Changlong Strategy

Introduction and precautions:

1. Chimelong Group has parks in Zhuhai and Guangzhou. Chimelong Zhuhai is a sea kingdom and circus performances, and Chimelong Guangzhou is a wildlife park, bird park and circus performances. (There is also a happy world in Changlong, Guangzhou, with various amusement facilities. Because children can't play here, I won't introduce them.)

2. When staying in Zhuhai Chimelong Park, I recommend staying at the Penguin Hotel (convenient transportation, with Penguin Buffet Restaurant) or Hengqin Bay Hotel (the hotel has a water park and brings your own swimsuit); when staying in Guangzhou Chimelong Park, you can stay at Panda Hotel (I live outside the park in Guangzhou, so I won't comment on this hotel).

As long as you stay at a hotel owned by Chimelong for more than two consecutive nights, you can enjoy the discount of free shuttle buses (Zhuhai-Guangzhou or Guangzhou-Zhuhai), but something should be noted:

(1) Be sure to stay for two consecutive nights or more. You can stay in Zhuhai on the first day and Guangzhou on the second day. This is also okay.

(2) The free bus can only be booked one day in advance at the front desk of the hotel where you stay. You cannot call. You can only book on site. She will issue a ticket for you, with the bus number and seat number, and you must also ask in advance where the bus stops. (Penguin Hotel is in the same location as the airport bus)

(3) The free bus can only stop at the location of a hotel under Chimelong. For example, I got on the bus at Zhuhai Penguin Hotel, but I didn't stay at a hotel under Chimelong in Guangzhou. I just got off at the first stop in Guangzhou where the bus stopped, and then booked a taxi online to Guangzhou to book a hotel.

(4) There are two free buses a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The specific time must be greeted when booking a car. This will always change. The car ride time is about two and a half hours, and we have been running on the high speed. You can't go to the toilet in the middle. Children must drink less water in the morning.

3. Although there are circus performances in Zhuhai and Guangzhou, I suggest watching them in Zhuhai because circus performances are all at night, starting at about 7:30 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. In Ocean Kingdom, there are also float parades and light show performances every night, which ends at around 9 o'clock. It is very inconvenient to take a taxi out of the park. Just stay at the Penguin Hotel for both nights.

4. According to local drivers, if you choose to travel during the peak period or during the Chinese New Year, there may be road closures and super traffic jams in the vicinity of Chimelong, so you can just live in Chimelong. In addition, you can buy fast lane tickets in Zhuhai Changlong, so you don't have to wait in line. Changlong, Guangzhou, as long as you stay in a hotel owned by Changlong, Guangzhou, you can use the fast lane with your room card, which can save time. Because I went during the off-season and there were very few people, there was not much queue. I had to ask the hotel lobby for specific matters.

5. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the "Chimelong APP" in advance and follow the Chimelong public account on WeChat. You can see the opening and closing times, maps and performance times of each park in advance. You can reasonably plan your route according to your preferences.

6. When booking a hotel in Chimelong, I suggest that everyone must be careful about whether the room and time you have booked can be booked. Because hotels in Chimelong are non-refundable and are relatively expensive, everyone must confirm it. I made a reservation for three days and two nights, including six meals, two days of unlimited entry and circus tickets to Sea Kingdom (The cost for a double bed room is about 4100.) There are specific arrangements for where these six meals are located, and the hotel front desk will explain it to you in detail. In addition, you must ask in advance for Ocean Kingdom's unlimited two days. Which two days are specific, because you actually spend three days in Zhuhai. Generally hotels default to the same day and the next day. For example, if I arrive late that day and I will never enter the park again. You tell the hotel front desk that he will help you change them to the next and third days.

7. Taxis are rarely seen near Changlong, Guangzhou, so booking a taxi online is very important. Be sure to download the software in advance or book a taxi directly on Baidu maps.

Schedule:

Day 1:

1. The plane arrived in Zhuhai at about 3:45 p.m., and took the airport bus to Penguin Hotel at 4:25. It took about 70 minutes to arrive at Penguin Hotel, checked in, got various tickets, had dinner, and went to see Long Xiu.

2. Be careful when getting circus tickets. If you don't book circus tickets individually in the same room, be sure to ask the front desk staff to issue them for you, otherwise the seat numbers will not be next to each other.

The next day:

Breakfast (Penguin Buffet)

First go and book a free bus for the third day, and then Sea Kingdom.

1. Hotel guests can enter the park half an hour in advance with their ticket and room card, which means they can enter the park at 9:30, but they have to queue up ten minutes in advance. The Penguin Hotel is only a minute's walk from the Sea Kingdom, which is very close.

2. Be sure to take a map when you enter the door.

3. There is also a service to rent a baby carriage at the door, which is equipped with locks. You can lock it wherever you go. My child is already five years old, and I didn't rent it because the venues are actually quite dense, and it's very troublesome to lock the car first where to go to play.

4. When you enter the park, you will open your bags for inspection. You can bring water, but food is not allowed.

5. There are also some game events in Ocean Kingdom. All events are included in the tickets. There is no need to pay any more, just queue up. However, there are many events that have height requirements, all of which are 1.2 meters, and a child needs to be accompanied by an adult. Lift towers, penguin roller coasters, etc. are quite interesting.

6. There are staff members in every venue, and children can ask for ocean cartoon cards. There are eighteen in total. After they are collected, they can go to the Tourist Service Center to exchange for a small gift. It is said that it is a small jigsaw puzzle. I still remembered asking for two cards at the beginning, but I forgot later.

7. There is a float parade and a light and fireworks display every night. Be sure to see it, it's beautiful.

Because children had watched many marine animal performances, and mainly because there were few people, we didn't queue up much, so we were finished in one day.

Day 3:

The bus leaves at 10:10, and it's about 12:30 to Changlong, Guangzhou. The hotel I booked is Xiaoai Apartment, which is very close to Changlong and Hanxi Changlong Station of Metro Line 3. It has a family room with two queen beds. It's 300 yuan a night. It's very safe. It's really hard to order downstairs. McDonald's. It's very convenient to eat and drink.

In the afternoon, I took Metro Line 3 to Guangzhou Tower Station and went to see the Guangzhou Tower and the Pearl River. Don't go on Monday, because the Ferris wheel above the Guangzhou Tower is closed on Monday and will not open until 5 p.m.

Day 4 Chimelong Wildlife Park

Because I had two children and an elderly person with me, I did not choose to take the free bus in the Chimelong Park (not always available, there is a timetable). Instead, I chose to take a taxi (about 70 yuan round trip) to the north gate of Chimelong Wildlife Park, get a map, and take a small train. After getting off the small train, it will be directly to the entrance of the cable car. You can also bring water but not food. All items in the park are free. I got off the cable car, watched the panda koala, and ate at the Panda Parent-Child Restaurant (90 yuan per capita).

Day 5 Flying Bird Park

A round-trip taxi ride costs about 90 yuan, and you need to get a map after entering the park. This park is not big and is full of birds and animals. Girls like it more. The feeding animals here are also relatively cheap. It is still very interesting to feed flamingos. Various performances are also good, and the specific time and projects must be based on the introduction of Chimelong APP.
