Impression of Nansha: Meeting

Guangzhou is a household name. I have been there countless times, whether for business, personal play, or transit. I have full points of favorable impression. However, this is the second time I have visited Nansha District, which belongs to Guangzhou, and I like it very much.

If Guangzhou is a city of development, then you must go to the Greater Bay Area in Nansha. This is a demonstration zone for comprehensive cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and the core area of a world-class city.

If Guangzhou is a cultural city, then you must visit Tianhou Palace in Nansha, which is the largest Mazu Temple in Southeast Asia.

If Guangzhou is a historical city, then you must go to the Humen Bridge in Nansha. Each bridge flies east and west, and the natural chasm becomes a thoroughfare.

If Guangzhou is a food city, then you must taste Nansha's Wangmei, Sunflower Chicken and other local specialties.

If Guangzhou is an international metropolis, then you must come to Nansha to see the world. It has "Provence in France" and "Bali in Southeast Asia".

4 days and 3 nights itinerary

D1: Arrive one day early and check into the Guge Accord Hotel. Dinner doesn't need to be too troublesome. You can eat at the hotel. After a long day of trouble, you can have a good rest.

D2: Tianhou Palace in Nansha (the largest Mazu Temple in Southeast Asia)-Liugebao Farm (special lunch)-Huangshan Lu Forest Park (the most suitable place in the scorching summer, with green trees)-Mingliyuan Farm (the most recommended authentic Nansha cuisine)-Nansha Garden Hotel (the only 5-star hotel in Guangzhou that can see the sea)

D3: Nansha Wetland Park (get in close contact with nature by boat and become a scenery in the eyes of others)-Tanjiamei Restaurant (a restaurant with absolute seafood)-Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park (pretend to be in Bali)-Nansha Grand Hotel Dinner-Nansha Cruise Music Festival (Burning Summer, Music is on the scene)

D4: Million Sunflower Garden (the world of flowers in the fairy tale)--Flower Love Restaurant (the must-see sunflower chicken)--Shijiu Chung (watching the sea from the Antarctic)

The overall itinerary arrangement is not tense and relatively loose. Every trip is to better integrate into each place and feel their true charm, not just a quick glance. If possible, I hope I can brush Nansha again soon.

In Nansha, be a carefree child
Tianhou Palace in Nansha: The largest Mazu temple in Southeast Asia

This is the first stop of my trip to Nansha and it is also a destination that I have a deep impression of. I heard that many people came here to pray for blessings, and the incense was very strong.

Nansha Tianhou Palace, also known as Mazu Temple, is the largest Mazu temple in Southeast Asia. It is mainly composed of Tianhou Palace and palace buildings. The style of the Forbidden City in Beijing is integrated with the grandeur of the Nanjing Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum.

My first impression when I arrived was how big it was. It was expected to take about 3-5 minutes to get from the door to the stairs.

In the middle is the largest statue of Mazu in Southeast Asia. Tianhou Palace is halfway up the mountain. Standing on the palace, you can overlook Lingdingyang. It feels a bit like Putuo Mountain in Xiamen. Nanling Tower, the highest point in the building complex, can overlook the entire Nansha Tianhou Palace.

Photo guide

At the gate, you can stand at the door and the photographer can shoot your back or sideways, making your legs long, tall and thin.

After coming out of Tin Hau Palace, there is Binhai Park next to it, where you can stand under a tree with your back facing the sea. The photographer takes pictures across the road. It is very Japanese and has a feeling of small Kamakura.

Practical guide

Transportation:Exit B of Nansha Passenger Station on Metro Line 4 is about 300 meters away.

Tour order:Gate--Gate Gate--Sacrifice Hall--Main Hall--Bedroom Hall

Other:You can't burn incense now, remember not to bring it ~~

Huangshan Lu Forest Park: The charm of nature

This is the largest forest park in Guangzhou and is open for free. It is also the ecological and green core area of the central Urban area of Nansha. It is completely a forest oxygen bar.

When I first arrived here, my first impression was that the screen was full of green, lush and comfortable. Many people may find it boring when they come here, but they are not. There are still many ways to play here.

Play 1: Take photos

There are two ways to take photos: aerial photography and regular photography.

Aerial photography is a more professional person who can capture the entire forest park. A winding road, in the woods, if you can drive it by yourself, the video taken should be very interesting.

Regular shooting is mainly aimed at ordinary people. Choose the sun when it is sunny and let the light shine through the mottled tree shadows. When people stand in it, the story of light and the tree begins. Any photo taken will be super beautiful.

