The design of the wok ear wall of the gate building of Impression Garden has Lingnan characteristics. The wok ear wall is also known as the wok ear wall, and is named because its shape is similar to the handle of a vegetable pot. In the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, only those with fame were qualified to build it, and the size of the official position determined the height of the pot ear. There is also a folk legend: Building the ears of pots can bless future generations to become officials, implying wealth, luck and sufficient food and clothing. After the pot ear wall, it is also called the "Ao Tou Wall", which has the meaning of "being the leader alone".
Entering the gate of the scenic spot, you head west along a cement road. An unknown climbing plant planted next to the awning built in the scenic spot crawls all over the shed, hanging red, yellow, green and pink lanterns, and hanging down the roots., are manually trimmed into a distinctive house shape with low sides and high middle, which is very novel. The lawn is green and the kapok is in full bloom. Looking inside, you can see Lingnan's traditional-style architectural communities. The gray ones are built by the water, either with narrow doors and high walls, or folk houses with high walls in the wok ears. On the north side of the road, there are Baozheng Temple, Tianhou Palace, and Doumu Yuanjun Temple. etc. Turn north along the road. On the left front is a lake water, and in front of you is the village.
On the wall on the right side of the road, there is a painting of a horse carrying lychees, confirming the famous poem: "A concubine smiles when riding on the mortal world. No one knows it is lychees."
There is also a shed wrapped in Peking Opera masks that can be used as a background for taking photos. This is what it looks like inside.
The first folk temple I saw was the "Bao Gong Temple", and then I saw a "Mazu Temple". The "Gao Xiang" outside the temple door was too high. The facade of the temple and temple were very small, so I didn't want to take pictures.
Outside the ancient temples are antique streets. The main styles should be those of the semi-colonial and Republican periods. Some buildings with brick carvings have a lot of stories. I also saw many ancient Lingnan home courtyards. Most of these courtyards had hawkers selling goods.
People come and go in the alley, and there are all kinds of shops, but there is a peaceful beauty here. There is no shouting or noise. Time flows quietly and pedestrians stroll at will.
Continue moving forward and come to a square. This is the center of the scenic area, and there are several ancestral halls located on the street.
Ancestral halls are a strong reflection of the family concept in feudal society. There were once families with several surnames living in Lianxi Village. The more typical ones preserved are the Huo Family Ancestral Hall and the Xiao Family Ancestral Hall. These ancestral halls include traditional crafts such as wood carving, brick carving, stone carving, gray sculpture, and pottery sculpture. They embody the efforts of many art creators and have high artistic value.
A "Fok Gong Temple" is located in a prominent position. This is the ancestral temple of Fok Ying Dong in Hong Kong. Thanks to Huo Yingdong's reputation, not only was the ancestral temple preserved, but also 11 buildings in the original Lianxi Village preserved and restored, including the ancestral temple and oyster shell wall. Five residential buildings were moved from outside the village, and 38 new buildings were built. Style building.
I only photographed the facade of Huo Gong Temple and Guan's Ancestral Temple, and did not go deep into the interior.
It is said that there are 24 theme halls, and you can feel the style of Lingnan by walking around.
There is a dragon boat pond in Lianxi Lake on the left side of the road in the scenic area. A long dragon boat rests in the water.
With dragon boats, the Panyu Dragon Boat Culture Exhibition is naturally indispensable. The sport of "dragon boat racing" isIt is still very popular in Guangzhou today and is a reserved program around the Dragon Boat Festival. The Dragon Boat Culture Exhibition displays details such as the drum, oars, bow and stern of the dragon boat. It displays the dragon boat culture in Panyu District, truly restores the scene of the dragon boat race, and the various production procedures of the dragon boat are eye-opener.
Standing on the edge of Lianxi Lake with slightly fluttering leaves, I can see that it is surrounded by greenery, the river is gurgling, and the fish swimming in the lake and the quiet scenery of the courtyard are cleverly combined, just like a beautiful Lingnan landscape painting. There are many tourists from the older generation who come here to sit around and chat. Everything around them seems to have pressed the slow down button, which is very comfortable.
Impression of Hong Kong: Every young person born in the 1980s and 1990s must have a common memory in his childhood, which is Hong Kong's Jade Terrace. The Hong Kong Impression Hall here truly restores the most prosperous scenes of Hong Kong in the 1980s.restored vividly,Among them, the electrical appliance stores display many classic works. Stores such as Huang Jun Trauma Medical Center and Jiulong Ice Room are classics of that era. Vivid and vivid scenes such as Mahjong Hall, Baoting, and Ice Room seem to make people travel to the lively streets of Hong Kong at that time. Walking through the hall, every object is the embodiment of Hong Kong memories, constantly awakening the Hong Kong flavor in memory.
Shopping Street: Shopping Street, which perfectly interprets "Eating in Guangzhou", displays different types of Cantonese shops, such as Xiguan Cake House, Ronghua Tea House, Roast Meat, and a must-have rice noodle stall for Cantonese people.
There are No. 1 Bridge in many places across the country, which means that Chinese people want themselves or their children to win the No. 1 Examination. Because living in a country with official standards, being admitted to the No. 1 Examination is the key to getting ahead and getting promoted and making a fortune. The couplet on the No. 1 Bridge in the Impression Park is very interesting: "There are more No. 1 champions at the bridge, and the cradle of academic excellence leads to academic excellence." I wanted to search for a search to find out how many top scorers and top scorers there were, but I failed.
I like water. I like the winding streams, clear ponds, and the scene of Lingnan water town that is about to emerge. The residential houses built along the water are a relaxing sight. The red flower on the water's edge is very festive, and the waterside pavilion and the reflection of the house can be seen in the water.
Water trucks are everywhere.
This heart-shaped frame, which seems to be made of straw, is very popular in the scenic area and seems to feel like it is rampant.
See Manchuria Window again.
On one side of the park is the flowing Pearl River. The water of the Pearl River is still turbid. Large ships let out the roar of engines and slowly slide past.
The predecessor of Lingnan Impression Park was originally a village with a long history on Xiaoguwei Island. Due to the construction of the university town, the village was demolished (another project of demolishing the old and imitating the building). During the demolition of the village, the Huo Ancestral Hall was one of the few surviving buildings that had not been demolished. Why not demolish it? Because it was Fok Yingdong's ancestral hall in Hong Kong. Most ancestral halls and buildings are rebuilt in ancient times (Then I came back to sell tickets to make money.) It seemed to want to create a scene where the sparrow was small and complete, but it made me feel that there was everything. In the village, ancestral temples, temples, post offices, barber shops, photo studios, hotels, grain stores, specialty snack shops, stage, wine workshops, oil workshops and other workshops were scattered in various corners. People in Lingnan Impression Theater flew again, including lion dances, other shadow puppets, string puppet dramas, and puppet puppets. Although many of them had no time to see, But the overall feeling is that I didn't touch the soul of this attraction here.
To describe this Lingnan Impression Park, which covers an area of 16.5 hectares and is a national 4A-level scenic spot, as a cultural landmark in Guangzhou, is really not worthy of its name. I think that it can only be regarded as a 3A-level scenic spot at most and can only understand a little about Lingnan culture. How can the skin be attached if there is no hair left?
