Guangzhou still came here to buy breakfast the next day. The lotus fragrant glutinous rice chicken was very fragrant and delicious; Ma Ma's favorite horse chestnut cake was very Q. I still used to calling the horse's hooves as water chestnut. Every time someone said it, it was always a bit confused; the cake was also sweet.
The Guangzhou Art Museum is located on the bank of Baiyun Mountain Luhu Lake. Although it is next to Baiyun Mountain with yesterday's Guangzhou City Urban Planning Exhibition Center, there is a difference of 6.6 kilometers between the two, which proves that Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area is quite large. The Art Expo Institute is a unique modern large-scale art museum in the country that integrates many artists 'celebrity halls, special exhibition halls, and exchange exhibition halls. There are many special celebrity halls named after masters in the Art Expo Institute, including masters of Lingnan Painting School, calligraphy and painting art and collectors. The museum is surrounded by tall trees and sculptures, making it difficult to take panoramic views. Free; open hours: Tuesday to Sunday 9:00-17:30 (admission stops at 17:00).

When I was at the entrance, I only saw the front building, which was not particularly big at the time. When I entered the museum, I found that there was a courtyard inside. When I reached the courtyard, I realized that the museum was quite large and four buildings surrounded by a courtyard. The courtyard is lined with trees, a group of koi carp in the pool, and various sculptures are scattered around, including one that I saw in Guangzhou Sculpture Park last year.
There is also an underground exhibition area in the middle of the courtyard. Walking down the steps, you will find a waterfall with running water. There is also a pool of goldfish at the bottom of the waterfall. There are also several exhibition halls here, but they are temporarily closed. Looking around, the entire building complex has a strong Lingnan architectural style.
Returning to the museum, I took a visiting manual, but the composition of the exhibition hall in the manual was very different from the reality, and it seemed that it needed to be updated. On the first floor of the museum, there are gorgeous stairs and exquisite screens, and the seating area has unique shapes. The museum provides elevators and straight ladders.
On the first floor, the Chinese Painting Museum of the Past Dynasties contains fine Chinese paintings from the Song and Yuan Dynasties to the contemporary era, but unfortunately it is closed on that day; the Ouchu Art Museum likes nine blue and white landscapes best; the Lai Shaoqi Art Museum is also very beautiful; unfortunately, the Guanshanyue Art Museum is not open that day.
After that, go directly to the third floor for a visit. On the third floor, there are Wuyang sculptures in the exhibition hall; the Zhao Tailai Collection Hall has many ancient and modern Chinese and foreign cultural relics, with his favorite three-legged silver cups and bronze carved clocks; there are also Chen Shuren Art Museum, Yang Shanshen Art Museum, Yang Zhiguang Art Museum, Zhao Shaoang Art Museum. The collections in the Chinese calligraphy museums of past dynasties range from the Song Dynasty to the present, with collections from the Ming and Qing dynasties as the bulk.
On the second floor, the special exhibition hall holds various short-term special exhibitions; the collections in Ma Sicong Music and Art Museum are so beautiful; I also visited Liao Bingxiong Art Museum, Gao Jianfu Art Museum, and Li Xiongcai Art Museum. The sculpture exhibition area displays the works of Chinese sculptors since the 20th century.
Coming out of the Guangzhou Art Museum is the Baiyun Mountain Luhu Scenic Area. There are Luhu Park and Luhu Children's Park. The entrance of the children's park is filled with lanterns and there are many amusement facilities inside, which looks very interesting.
There are many tall trees and bamboo forests in Luhu Park. It has beautiful mountains and rivers and green eyes, giving a feeling of paradise. Walking along the wooden plank road by the lake, the air is very fresh, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, and it feels peaceful. The park is quite large. There is also a Baiyun Mountain cableway here. I was thinking about whether to take the Baiyun Mountain cableway ~
Baiyun Fairy Hall is opposite Luhu Park. It looks simple and majestic and has a fairy aura. It was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It is 207 years ago. I didn't expect it to be so ancient.
To cross the archway, you have to walk up a flight of steps, because Baiyun Fairy Hall is on a small hillside. The main museum faces the Luhu and there is also a small transfer bridge. I wonder if I can go up and take a walk.
There is a Eight Trigrams sign painted on the ground at the entrance, so this is a Taoist temple. After passing through the patio, you enter the main hall, where Lu Dongbin, one of the Eight Immortals, is enshrined.
The "Zhuhai Danxin", consisting of Haizhu Square and the Guangzhou Liberation Memorial Statue, was rated as the New Eight Scenery of Yangcheng in 1962. When I visited Haizhu Square in 2017, I saw a street park with a very high green plant coverage. At that time, I wanted to find this Guangzhou Liberation Memorial Statue, but I couldn't find it due to various reasons. I finally found it this year.
Go straight ahead to the street center park in Haizhu Square and you will reach the subway station. The greening nearby is more beautiful.
Haizhu Bridge is also a popular attraction in Guangzhou because it is the first river-crossing bridge in Guangzhou City and is known as the Pearl River Railway Bridge. Together with the Guangzhou Liberation Memorial Statue and Haizhu Square, Haizhu Bridge was selected as the Eight Scenes of Yangcheng in 1963 in the name of "Zhuhai Danxin". Now there are still sculptures from various historical periods on the bridge.
Stand on the Haizhu Bridge and look at the Jiefang Bridge opposite and look at both sides of the Pearl River.
Every time I come to Guangzhou, I will go to Shin Kong City Plaza for shopping.
Our favorite crispy fried fish skin powder is specially eaten every day when we come to Guangzhou. Of course, there is also the crispy fish skin that Ma is longing for.
This star father is on the first floor of Xingguang Department Store. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and the night view is also very beautiful. Moreover, I found that there are two double mermaid logos inside the store. It seems that this is the first time I have seen a store in so many stores. Two logos.
This Carrefour has always left a particularly good impression on me, so I must come here every year to shop. I always feel that I can buy some special specialties. This time, in addition to daily drinks and food, my favorite is rice noodles, which is still non-fried and is really delicious. I also bought Yunnan-style rice noodles, which are very heavy.
I bought 9 horseshoe cakes and 4 steamed cakes early in the morning on the third day in Guangzhou, because when Mom wanted to eat horseshoe cakes at noon yesterday, we happened to be in Baiyun Mountain Scenic Area. This time, we can have them anytime when we want to eat them. In fact, I want to buy 10 horseshoe cakes, but there are only 9 left. The clerk said that you come every day, so why buy so many at once? Yes, I have breakfast at your house every year in Guangzhou, and I haven't had enough yet.
After breakfast, arrive at Guangzhou Station and take the Guangzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway to Shenzhen.
In the waiting room, I actually bought the mango candy that I have always loved.