Play 2: Explore nature

This forest park is not only rich in trees and plants, but also many precious wild animals. Nature lovers can come here to enjoy the opportunity to get along with them, understand their living habits, and record their lovely moments. But be careful not to disturb them, let alone capture them. In addition, there are cultural landscapes such as lakes and ruins.

Play 3: Climbing mountains or playing around the lake

Mountaineering route: There are signs on the road. The road is a bit steep. You can walk slowly. After reaching the top of the mountain, you can see the ruins of the Opium War Battery and the water inlet of the Pearl River. The entire journey takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Routes around the lake: It will be easier, the roads will be gentle, and you will encounter large flower fields on the road. Just walk until you reach Baishui Lake.

Practical guide

Gate:The entire park has 2 gates, the east gate and the west gate. Nansha Bus No. 3 goes to Jiuwangmiao Station (near the East Gate); Bus No. 61 goes to the station near the West Gate.

Food:There is really nothing in the park, so you must bring your own water and food.

Wearing:If you don't climb mountains, you can wear something beautiful and suitable for taking photos; if you want to climb mountains, it is recommended to focus on comfort, and climbing mountains is not easy.

Nansha Wetland Park: The Wizard of Oz blown by the sea breeze

Wetland parks are generally not very interesting places in my knowledge, but Nansha Wetland Park is the second wetland park that I think is good (the first one is Tengchong Beihai Wetland Park).

First of all, Nansha Wetland Park is very large and the largest wetland park in Guangzhou. My favorite thing is the long tree-lined avenue inside. It takes a long time to walk back and forth, at least 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Tall trees are crossed, and light shines through the branches and scattered down. If you can shoot, this artistic conception will be very beautiful.

At the end, you will find the riverside, where you can blow the wind. There is a viewing platform next to it, where you can climb up to see the entire wetland, river view, Nansha Port, and it has the smell of the sea.

Secondly, in the wetland park, you can choose to rent a bicycle to ride or walk. If you want to go to the core area of the wetland, you can buy a ferry ticket and take a cruise ship. You can not only see large areas of reed swamps and mangroves, but also many migratory birds. If you come in summer, you can also see a large sea of lotus flowers.

Practical guide

Tickets:The adult ticket is 50 yuan. Booking on major platforms may be cheaper, so you can check it yourself.

Transportation:It takes 1-1.5 hours to drive from downtown Guangzhou; you can also take Metro Line 4 to Jiaomen Station and transfer to Bus No. 23.

Food:During the epidemic, you can bring your own water and food at ease.

Other:There are many woods and reeds here. Remember to bring insect and mosquito spray, otherwise you may be bitten.

Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park: Pretending to be in Bali

When many people hear about the Nansha Waterbird World, they may think that it is the animal world as its name suggests. It is indeed the case. There are hundreds of migratory birds to watch, and peacocks can be seen everywhere? Pelicans who welcome guests every day (a little dishonest and can peck people, but it won't hurt. Need attention to young ladies wearing skirts?), Swans, etc.

In addition, the environment here is very good and small. There are not many tourists. The entire ecological park is surrounded by green plants. Friends who like green plants can come here to learn more about it.

Walking here, many people will think that they have gone to Southeast Asia. Many buildings are in Southeast Asian style and are really designed by their Southeast Asian friends. They are mainly bamboo culture and art. They are called "Bali" in Guangdong. It is really so touching. It is super suitable for taking portraits, and it will be abroad with a casual photo.

Practical guide

Opening Hours:From 9:00 to 17:00, a general tour takes 1-2 hours. If you take photos and stroll leisurely, it may take at least 3 hours.

Carriage:Because there are many ecological green plants here, it is best to spray some mosquito repellent water when playing to prevent being bitten by insects and mosquitoes.

Tickets:Admission for adults is 80 yuan. Xiaobenyou is less than 1.2 meters tall and does not need a ticket. Now medical staff can enter the park for free with valid documents.

Whether it is suitable for taking care of children:If you have a baby stroller, it may not be suitable, but a big baby friend will like it very much. You can feed swans and other animals, and you can also communicate closely with them.

About eating:There is not much to eat in the park, so it is recommended to carry it yourself, but you should pay attention to hygiene and don't throw garbage anywhere. It is everyone's responsibility to protect animals!

Shawan District Cruise Music Festival: Burning all summer

How long has it been since you guys listened to music? How long has it been since I have been to a music festival? On July 25th, Guangzhou Shawan District Cruise Music Festival opens! This is the first music festival I have heard of this summer.

