D1: Nanyuan Restaurant, Panxi Restaurant and Beiyuan Restaurant are called "the three largest garden restaurants in Guangzhou". They have been selected as the restaurant recommended by Michelin Bibiden and are the best choice for Laoguang to drink morning tea. The hotel has a large number of tables and a large scene. There is a banquet hall outside and private seats inside, but there are still queues during peak periods. The morning tea is exquisite, and the selected snacks are all full of color, aroma, and flavor. Especially recommended are Nanyuan Shrimp Dumpling King, Barbecue Pork Crispy, Swan Durian Crispy, Coconut Sauce Osmanthus Cake, Sauce Chicken Feet, and Horseshoe Cake. After dinner, you can stroll through the garden. The garden has Lingnan characteristics, with twists and turns, winding paths leading to the secluded scenery, and unique caves. It provides a place for people living in the fast-paced city to relax and enjoy delicious food.

For dinner, I made a reservation at Liyuan Restaurant, known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" in the Cantonese cuisine community. Li Yuan Restaurant is a well-known catering group in Hong Kong with a long history. It has been rated as a Michelin star restaurant in many branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The ingredients in Liyuan are prepared and cleared every day, so it is recommended that you book in advance. You can reserve some dishes first when booking. There will also be phone calls for a return visit to restaurants booked through other channels. In the past 40 years since its establishment, Li Yuan has also been constantly innovating, such as the well-known Hong Kong-style dessert Yangzhi Ganlu, etc. The most recommended dishes are three-layered frozen meat, abalone sauce chicken feet, glass crispy skin baby pigeon, ancient method steamed tiger spot with dragon dragon, seafood soup and rice, Yang Zhi Ganlu with jujube cake.

After dinner, depart from Zhujiang New City and ride along the river. Pearl River New City is the most reasonable layout of the city's central axis. Buildings on both sides of the central axis are basically symmetrically distributed. The most prominent ones are the Guangzhou International Financial Center and the Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook Financial Center. The two high-rise buildings rise straight into the clouds and stand opposite each other. Looking up from the central axis, between the two high-rise buildings is the "Xiaomanyao" Guangzhou Tower opposite the river. Both sides of the river build Guangzhou's most beautiful urban skyline.

Stay at the Hampton Inn Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center. The hotel facilities are new, the hygiene is good, and the room service is timely. The hotel has free parking lot, which is convenient for parking and far from the subway station. Breakfast is rich in content.

D2: Tickets to Guangzhou Zoo are very cheap. Although they are relatively contemporary, they are rich in animal species and are a good choice for parent-child travel. When I went there, the bird area was undergoing large-scale renovations and the aquarium was under construction, so it was a pity that some animals could not be viewed. There are also some amusement facilities in the park, which are very suitable for children to play.

For lunch, we chose Huishijia, which was featured on "A Bite of China". Its Dongfeng store won a Michelin plate, Haizhu store won a Michelin star, and its Jeiba was also selected for the Michelin Bibidin restaurant. Huishijia is the most outstanding in its Ge-Jai pot, and other classic Cantonese dishes are also high-quality products. Particularly recommended are Jelly eel pot, Jelly mood-ground chicken, Jelly beef tongue, Octopus jelly pot, Jelly oyster roast, overnight chicken with onion oil, crab yellow tofu, classic shredded rice eel baked with shredded rice, and ginger milk ice cream. This is a must-eat restaurant every time I go to Guangzhou.

In the afternoon, drive from the hotel to Tai Koo Cang Pier. Taikoo Cang Wharf is located in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City (formerly known as White Shell). It was built by Taikoo Overseas Shipping Corporation of the United Kingdom from 1904 to 1908 and was used by Taikoo Shipping Company. In Guangzhou in the 1920s, it was a relatively complete storage terminal. The dock has now been transformed into an art district, with many exquisite shops, restaurants and bars. It is a place for literary check-in and photo taking.

Go to Xiguan in the evening and visit ancient Guangzhou together to find traditional food.

