This is the second time I have come to Dali to play, but because I only have two days in school and have no concept of Dali at all, I just came to explore the way. This time, I took advantage of my annual leave to invite several friends to come with me. I booked the itinerary two months ago, but then everyone had their own situations, so only another friend and I were left here before setting off. Although there are fewer lively parties, the benefits are that the two are more free, more casual and lazy, can have more detailed and enjoyable, and can ask a partner to take various blockbusters for me (the partner is a buddy who can take pictures).

Based on my previous experience here, I spent the five nights and six days in Dali this time. Dali Ancient City, Xizhou Ancient Town, Cangshan Erhai Lake, and Shaxi Ancient Town, so I had a very tight time to play. I still haven't made a guide, but my friend came to play last year and I had a brief understanding from her. The store I stayed in in Dali this time was also recommended by my friend after staying there last year. The key point is to make sure that the housekeeper of the inn can provide a complete guide for eating, drinking, and fun travel in Dali, which is indeed the case. So we set off straight. Along the way, the enthusiastic shopkeeper and housekeeper of Dongli Inn in Dali Ancient City provided detailed travel guides; we had a great time together with the collection of Four Seasons B & B in Shenxiang; Sister Yan of Shaxi Wuyuenan Inn not only shared the trip, but also gave us meticulous and thoughtful care. Everyone made our six days in Dali, eating, entertainment and traffic extremely smooth.

These days we have visited Dali Ancient City, Cangshan, Huanhai, Internet celebrity attractions Jizhao 'an, Caicun Wharf, Xizhou Ancient Town and Haishue Park. There are many scenic spots in Dali that we haven't visited, such as Tianlong Babu Film and Television City, Chongsheng Temple Three Towers, Butterfly Spring, Zhangjia Garden, and Zhoucheng.

Transportation in Dali

In general, chartering or carpooling is more appropriate. Take the high speed without transferring. Only when you are comfortable by car can you be comfortable and save a lot of time on the road.

Dali Ancient City: Dali Airport to Dali Ancient City: The airport bus fare is 25 per person. The bus departs according to the flight landing time. If the flight is delayed, there will be no bus. The shuttle bus from Ancient City to Dali Airport runs from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There are cars. Taking a taxi from the airport or asking the inn to pick up the car costs 100 yuan per car (there are both five and seven seats). It is more suitable to ask the inn to pick up the car than taking a taxi. You can take it directly to the entrance of the inn. The car can be guaranteed and the driver can rest assured. We contacted the housekeeper at Dongli Inn to help arrange the pickup, but the flight was also delayed.

Longkan Wharf: From the airport, you can take a bus to the South Gate of Ancient City (25 yuan/person), and then take a taxi to Longkan Kindergarten and get off (about 15 yuan). You can take Bus No. 8 from the railway station to get off at Yuexi Village, and then take a taxi to Longkan Kindergarten (about 10 yuan).

Shaxi Ancient Town: Dali Ancient City to Shaxi: You can take a bus from North Passenger Station to Jianchuan Passenger Station and transfer to Shaxi, all day long; there is also a bus from the ancient city to Shaxi, 70 yuan per person, take the highway. In addition, Shaxi Wuyuenian Inn can also help with carpooling and chartered cars, which are all delivered from the inn where you depart from. Take the highway, carpooling is 100 yuan per person, and chartered cars are 450 yuan per car (both five and seven seats).

Return: If you take a shuttle bus from Shaxi Ancient Town to Lijiang Airport, you will also take the shuttle bus to Jianchuan Passenger Station and transfer to Lijiang. Then take the airport bus. The inn can also help you contact carpooling or chartered cars. Carpooling costs 100 yuan per person, and chartered cars are 500 yuan per car. Playing strategy:

The ancient city of Dali has a history of more than 1200 years. In the center of the ancient city is the famous Wuhua Tower. There is a Foreign Street in the city. Renmin Road is now the most prosperous area in the ancient city. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are almost all gathered here, and you can party on the Bar Street at night. Although it is off-season travel, the ancient city is still very lively. I suggest that you don't have to waste too much time in the ancient city. The quality of the tour is not high, so you can just wander around casually.

Cangshan is still worth seeing. There are two main cableways to go up Cangshan: Ximatan and Gantong Cableway. We took Cangshan from the Gantong Cableway. Because Ji Zhaozhen was over there, we first went to Ji Zhaozhen, and then went up Cangshan from the cableway. The day was still very stressful and we had to start early. Ji Zhao is really a famous Internet celebrity attraction. It doesn't charge tickets. I heard that there are much more people now than before. It's full of meat. It's really worthy of its reputation. It's said that vegetarian food is also delicious, but we couldn't wait for the meal because we were in a hurry. I missed it. The fare of the Gantong cableway is much cheaper than the Ximatan cableway, only about 100 yuan, but the Ximatan cableway is close to the ancient city.