There will be two places in the on-site stage area. The main stage will mainly be hip-hop music bands performing. I will see many young bands, the most famous of which is Xu Zhenzhen, the top 32 in the country on the "Hip-Hop in China" program and a local singer in Guangzhou. Listening to a local music in Nansha is also very local. Now many Xu Zhenzhen's fans have come and are constantly called Enke Enke.

Even if you don't know any hip-hop/rap singer at the scene, you can be infected in the atmosphere of the scene. The hands will unconsciously wave with the rhythm. Perhaps this is the truth that music knows no borders. This summer, my music festival has begun. When will yours come? jQuery17107699498127253354_1597126068478

On the opposite stage, there is a relatively light and gentle music style. It is two completely different styles. You can sit on the ground and listen and enjoy quietly without making any sound.

In addition, the entire music festival lasts from 16:00 p.m. to 21:30 p.m., and the atmosphere is really high.

In addition to music, there were also food and creative markets, including this year's hottest stalls, with accessories, beverages, specialty costumes, etc. We scanned twice and found some cute gadgets.

Million Sunflower Garden: The World of Flowers in Fairy Tales

As the name suggests, there are many sunflowers in Million Sunflower Garden, but not only that, there are also large areas of lavender. The epidemic cannot reach France, so you can come here to see the French style. The buildings here are very European, fairy-tale, brightly colored, and paired with blue sky and white clouds. If you take a casual photo, it looks like a scenery only in a painting.

In Kuiyuan, there are also various amusement events, such as Ferris Wheel (a romantic place), Step by Step (hanging colorful corridors, it is recommended not to wear skirts, tourists will walk around below), Frozen (a place for skating), Riding clubs, roller coasters, carousels, etc., suitable for parents or couples. Here, you can spend a whole day.

Practical guide

Transportation:You can take the South G1 to Million Kuiyuan Station, which is about an hour's drive. If possible, driving by yourself is the most convenient.

Park:In the park, you can walk or rent a car (more suitable for people with children).

Shijiu Chong Fisherman's Wharf: A must check in for food

Shishichong is near Million Sunflower Garden, about a 2-hour drive from downtown Guangzhou. It is a very famous seafood market in Nansha, Guangzhou. Although it is a seafood market, there are also many fruits here, which are comparable to Thailand. It is super cheap and has a wide variety of varieties. It is very suitable for eating food. I bought a handful of apples and plantains for only 20 yuan, but at least 40 yuan in Suzhou.

Practical guide

Parking spaces:There are many parking spaces and no charge, but there are a lot of people during holidays, so it is recommended to come early or stagger this time.

Buying seafood:There is a lot of seafood here, so don't rush to buy it. You can shop around first and then buy, or you can bargain. Secondly, the sooner you buy seafood, the better, because seafood is generally the freshest in the morning. Moreover, local fishermen will provide guidance on how to choose seafood, but it is best to be able to identify it yourself. Haha, you know ~~

Processing restaurant:You must choose a restaurant that processes seafood. Each seafood has different methods and different processing fees. There are also prices per head, but there are no charges for those that are boiled.

Be a happy foodie in Nansha

Guangzhou is a famous food city, and its Nansha District has many delicacies. Have you eaten all of these? [Snickering] Anyway, this trip to Nansha has once again refreshed my love for Guangfu cuisine ~

Mingliyuan Farm: A time-honored brand that you have to eat

The biggest feature of Mingliyuan Farm is their fish. They have their own fish pond, which is located in the backyard of the restaurant to ensure that the fish served on the table are the freshest.

Wang Mei said:The largest and largest delicacy in the store is also one of the most specialty delicacy in Nansha, also called the yellow goldfish. There are not many thorns, so you don't have to worry about getting stuck at all. The outer layer is wrapped in bread crumbs and fried golden brown. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, super fragrant.

The wind rises and the water rises to fish chickens:I have eaten Foshan pork before. I have two different ingredients, the same method, but the refreshing taste is just as good. I really like the shredded chicken inside, hahaha

Iced lychee cold melons:Cold melons, or bitter gourds, are one of the best starters in summer. Their icy taste is particularly cool and cool down. I had eaten Michelin cuttlefish rice in Spain before, and I have never forgotten it. This time, I was lucky enough to eat one of the main staple foods in the store--Fried rice with cuttlefish sauce, the faint aroma of cuttlefish is endless.

This gourmet restaurant also promotes graphite powder, chicken soup soaked in wild fungi, steamed mountain stream carp, etc., all of which are relatively characteristic farm dishes.

