. It was built more than 600 years during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. The towering towers with arched eaves and carved beams and painted buildings are typical representatives of ancient dia-style buildings. The plaque reads "Famous Countries in Literature", and the strong word "Dali" on the gate was written by Mr. Guo Moruo when the gate was rebuilt. The south gate is not only the symbol and symbol of the ancient city, but also the most photographed "standard image" of the ancient city in film and television works.
From the south gate into the city, a Fuxing Road leads directly to the north gate, becoming a bustling market with shops along the street. Some old houses in the streets and alleys can still be traced to their former appearance. The courtyard has lush flowers and trees, the singing of birds, and the gurgling water in the outdoor streams and canals. The scene of "three families looking at a well, and one household having several pots of flowers" is still there. The "Wuhua Tower", which echoes the intersection of the south gate, has carved beams and painted buildings, and arched and flying eaves. It was the first place where emperors summoned ministers and hosted distinguished guests. Although it has been burned several times and rebuilt several times in the long river of time, the magnificent royal style is still prominent under the misty sky.
If these four doors and one floor describe the rich history of the ancient city, then walking into Foreign Street places people in another atmosphere of the ancient city. This unique pedestrian street is lively and peaceful, trendy and simple. It is bustling and bustling, and a sense of tranquility and tranquility lingers in the air. On both sides of the street are still those Bai residential buildings with "three squares, one illuminated wall, and four in five courtyards". They operate coffee houses, western restaurants, bars, and restaurants of different styles. The aroma of delicious food floats in the air, especially at night. lively.
The changes of time are recorded in the ancient city. The Fuxian Temple, the restored and rebuilt Dali Confucian Temple, the century-old Dali Christian Church, the beautiful and elegant Yuer Park, and the Monument to the People's Heroes commemorating the martyrs. Each building sets time in the long river of history. A moment in the long river of history makes people sigh or imagine.
For me, the biggest surprise is the "Bed Sheet Factory Art District" hidden in the ancient city. This art space, which was converted from an abandoned bed linen factory, retains the building of the old factory in the 1990s, and adds some artistic designs. The overall feeling is retro and full of modernity. This small space has bookstores, galleries, coffee shops, small theaters, and original clothing stores, gathering independent artists from various fields. The collision of modern thoughts and the ancient historical city has stirred up the spark of creativity.
After wandering in the ancient city for a long time, I don't want to leave. I let the stone road extend under my feet and time flow through my fingers. I just want to faintly integrate the leisure and warmth that belongs to the ancient city into my heart.
The weather in Dali is a fickle face for children.
It was rare to see the sun on the way to Xizhou, but in the blink of an eye it became cloudy again; when we arrived at Chongsheng Temple in the afternoon, the rain was pattering and falling non-stop. It was another day when "I went out refreshed and came home wet."
Originally, I just wanted to go to Xizhou to visit the ancient town. I had never been interested in attractions such as Yan's Residence, which were expensive and over-commercial. But thinking about the little girl next to me, she was tired of accompanying me to visit the ancient town every day. Song and dance performances and making Xizhou Baba surprisingly suit her appetite, so I accompanied her once. Fortunately, there were no other surprises except for being forced to visit the silver store in the end. I was still happy ~
But after visiting the ancient town, I realized that I had been cheated? The driver took us to the "Yan Family Residence-Houlu", but the real Yan Family Courtyard was another place. The "pit" of Dali tourism is also amazing!
In the northwest corner of Dali, there is an ancient town of Nanzhao Ancient City that has been left for thousands of years. It borders Cangshan Mountain in the west and Erhai Lake in the east. It is solemn, dense, yet light and graceful. It is the place that Mr. Lao She said was a miracle-Xizhou Ancient Town.
This ancient town with strong ethnic customs and historical and cultural atmosphere is the hometown of the movie "Five Golden Flowers". There is no noise here as the ancient city of Dali, nor the literature and art of Shuanglang Ancient Town. It is more of the vicissitudes left by thousands of years.
Xizhou Ancient Town is not large. With Sifang Street as the center, four main streets spread out, gathering most of the key protected houses and protected houses. Almost every ancient town in western Yunnan has a Sifang Street, which is equivalent to a "central square" that has multiple functions such as market, trade and leisure exchanges; Sifang Street in Xizhou Ancient Town has always been famous in western Yunnan. It is said that in the history of Xizhou, Sifang Street first existed, and then Xizhou Ancient Town was established. In the center of Sifang Street is a tall stone archway "Titling Square", built after several Jinshi scholars appeared in the town in the Ming Dynasty. At that time, all villagers who achieved fame in the imperial examinations could engrave their names. On the east and west sides of the archway are some grocery and snack stalls that leave early and return late. Along the four streets are traditional shops selling department stores and local products. The variety is complete and dazzling.
Bai folk houses are a major feature of Xizhou. Whether it is culture, architecture, style, etc., they have distinctive and strong national characteristics. There are as many as 99 houses built during the Ming, Qing and Republic of China that are relatively well preserved. Representative by the Yan Family Courtyard next to Sifang Street.
