I was hungry after going down the mountain. There are various snacks in the specialty street of Baishuizhai Scenic Area. There are Mishi red persimmon and Hakka Aici sold at the entrance of the scenic area. I especially like to eat persimmon. Zengcheng, Guangzhou, has many specialties. In addition to agricultural products such as lychee, silk seedling rice, and sweet potatoes, there are also seasonal fruit picking, which is very suitable for taking children on a self-driving tour.

After coming out of Baishuizhai Scenic Area, walk forward for a few minutes and you will see the orchard. From here, you can also see Baishuizhai Waterfall.

Nowadays, seasonal fruits include grapes, red heart guava and golden kiwifruit. You can pick them at will after entering. You can't try them on the spot. You can only cut them into a basket and weigh them by catty. Rose aroma is 20 yuan per catty, red heart guava and golden kiwifruit are 15-20 yuan per catty. If you want to eat authentic Pitan Gai Tsai powder, you can go to Gaotan Village Gaoshan Preserved Meat Factory. In the morning, you can see the production process of Gai Tsai powder when you come to Sheng Kee Breakfast Shop. Use late-made rice to grind it into the steamed powder from rice paste. It tastes refreshing and has a strong rice flavor. We ordered fried Gai Tsai powder to eat it. It tastes really good!

In addition to gaizi noodles, his family also has snacks such as pork offal porridge, beef brisket noodles, wonton noodles and beef brisket noodles.

Paitan Market:

Seeing that it was getting late, we wanted to go back to the city, so we happened to pass by the Paitan Market, so we stopped in to buy groceries, so as not to get stuck in traffic on the road and get back too late and the vegetable market was closed.

Paitan Market is spacious and bright, with fruits, rice, seafood, meat and vegetables. Zengcheng Silmiao Rice is known as the "King of Rice in China". We specially bought a few kilograms to stew cured rice.

We all like to eat Mishi red persimmon. Local farmers sell it for 2 yuan per catty. It's really cheap, so we might as well buy a few more catty to eat home.

Chi Caixin is one of Zengcheng specialties. Although it has large leaves and thick stems, it is fried with lard dregs and eaten. It is sweet, crispy and tender without dregs. I love to eat Chi Caixin every winter, so I simply buy two kilograms of Chi Caixin home for dinner.