Liugebao Farm: Authentic local farm food

An inconspicuous farmhouse with a simple decoration style, but it has the unique delicious taste of Nansha.

Boned pot with lotus root:The flesh and blood are separated immediately after entering the mouth, coupled with soft, glutinous and sweet lotus roots, and the boiled soup, people can't help but eat more.

Golden Fragrance Three Cakes Big:There are three types of shrimp cakes, cuttlefish cakes, and fried milk. The first two may be eaten in many places. I only tasted fried milk for the first time in Guangdong and like it very much (I don't know if it is served as a main dish in other places, maybe there are many snack streets).

A bite of sweet Huazhou chicken:Bones? Remove them all, eat two dishes, fried chicken patties? It is composed of chicken legs with tendons. I thought I couldn't eat it after my teeth were repaired, but unexpectedly, it was easy to eat and chewy and delicious.

Secret Plateau Rabbit:Because I don't eat rabbit meat, I don't know what it tastes like, but judging from the color, it's very tempting.

Good flavor brine platter:Since I couldn't chew on the duck wings, I ate all the duck gizzards and meat. It was light and salty, and the taste was just right.

Pan-fried fish:Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and tastes very delicious.

Special stir-fried kale:I photographed the "special style". The white one is whitebait and the green one is perilla leaves. This is the first time I have eaten fried one. The kale is the regular stir-fried, but it will not be very hard.

Fried fresh Yao Zhu with river celery and Huaishan:It is refreshing and fresh, with the right combination. I like the Yao Zhu inside best and usually use it to make porridge.

Yipin Health Pot:I really have to say that Cantonese people love all kinds of pots so much that they have them almost every time they eat. Because of this, the characteristics of Guangfu are highlighted.

Tanjiamei: Don't eat from time to time, not eat fresh food

It has the flavor of "Tanjia Cuisine" that Chen Xiaoqing, the director-in-chief of "A Bite of China", never mind. The Tan family in Nansha grew up near the sea and has been fishing at sea for many years. They can salvage unique ingredients gathered by producers in brackish and fresh water regions, and cook the original Tan family dishes through family-passed techniques.

In addition, what Tan Jiamei is best at is making use of the characteristics of the season to make the most delicious food of the season in different seasons.

Banana bud porridge:Banana buds are the flower buds of bananas (there are many kinds of bananas in Nansha and one of the specialty fruits here) and are a medicinal ingredient with edible value. Boiling porridge with flower buds has a fragrant fragrance and a fresh and sweet taste. It not only contains a lot of protein, but also moistens the gastrointestinal tract. This bowl of porridge also contains pork bones, salty bones, taro, and water hooves. The taste is really great. I love drinking this kind of porridge very much, and I have forgotten it even when I lose weight.

Only steamed omelette crab and freshly boiled cinnamon shrimpThey are cooked in the most original way-white boiling to maintain their original flavor.

Mackerel, fish roe and dried eel pot rice:The store's signature staple food, pot rice, have eaten many kinds, but this is the first time I have eaten eel and fish roe stewed together. After serving and mixing, the aroma is overflowing. The rice carries the aroma of seafood, so remember to make sure that it is important.

Steamed Panlong Eel in Black Bean Sauce:The thick eel is placed in a circle, placed with lotus leaves under it, and steamed with soy sauce. When serving the table, you can ask the waiter to cut the middle bones with scissors. The fish Q-pop is delicious and the sauce is very delicious!

Pan-fried grass insects:When we served the table, we couldn't see the appearance of the grass insects. We wrapped the eggs and fried them together, and made them into Mitsubishi shapes. They were tender and fragrant. It was impossible to imagine what they originally looked like!

In addition to this, there are many delicious flavors that you can't imagine-pot shrimp cream, ginseng steamed wetland chicken, etc.

Flower Love Restaurant: Fresh flowers and delicious food

This is Million Sunflower Garden's own restaurant, and there is also a buffet in the private room with some meals. The last time I came here was 4-5 years ago. At that time, the thing I remember most clearly was the sunflower chicken in the cafeteria. It was very delicious.

This time, I chose a private room on the second floor. The environment was also princess-like, especially the chairs. This time I still ordered the most famous sunflower chicken here, most of which are related to chickens.

