The bustling Beijing Road in the past is as peaceful as midnight when passing by during the day.
Go straight to the end facing the Finance Department. There will be a staircase at the left turn, and a huge stamp logo is engraved on the wall. If it's crowded on weekdays, you may easily miss it. Is STAMP stamps related to the theme of the store?
Walking up the second floor, my first reaction was "How big!!" Unexpectedly, such a small facade hides such a large space upstairs.
[Not coffee]
It was said that it was not coffee, but in fact it was still coffee. It was just that condensed milk had moderate taste and sweetness. People who liked sweetness could consider it. It was a new attempt for coffee lovers.
[Hand-brewed coffee-Sidamo]
The sweetness of sidamo beans processed with honey is almost as sweet as I imagined. Because I don't know the brand of the beans, I don't comment much, and the taste is relatively stable.
[Hand-brewed coffee-Gu Ji]
At the end of February, many restaurants were still on restricted dine-in dining, and it was not easy to find one that was open. This time, I discovered a new attempt.
Guji is an Ethiopian bean with a prominent flavor and a recent hit. The barista uses two cups to pour the same coffee, a glass cup and a ceramic cup. The momentum of drinking a glass is clear, while the ceramic cup is lubricated and comfortable due to the flow rate. When different cups actually drank the same type of beans, they produced different styles. I stared in shock!
When I first learned the flavor of coffee, I was amazed at the variety of black beans. Now starting from the coffee container, you get a new sensory experience. I couldn't help but grab the fragments from my memories. I once saw a barista bring a strange cup and change the cup tacitly with the barista and the guest. Now I understand the truth.
The cup not only changed the solubility and penetration of water, but also changed my mood in the afternoon. Sit close to the window and look up. The sky is blue and the mood is clear.