The Yan Family Courtyard, which has a large gate, consists of two houses from north to south,"four in five courtyards" and one courtyard,"three squares and one shaded wall" of one courtyard. The courtyard is connected into a whole by "Zouma Corner Building", and there are corridors upstairs and downstairs, connecting all the rooms. Xizhou Residential Buildings pay special attention to the artistic decoration inside the building. The colorful paintings on the eaves, gate houses, light walls and gable walls are colorful, exquisite and beautiful, fully reflecting the architectural talent and artistic creativity of the Bai people. Although washed over time, these carved beams and painted buildings, overlapping arches, and angled cornices still retain their glory of the past.
The most unusual landmark building among Xizhou residential buildings is the corner building in the north of the city. The site selection of the two sides facing the street, the conception of the inner houses of foreign businessmen, the design of the combination of Chinese and Western, and the choice of arc-shaped appearance not only follows the architectural tradition of Bai people, but also is influenced by the structural characteristics of Western-style buildings. The residential courtyards with round outside and square inside inadvertently leave a miraculous building for Xizhou Ancient Town.
When it comes to Xizhou's cultural customs, there are two most famous things-tie-dye, tea and crispy cake, which can be experienced in Yan's houses.
Tie dyeing uses pure white cotton cloth, silk, etc. as grey cloth. The pattern is printed on the cloth in discrete dots. Hand-tied and sewn to form knots. indigo is used as dye. It is soaked and cold dyed many times, rinsed and ground to form various patterns of white flowers on a blue base, so that arbitrary patterns cannot be achieved by mechanized printing and dyeing.
There is a small performance auditorium in the Yan family compound, which mainly holds the Bai people's hospitality ceremony "tea making" and Bai people's song and dance performances. For the first tea, select thicker and bitter tea leaves, put them into small sand cans and bake them with slow fire, and then rinse them with boiling water. Although this tea is fragrant, it is also very cool, so it is called "bitter tea"; For the second tea, add brown sugar, milk fan, walnut kernels, and sesame seeds. It is sweet and delicious, called "sweet tea"; the second tea is mixed with honey and 4 to 6 pepper grains. It has bitterness in sweetness and sweetness in bitterness, and carries a hint of spicy flavor. It is the "aftertaste tea". One bitterness, two sweetness, and three aftertaste. The time of making tea is to let people appreciate the course and true meaning of life."Only by suffering can you be a better person."
Xizhou Baba is fermented with wheat flour and mixed with lard, soil and alkali. It has two flavors: sweet and salty; the sweet one is wrapped with brown sugar and bean paste, and the salty one is mixed with ham or salt and pepper chopped green onion; the two sides are heated and baked with a hanging stove. It is crispy and delicious, oily but not greasy, and crisp but not crisp. Every broken crispy cake shop along Sifang Street claims to be the most authentic. Although Li Kui and Li Gui can't tell the difference, they are all delicious. But for the little girl, the best food is of course made by herself ~
Everyone knows that Dali has four unique treasures: Xiaguan Wind, Shangguan Flowers, Cangshan Snow, and Erhai Moon, but they don't know that Dali also has three pagodas.
The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are located about one kilometer northwest of the ancient city of Dali, at the foot of Diancang Mountain and on the coast of the Erhai Lake. They are not only beautiful in scenery, but also very magnificent. They were royal temples during the Dali Dynasty. In history, nine emperors have become monks here. This is the "Tianlong Temple" in Jin Yong's martial arts novel "Eight Parts of the Dragon". Among the nine emperors who became a monk, Duan Yu's prototype-the 16th King Duan Zhengyan, and Duan Yu's father-the 15th King Duan Zhengchun.
It is said that Chongsheng Temple was built during the Nanzhao period. It was once famous for its five important objects: the Three Towers, the Nanzhao Great Bell, the Rain Copper Guanyin Statue, the Three Saints Golden Statue, and the "Buddha Capital" plaque. Unfortunately, the temple and the other four important objects were all destroyed by wars and natural disasters in the past dynasties. Only the three towers have stood firm for thousands of years.
The three towers are composed of three pavilions, one large and two small pavilions. The Chihiro Tower is in the middle, and the two small pagodas are guarded by the north and south, standing on a tripod. Chihiro Tower was built in the Tang Dynasty and is also called the "Wenbi Tower" because of its elegant shape. The tower is 69 meters high and has a total of 16 floors; the two small towers were built in the Song Dynasty, both 42 meters high and 10 floors. In addition to the Buddhist tradition that one could become a Buddha, there was another important reason for building the three pagodas. In ancient times, Dali was known as "the country was plagued by floods." The ancient book "Jin Shi Cui Bian" records: "It is said that the dragon's nature respects the pagoda and is afraid of the peng. Dali used to be a dragon, so it is controlled for this reason." This is also the origin of the saying "worship the three pagodas and forever guard the mountains and rivers".
Today's Chongsheng Temple was rebuilt after 2000. It started from the mountain and extends from the foot of the mountain. It is magnificent and resplendent. Worth seeing are the recast Nanzhao Jianji Bell and the rebuilt Yutong Guanyin Hall, the Daxiong Hall imitating the Taihe Hall of the Forbidden City in Beijing and the Jiulong Bathing Prince Fountain in front of the Acuoye Guanyin Pavilion, and the Wanghai Tower at the highest point overlooking the Erhai Lake and the ancient city of Dali.
If you want to take a photo with the three towers, the best angle is the "Three Towers Shadow Gathering Pool" behind the three towers. The small pool of water captures the reflections of the three towers, intersecting the real and real, like a dream. This may be the most beautiful picture in Cangshan.