Sunflower chicken is the biggest specialty here and one of Nansha's specialty delicacies. The so-called sunflower chicken is not a new breed of chicken, but is named after the unique feed used to feed chickens. It is fed with feed made from fresh sunflower plates, leaves, stems, etc., and even the water it drinks is juice squeezed from sunflower stems. Therefore, sunflower chicken has the characteristics of yellow skin, crisp bones, sweet and tender meat, and there is a strong sunflower seed aroma in the bone marrow. Its nutritional value is high, and its vitamin E content is 8 to 10 times that of ordinary chickens.

There are three methods for sunflower chicken: stewed sunflower chicken, snowflake sunflower chicken, and white-cut sunflower chicken. Among them, white-cut sunflower chicken is the most popular. It does not add any pigments or sauces and maintains the aroma of the chicken. The outer skin is golden and translucent, like the color of sunflower. It is the most popular.

In addition, we also ordered many other delicacies, such as: braised pork with tiger skin and pepper (I like this pepper very much), stir-fried chicken with crispy bones with salt and pepper (if my teeth are good, I will eat the entire plate alone, haha), stir-fried chicken kidney with broccoli (as expected of sunflower chicken is a specialty. Eat more than one chicken, and every part is delicious food), kelp soup (which is the most suitable with refreshing seaweed soup), etc.

How to get to Nansha

Nansha is located at the southernmost tip of Guangzhou City, and overall transportation is relatively convenient. If you are traveling outside the province, you can fly to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. These two cities both have airports, and the airport transportation is also very good. This personal test makes it relatively more convenient to fly to Shenzhen. Whether you take a taxi or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Railway Station and then go there. Go to Guangzhou Airport and take the highway directly, which takes about 2 hours by car.

In Nansha, staying in a hotel is also a pleasure

In every city, there are many accommodation options, such as apartments, hotels and B & Bs. When I came to Nansha this time, I checked in the Internet celebrity hotel-Nansha Garden Hotel and the time-honored hotel-Nansha Hotel.

Internet celebrity hotel-Nansha Garden Hotel

This is a relatively new resort hotel. The overall style is very similar to Sanya. In addition to being close to the sea, having its own swimming pool, leisure bar, etc., it also has Internet celebrity check-in points that Sanya does not have. The key prices are much cheaper than Sanya.

There are 12 check-in points in the hotel, all marked. If you can't find them, you can also ask the staff. If you are worried that the level of photography is not high, it doesn't matter. If you take the same photo, it will look good (super suitable for portraits).

Here, you can play games with the sun: the top of the hotel lobby is transparent through glass, and the decorated triangular pillars can reflect the rainbow. When the rainbow is sprinkled on the ground, you will be in a good mood.

In addition, when the sun goes down, you can take a leisurely walk in the hotel's back garden and enjoy the warmth of the sun.

You can stroll around as much as you want, whether it is the hotel lobby, the spiral staircase leading to the first floor, and the room, it is all very suitable for taking photos.

If conditions permit (you have a drone), you can take aerial photos of the entire hotel. The shape of a butterfly (a bit like a bone biscuit) personally finds it very nice.

The entire room is large with a balcony facing the sea. Five-star hotels come standard-separate bathtub and cloakroom.

If you can get up early, you can see the sunrise from the hotel. If the weather is fine, you can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the room overlooking the sea. My favorite sunset shines on the roof and looks like in the aerial camera.

Time-honored hotel-Nansha Hotel

Nansha Hotel is a time-honored hotel. It is located in the beautiful Nansha Binhai Garden New City in Guangzhou. It is very famous here. In addition to its own five-star hotel, it is also the home of rich man Huo Yingdong. It also held the century wedding of Huo Qigang and Guo Jingjing.

You can choose between mountain view or sea view in the hotel rooms. The facilities here are relatively complete, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, chess and card room, table tennis room, etc. Except for the spa, which is extra charged, everything else is free.

About transportation:There is Nansha Passenger Station nearby and you can reach it by subway Line 4. Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou and other places drove by car for about an hour. Overall, the transportation is very convenient. We arranged to stay here because we watched the Cruise Music Festival and it ended late. It was within walking distance.

Travel precautions in Nansha

When you come here in January and July, you must take sun protection measures. It's really hot.

2. It is the epidemic period, so we must confirm in advance which attractions are open and which are not open, otherwise it will be in vain.

3. In the Waterbird World Ecological Park, Million Sunflower Garden, Tianhou Palace, and Nansha Garden Hotel, you can take very beautiful and amazing portrait photos.

4. Transportation: Self-driving is the most convenient, so try to avoid weekends, otherwise it will be very congested on the way back.

5. Delicious food: Personally, the portion here is very large. The order depends on the situation. You can order less first and order after not enough to avoid excessive waste.