Before dinner, try Huang Xiaolan pot rice recommended by other strategies. I ordered a nest of egg slippery beef pot rice. Perhaps because the heat was not controlled well, there was no feeling of flow when slicing the eggs. The beef was indeed very tender, but the amount was a little small. Overall, it's value for money, but it's not particularly outstanding. It may not be particularly different from a random pot rice on the roadside. It's not worth making a special trip. If you want to go on the way, you can try it.

Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is one of the two major pedestrian streets in Guangzhou and a relatively civilian shopping place in Guangzhou. There are many traditional Guangzhou delicacies and time-honored brands in Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. The most recommended ones are Nanxin milk desserts experts. Double skin milk, ginger milk, and buffalo milk and peach gum stewed papaya. The milk taste is strong, sweet but not greasy, and it is a collection of various Cantonese syrup water and snacks. Guangzhou has no other branch. It must eat it every time. Other recommended ones include: the famous Guangzhou catering brand Guangzhou Restaurant (Michelin plate), the main store of Taotaoju, Baohua Noodle Restaurant, which is famous for its fresh shrimp wonton noodles, Chen Tianji, Apo Beef Offal, Yinji Rice Roll, Wenji Yixin Chicken (Michelin Bibideng), Wu Zhanji Boat Congee, Xiguan Bozi Cake, Pork Knuckle Ginger.

Then ride to Shamian to enjoy the night view. Shamian is an important commercial port in Guangzhou. Over the past century, more than ten countries have set up consulates in Shamian. Nine foreign banks and more than 40 foreign banks have operated in Shamian. Guangdong Customs Clubs and Guangzhou Clubs have been established in Shamian. Shamian has witnessed the changes in Guangzhou's modern history, leaving behind the footsteps of great people such as Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Premier Zhou Enlai. Shamian has become a microcosm of my country's modern history and the history of the concession. The European-style buildings on Shamian Island have formed a unique open-air building "Museum". The sand surface at night is decorated with lights, adding to its exotic flavor. Walking through it gives visitors the illusion of being in a foreign country.

D3： The 1:1 ratio of the Guangzhou Metro Museum realistically restores the scene of the real shield machine. In the 6.28-meter-diameter shield machine cabin, there is a control room, screw ejector, segment assembly machine, shield jack, hydraulic drive motor, cutter head and cutter. The internal videos and display boards comprehensively and vividly popularize the history, role, functions and types of the shield machine. They can not only satisfy the curiosity of subway fans, but also allow citizens to learn subway knowledge most intuitively, thereby understanding the story behind this rail transit vehicle that is most frequently contacted in daily life. For dinner, taste the Haiyin Main Store at the Michelin Plate Restaurant Bingsheng. Bingsheng Group is Guangzhou's premier catering group. It has multiple sub-brands such as Bingsheng Private Kitchen, Bingsheng Mansion, Bingsheng Taste, and Little Bingsheng. Among them, Private Kitchen and Mansion both won one Michelin star. Bingsheng has many first-of-its-kind dishes and award-winning classic Cantonese dishes. It focuses on recommending the first-ever roast goose in soup, the secret roast black pork, baked coral fish in ginger and soy sauce, white-cut lychee chicken, original crystal three-flavor tofu, and pumpkin cloth.

Guangzhou is the birthplace of Guangfu culture and has long served as the political, economic and cultural center of Lingnan. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was China's only foreign trade port and the only port in the world that has lasted for more than 2,000 years. The glorious past has left Guangzhou with a profound historical heritage. What is particularly important is the strong business atmosphere and the spiritual wealth of openness, inclusiveness, and courage to venture and fight. This still profoundly affects the people living in this land today., making this land still bursting with infinite power. Guangzhou is also a city nostalgic, with history and modernity coexisting. Crossing Liwan, the customs of Xiguan reproduce the legacy of the Tang and Song Dynasties; walking the Tianhe River, high-rise buildings display the majestic appearance of reform and opening up. Today, Guangzhou, as an important engine city for the development of Guangdong Province and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, still has a heavy burden on its shoulders and a long way to go.