Longniche is very close to the ancient city and is relatively quiet. There are not many tourists and there are still many indigenous people. The village has a wide pastoral scenery, and you can take a walk in the fields; the clear sky and high clouds reflect each other's reflection on the Erhai Lake. It is the most beautiful time. It is great to watch the sunrise in the Wetland Park. In the current season, migratory birds such as red-billed gulls along the Erhai Lake are also back. It is a great place to relax, take photos and watch the scenery here, so we have been taking photos all the time.

Nanzhao Style Island in Erhai Lake is one of the three islands. There are sculptures, Guanyin statues, and Taihu Lake stones on it, but tickets are required. There is also a Luoquan Peninsula, where Luoquan Temple, Guanyin Pavilion, Taizi Pavilion, Baxian Tower, Erya Ti, Mochi, Tianjing Pavilion and many other attractions are all on it, and tickets are also required. Such attractions might be more suitable for families, but we didn't go.

Since the Erhai Lake was renovated last year, there have been fewer people and more leisure. The circle is about 130 kilometers. There are many scenic spots on the road. You can go to see the scenery and take photos. You can go to Shuanglang to see Cangshan and Erhai Lake. Generally, self-driving starts at 9 a.m., and stops and goes, you can come back at 5:67:00 p.m. You can rent a car and drive yourself. Just rent a car and find an inn. You can feel more at ease than those on the street. You can also rent an electric car, charter a car or follow a group. However, electric vehicles may also have insufficient batteries or problems with the car, which will cause trouble. The chartered car is 400 yuan per day. Follow the group for 288 adults and 140 children, make Chinese food, go to Internet celebrity spots to check in, and help take photos. There are many people in the group, so we asked the inn to help us rent a car around the sea. It is more free and we can control the time ourselves. Yangjiadeng is a good place to take photos. There are often many people taking wedding photos. The scenery is also good and suitable for taking photos.

Xizhou Ancient Town is also good. Take a casual look at the ancient city. There is an alley behind the ancient city. Walking along the alley, there will be many shops selling handicrafts. You can stroll around and find your favorite things. If you walk in, you will have a lot to eat. You can try all kinds of things. Xizhou Baba is very expensive, but people who go will buy one to try it.

Shaxi Ancient Town is between Dali and Lijiang, and slightly closer to Lijiang, about two hours by car. There is the only surviving ancient market on the Tea Horse Ancient Road. There are very few people and many foreigners. The style of the ancient buildings is well preserved and it is a well-preserved ancient town. The pace of life here is very slow, the folk customs are simple, enthusiastic, and the consumption is low. The food in the restaurant is delicious and cheap, and there is no taste of tourist attractions or business at all. Most of the foreigners who open stores here are mainly living, so they all have more personalities. The ancient town is very small and you can visit it quickly. The Yujin Bridge by the river is suitable for watching the sunset. With the ancient town as the center, it is surrounded by many villages. The old buildings are quiet and simple. You can walk or ride to the villages and fields; or find a small shop on Sifang Street to bask in the sun and entertain cats and dogs for a long time. This is a spiritual territory far away from the hustle and bustle of the world and suitable for emptying and calming the soul. I will come back for a while if I have the opportunity in the future. Nowadays, in the morning of Shaxi, there will be morning fog on the river surface, which is like a fairyland, and there are a lot of photography; at night, the sky is full of bright stars and the Milky Way visible to the naked eye.

Shibao Mountain is more than ten kilometers away from Shaxi Ancient Town. You can ask the inn to find a chartered car or drive there by car. In the mountains, there are Shizhong Temple Grottoes with the same name as Dunhuang, Xuankong Temple and many monkeys. The grottoes are well preserved. Jianchuan is a matriarchal culture, so grottoes culture is also very characteristic. The scenic area is very large, and you can reach all important scenic spots by sightseeing buses, so there is no big problem with elderly people and children. We set off after breakfast and had lunch in the mountains (the fish in Shilong Village in the mountains were delicious). We finished eating and would be around 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

There are also scenic spots such as Bailongtan, Mapingguan, and Huachong Mountain around Shaxi. If you have time, you can play slowly. Shaxi has a market every Friday, which is very local. It is worth visiting if you encounter it.

Dali's food:

There is a restaurant called Mengzi Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodles in Dali behind the Erhai Gate. If you want to eat rice noodles, you can try it, it tastes good; the online celebrity shop Duan Gongzi's house is relatively fair; next to Duan's company is Jim Restaurant, which is opened by Zhao Lei. If you want to go sit down, it is a music restaurant and bar; Huayijian wild mushroom hot pot eats wild fungi, which tastes good. They have a wild mushroom fried rice that is quite delicious and greasy; There will be many snacks on the People's Road, and you can try those that are interested. For example, local specialties include roasted bait nuggets, roasted milk fans, Yangbi rolled noodles, cold chicken rice noodles, shredded bait, etc. The snacks in Xizhou are more comprehensive and taste good; At the intersection of Renmin Road and Fuxing Road, there is a shop called Eggplant Chacha, which is very cost-effective. It serves Yunnan cuisine and has a complete range of dishes and a good environment; I recommend a shop on Yeyu Road for eating hot pot: 1995. If you name the inn housekeeper, you will definitely have a discount. There is a hand-pilaf restaurant with the flavor of Dai countryside in the ancient city. It tastes good. If you want to eat, you can place an order at Meituan first and inform the merchant of the arrival time. Otherwise, it may take a long time to wait in the past. It is better to have more people to eat. The dishes you order will also be more.

Shaxi: The overall quality of Shaxi's restaurants is very high. Many restaurants are good. The dishes are fresh and delicious. Most of them are opened by locals, and the owners cook the dishes themselves. The price is very real. A restaurant that has been open for more than ten years, the local beef in Longfeng Ruiying Muslim Restaurant tastes good and is sufficient, so you can eat hot pot or stir-fried vegetables. Jiajia Restaurant is located on Sifang Street. The small stir-fry made by the landlady is refreshing and exquisite. Braised pork and steamed eggplant are highly recommended. There are also many other flavors of dishes and restaurants. You can consult Sister Yan of Wu Yuenian for details, who has eaten them all.

Accommodation in Dali:

Dali Ancient City: Our friend stayed at Dali August Inn last year and recommended this hotel. When we came, the boss opened a new Dali Dongli Inn. The boss was very nice. The room price was about 300 after the off-season discount. He let us stay in the two houses at will. We found it troublesome to move things, so we chose her newly opened store. August Inn is located in the ancient city Erhai Gate. It is more convenient to visit the ancient city. The courtyard is not big and it is an antique B & B style with two cats. Those who like to rub cats should go quickly. Dongli Inn is a type of boutique hotel. It is spacious and bright, has a lot of meat, has plenty of sunshine, has a large yard and rooms, new facilities and good hardware. It is located in Yuexi Village. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the ancient city, but it is quieter than the ancient city. Both stores can book directly online. The housekeeper in Dong Li was also very nice and down-to-earth. He helped us carry our luggage and would help solve any problems. The information he provided to us was very useful.

Longkan Wharf: Shenxiang Four Seasons B & B, the owner is very unique in appearance and character, and he is also very kind. The inn opened not long ago and is very new. It has only 4 rooms. The rooms and bathrooms are oversized. Some of the walls are very old and large stone walls, and the rooms are full of design. The toilet used was a TOTO electric toilet, and the bedding, towels, and bath towels were actually from Hilton. The yard is relatively small, but the owner is renovating another new yard, which will be much bigger. I look forward to staying and experiencing it next time.

Shaxi: Shaxi Wuyue Nian Humanities Inn is a famous online celebrity shop with the highest positive rating on the Internet. It indeed deserves its reputation. The inn is located in the ancient town and close to the parking lot. It is so quiet at night that you can hear the sound of frogs in the distant fields. The courtyard is surrounded by green plants and flowers inside and outside. From the public areas to the decoration and layout of the guest rooms, it is exquisite, tasteful, fresh and literary, especially the details. It is simply invincible, and even my own home is difficult to make it like this. The sun room is so comfortable that you can't get up lying on the sofa. The eight rooms are all very large, and each room has a different style. It makes me want to come and try to sleep in one by one. The rooms have tea sets and tea, and the rooms also have hand-drawn tour maps. The overall quality of the inn is very high, and the breakfast is nutritious and rich. Sister Yan is very kind and enthusiastic. She will tell us carefully when eating, drinking and having fun that it is a blessing to enjoy the warmth and care of home on the road.

The streets of the ancient city of Dali are full of various specialty shops, with the most flower cakes and tie-dye products. There are a wide variety of goods and a mixed mixture of good and bad goods. Even if you are confused, you dare not ask or buy randomly. There are still many pits where the ancient city sells goods. Some merchants are not friendly to tourists who do not shop.

Shaxi's specialties are dried fungi and wood carvings. There are many handmade shops. The place is much simpler and the prices are fair and realistic, but some shops also have water.

2. July and August are the rainy season here. The summer vacation is very cool, so you need to wear a coat. The temperature difference between autumn and winter and early spring is larger. You still need to wear cotton-padded clothes in the morning and evening. The inn rooms you stay in have air conditioning or heating, so don't worry. When it doesn't rain, the sun is shining brightly, the sky is blue and white clouds are blue, and a flick of your mobile phone can make a big movie.

3. There are many festivals for ethnic minorities. The March Street in Dali and the Torch Festival in Shaxi are both very lively and atmospheric, and you can feel the enthusiasm of the local people.
